I ordered a snapdeal gift voucher worth 10, 000 for gifting a friend on wedding on 1st May. The amount got deducted and the 'order successfully placed' page flashed and went off in 5 sec. Snapdeal claims that there was no transaction and hence I received no SMS/mail from them.Bank mentioned that the merchant has claimed the amount and therefore it's reflecting in my statement.

I've already written to snapdeal but it doesn't want to take responsibility. For gift vouchers, I was redirected to snapdeal.giftbig.com and now snapdeal wants me to directly deal with giftbig. I ordered for credibility associated with snapdeal and not giftbig. I'm rewriting the details on the suggested mail ID. Hope some action is taken and my money is refunded.

Hi,

After sleeping over the issue and taking more than enough time (almost 15 days), I've been again told that the vouchers have already been delivered and to get in touch with giftbig.com

If you can take out some time to go through my complaint and all the mails sent, you will realise that what you've written in mail is exactly the issue that I've raised - that giftbig claims voucher has been sent however ''no voucher has been recieved till date till this moment''. I've explained this issue to at least 10-15 people in snapdeal as well as giftbig however have not recd any appropriate response.

I ordered this voucher with snapdeal equity and trust and have no interest to deal with giftbig. Giftbig is an interface that snapdeal has opted for and for the issue I want accountability and resolution from snapdeal only.

Now please instead of sending standard mails, revert precisely on following queries-

1) Why there was no confirmatory communication/SMS/Mail from snapdeal after placing the order. Snapdeal kept denying about any order till 25th May.How would I know without any communication or product delivery that the order has been placed.

2) surprisingly when I'm receiving all my mails on mentioned email ID, how is it that only giftbig voucher is not reaching me?

3)This voucher was for someone's wedding (on 1st May) and almost 40 days have passed since then. I DON'T NEED THIS VOUCHER ANYMORE. Please refund my money. What will be the way forward for that.

And please I don't want any new person to call up and take details of the issue for the nth time as it's enough. I think I'm done with snapdeal now and won't recommend it to anyone.

    Dear Sir / Madam on[protected] self had visited VINILINE ENGINEERING PVT LTD to book a bike, the person had swiped thrice for rs 3000.00 each since as per the counter person the receipt was not generated. while checking my a/cs it has found that for same order my debitcard has been wrongly swiped for 3 times. as such rs 6000.00 has been debited inexcess request you to refund the Rs 6000 immediately self had a talk with your cs - Mr Mayanak & shibani for refund of the same.       snapdeal.com is big fraud company for sellers. It keep catching new sellers every month and make them cry fire tears to old sellers. Not even a single old seller is doing business with snapdeal.com as snapdeal.com is really big scam. Let me tell you how snapdeal scam works for sellers. The first make you register with there Ordinary program which is also called Dropship and once you register and start listing they have third class database of customer database who keep ordering and cancelling. I have seen seller to sell there own product creating duplicate accounts and simply purchase items and cancel in COD as snapdeal has no control in COD and neither they have any standards for account maintenance or suspensions any ways that there own problem more then 30 to 40% COD returns we have seen in snapdeal and courier companies used are also third grade like Delhivery, Ecomm, Xpressbees and many worst companies which take 45 to 60 days also some time to return your product and many are lost in between which are never being paid. So bearing this torture seller decide to either close his account and keep following for month behind snapdeal.com to get compensation or seller protection which are given after torturing for months. Then snapdeal team offer you there SOI model in which you have to supply materials to there warehouse and then the real drama starts. The product will keep going and coming back as COD return when they are added when they gone no track at all and at-last the seller decide to close the account and stop business with snapdeal again and they torture you by not returning your own products for months and months and you keep following months and you get simple same same reply that we are working out on the same.They do not even return neither pay your items as most of them would have being lost by them or broken. Check our response with them I have marked some suborders in red for which they say its a sales return but I have not got any product out of the 557 products sent to VOI snapdeal. Summary Qty Supplied 557 Shipment 499 Return 26 RTV 16 Inventory 16 16 product costing more then 4, 00, 000/- ( 4 lack) either they should give me or pay me which are high value mobiles but neither they pay nor they return my products after 1 year of follow i still did not get my money. So i am taking legally them to consumer as well as civil for the pain they have given to us. But before we would like to every seller to be careful with such fraud company who just uses and throw your they make millions making you in heavy losses this is not only my experience but mostly mainly many seller who have just closed but did not come out. Many seller who did not audit there sales have lost lack of rupees with them and they don't even know that.       Payments were promised to be paid of 2nd June and there is no sign of payments again.

      Why are you giving resolution when there is no intension to pay the money.

      This are my hard earned money which we cannot leave in this way.

      Other sellers why are you guys silent check your sales report and audit your account you will find many holes in the orders and at the end you will end up in losses.

      I have 3 times started and closed that snapdeal will improve but nothing they are same making seller's cry
      resolution was promosed on 2nd June and still there is no response

      how other seller are tolerating i am still not sure.

      Only apologize mails will not work start paying the payments asap now

      you have already taken 8 month more how much time u need
      After 1 month of again follow up with snapdeal.com they promised me payment on 2nd June which may reflect in my bank on 6th June and today is 8th June still no payments are being paid.

      I said again and again they are big scammers. Specially do not sell manufacture warranty products in snapdeal surely pathetic in terms of paying your hard earned money.

        I had given an order on 25.5. 2015 for HTC Desire 616 grey mobile phone that has been confirmed by your company on the same day but surprisingly on 26.5.2015 I has been informed your order has been cancelled without any reason. However as on date the same item is available on your website with increased price. This incident is very humiliating for me and this is very bad impression for your company and even for your valuable costumers. Kindly confirm my order otherwise I will take legal action against your company.

          I want to bring to your notice the way your company fools the customer. I ordered a Women wrist watch with Order no [protected] for my wife as it is her Bday on 6th June by Prepaying the amount INR 2617. Considering the delay in transportation I ordered it on 17th May 2015 itself. After placing the order, I got a message "your order is confirmed" After few days when I checked it for status, I got a message that "My Order is packed and waiting for warehouse pickup". Then on 25th May 2015, I got a message that " My Order is cancelled as the item I ordered is out of stock. I have lost the opportunity to gift my wife what she wants because of fraudulent approach of SNAPDEAL. Put yourself in my shoes and think. I have two simple questions. It will be my honor if you answer these. If Item was out of stock What was packed? If the Item is packed how it can be out of stock.? I have attached snaps of the above mentioned mails. Please go through it. After thinking a lot, I can conclude Snapdeal fools the customer in this way. You kept my money for few days and enjoyed the interest. The interest amount may be too small but I can make out that you have Thousands Of Customers who pay you before getting the delivery. What you think of your company. Customer is King Remember. We are not fools. If your company needs money you can tell me. I will sign a cheque or I will arrange the donations for SNAPDEAL. If you have some ethics left in our business, You will refund my money with interest or Pay for my order from your own Pocket. Please tell me the reason why I should not tell bad about your company to others and Why I should not publish these foolish mails by SNAPDEAL.

              Hi, I placed the order on 12th May 2015 (Jmd Back Cover Iphone 4/4s Case - Gray), got delayed twice. Called customer care thrice. Representative who received call second time on 21st May 2015 said he has raised an "Urgent" complaint and somebody from snapdeal will contact me in next 48 hours. NOBODY DID. Called again yesterday (25th May 2015), was "guaranteed" that "somebody" will contact me in next 24 hours from logistic department and guess what "NOBODY DID". This is not the first time. I had to cancel my previous order with snapdeal due to same sort of disgusting services which forced me to order from flipkart and they got it delivered in 1 working day. A courier Boy Named Krishna Mohan Saxena from (Gojavas Courier Servise) delivered a Packet but when we opened the box we are shocked to see that there is a solid soap & a Used charger in the box.                       [protected] Issue Description : [protected] Snapdeal is making false product advertisements. I bought a product from them (Order ID: [protected]) on heavy discount - approx 90% off. I had not applied any coupon code which may violate the terms of conditions of sale. It was purchased completely as Diplayed on the snapdeal website for the asking discounted price. Also they can not say that it was out of stock since 2 days ago itself it was "06:10 PM, Sat, 23 May, 2015 Your order is packed and waiting for the warehouse pickup" If this was a bug in their system, Then they still have to honour it since the mistake was theirs. They can not sell a product on their website and later realize that they are selling it for too much of a discount and 3 days later cancel the order [protected] Loss Incurred : [protected] I was to purchase this same product (MRP 15990) for 2nd hand from a person. Unfortunately when snapdeal offered a 90% discount on their website, It was comming out much cheaper than me purchasing it for 2ndhand. Therefore I cancelled with the person. Because of this false advertisement by snapdeal, I lost out on my initial negotiations to buy this product from a friend and he has sold it to someone else. I can send you the screenshots with the date and time precisely when I cancelled with this person since Snapdeal had confirmed my order. I have all the necessary proof for this. If they give an advertisement, and someone places the order without violating a single rule or applying any coupon and immediately pre-paid pays for the entire asking price of the product, then they should honour it.

                          Ordered the product on 16th-May, got delivered on 22nd May with nothing other than the the Fan working. Called Snapdeal CC on 23rd May, Sat complaining about the same - got pushed back saying reach out to the Vendor (Crompton) for problems. Most pathetic experience so far with any of the online shopping portals. This is my last email before i reach out to Consumer court and write a nasty note to Mr. Behl.

                              Respect, Sir Again i am facing a big problem with snapdeal. I am totally tried to this. Please take appropriate action on this matter why are you harrasing me sir my snadeal order Id-[protected] . I am really very disappointed now I purchased Canon E510 Printer online from snapdeal.com on 15 May 2014 for Rs. 4054 /- and it was delivered on 24 May 2015. I received My Order today when I opened the seal of the Printer box i am totally shocked Seller has resend me same product which i have return back to snapdeal order Number-[protected] On 2 may 2015 in the same condition not cartridge and no power cable and box is look like damaged please take back your product and provide me replacement as soon as possible other wise i will assure you i will take restrict legal action action against you please solve my case in a day. I believe you know the power of the Internet. Please don't test patience of general public.. i am not wrong then why you are Harassing me.i had already sent you many mails and calls but you are not taking it seriously, i am not in mood to do more mails, and call, . reply solve my case in a day . I want my new printer if you are failing to replace in a 1 business day then we will will sure you. we will take restrict legal action on this matter for my right. I will not buy anything again and i will surely stop others too.I will go to consumer court cheating me like this.                                 I have purchased HTC desire 620 mobile phone on 1 march and there is defect in touch screen so I submitted it to HTC service center after 15 days they repaired it and still touch screen problem is not solved so they provide me DOA latter that says piece is faulty so I contacted snap deal and they gave me assurance they will give me refund but since 1 month they are just not taking action against my complain as well as not provinding me satisfactory answer

                                    i have got totally blank parcel Hi my name is heeralal jangir.I had ordered a Nokia lumia 630 single sim on 12th may 2015, the promise date of order delivery was 19 may but I got it on 23may 2015.my complaint reason is not late delivery .I got my parcel today itself and when I opened the box it was totally blank, I was shocked for a minute.there was nothing in the box with out bill of product.I called customers helpline, they told me we will investigate and our team call you back in nnext 48 hours.I know that I can't get refund easily.                                       I had placed an order no.[protected] on Snapdeal for online shopping of Digitek Selfi Stick Wireless bluetooth (Multicolour). When i received the delivery found that they sant me the local china made brand selfi stick with bill in name of Digitek Selfi Stick Wireless Bluetooth in place of Digitec Brand. I returened the same than again they sant the same local china made brand with bill of Digitek Selfi Stick Wireless Bluetooth. Than again i returened and after replacement the same local brand china made with bill of original brand. This has aleady caused much mental distarbance and pain to me i unwillingely accepted the local china made brand againest Digitek Selfi Stick Wireless Bluetooth because SNAPDEAL IS NOT VARY ABOUT HIS REPUTATION but i was frusteted therefore i accepted the wrong product.                                         I PAID 37441 X 2 for 2 iphones in October. Company sent fake phones. Realized its mistake and refunded for one. and withheld for another. Out of loss of Rs. 74882 /- PAID IN CASH ON DELIVERY, half has been recovered. Still Rs. 37441 is at loss. And not to mention 8 months of harrowing. Received fake iPhones on 22Oct 2014 The company asked to send photos of the product. I told them that I have not opened the complete packaging, because even with half open packet, the phone inside is showing not to be iphone. clearly the package is tempered. No invoices were received along with the parcels. So, I asked for the same through communique. Subsequently, I was emailed the invoices on November 9, 2014. The invoice showed imei number which was unverified from apple.com verification page. On 10 November 2014, I received a mail from snapdeal stating that your department had tried calling me multiple times and found me not reachable. I did not receive any call and I had also given my alternative number. The imei numbers contained in the invoices were fake as independently verified @ www.Apple.com. These invoices clearly show that a fraud has been perpetrated against me as original phones demanded by me have not been sent. After this, many times I reminded for revert for the dispute resolution. On multiple complaints, customer care department agrees to provide for refund for one phone, order ID ================== [protected] ==================and I received a mail stating the refund was made in January 2015 after 3 months of complaining Thereafter, for another phone, Order Id ================== [protected] ==================, I have been constantly chasing the issue with the customer care department. At times the executives requested more time to look into the details. Other times, the executives informed me of having closed the case on advice of the legal department stating that proper goods have been delivered. This was done without speaking to me. On 7 February 2015, I again sent you the pictures (as i was asked to) Order ID [protected], asking for the refund for the same. After sending endless emails and phonecalls, i have almost written off my loss. Seek your help to recover my loss.
