I PAID 37441 X 2 for 2 iphones in October. Company sent fake phones. Realized its mistake and refunded for one. and withheld for another. Out of loss of Rs. 74882 /- PAID IN CASH ON DELIVERY, half has been recovered. Still Rs. 37441 is at loss.
And not to mention 8 months of harrowing.
Received fake iPhones on 22Oct 2014
The company asked to send photos of the product.
I told them that I have not opened the complete packaging, because even with half open packet, the phone inside is showing not to be iphone. clearly the package is tempered.
No invoices were received along with the parcels. So, I asked for the same through communique. Subsequently, I was emailed the invoices on November 9, 2014. The invoice showed imei number which was unverified from apple.com verification page.
On 10 November 2014, I received a mail from snapdeal stating that your department had tried calling me multiple times and found me not reachable. I did not receive any call and I had also given my alternative number.
The imei numbers contained in the invoices were fake as independently verified @ www.Apple.com. These invoices clearly show that a fraud has been perpetrated against me as original phones demanded by me have not been sent.
After this, many times I reminded for revert for the dispute resolution.
On multiple complaints, customer care department agrees to provide for refund for one phone, order ID ================== [protected] ==================and I received a mail stating the refund was made in January 2015 after 3 months of complaining
Thereafter, for another phone, Order Id ================== [protected] ==================, I have been constantly chasing the issue with the customer care department. At times the executives requested more time to look into the details. Other times, the executives informed me of having closed the case on advice of the legal department stating that proper goods have been delivered. This was done without speaking to me.
On 7 February 2015, I again sent you the pictures (as i was asked to) Order ID [protected], asking for the refund for the same.
After sending endless emails and phonecalls, i have almost written off my loss.
