i orderd my prouct on 23 May 2015 And It delivered on 28 May, 2015 i am not satisfied with this product and i want to return it but Snapdeal shows that item is not replaceable and returnable it reached on me on 28may and its first time return of product on snapdeal my order number is [protected] 3 days are left for according to return policy i think that esy return policy is start from delivery date

    I purchased a bean bag order no:[protected] from snapdeal.com on the 8-may-2015. They kept on postponing the delivery date. The last delivery date that they had mentioned was 25-May-2015 and when I did not receive my product I contacted their customer care number. They told me that someone will update me the status within some days, i called them up again in 3 days to which a similar kind of promise was made but I have received no info from their side. I feel like I have been cheated by this company.

      snapdeal.com is a very fraud company for sellers. Snapdeal is cheating sellers regularly.As the time of registration as a new seller, they completes all the process within 24 hrs. but when any issue or problem came, then they hold all your payments and give harashment to the sellers for couple of months and not solve the issues. We are seller on snapdeal from 1-3-2015, in starting everything is fine but when order flow increase, then on 07-05-15, we receive a mail from snapdeal mentioning that " We are suspending your ac. and blocking your access to snapdeal seller pannel ". As per payment cycle snapdeal has to transfer payments on 11-5-15 but they did not transfer anything. When i ask on seller pannel regarding payments they did not reply properly and told to contact account manager. when i ask account manager then he told " dont worry sir, it is just a technical glitch due to which your payment is on hold, you wil get your all the payments maximum by 20-5-15. On the other hand they did not block my access to seller pannel and orders are coming regularly or even faster before that.after his promise, we keep on selling, and doing sales of more 2 lacs within 8-10 days . after some time on 20-5-15, accont manager told that the payment will release soon, and the payment will remains on hold for those orders in which complain is come. then 2-3 days later I contact again to the account manager as well as seller help but they did not reply properly and put the matter on hold. i have also register case(case no.[protected] and they promise to reply within 24 hrs but no reply has come. Now nobody is responding us, our account is still active, still orders are coming..It shows that it is a company of t cheaters and unprofessionals. I have all the details of telephone recodings and mails in which they promise to release payments. A amount of 2.4 lacs due on snapdeal since last month.but now they are not responding us . plz release our payments on urgent basis. AKB ENTERPRISES Seller code- S0245d ([protected])

        Recently I have placed an order (Symphony Ice Cube Air Cooler ) with Order ID : [protected] on[protected]:49:06. While ordering the product, the expected delivery date was 25th May and that was the only reason I have preferred snapdeal over other online platforms. But now, they are making further delays and told that the expected delivery date is 30th May. Now again they have failed to deliver the product within the time and gave the date now on 5th June. For a online platform, time is a big issue. But it is very unprofessional from snapdeal to do such a delay, after committing specific date. I am very much disgusted by the service so I am doing the complaint. Definitely, in future, I will NOT prefer snapdeal for shopping purpose. Also I will not recommend it to others.

                    i have buy Panasonic T40 from snapdeal, but i think they deal in pre-used products, mobile which i received is not working proper, when i charge mobile it will heat up and after 2 hrs of charging, the backup time is only 4hrs and while calling mobile die before 4hrs, i suggest every one not to deal with snapdeal they are fraud and also never buy Panasonic mobiles there technology and battery is very bad.                         I ordered Skullcandy X2WHFY-820 WHIP In Ear Earphones with Mic (Black) from snapdeal of rs 440. after few days snapdeal delivered the said product but the quality of the product is very bad.                           I have very bad experiences with snapdeal.it is better to shop with flipcart or amazon atleast they will provide your product in given time. 1.[protected]- order is canceled on its delivery date by snapdeal. 2.[protected]-first delivery date is 21 may then postponed to 29 may and lastly on second delivery date they canceled it. 3.[protected]-i have issue with size and replace it with smaller size but they same size again..

                                It is really frustrating to deal with snapdeal. I placed an order for two same item on 21st May to avail a big discount (Order no-[protected]). I received only one item and they cancelled my second item. It was not on my request. What the hell is going on with snapdeal? Several times I contacted with their customer care, but not getting any satisfactory reply. (case[protected] and case[protected]. Some of their customer care representatives contacted me to inform that the parcel is lost and advised me to reorder it. But the price of that item is showing high now. Now they expect that I will order that product at higher amount.

                                  Hi, My Order got cnacelled by Snapdeal due to stock unavailable ored id-[protected]. Problem faced-I expected to get the delivery on time, but after 3 days they took decision I can buy some where else manually. Money what ever i have paid will be return back only after one week or more. Mean while how do i buy my product[Refrigrator] with out receiving my money. They never mentioned any thing in terms n conditions they have right to cancel order at any reason, if they can not able to delivery why they want to allow the sellers to post in their website for selling. Trying to collect money from thousands of people and keeping those or rotating for couple of days and returnning back after couple of weeks. We are spending our time on buying and paying but these guys making us fools. How do we controll these websites and get back my time and money intime?

                                      I purchase a mobile phone on 2 nd may and it was not working from day one .my phone has stopped working which i order on 2 may.. its not starting .. its really bad service .. no they are asking to send the phone to chennai.. who will bear the charges... secondly why u people delivered bad phones.. which is not working.. really disappointed by the iberry & snapdeal.. Snap deal is not responding. nor they are concern after sales services.. would never recom. snapdeal to anyone.

                                        I got faulty television twice from snapdeal. Second time they send me a television which is already dent back by two customers. One belongs to Andhra pradesh and second belongs to Tamil Nadu . I got both invoice from my package. When i called both customers, i came to know that both sent back same television which i got from snapdeal. I think company is doing a fraud with customers. It should be stop.i am still waiting for refund. I have paid 32801 for that television. They are deceive the customers.
