[protected] placed on 17th Oct 2014, Product - Philips wall lamp It had a gap in the lamp wooden area, sent images, did everything I was asked to, written 10 mails for the same and yet neither has anyone from snapdeal come to pick the lamp nor has the refund of 1035 happened Mails to [protected]@snapdeal.com yield no result ...I guess no one is in charge of replying to mails received on this id.

    I had purchased a Borse WC007 Brown Watch Case order number [protected] on 19th Oct 2014 ...When i received this product it had a crack and hence after A LOT OF FOLLOW UP finally snapdeal arranged to pick it up but till date I haven't received a refund ... I've been writing mails after mails to snapdeal customer support email id [protected]@snapdeal.com but out of ten mails, they reply to may be just one I have paid 799Rs. for the watch case and there is no sign of refund and now even have the product back with snapdeal

      Dear Sir, I ordered Wahl[protected] All in one Grooming Kit Black on November 23, 2014. From November 25, 2014 in my order status it is showing like the same "your order is packed and waiting for courier pickup." From 25/11/14 to until today (10/12/14), I called more than 15 times customer care department (they are telling like the product will be delivered within 48 hours, each and every customer care personnel is saying the same. But there was no response from that Seller or Snapdeal. Poor Service. They are not giving seller #. India's largest online store, but there was no free customer care #. For those calls, I lost more than 150 rupees. My order No: [protected]. Just courier pickup is taking 15 days means what a very poor service they are providing to consumers. I want a resolution for this issue. My Phone #[protected]. Still they are saying like the same.

        My name is Savya. I have orderd for a rechargeable toy car on snapdeal.Description of product says it has in-built recharge option and it includes rechargeable batteries.They have delivered a toy without recharge option and batteries. They offerd the transaction is thru TrustPay and there is refund/return option, if the customer is not satisfied with the product. But when I requested for refund, there is no proper response from them and nobody contacted me for taking back the product.I have given negative feedback on their site for this product, but they are not displaying this feedback.Only positive feedbcaks are displayed on the site.Please help me to resolve my issue and to get refund from them.

          I purchased a laptop on 6th October 2014 ( hp 1000-1B10AU LAPTOP ) from my registered email id ([protected]@gmail.com) worth INR 17, 451 with expected date of delivery as 10th October . I did not receive the laptop till 17th October so I cancelled the order after confirming with the customer care of snapdeal.com. They told that they will refund me my money (.INR 17, 451) back to my bank account in one week. It has been almost 2 months but till now I have not received my refund . I have contacted customer care at least 10 times and every time they say the issue would be resolved but till now the issue is not resolved.             I had placed an order with Snapdeal : Order placed On :[protected]:42:00 of Canon CanoScan - 9000F Scanner which had to be delivered to me on 4ht dec, 2014, which got Postponed to 6th Dec, 2014 which further got delayed saying, 9th Dec, 2014. And finally on 9th December, 2014 I am getting a mail saying your order has been cancelled. There is no specific reason mentioned, i tried contacting them on Facebook, but no response, Tried calling them on Phone number [protected], the operator saying me, we can not do anything, talk to our senior executive, I was on hold for 20 mins, finally I disconnected and this happen twice, third time i waited for 24 min n finally got connected to the senior executive. He says seller rejected as he didn't had any stock. Now, I had booked the order with snapdeal, there is no seller detail after placing the order, even snapdeal guys didnt get the sellers name. I had to do nothing with seller, as sellers is not me direct buyer, I had Purchased throuth Snapdeal, So its Snapdeals responsibility to deliver me the product. This is sheer Fraud and cheating Case from Snapdeal. Their Deals are always bogus... Many have faced this problem, as in INDIA everything is allowed... BUT now NOOO... Can somebody help to lodge an official complain of fraud and cheating case against SNAPDEAL.

                  This is just awful on behalf of snapdeal & their logistics partner JVEXP.IN. My order no. 39604394. Order was placed on :[protected]:34:58 & was delivered on Mon Nov 24, 2014. After delivery, I found the product defective/non functional & I placed an replacement request. The product was picked up on 29/11/2014 by JVEXP.IN representative & I was provided with a receipt (No. 45154150 / Snapdeal [protected]) from JVEXP.IN. The ONLY WAY to contact was an email address printed on the receipt. The usual time required for a replacement was 4 days as stated by the JVEXP.IN representative & on snapdeal website. Today is 09/12/2014. I still haven't got the replacement yet. The frustrating part is, I sent 3 email.s from JVEXP.IN website 'Contact Us' page as well as through personal e-mail stating the issue, but received no reply. The seller SNAPDEAL.COM has got no contact info stated in their website, which is utterly amateurish. I'm filing this complaint expecting some positive response from either these two parties regarding the information of my replacement.

                  I will return my snapdeal product. I don't obtain my money in my account.
                  I have order speaker and I received it.After delivery, I found the product defective & I placed an replacement request.And the product was picked up on 4/02/2015 by JVEXP.IN representative & I was provided with a receipt from JVEXP.IN.                       I ordered an F&D multimedia speakers from snapdeal.. I talked to snapdeal representatives a lot number of times.. Its been more than 10 Days I ordered the speakers but till now nothing has happened.. the courier service say they returned the product and Snapdeal say the product is still with the courier service... in this way my money is stuck, Snapdeal are not even cancelling the order.. they are just increasing the deliver date by one week now its 12th December and earlier it was 6th December...                         I order a Lenovo laptop (order id :[protected]) on 11th November 2014, initially they delayed the delivery date as it was ordered in offer period and they gave delivery date as 22nd Nov, on 22nd Nov the delivery date was changed to 26th without any information, So I requested them to cancel the order they mentioned that it cannot be cancelled but only be returned as per the policy, on 26th again the date was changed to 28th so called hem and complaint against it, but customer support people said that it with delivery company and they cant do nothing for it and asked me to contact the delivery company, I didn't get any proper response from them as well. Again on 28th the delivery date was changed to 2nd Dec then I started talking to them for hours and long mail chain they asked me to wait till Dec 2nd as this was the only option. On Dec 2nd I didn't received the product but from courier side itself they changed the order status returned.now it been almost a week and no change in my order status. Customer support says that only when they receive the product back they will initiate the refund after 72hurs and it will take another 5-7 working days to get the refund. its totally a fraud process and SNAPDEAL is cheating me, I ordered through SNAPDEAL and not the courier company.it took them month to delivery the product and again a month to return, so only after two months they will initate the refund??how will pay the interest for these to months?? SNAPDEAL should initate the refund for my order ASAP and should compensate for the delay. I have raised numerous complaint with SNAPDEAL which are pending since a month (like #12258011.#12437188.#[protected]

                              I have ordered two Voltas 1.5 ton Split Air Conditioner vide order number [protected] & [protected] with Snapdeal and at the time of installation when Voltas Technician came for installation it was found that copper pipe required for Installation of Air Conditioner were missing from the Air Conditoners and now both the Air Conditioners are lying un installed at my place. I have been complaining to snapdeal from last 4 - 5 days but they are not ready to give any resolution. The cost of Copper Pipe for both the Air Conditioner is @ 6000/- and they are offering me a freebie of Rs 500/- which would not be acceptable by anyone. I have told them to send me Copper Pipe for Installation or they can take there Air Conditioner back and refund me my amount. Pl. help me in getting this amount. Regards, Bharat Wadhwa [protected]

                                I ordered a pair of Lavos Rust Bamboo-Organic Cotton Stretch briefs from Snapdeal(Order id [protected]) but I was delivered with a pair of Lavos navy blue briefs. Even the invoice mentioned a pair of Lavos Rust Bamboo briefs. I told them about their mistake when they asked me ti return the product. I live at a remote place in himachal from where the nearest courier is at a distance of 35km. I requested them to send somebody to pickup the item when they said that its not possible for the courier guy to collect the item and so you will have to go and send it by courier. The item was worth 300 bucks and they wanted me to spend another 1000 bucks to go to the nearest courier. If they had a little shame they could have at least send me the correct item i. e. a pair of Lavos Rust Bamboo-Organic Cotton Stretch brief as a giveaway to compensate for their mistake. But instead they kept making silly excuses about their inability to refund/return. Now I have to reluctantly wear the navy blue colored briefs send by them. It has been such a nightmare for me shopping with Snapdeal. They use the worst courier services(first flight) which would never send the item themselves but through a private bus that comes every evening to Kasauli I never expected such experience from such a huge shopping portalr Id

                                    I ordered the "Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime" as a birthday present for my friend and it was to be delivered within a week when I got a text message from Snapdeal saying that it got cancelled. So, I called the customer care and I was on a list of many callers so I had to wait. After 15 callers they received my call and I asked them about the reason why my product had been cancelled. The man on the receiving end did not even know anything and asked me to put my call on hold. After a while he told me that my order got cancelled because there were problems with the courier and he did not even know why it had been shipped back to its original place. Such bad service!! My friend's birthday had already passed and I really should have just bought the phone from some other shopping site. Very BIG THUMBS DOWN Bad delivery of services, Bad customer care and I should say Snapdeal is hands down the worst online shopping site in India

                                    Very bad experience for me as well. Had ordered Yamaha keyboard pedals at Snapdeal ( Spent about Rs 5000 )- these arrived without the screws to assemble. Called them, got complaint number, been promised reverse pick up - but nothing happens. The people at Customer Care just bluff you, saying things will be taken care off - simple lies. Now it is about 3weeks plus and no progress. Don't know if I need to take legal action ...
