    I ordered the "Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime" as a birthday present for my friend and it was to be delivered within a week when I got a text message from Snapdeal saying that it got cancelled. So, I called the customer care and I was on a list of many callers so I had to wait. After 15 callers they received my call and I asked them about the reason why my product had been cancelled. The man on the receiving end did not even know anything and asked me to put my call on hold. After a while he told me that my order got cancelled because there were problems with the courier and he did not even know why it had been shipped back to its original place. Such bad service!! My friend's birthday had already passed and I really should have just bought the phone from some other shopping site. Very BIG THUMBS DOWN Bad delivery of services, Bad customer care and I should say Snapdeal is hands down the worst online shopping site in India

    Very bad experience for me as well. Had ordered Yamaha keyboard pedals at Snapdeal ( Spent about Rs 5000 )- these arrived without the screws to assemble. Called them, got complaint number, been promised reverse pick up - but nothing happens. The people at Customer Care just bluff you, saying things will be taken care off - simple lies. Now it is about 3weeks plus and no progress. Don't know if I need to take legal action ...

          Hi This is Umesh Purchased Snapdeal product on 12th November14 I am writing to you after being frustrated to the core with the kind of service you provide. I have placed this Order on 12th Nov 2014. I have received a message with E-wings courier tracking link & contact No’s . Your Link does’t work, Your Contact No’s doesn't work, you people don’t have your own Website this is the most Worst part in Courier industry. I have been tracking this from day 1 & no response. This is the pathetic service. The estimated date of delivery increases on comencing the date, Snapdeal is taking several complaints & they are also unable to track it anywhere- Shame on you snap deal. Several times spoke with snapdeal customer care nothing found, spoke with supervisors pinky, pooja, few names i remember. Every one promised & told give me 1 day we will track it & call you back :- NO Call Back's whatsoever.             i have ordered three rings size 9 on oct 22, on 29 oct i received the order but size was small so i had returned it back on 31st oct, but i got only one of size 11 on 6 nov. but rest two was not delivered, they told me they will return the amount on my account of two remaining rings but still i am waiting for the amount. you guaranteed delivery on 7 days or who will refund, neither i received the product no the money its almost 7 weeks. this is the third time i am using snapdeal and the experience was poor and i will suggest it to others. amazon, flipkart is best.               I ordered one product 18 days back and till now I have not received the product. They say that they are waiting for the courier people to pick up my product and deliver it. What a shameless reply from snapdeal.com They don't even have the courtesy to call me or mail me stating why the product is taking so much time to get delivered. I have called them at least 10 times in last 10 days and raised so many complaints, still no reply. This is a online site. God only saved me, as I was planning to buy a television also.

                Very bad response from snapdeal.com customer care guys. the product was ordered on 15th Nov 2014 and their response till today is same. it is hand overed to courier guys.They don't even update online where the product reached
                or what is the current status of he product. I have spoke to customer care people 100 times. They act as if they are giving the product for free. i would never order anything from snapdeal.com in future.

                  We have received a faulty lifeline AB king pro after 8 days of order. Being disappointed I have requested for replace giving all the info they needed. After ten days of communication I received a mail saying that their courier partner NUVOEX will pick up the product in next 48 hours. For 3 days We wait for the courier service to pick up the product, but We did not receive any call from any kind of courier partner. And after 3 days I got a mail for Snapdeal stating that the return pick is not done due to customer is not interested in returning the product. Whenever I contact to snapdeal customer care, they always use to tell that they will be sending someone to pickup the product within two days. Now it's been almost a month.
                  It's been over month since we ordered a 'lifeline AB king pro' and we are stuck with a faulty one. This is very disappointing from SNAPDEAL.

                  This is very very bad experience with SNAPDEAL service. This was my very first online order from SNAPDEAL and probably the last one. I would suggest every one not to buy any product from snapdeal ever and e

                            I placed an order on Snapdeal.com in the last week of November. Order number: [protected]. This consisted of two items - a) washing machine, b) microwave oven. I immediately got confirmation email, and on November 30, I received email and SMS messages indicating that both items (washing machine had an expected delivery date of Dec 4, while the microwave had an expected delivery date of Dec 2) had been handed over to Bluedart.com. Problem was - the microwave oven tracking information showed up immediately, and on Dec 2, it even got delivered, but the washing machine tracking information (bluedart tracking number: [protected]) does not resolve even today, a full seven days after the alleged shipment. I get a message on bluedart.com saying that it is an invalid tracking/waybill number. Finally losing patience, I called Snapdeal today after getting auto-generated emails to online filed complaints. After 28 minutes of giving me a run around, the customer service representative told me a) it can take up to 48 hours for tracking information to appear. When I told him that it has been 7 days, he had no answer, b) he refused to cancel the order and issue me a refund, c) he refused to put me in touch with his supervisor (claimed that no one was available). So, a) is a lie, b) is fraud, c) is illegal. A new online complaint on snapdeal's own website has brought forth the same tired a) . I want either the washing machine delivered within 48 hours, or my money refunded immediately. Anything else is theft and fraud, and snapdeal folks should pay damages, and go to jail.

                            This was sent to Snapdeal complaints. Updating here. No response from Snapdeal. They are continually trying to avoid any responsibility.

                            This order was never delivered and I was sent wrong tracking information twice (Bluedart - [protected] is invalid, and the SMS you sent me for GATI yesterday has nothing to with my order - the destination and origin are both wrong). I have been given the run around by your customer service representatives for the past 4 days. This time, your customer service representative refused to put me in contact with his supervisor. Finally, the customer service representative verbally agreed to put in some remarks requesting cancellation of the order. He informed me that Snapdeal will request recall of the item (good luck with that - you do not even know what the tracking number is) within 72 hours and then issue me a refund. However, he refused to give me any written proof that this request has been made[protected] does not contain any mention of the cancellation request). This is contrary to practice in e-shopping the world over. Every order cancellation has a confirmation number and email. This is the level of your professionalism. I want my refund. You have lost this order because you do not have any tracking information at all. This matter is going to the police if I do not get my refund. I am sick and tired of your lies.

                                Hi my brother had ordered a mobile phone iBall Andi 4 IPS GEM Mobile Phone - White order #[protected] which snapdeal cancelleld and placed a new order#[protected] without even asking us do we still want to go ahead with the order wasting our time and the most frustrating part is we got the phone today and guess what the is a faulty one which dsnt even switch on after calling the customer care of iball they asked to contact snapdeal after contacting snapdeal i was advised to send the phone back and the refund will be credited within 24hr thats the time frame that was given to me by MANISH KUMAR ASST MANAGER...i was ok with that but to my suprise after the checking the the snapdeal SD cash account the accoung bal was showing 0rs againg i had to send mail that was not replyed to yesterday and send messages asking MANISH TO CALL ME BACK on facebook again to my suprise i was told that it would take 24 to 48hrs i waited till now still the credit is not reflecting in the account. i worte a mail i got a call back from someone named SOHAIL..tell me again that it (MIGHT)be credited by 2moro..I am really fedup, frustrated and stress out with this.SNAPDEAL PLEASE ADVISE ASAP WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE FOR THIS HORRIBLE EXPERIANCE THAT YOU HAVE GIVEN US FROM THE START.

                                      I have ordered Apple iPhone 5S 16GB(Gold) on 18th Nov 2014. Order number for the same is [protected]. I have made full payment of Rs. 43, 387 through citibank credit card for the order. Though I have not received the item, the status is updated as delivered in their site. Also received an SMS on 28th Nov 2014 that the product has been delivered on 25th Nov 2014. Hence raised a complaint on the same day for not receiving the product. But I didn't get any status on the complaint even after a week. I was calling their customer care daily, but the response is "We have sent an email to first flight vendor. we are looking into issue and will get back to you ASAP". I got same response every time I called. When I checked in the first flight courier service site, the details of the receiver name is shown as Ramesh and contact number as 1. Then we have enquired with first flight courier service in vijayawada and came to know that theft was happened internally. Courier Service: First flight Consignment Number: O[protected]. Also I have received unsuccessful delivery email from snapdeal on 26th Nov 2014. But they have updated that the product was delivered on 25th Nov 2014.

                                        I make an order for speaker (Zebronics) in Snap deal but it has replaced by another company so, I ask refund from them but they didn't refund my cash to the account. I send my entire account details to the company and waiting for more than five days no reply or they are not taking any step also. Worst service from Snapdeal.com.
