SNAPDEAL: BAD AND AVOIDABLE DEAL AND A BAD EXPERIENCE
I placed an order (Order No:[protected]) on 13th November, 2014 with Snapdeal.com to buy few items in the category of men’s clothing .I had ordered for 5 items for which I made payment of Rs.1659.00 (One thousand, six hundred and fifty-nine only) in cash on delivery mode.
Out of 5 items only 1 item was right and all 4 wrong items were delivered to me.
These 5 items were :-
(1)Green Men’s semi formal cotton trouser, 36 size .Paid 455.00 INR .Received same as the order
(2) Lime Blue Men’s Cotton Polo T Shirt, XL size Paid 329.00 INR .Received small size, different color, defective piece.
(3) Lime Maroon Men’s Cotton Polo T Shirt, XL size .Paid 329.00 INR .Received small size (38 size delivered).
(4) SS Ramar Green Men’s Cotton Polo T Shirt, XL size Paid 287.00 INR. Received much more light coloured item delivered.
(5)Clifton parrot green Men’s polo T Shirt XL size.Paid 259.00 INR .Received Ladies nightwear of same colour &size .
I returned all 4 items & requested for replacement of all these 4 wrong items through several emails but no replacement made and after waiting for several days I finally received a request by email to send my Bank details, which I complied on the same day .And also wrote them very clearly to refund me in my bank account and not any other way . But nothing was refunded in my Bank Account and I further received few more emails and messages that these refunds have been made in my Snapdeal Account through SD Cash. When I made payment by cash and returned all such wrong items without any fault and delay why are the talking of SD Cash refunds.
They displayed many o[censored]navailable items at their website and delivered wrong products, Very small size colthings and defective unpopular items which otherwise are not sold easily and with firm believe that the customers are biggest fools.
I have lost my faith in Snapdeal and don’t want to place any order with Snapdeal because I am again afraid that customers are lured by display of the excellent but unavailable products at their website but once you make a payment, can’t be assured that you will receive the same item you ordered. By not refunding your money they force you to pay for few other useless stuff for which you would never want to spend your money.It's deliberate cheating.

Refund for 1 item is still pending.Now it is more than a month.I wrote several mails and complaints to them.There is no action on their part.I received only auto -generated emails with loads of apology and not the refund of the remaining amount. I paid RS.1659.00.for 5 items, out of which 4 turned to be wrong items, which I returned immediately and requested replacement.They could not replace those items and cancelled them and have still not refunded for 1 item, now it is more than a month. When I don't have that item with me, how do they justify not refunding Many o[censored]navailable items at their website are displayed and wrong products are delivered, very small size clothing or useless kind of stuff, which you would not want to buy otherwise, with believe that the customers are biggest fools.
I also want to add that they don't respond to the emails with properly dealing with your concern and their customer care actually doesn't care.
