Snapdeal, you don't bother about your customers. No call backs, no reply to mails. No correct information with you.
We had ordered the product on 13th November with online payment, for Toshiba Canvio...Hard Disk.
It was shipped within a day. But from 14th, we have been waiting till now, neither got the product
nor money back. Each time, the courier guys are updating their delivery date. For that, when called Snapdeal
and ask for cash back, as we cannot wait for the product to be delivered, each representative gives different
information and we are left back. Also, their policy says if they cross
10 days of delivery after shipment, cashback, but still we have to call each time and ask them to initiate the request.
They are asking us to wait till the product comes to us, and then we return it. For how long can we wait ?
Customer service is also horrible. Pathetic experience so far for us. Compensation for this ignorance to us !
