I have ordered ubislate 3g7datawind tablet on snapdeal having order no. [protected] near about 3 months ago, but the product you send was wrong one, so i request you to please provide a refund for product. You told me that you will reverse pickup the product but after waiting for 20 days i called representative, he told me to send the product by own, which i did but still after riched in your warehouse you didn't generate the refund, because their is no update in your system about probuct received but speed post confirmed it that product has been delivered on your warehouse address. I waiting to get refund since 3 months, communicate with representatives so many times by mail and phone, but no result. So i request you to please forward tihis complaint to heigher aouthority.

    Dear Sir, I am Akvindersingh Sandhu have purchased from snapdeal order no. [protected] and product delivered to me on 11th Oct 2014, i have process for reversed the product request on 12th Oct 2014. and taken the regular followups with snapdeal for return pick up but they not picked up the product and at last i have send return courier by 3-nov-14 through first flight and send the courier receipt to snapdeal, and also taking regular followups but the refund has not process by snapdeal they have received the products but not properly responding and my courier charges is rs 290/- with disputed amount required and called so many times and send email so many time they are taking casually to our customer. thanks & regards akvinder

      SNAPDEAL: BAD AND AVOIDABLE DEAL AND A BAD EXPERIENCE
      I placed an order (Order No:[protected]) on 13th November, 2014 with Snapdeal.com to buy few items in the category of men’s clothing .I had ordered for 5 items for which I made payment of Rs.1659.00 (One thousand, six hundred and fifty-nine only) in cash on delivery mode.
      Out of 5 items only 1 item was right and all 4 wrong items were delivered to me.
      These 5 items were :-
      (1)Green Men’s semi formal cotton trouser, 36 size .Paid 455.00 INR .Received same as the order
      (2) Lime Blue Men’s Cotton Polo T Shirt, XL size Paid 329.00 INR .Received small size, different color, defective piece.
      (3) Lime Maroon Men’s Cotton Polo T Shirt, XL size .Paid 329.00 INR .Received small size (38 size delivered).
      (4) SS Ramar Green Men’s Cotton Polo T Shirt, XL size Paid 287.00 INR. Received much more light coloured item delivered.
      (5)Clifton parrot green Men’s polo T Shirt XL size.Paid 259.00 INR .Received Ladies nightwear of same colour &size .

      I returned all 4 items & requested for replacement of all these 4 wrong items through several emails but no replacement made and after waiting for several days I finally received a request by email to send my Bank details, which I complied on the same day .And also wrote them very clearly to refund me in my bank account and not any other way . But nothing was refunded in my Bank Account and I further received few more emails and messages that these refunds have been made in my Snapdeal Account through SD Cash. When I made payment by cash and returned all such wrong items without any fault and delay why are the talking of SD Cash refunds.
      They displayed many o[censored]navailable items at their website and delivered wrong products, Very small size colthings and defective unpopular items which otherwise are not sold easily and with firm believe that the customers are biggest fools.
      I have lost my faith in Snapdeal and don’t want to place any order with Snapdeal because I am again afraid that customers are lured by display of the excellent but unavailable products at their website but once you make a payment, can’t be assured that you will receive the same item you ordered. By not refunding your money they force you to pay for few other useless stuff for which you would never want to spend your money.It's deliberate cheating.

I paid RS.1659.00.for 5 items, out of which 4 turned to be wrong items, which I returned immediately and requested replacement.They could not replace those items and cancelled them and have still not refunded for 1 item, now it is more than a month. When I don't have that item with me, how do they justify not refunding Many o[censored]navailable items at their website are displayed and wrong products are delivered, very small size clothing or useless kind of stuff, which you would not want to buy otherwise, with believe that the customers are biggest fools.
      I also want to add that they don't respond to the emails with properly dealing with your concern and their customer care actually doesn't care.

        Refund for my order no: [protected] placed on Oct 06, 2014 where in a Nikon D3200 was delivered instead of a Nikon D3300 has still not honored. There has been multiple phone calls, e-mails & FB request but Snap deal has been shameless dishing out hollow sorry & assurance of taking this issue on priority with no results. Firstly they ship the wrong product that was returned that too with their pickup courier falsely accusing me of not being available for first time pickup. Then instead of refund I was sent a mail confirming a replacement for which I called them & they asked to refuse the delivery. Following their advice it took them almost a month & a half to acknowledge the receipt of the product. Now with me providing them all necessary information like bank details since the last 13-14 days I still have not received a refund as it has not been initiated from their end. They have no explanation for that as yet. Will I ever get my money back?

        Will Indian e-retailers ever take their customers seriously? I have bought multiple items from Amazon India & every time they have far exceed my expectations.

        My first ever purchase on Snapdeal & it turns out as the most horrible deal I ever accepted...

            Hi Snap Deal Team,

            This is with regard to order# which was placed on 29 Nov. I had filled an form and requested for urgent fixed time delivery on 30th Nov by paying extra charges and still the requested delivery didn't happen as per schedule on 30 Nov. This was really disappointing and not expected from an reputed online trader Snap deal.

            on 1st dec i had raised an concern on this with snap deal customer care on this issue. Mr. Amit from Snap deal offered a waiver on deliver charges and assured me that the deliver would happen on 1st Dec before 6:00PM.

            Around 6:30 PM when i checked the delivery didn't still happen and i followed up with Mr. Amit. He assured me that the delivery will happen in next 30 minutes. I had also informed in case the delivery is not happening please do not deliver and cancel the order. Until 9:00PM there wasn't any scheduled delivery. Around 9:05 the corier guys called up and asked for address details.

            I would like to raise a concern inspite of me informing not to deliver after 7:30PM there was a late nite deliver scheduled and they had called up more than 20 times on my mobile and landline for the delivery. This is really unprofessionalism. When you cannot meet expectations as requested by your customer please do not make false commitment. This was something which wasn't expected from Snap deal and team.

            I will ensure i think multiple times before making any purchase or scheduled delivery with Snap Deal. Also i will pass this message to my entire group and team of family & friends about such unprofessional experience.

            Kindly request request you to cancel my order and process my refund at the earliest, else i will be forced to take action with consumer rights and grievances team.

              I have placed an order on snapdeal vide Order ID- [protected] on 10.10.2014 for supply of one Sony- DSX A 30- USB Digital Player with LCD display( suborder code- [protected]) and two JBL Speakers. I have received a packet from Snapdeal on 14.10.2014, wherein I found one Sony- DSX A 35- USB Digital Player with LCD display. Immediately I informed the matter to Snapdeal representative and also sent photographs of the sent item. After discussions with Snapdeal representative Mr Rishi Sharma on 15.10.14 it has been settled that I would keep the DSX A-35 and an amount of Rs. 975/- ( the difference of cost of the models as per advertisement by Snapdeal on 10.10.2014)would be refunded to me through NEFT. Mr Sharma mailed me the offer and requested for my bank details. Accordingly I have sent the details of my bank account on 15.10.2014 by email. Thereafter I have mailed and called on telephone several times and every time I have been assured of the refund by the representatives of Snapdeal, but it is very unfortunate that till date I did not get my money back. Now I understood that Snapdeal has cheated me and as such I would request for taking necessary action against Snapdeal for the above and refund of my money back

              I placed an order for shengshou speed cube wide order no. [protected]. But I received wrong item. So .I ask for the refund of money.                                 ORDER NO. : [protected] PRODUCT CODE:[protected] PRODUCT :Golden Green & Yellow Floral Cotton Set Of 4 Double Bed Sheets With 8 Pillow Covers (3d Print) Payment Method : NetBanking I placed 3 orders on 23rd October and all the orders are cancelled by Snapdeal itself due to some courier issues or so. They returned cash of 2 orders but the cash of Rs. 1400/- for the above mentioned order and product code is not yet refunded. When I contacted them they said that refund was initiated by them on November 22, and said it will take 5-7 days to credit the money, now its more than 10 days and it is not yet credited to my bank account. Do refund my money as early as possible.

                                  SnapDeal is one of the worst service provider. you don’t care about customer at all. The Customer care service is a damn. They wont bother to take your call and quality of product would be very poor. your delivery is never on time.                                       SNAPDEAL: BAD AND AVOIDABLE DEAL AND A BAD EXPERIENCE
                                      I placed an order (Order No:[protected]) on 13th November, 2014 with Snapdeal.com to buy few items in the category of men’s clothing .I had ordered for 5 items for which I made payment of Rs.1659.00 (One thousand, six hundred and fifty-nine only) in cash on delivery mode.
                                      Out of 5 items only 1 item was right and all 4 wrong items were delivered to me.

                                      These 5 items were :- AMOUNT PAID ITEM DELIVERED

                                      (1)Green Men’s semi formal cotton trouser, 36 size 455.00 INR same as the order

                                      (2) Lime Blue Men’s Cotton Polo T Shirt, XL size 329.00 INR small size, different color, defective piece

                                      (3) Lime Maroon Men’s Cotton Polo T Shirt, XL size 329.00 INR small size (38 size delivered)

                                      (4) SS Ramar Green Men’s Cotton Polo T Shirt, XL size 287.00 INR much light coloured item delivered

                                      (5)Clifton parrot green Men’s polo T Shirt XL size 259.00 INR Ladies nightwear of same colour &size

                                      I returned all 4 items & requested for replacement of all these 4 wrong items through several emails but no replacement made and after waiting for several days I finally received a request by email to send my Bank details, which I complied on the same day .And also wrote them very clearly to refund me in my bank account and not any other way . But nothing was refunded in my Bank Account and I further received some more emails and messages that these refunds have been made in my Snapdeal Account through SD Cash. When I made payment by cash and returned all such wrong items without any fault and delay why are the talking of SD Cash refunds.
                                      They displayed many o[censored]navailable items at their website and delivered wrong products, Very small size colthings and defective unpopular items which otherwise are not sold easily and with firm believe that the customers are biggest fools.
                                      Now I have lost my faith in Snapdeal and don’t want to place any order with Snapdeal because I am again afraid that customers are often lured by the excellent but unavailable products displayed at their website but once you make a payment, can’t be assured that you will get what you order and by not refunding your money they force you to pay for some other horrible stuff.It is a horrible experience.

                                        Snapdeal, you don't bother about your customers. No call backs, no reply to mails. No correct information with you. We had ordered the product on 13th November with online payment, for Toshiba Canvio...Hard Disk. It was shipped within a day. But from 14th, we have been waiting till now, neither got the product nor money back. Each time, the courier guys are updating their delivery date. For that, when called Snapdeal and ask for cash back, as we cannot wait for the product to be delivered, each representative gives different information and we are left back. Also, their policy says if they cross 10 days of delivery after shipment, cashback, but still we have to call each time and ask them to initiate the request. They are asking us to wait till the product comes to us, and then we return it. For how long can we wait ? Customer service is also horrible. Pathetic experience so far for us. Compensation for this ignorance to us !
