I placed an order [protected] and raised a complaint against this Complaint ID is 11171992. 1. Instead of 3 piece only 2 was delivered and 2. it was wrong size because of wrong size chart provided in the portal Initially I wanted to return it but Due to my inability to be at home I changed my mind to retain it. Now they are refusing to credit me the Rs.374/- odd The package is unopened and intact. I have furnished photo proof for wrong size chart help as we'll as quantity shortage Now I want refund although I am willing to take the wrong size

        Hi, I have placed an order on :[protected]:25:46 with order no [protected]. The order included jeans, trouser and a shirt. They have cancelled the order on 30th November 2014 . I got an sms from them that my order has been cancelled. This is very unprofessional attitude from a national e commerce site like snap deal, which is causing me extreme distress, anguish and pain. With my cousins sagan /marriage is scheduled on 4th December 2014, I am left with not much option as no other online provider can deliver the goods in such a short notice without charging extra money. They are busy in minting money without taking customers need into consideration. I want action to be taken to taken against them, so that they don't put any other customer in limbo again in future.                         Dear Madam/Sir;
                        I had placed the order for a Kawachi Zero Gravity Chair after payment of Rs.3600/- (kindly refer to Order No.: [protected], Order Placed on:[protected]:14:39).
                        We, i.e. yours truly & my wife, started tracking the Order and was anxious to receive the Kawachi Zero Gravity Chair as we were leaving for Kolkata on 24th noon to return only on 30th November night. Though Blue Dirt, the Courier (Waybill Number : [protected]) in their site claimed that on 22nd November someone visited to deliver the package, it is fact that we were in our house on 22nd and no courier with the package came and pressed the Calling bell. We though received a package from Amazon.com on 22nd November.
                        Similarly, on 23rd, we remained confined in our house and we noticed (while tracking the package) that the website mentioned that the deliverer found the premises closed. There was no mobile call or message otherwise. So I immediately sent mails on 23rd evening (to Blue Dart) intimating that we were at home and question of premises being closed had never arisen. I also gave giving my mobile numbers. I also intimated that we were going to be available till 12:00 hours of 24th Nov. I also requested that the package may otherwise be delivered to Sri Suresh Kumar of D-401, our next door neighbour.
                        I received the mail [protected]@bluedart.com too in response, on the same very 24th November which confirmed that on 24th delivery will be made. However, none came again to D-404 (or to our neighbour D-401) to deliver the package.
                        The experience has been bitter and annoying to say the least.
                        We will be available from 01st Decemeber'14 onwards. The package may kindly be delivered on 01st December or else deliver it to Sri Suresh Kumar of D-401 before 01st December.

                            Order placed on - 6/11/2014 It was an upfront payment and was paid through my credit card. Please also note that this is a non cancellable order. The estimated date of delivery were shown as following: 11/11/2014 18/11/2014 22/11/2014 28/11/2014 Complaint made: 4/5 times (we can cheque the record) Only twice i was given the complaint nos and those are : 1206101 and 11978375. Every single time your customer service executives were decent enough to apologize for the delay but never till date could give me the exact status of the product and when i will be receiving it. On 24/11/2014 I happened to interact with one of your overconfident executive and was assured that it will be delivered on 28/11/2014 positively. Today is 28th and I have not received the product. Took all the pain to reluctantly call up your customer care no fully knowing that they will again be absolutely without and clue, and I was proven right once more. Please let me know about the status of the product within next 8 hrs. (My no. is [protected]), failing which I will be positively moving to the consumer court for sure and you will easily find out the consequences within another 15 days.                               Just checked the status of my product with courier company still the product is in Jaipur.Thanks for the update and keep the product with you itself by taking money from my end. I am sure that you guys will not deliver the product to me within today and I am also prepared to submit all my proofs to media and teaser about snap deal failure of product, fake commitment and blaming courier company will be shared across social media if I am not getting the product by today. I AM APOLOGISING TO CEO AND COO WHO ARE VERY GOOD PEOPLE BUT YOUR TEAM IS NOT TAKING ACTIONS FOR ANY COMPLAINTS IS UNACCEPTABLE. I have made 45 calls to check the status of my product and wrote more no of emails and not taken action this shows your not treating consumers in a better manner. I am planning to write this to the media . At least, hope government officials will take an action against for my undeliverable product on a high priority basis .All people will share the teaser in social media from today night onwards against the problem which I am facing against snap deal to all over the world. REALLY GOT FRUSTRATED BECAUSE OF YOU GUYS. I HAD SPENT AROUND 1000 RUPEES ONLY FOR CALLS AND FOLLOWING UP FOR LAST TWO WEEKS AND KIND REQUEST PLS TREAT AS A CONSUMER ( HUMAN BEING) NOT LIKE ANYTHING ELSE.                                   I did not recieve my courier charges which i paid about 20 days ago and everytime when i called to snapdeal customer care they said me that we are forwarding your details to our technical team. I called in snapdeal customer care for about 15-20 times and atleast for 7-10 minutes everytime so every time i was charged by 8 to 10 rupees. Then also any result does not given by snapdeal. Total amount of courier charges is 310+775+775=1860

                                    I ordered an bosh tool kit on 11th November 2014, But they did not deliver it, By 19th.And I continuously follow them by mailing and tell them telephonically not to cancel the deal, I said, "I will provide you an different address if you want and also I will pay the delivery charges if it is required".But due to negligence they did not listen or understand, or intentionally cancel the deal because it is in discounted rate, the deal made during sale(Same thing happen twice before with flipkart also.Products which are sold in sale are not delivered).So I mailed them, but they ignore and did not give me the answer, why should they cancel the deal.Then I called the customer care, But the same thing I get from them...And Even I did not get my money back in my bank a/c.And they also did not respond to my mails and calls.

                                    I ordered HP 15-r074TU Laptop (4th Gen Intel Core i3 - 4GB RAM- 1TB HDD- 15.6 Inches- DOS) (Sparkling Black) on 11th November 2014, But they did not deliver it, I continuously follow them by mailing and tell them telephonically not to cancel the deal, intentionally cancel the deal because it is in discounted rate, the deal made during sale(Same thing happen twice before with flipkart also.Products which are sold in sale are not delivered).So I mailed them, but they ignore and did not give me the answer, why should they cancel the deal.Then I called the customer care, But the same thing I get from them..snapdeal send me mail like

                                      Hi I Happen to place the order on Snapdeal on 11-Nov-2014.On Snapdeal on mega sale I booked Godrej Microwave on offer price It is been 16 days the product is not delivered. It been one tough time to track the product.Upon contacting the SnapDeal they claim the product has reached the Chennai Hub But Upon contacting the Gati Courier they claim the product is in Mumbai, Panvel, since 18-Nov-2014, Gati claims that product has not left the Mumbai due to one package among the two packages is lost, when again I called back spoke Snapdeal spoke many agents all claiming will call back but never they do it. also false commitments and the Delivery Dates have been Postponed 5 times still the product is not received. I am fed up with e-commerce. NOTE: IF YOU GUYS ARE PLANNING TO PURCHASE ON SNAPDEAL.                                         I ordered BSN Syntha-6 ( protien powder )Product code : [protected], i got the product on[protected]The seal of the box was tempered when i recieved the product, I called the snapdeal complaint department they told that the product will be taken back with in next 48 hours they even sent me the mail for the same, i have proof for the same, No body came in 48 hours, i called again they told wait for some more time, then again i called them on 26thNov2014, they told that on 27thNov2014 between 9a.m to 12 pm reverse pickup will be done, i waited all 3 hours and taken leave from the office but no body came, then at 12.05 i again called at snapdeal customer care they are telling to wait further
