SnapDeal is one of the worst service provider. you don’t care about customer at all. The Customer care service is a damn. They wont bother to take your call and quality of product would be very poor. your delivery is never on time. My Order No.: [protected]Order On: 21st, October 2014 Name: Ojeswini @ [protected]@hotmail.com I have Placed 3 Items, Order at a time on 21st, October 2014 total Worth Rs. 1546/- 1.Street Junkies Pack of 2 White-Black Shirts2.Kiosha Green & White Checks Blue Shirt3.Kiosha Yellow & White Checks Blue ShirtStreet Junkies Pack of 2 White-Black Shirts are not right order send so I put and complain to return them and send right order.did courier of 200 rs through first flight.After Hunting for call finally I ask them If you are in the Position of Not able to supply this Product with in 7 to 10 working days I asked to Cancel & send the Money, Still the amount not Credited to my Same account. The Issue still not sort-out Who will help us in this Issue I can also rank Snapdeal.com one of Worst Service

      SNAPDEAL: BAD AND AVOIDABLE DEAL AND A BAD EXPERIENCE
      I placed an order (Order No:[protected]) on 13th November, 2014 with Snapdeal.com to buy few items in the category of men’s clothing .I had ordered for 5 items for which I made payment of Rs.1659.00 (One thousand, six hundred and fifty-nine only) in cash on delivery mode.
      Out of 5 items only 1 item was right and all 4 wrong items were delivered to me.

      These 5 items were :- AMOUNT PAID ITEM DELIVERED

      (1)Green Men’s semi formal cotton trouser, 36 size 455.00 INR same as the order

      (2) Lime Blue Men’s Cotton Polo T Shirt, XL size 329.00 INR small size, different color, defective piece

      (3) Lime Maroon Men’s Cotton Polo T Shirt, XL size 329.00 INR small size (38 size delivered)

      (4) SS Ramar Green Men’s Cotton Polo T Shirt, XL size 287.00 INR much light coloured item delivered

      (5)Clifton parrot green Men’s polo T Shirt XL size 259.00 INR Ladies nightwear of same colour &size

      I returned all 4 items & requested for replacement of all these 4 wrong items through several emails but no replacement made and after waiting for several days I finally received a request by email to send my Bank details, which I complied on the same day .And also wrote them very clearly to refund me in my bank account and not any other way . But nothing was refunded in my Bank Account and I further received some more emails and messages that these refunds have been made in my Snapdeal Account through SD Cash. When I made payment by cash and returned all such wrong items without any fault and delay why are the talking of SD Cash refunds.
      They displayed many o[censored]navailable items at their website and delivered wrong products, Very small size colthings and defective unpopular items which otherwise are not sold easily and with firm believe that the customers are biggest fools.
      Now I have lost my faith in Snapdeal and don’t want to place any order with Snapdeal because I am again afraid that customers are often lured by the excellent but unavailable products displayed at their website but once you make a payment, can’t be assured that you will get what you order and by not refunding your money they force you to pay for some other horrible stuff.It is a horrible experience.

        Snapdeal, you don't bother about your customers. No call backs, no reply to mails. No correct information with you. We had ordered the product on 13th November with online payment, for Toshiba Canvio...Hard Disk. It was shipped within a day. But from 14th, we have been waiting till now, neither got the product nor money back. Each time, the courier guys are updating their delivery date. For that, when called Snapdeal and ask for cash back, as we cannot wait for the product to be delivered, each representative gives different information and we are left back. Also, their policy says if they cross 10 days of delivery after shipment, cashback, but still we have to call each time and ask them to initiate the request. They are asking us to wait till the product comes to us, and then we return it. For how long can we wait ? Customer service is also horrible. Pathetic experience so far for us. Compensation for this ignorance to us !

          I placed an order [protected] and raised a complaint against this Complaint ID is 11171992. 1. Instead of 3 piece only 2 was delivered and 2. it was wrong size because of wrong size chart provided in the portal Initially I wanted to return it but Due to my inability to be at home I changed my mind to retain it. Now they are refusing to credit me the Rs.374/- odd The package is unopened and intact. I have furnished photo proof for wrong size chart help as we'll as quantity shortage Now I want refund although I am willing to take the wrong size

                Hi, I have placed an order on :[protected]:25:46 with order no [protected]. The order included jeans, trouser and a shirt. They have cancelled the order on 30th November 2014 . I got an sms from them that my order has been cancelled. This is very unprofessional attitude from a national e commerce site like snap deal, which is causing me extreme distress, anguish and pain. With my cousins sagan /marriage is scheduled on 4th December 2014, I am left with not much option as no other online provider can deliver the goods in such a short notice without charging extra money. They are busy in minting money without taking customers need into consideration. I want action to be taken to taken against them, so that they don't put any other customer in limbo again in future.                                 Dear Madam/Sir;
                                I had placed the order for a Kawachi Zero Gravity Chair after payment of Rs.3600/- (kindly refer to Order No.: [protected], Order Placed on:[protected]:14:39).
                                We, i.e. yours truly & my wife, started tracking the Order and was anxious to receive the Kawachi Zero Gravity Chair as we were leaving for Kolkata on 24th noon to return only on 30th November night. Though Blue Dirt, the Courier (Waybill Number : [protected]) in their site claimed that on 22nd November someone visited to deliver the package, it is fact that we were in our house on 22nd and no courier with the package came and pressed the Calling bell. We though received a package from Amazon.com on 22nd November.
                                Similarly, on 23rd, we remained confined in our house and we noticed (while tracking the package) that the website mentioned that the deliverer found the premises closed. There was no mobile call or message otherwise. So I immediately sent mails on 23rd evening (to Blue Dart) intimating that we were at home and question of premises being closed had never arisen. I also gave giving my mobile numbers. I also intimated that we were going to be available till 12:00 hours of 24th Nov. I also requested that the package may otherwise be delivered to Sri Suresh Kumar of D-401, our next door neighbour.
                                I received the mail [protected]@bluedart.com too in response, on the same very 24th November which confirmed that on 24th delivery will be made. However, none came again to D-404 (or to our neighbour D-401) to deliver the package.
                                The experience has been bitter and annoying to say the least.
                                We will be available from 01st Decemeber'14 onwards. The package may kindly be delivered on 01st December or else deliver it to Sri Suresh Kumar of D-401 before 01st December.

                                  by your Superior ms RONAK AGARWAL i was given assurance dated 26th November that my order [protected] will be delivered within 48hours but today dated 28th November i got email that my order is cancelled to know the current status we called at snapdeal customercare and Mr VICKY SAGAR instead of assisting and forwarding the call to MS RONAK AGARWAL to whom i wanted to talk didnt gave the call, talked with us very rudely and told us to reissue the order

                                    Order placed on - 6/11/2014 It was an upfront payment and was paid through my credit card. Please also note that this is a non cancellable order. The estimated date of delivery were shown as following: 11/11/2014 18/11/2014 22/11/2014 28/11/2014 Complaint made: 4/5 times (we can cheque the record) Only twice i was given the complaint nos and those are : 1206101 and 11978375. Every single time your customer service executives were decent enough to apologize for the delay but never till date could give me the exact status of the product and when i will be receiving it. On 24/11/2014 I happened to interact with one of your overconfident executive and was assured that it will be delivered on 28/11/2014 positively. Today is 28th and I have not received the product. Took all the pain to reluctantly call up your customer care no fully knowing that they will again be absolutely without and clue, and I was proven right once more. Please let me know about the status of the product within next 8 hrs. (My no. is [protected]), failing which I will be positively moving to the consumer court for sure and you will easily find out the consequences within another 15 days.                                     It was an upfront payment and was paid through my credit card.
                                    Please also note that this is a non cancellable order too.

                                    The estimated date of delivery were shown as following:
                                    11/11/2014
                                    18/11/2014
                                    22/11/2014
                                    28/11/2014

                                    Complaint made: 4/5 times.Only twice i was given the complaint nos and those are : 1206101 and 11978375.
                                    Every single time the customer service executives were decent enough to apologize for the delay but never till date could give me the exact status of the product and when i will be receiving it.

                                      Just checked the status of my product with courier company still the product is in Jaipur.Thanks for the update and keep the product with you itself by taking money from my end. I am sure that you guys will not deliver the product to me within today and I am also prepared to submit all my proofs to media and teaser about snap deal failure of product, fake commitment and blaming courier company will be shared across social media if I am not getting the product by today. I AM APOLOGISING TO CEO AND COO WHO ARE VERY GOOD PEOPLE BUT YOUR TEAM IS NOT TAKING ACTIONS FOR ANY COMPLAINTS IS UNACCEPTABLE. I have made 45 calls to check the status of my product and wrote more no of emails and not taken action this shows your not treating consumers in a better manner. I am planning to write this to the media . At least, hope government officials will take an action against for my undeliverable product on a high priority basis .All people will share the teaser in social media from today night onwards against the problem which I am facing against snap deal to all over the world. REALLY GOT FRUSTRATED BECAUSE OF YOU GUYS. I HAD SPENT AROUND 1000 RUPEES ONLY FOR CALLS AND FOLLOWING UP FOR LAST TWO WEEKS AND KIND REQUEST PLS TREAT AS A CONSUMER ( HUMAN BEING) NOT LIKE ANYTHING ELSE.                                         I have ordered Canon lens well in advance to give it as a gift. The product reached around 7-8days earlier. But it was not opened till yesterday. While opening there was no seal or tape on the packet. Which we initially did not noticed. Upon Checking the product was not working. The lens was faulty.
