    Hello, I ordered product on 20th of May and on site, message is showing that we will deliver in 2 working days. I wait for 5days and when i called to snapdeal customer care, he told me that product is ready to dispatch but they don't know why it is not dispatched and when i told him that either cancel my order or deliver my product ASAP and then he told me that we will deliver in next 48hrs. After 2 days when i called again to customer care, he told me again the same massage and i was shocked when he told me that product was not available in one of the seller and that why is not dispatched but now is ready to dispatch and it will take minimum 4days and maximum 7days. He display wrong message on site to get costomer confuse. Is really frustrating because i need that product in urgent basis.       Hello friends, Please consider this for information and is only an alert. My wife and I had extremely harrowing experiences with SNAPDEAL and wish to draw your attention. First off, Snapdeal is a fraudulent online market that has dubious, wishywashy and non-uniform polices and the sellers on this website are pretty unscrupulous. My wife purchased Queen size comforters from Snapdeal website twice. On both the occasions, we found that the length of comforters was five inches shorter in length than what has been described on their website. We had to return both the items as it did not serve our purpose and had left us disappointed. I purchased a large appliance from them and at least 3 features described on Snapdeal website were missing in the product sent to us. The model number was correct but did not have the features described on Snapdeal website. The description of the appliance was purposefully exaggerated and was that of a high end model. After much deliberation, they accepted their mistake and agreed to take it back. I had to undergo the pain of getting it re-packed and delivering it to them through an ill-behaved courier agent of Snapdeal. I must mention that during my conversation with the customer care staff and a senior executive of Snapdeal for a grave mistake on their part, their response was indifferent, unprofessional and unapologetic. They tried to divert the issue initially by giving lame excuses trying to hoodwink me and were talking with airs. In the end, I wasted my precious time for 3 weeks trying to buy stuff, return them and get my money back. Please be aware that Snapdeal DOES NOT TAKE ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE DESCRIPTION GIVEN ABOUT ANY OF THE STUFF ADVERTISED ON THEIR WEBSITE. They can only offer countless apologies like ROBOTS but never genuinely help or compensate any loss caused by stating that a compensation policy does not exist. I am sure many of the Snapdeal agents would track this review online and counter argue that either these were few of the unfortunate cases or that such a incident never happened. In fact, I must state here that many of my office colleagues had bad experiences with Snapdeal and are unhappy with them. I have narrated my experience to all my relatives and friends who agreed with us that we have been unnecessarily harassed. We have decided never to shop from Snapdeal. Please avoid buying from Snapdeal at all costs. An extremely aggrieved customer.

        Snapdeal Order ID: [protected]‏ I had ordered a Dell Battery on Snapdeal on 2nd April which was delivered to me on 7th April. The battery worked fine until 9th of May post which it was getting detected. As it had 3 months warranty I decided to call Dell who honored the warranty and sent me a replacement battery as per the part no of the battery shipped by Snapdeal, only to realize that the original Dell battery with part no RM661 is for a latitude machine where as i have a XPS M1330 machine. The Dell corporate escalations team gave it to me in writing (Email) that the battery sold to me by snapdeal is not a Dell genuine part and hence i will have to contact snapdeal to fix the issue. I contacted the snapdeal customer care last week and the representative asked me to forward the email sent to me by Dell to their email id [protected]@snapdeal.com, i forwarded them the same. Then they called me a couple of days later that they haven't received the email and hence i forwarded them the email again. Its been 2 days since the email has been forwarded however no action has been taken yet. I have paid Rs.1583/- for a fake product and i would like my money back.

        Well Snapdeal just called me to offer a collection of the old battery.. That indeed isnt a solution as i cannot leave my battery bay without a battery. I use my laptop for work on daily basis and this cannot be a solution...

          I ordered lenovo G50-70 laptop (I3 processor, 1 TB harddisk, 4Gb RAM) through snapdeal. Within 3 days the courier service called & informed my laptop is at the door step.paid (Rs 24380) cash up on delivery.It looked exactly like laptop from the outer cover.In the invoice & on the outer label of the product it is mentioned lenovo laptop.Upon opening the outer box found an inner box.Opened the inner box as well & what i found was a pair of nonstick pans which would be around Rs 700. This is not mismanagement but purposely done by them.Because in the invoice & on the outer cover of the box it is sticked lenovo laptop, its configuration & the price. Called snapdeal a couple of times .They don't have any seriousness .Each time a different customer agent picks the call who doesn't have any idea about the products status.They will readout their scripts continuously like "i will help u sir, i deeply apologize" and all.But no help has been offered to me.No one calls from snapdeal either.It takes 10 minutes to connect their customer service agent & they don't even have an answer why this has happened.Only thing they know is to eat up customers money & say a sorry.After this incident showed up this incident in the social websites & the reply i got was snapdeal does this with high amount deals.If it is Rs1000 or 2000 they will deliver but for Rs 10000 & above forget about the money & right delivery.             I had given an order to replace my order of puma axis iv xt dp black Size:7 shoes with puma axis iv xt dp black Size:8 shoes which was accepted by you and i was promised to obtain Size:8 shoes, but surprisingly I received SIze:7 shoes again.The mistake was accepted from your side after which, I again placed an order to replace my size 7 shoes with size:8 shoes but shamefully i have received a message of shipment of Size 7 for my order . I am fed up of repeatedly taking delivery & asking for a replacement due to your mistake and sheer mismanagement.

              I tried to purchase a Lenovo laptop on Monday 25th May at around 10pm. Though the Order did not go through, an amount of Rs 28k was promptly debited from my Bank account vide Bill Reference no. CCACE2QJJ918. I got a SMS from Snapdeal saying my order has not been processed and that the refund will be processed asap. When I called Snapdeal customer service at around 10:30am the next day, I was told the same thing i.e. my Order was not processed but rather Refund will be processed. At around 4:30pm the same day, I was surprised to get a SMS from Snapdeal, that the Order is very much in the system (after almost 10 hours !!!) . I wish Snapdeal had given me the right response than mislead and misguide me. Hence I wanted to officially cancel the Order but my experience has not been great. The website does not even allow me to cancel the order online, despite me trying several times. On calling your customer Service number, I was shocked and surprised to hear that the Order can never be cancelled and the laptop will be delivered to me. Firstly why is the provision given for a Customer to cancel the order ? Secondly for an Order that was never in your system until 4:30pm today, why is it being forcibly sent to me??? Snapdeal was adamant that I take delivery though I did not want the product. I started getting calls thereafter (they were apparently sleeping until I sent strong emails copying their CEO that I will be initiating legal action against them). I am contemplating a legal case against SNAPDEAL for a) deficiency of service and b) fraudulent processes followed to cheat a customer. It was their Customer Service executive who promised me refund within 48 hours when the Order was non existent in their system. SNAPDEAL HAS LOST A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE !!!

                  I purchased an electronic drumkit worth 70, 000 from Snapdeal. While making the purchase, the website estimated the delivery date to be within 2-3 working days. I believed these m*****[censored] and ordered. After two days, they updated the shipping details to be within 7 working days. I forgave them, assuming it was just an estimate and may not be true in all cases. But my product was not delivered even after 7 days. They took about 10 days to deliver my product after having to fight with Snapdeal customer service. The most disgusting part was Snapdeal was trying to escape the situation by blaming it on Gati.com because they're the ones shipping. Clearly Snapdeal's delivery estimates are not in-sync with Gati.com and its their fault. If that wasn't shameful enough, one of the drum parts stops working within just 10 days and now I'm struggling to get it replaced by MusicGarage.in. Again I've been calling and begging them to replace this one part and they haven't bother even to revert back to my email. I hope we can really sue these fraudulent companies for looting innocent people of our country. They think they can take us for granted.

                      I have bought a VOX K5 Android Smart phone, ITEM CODE:[protected], ORDER NO:[protected], online shopping from Snapdeal on dated 12 Feb. 2015. when I charge it the battery becomes full charge but after one(1) hour the battery become full discharge.                           I had ordered an IFB Microwave model : IFB 25Ltr 25DGSC1 through snapdeal on 18th May product has been delivered to me on 25th May after 7 days and I found that product is defective and not working .
                          When I raised the return request of the product then they are saying that it cannot be returned now. I dont want this product now and want to return this as I dont need this defective product. Please assist me in getting my whole money back from them.

                            I had ordered Bpitch Towels through snapdeal on 30 Jan 15. The towels were delivered on 04 Feb 15. The quality of the product was very poor. The original cost of the product was Rs 1000/ and on Republic Day the offer price was Rs 299/ as per the site information. Money was paid to the Courier Service and immediately a complaint was registered with snapdeal customer care. Since then atleast 25 mails have been exchanged between snapdeal and me. Each time snapdeal had promised to credit the money in my account as SD Cash which could be used for my next purchase. The e-mails in this regard from snapdeal are with me. However, till date no SD Cash has been credited to my account. In case required, copy of all mails in this regard can be sent to you. You are requested to intervene and resolve the issue. After Having on a Search Google, I Got to Know About CLICK2COMPLAIN.COM They Helped Me A lot & Recovered My Amount From Snapdeal. Best Wishes To CLICK2COMPLAIN.COM Good Luck For All Members.

                              I ordered a grand max..on 25th may... My order was cancelled after cobfirmation..                                 sir i ordered mobile from snapdeal on 25 may that was india mobile day on snapdeal, but they cancelled the order stating that we have not verified the order, but the fact is i did not got any call for verification, and on 26 may i received the mail from snapdeal stating about order cancellation and they asked to order the product again, when i opened the site to book the the phone again, the price was increased from 11999 to 17012, which is not in my budget, I also mailed them that i am verifying the order when i did not got any call and i asked them to deliver the product soon. According to me reducing rate was just a publicity stunt. I am highly dissatisfied by their service. Kindly take some action and let them to deliver the product at the price on which it was ordered.                                   I ordered a snapdeal gift voucher worth 10, 000 for gifting a friend on wedding on 1st May. The amount got deducted and the 'order successfully placed' page flashed and went off in 5 sec. Snapdeal claims that there was no transaction and hence I received no SMS/mail from them.Bank mentioned that the merchant has claimed the amount and therefore it's reflecting in my statement.

                                  I've already written to snapdeal but it doesn't want to take responsibility. For gift vouchers, I was redirected to snapdeal.giftbig.com and now snapdeal wants me to directly deal with giftbig. I ordered for credibility associated with snapdeal and not giftbig. I'm rewriting the details on the suggested mail ID. Hope some action is taken and my money is refunded.

                                  After sleeping over the issue and taking more than enough time (almost 15 days), I've been again told that the vouchers have already been delivered and to get in touch with giftbig.com

                                  If you can take out some time to go through my complaint and all the mails sent, you will realise that what you've written in mail is exactly the issue that I've raised - that giftbig claims voucher has been sent however ''no voucher has been recieved till date till this moment''. I've explained this issue to at least 10-15 people in snapdeal as well as giftbig however have not recd any appropriate response.

                                  I ordered this voucher with snapdeal equity and trust and have no interest to deal with giftbig. Giftbig is an interface that snapdeal has opted for and for the issue I want accountability and resolution from snapdeal only.

                                  Now please instead of sending standard mails, revert precisely on following queries-

                                  1) Why there was no confirmatory communication/SMS/Mail from snapdeal after placing the order. Snapdeal kept denying about any order till 25th May.How would I know without any communication or product delivery that the order has been placed.

                                  2) surprisingly when I'm receiving all my mails on mentioned email ID, how is it that only giftbig voucher is not reaching me?

                                  3)This voucher was for someone's wedding (on 1st May) and almost 40 days have passed since then. I DON'T NEED THIS VOUCHER ANYMORE. Please refund my money. What will be the way forward for that.

                                  And please I don't want any new person to call up and take details of the issue for the nth time as it's enough. I think I'm done with snapdeal now and won't recommend it to anyone.

                                      snapdeal.com is big fraud company for sellers. It keep catching new sellers every month and make them cry fire tears to old sellers. Not even a single old seller is doing business with snapdeal.com as snapdeal.com is really big scam. Let me tell you how snapdeal scam works for sellers. The first make you register with there Ordinary program which is also called Dropship and once you register and start listing they have third class database of customer database who keep ordering and cancelling. I have seen seller to sell there own product creating duplicate accounts and simply purchase items and cancel in COD as snapdeal has no control in COD and neither they have any standards for account maintenance or suspensions any ways that there own problem more then 30 to 40% COD returns we have seen in snapdeal and courier companies used are also third grade like Delhivery, Ecomm, Xpressbees and many worst companies which take 45 to 60 days also some time to return your product and many are lost in between which are never being paid. So bearing this torture seller decide to either close his account and keep following for month behind snapdeal.com to get compensation or seller protection which are given after torturing for months. Then snapdeal team offer you there SOI model in which you have to supply materials to there warehouse and then the real drama starts. The product will keep going and coming back as COD return when they are added when they gone no track at all and at-last the seller decide to close the account and stop business with snapdeal again and they torture you by not returning your own products for months and months and you keep following months and you get simple same same reply that we are working out on the same.They do not even return neither pay your items as most of them would have being lost by them or broken. Check our response with them I have marked some suborders in red for which they say its a sales return but I have not got any product out of the 557 products sent to VOI snapdeal. Summary Qty Supplied 557 Shipment 499 Return 26 RTV 16 Inventory 16 16 product costing more then 4, 00, 000/- ( 4 lack) either they should give me or pay me which are high value mobiles but neither they pay nor they return my products after 1 year of follow i still did not get my money. So i am taking legally them to consumer as well as civil for the pain they have given to us. But before we would like to every seller to be careful with such fraud company who just uses and throw your they make millions making you in heavy losses this is not only my experience but mostly mainly many seller who have just closed but did not come out. Many seller who did not audit there sales have lost lack of rupees with them and they don't even know that.                                       Payments were promised to be paid of 2nd June and there is no sign of payments again.

                                      Why are you giving resolution when there is no intension to pay the money.

                                      This are my hard earned money which we cannot leave in this way.

                                      Other sellers why are you guys silent check your sales report and audit your account you will find many holes in the orders and at the end you will end up in losses.

                                      I have 3 times started and closed that snapdeal will improve but nothing they are same making seller's cry
                                      resolution was promosed on 2nd June and still there is no response

                                        I had given an order on 25.5. 2015 for HTC Desire 616 grey mobile phone that has been confirmed by your company on the same day but surprisingly on 26.5.2015 I has been informed your order has been cancelled without any reason. However as on date the same item is available on your website with increased price. This incident is very humiliating for me and this is very bad impression for your company and even for your valuable costumers. Kindly confirm my order otherwise I will take legal action against your company.
