Grievances on order

Hi Snap Deal Team,

This is with regard to order# which was placed on 29 Nov. I had filled an form and requested for urgent fixed time delivery on 30th Nov by paying extra charges and still the requested delivery didn't happen as per schedule on 30 Nov. This was really disappointing and not expected from an reputed online trader Snap deal.

on 1st dec i had raised an concern on this with snap deal customer...

too much late to delivery the product

Snapdeal, you don't bother about your customers. No call backs, no reply to mails. No correct information with you. We had ordered the product on 13th November with online payment, for Toshiba Canvio...Hard Disk. It was shipped within a day.
