    Are we paying for empty boxes SNAPDEAL ? I ordered ESET SMART SECURITY V7, order no. [protected]. Delivered by JAVAS, through a person named Narendra contact no. [protected]. It was a shocking, horrifying and very disappointing experience when we open the packing and got an empty box. To our surprise they send us the user manual Quick Start Guide of ESET Smart security. This kind of service is not at all expected from SNAPDEAL. All my friends, colleagues and relatives liked SNAPDEAL. But what message I am going to put to them is a real disappointment.

    Hello snapdeal u r worst online ever I came to know from my personal experience.. I ordered Lenovo phone on June 2016. and got empty box which has only earphones.. Ur team will not do anything but cheating people like this.. U said u checked cameras there is no problem from ur side.. U say like this to every complainant.. And u will not solve issues.. Shame on u...

      From SnapDeal I have bought Llyod split Air conditioned. Useless, never buy it from Snapdeal. Llyod says they are not authorised dealer so llyod won't provide any installation services or cover AC in warranty. Since last 25 days I have made so many calls to Snapdeal and Llyod Air conditioned but nobody any of them bother to resolve the problem. +My email id [protected]@yahoo.co.in

        I have ordered one sony xperia c3 mobile (white) under order reference no. [protected], Order Plan :[protected].they had mentioned that the product estimated delivery date as[protected].I waited for the product till[protected] and they advised to wait till[protected].So, i waited for the product till the 17th November 2014 end of the day. I didnt received my product as per the estimated delivery date.Again i called customer service agent they had advised your product will get delivered on 22nd November due to unavoidable reasons and the delay due to the Courier company.I filed a complaint in snapdeal from 16th November 2014 stating "I ordered this product to gift my dad on 18th November 2014".They took the complaint and i am continuously following up with them for last 8 days from today not even a single email response.I wrote a mail around 10 times and called around 25 times to customer service team.Again after 22nd November without prior information they are unable to deliver the product to me and now they changed the date as 28th November 2014.On 26th November 2014 i checked track of my product still the status has not been changed from 12th November 2014.I got more number of false commitements from snapdeal and no one had treated in a better manner by providing the solution.         Just checked the status of my product with courier company still the product is in Jaipur.Thanks for the update and keep the product with you itself by taking money from my end.

        I am sure that you guys will not deliver the product to me within today and I am also prepared to submit all my proofs to media and teaser about snap deal failure of product, fake commitment and blaming courier company will be shared across social media if I am not getting the product by today.

        I AM APOLOGISING TO CEO AND COO WHO ARE VERY GOOD PEOPLE BUT YOUR TEAM IS NOT TAKING ACTIONS FOR ANY COMPLAINTS IS UNACCEPTABLE.

        I have made 45 calls to check the status of my product and wrote more no of emails and not taken action this shows your not treating consumers in a better manner.

        I am planning to write this to the media . At least, hope government officials will take an action against for my undeliverable product on a high priority basis .All people will share the teaser in social media from today night onwards against the problem which I am facing against snap deal to all over the world.

        REALLY GOT FRUSTRATED BECAUSE OF YOU GUYS.

        I HAD SPENT AROUND 1000 RUPEES ONLY FOR CALLS AND FOLLOWING UP FOR LAST TWO WEEKS AND KIND REQUEST PLS TREAT AS A CONSUMER ( HUMAN BEING) NOT LIKE ANYTHING ELSE.

              I have placed HP 15-r007tu portable laptop from snapdeal.com worth re 30990 . And same was printed in the invoice but they cheated me . I haven't received the product I ordered . So, basically what I orderd was printed on the invoice of that product however got a different model all together. Since then, I am following up with them. They advised me to wait for 48 hours so that courier company can come and pick the wrong product but nobody has come yet. They have given a landline number to contact but whenever I try contacting them, it is always switched off. Also, I advised my Hdfc bank to make EMI for that amount and they have created the same and ithas come in my statement but I do not have any product . I have called snapdeal several times but sometimes they disconnect and sometimes promise me for refund but nothing has been resolved . My 30990 rs are at stake at the moment. Please help . I am still awaiting my refund .

                Dear Team,

                I had purchased 4 Curtain set from Snapdeal on 14 Oct (Order number [protected], order amount RS 3996), after so many follow up i recevied product on 29 OCT . I had order 2 (Dekor World Purple And Pink Contemporary Polyester Door Curtain ) for window and 2 (Dekor World Purple And Pink Contemporary Polyester Door Curtain) for door .

                But to my surprise i had received 6 black color curtain, so i ask for replacement, they said i have to make arrangement for return as they can not arrange pickup .

                I send the product back to them in one single parcel like i had received . i have paid 800 Rs for that . Then i have shared the courier tracking number and courier receipt with them in order to get my courier changes back to my saving account .

                I have shared this details with them 3-4 time . But every time they will ask if i have sent the product back or not . if i have shared the courier receipt to them after discussion they will say its fine they have received the product and courier receipt . i will get my refund in 48 hours .

                From 14 Nov onward i call them every 48 hours, but same reply . i don't know what s going on please help me on that .

                Few days back I ordered Puma ketava flip flops from snapdeal. Today the shipment arrived and the slippers in the package were of different brand and looked really old. When I talked to the company about the same they told me to keep the defaulty product and pay the delivery man. The money will be refunded after some time. When I contacted the courier company they told me that it was against the company policies to open the delivery in front of the delivery man and there is nothing they can do about and that I have to pay him otherwise they will deduct the amount from his monthly pay. I would request the concerned authorities to look into the matter immediately and take desired action against the aforementioned companies.

                  This is with regard to my order placed with Snapdeal on the 1st of october, 2014 with Order ID [protected]. I had made a prepaid payment for it online using my debit card. Even after a month long wait, i did not receive my order. Neither did snapdeal try to contact me, nor did they pay any attention to my numerous calls to their customer service department. I finally managed to cancel my order and have demanded for a refund of RS. 725 that i had paid to them in advance. However, its been two full months i haven't received my money back. Not a single email or call has been made from their side so far regarding the matter. Moreover, the customer personnel are rude and fail to let out any information regarding the complaint. They keep saying they cannot refund the payment till the product reaches them through the seller. They do not have any idea as to when they will return my money, if at all. My only concern is why should I as a customer suffer due to Snapdeal's internal seller's fault. This has been the worst experience with an online store which claims to be a big brand. Amazon.in is 100 times better and their customer service truely deserves a standing ovation. Looks like i have learnt my lesson and will never trust a cheap site like snapdeal ever again. All i want is my money to be refunded asap without any further delay. I hope atleast after this two months long wait, i will get a response from their side unless they have lost all sense of business ethics.

                    Dear sir, I had booked for True star powerful Drill machine kit through Snap Deal online shopping vide Order Id [protected] by using the option Cash On Delivery to the address i.e Puri given at the time of booking on 09th November 2014. The date of delivery of the said product at the given address was 19th November 2014. Further I received a message that the drill machine is sent through Blue Dart courier Service and will be delivered in scheduled time. On 19th November I received a phone call to receive the parcel from the office of the Blue Dart courier Service Puri because there is no staff to deliver otherwise it will take 2 to 3 days more to deliver the parcel. I agree for the delay because I was absent in the city. Again I received a phone call on 23rd November 2014 to receive the parcel from office because they are not able to deliver the parcel at the given address due to oversize otherwise it will be returned. Hence it is my request if you are not able to meet the customer’s demand kindly don’t advertise please.

                      Dear Sir, Dear, Sir Order -[protected] No one pick-up the faulty hard drive yet I need not worry about my money and my payment is secured with Trustpay and said they will arrange for a reverse pick-up with their courier partner JV_Express. They also mentioned in their email that if courier people will not do the reverse pick up within 48 hours, I should call the JV_Express and get it scheduled. As usual JV_Express did not come for reverse order pick up and the contact number provided by snapdeal is not correct. No one picks the phone on that number. I just received a fake email from snapdeal saying that JV_Express had attempted pick up and I was not there at home. This is not possible as one person is at home all the time. I called Snapdeal close to 4 times since then and I hear the same thing our team will get back to you within 48 hours with no new update. They just provide me with new ticket id for my complaint every time I call them. They do not have any alternate number for the courier partner as well. This is the same story everyday,

                        Dear Sir/Madam Ref : Snapdeal My order No : [protected] I have order Philips Make home theater system for my home use in snapdeal. But the snapdeal courier partner are not support with my location. So i advised to send one of my friend home address. Material's are supplied and received via Bluedart surface. Once i received the material and open the box, i observed the material is physically damaged and supplied without warranty card. Than i totally upset and contact Snapdeal and booked the compliant against this case. Snap deal also accept my complaint and and accept to reverse back the materials. But they instructed me to send the material in any national courier with my own cost. The courier amount will paid me in form of “SD CASH” SD cash can uss only their website, But i not wish to get my money in SD CASH form. Then enquired with same courier Blue bart, they asked Rs 1500 to book the material. This amount is very higher side for me. Other courier team also asking same and more. Then i contacted snapdeal and expressed all in comments, again snap deal recommend to send the material via Indian postal parcel service. But Indian postal service was not accepting the book due to electronics & already damaged material. I request to SNAPDEAL to take the material reverse in their own account in courier partner. But i got some calls from snapdeal. But i didn't get any valuable replay and action I observed following points from snapdeal with my experience. Physically damaged material supplied Without warranty card Return courier will not pay back in cash form Return courier amount in SD CASH (Force to buy material in their snapdeal) Packing damaged So finally i totally disappointed with snapdeal service and response. Till Now I Haven't Got Any Dilivery Conformation Mail Or Sms. DOnT know what wrong with the service . Anyways the main problem is The Quality Of The Product which Is Very Poor . My Waist Size Is 32 Still It's Not Fitting Me. There Is Problem With The Size Of It. So I Want To Return The Product. Mailed Snapdeal regarding return and refund ON 20th NOv they just gave me Complaint Number[protected]. After that till now i hvnt got any response for thier side, mailed them several times but didnt got a singel reply yet !!

                          Now they are showing in thier site that the product is not returnable as it crossed thier 7days return policy. How it can happned ? As I mail them about return and refund on the day I receive the product. they also mailed me a complain no. After receiving my mail. Without giving me any response they directly showing they cant return the product as it crossed 7days trust policy. They cheated me. Please help m I am feeling helpless.

                            I had placed an order from Snapdeal website and it was paid in full through online banking on 5th Nov 2011. Since then I have made 3 calls to Snapdeal [protected] and have tried to get this escalated. The first estimated delivery date was 12th Nov which got pushed to 19th Nov & now showing as 24th Nov - when in fact it is 25th Nov already 1. First attempt on 12th Nov, spoke to customer care agent Sheeba, who gave me numbers of the courier agency (EWINGS), none of those numbers are active : Ewings SCM [protected] - Sam [protected] - Abdul [protected] - Sam 2. Second attempt - called snapdeal customer service on 19th Nov and spoke to Akhilesh, who assured that the issue has been duly noted and escalated to the concerned logistics team. I was also told that I would receive the package on the next day, 20th Nov. 3. Third attempt - called snapdeal today (25th Nov). Spoke to Bhavna who was totally unfriendly, unempathetic and untrained on how to respond to a customer. She refused to share any details of her manager or the concerned team in snapdeal that takes care of Logistics. I was also refused when I asked for the amount to be reversed to my bank account. It is quite surprising to see an organization functioning in this manner while making high claims in TV ads. Quite frankly there are customers running out of patience and the overall attitude of Snapdeal is disgustingly unprofessional. No callbacks, no emails, no status updates. This was my first purchase from Snapdeal, and is going to be my last.

                                  I ordered on 11.11.2014, order no. [protected], but automatic cancelled on 20.11.2014 at 7.45 am, automatic ordered, order no. [protected], asked snapdeal, told 24.11.2014 will be delivered but suddenly early morning has been cancelled, who is cancelled, i want the product, i dont want money. snapdeal is very good online purchase but what is the problem, , , take action as soon as possible regarding my product, otherwise i will take legal activeties.

                                    Better stay away from these websites. You are lucky if the product reaches to you with good quality. If not you start losing your peace of mind till you get your money back ( usually 45 days +). I was given a damaged Washing machine that too used ONE. I am not sure where will I go to complaint. These guys are not allowing us to put the review comments directly on their site - they delete while reviewing. What transparency that we have while doing online shopping ? Absolute crap!!!

                                        SNAP DEAL ORDER NUMBER :[protected] I have order a fully automatic washing machine on 3rd Nov and promised to delivered on 15th. The item was delivered 4 days earlier on 11th Nov. When we opened the package, we noticed that the product is damaged ( big bump on one side ) and indication that the product is not new. Immediately I called up customer care and gave them 2 options - 1) Replace the item within next 1 week OR refund. Snap deal was not confident on delivering a new piece in next 7 days and they opted for refund! I dont know why... After repetitive follow ups - Snapdeal customer care promised that since the product is damaged one, Snapdeal will initiate the refund the moment the reverse pickup is done. They arranged the reverse pickup with a courier service called NUVO. They sat on this for 7 days - daily follow up with these folks with frequency of 2 hours. I had lost hopes during that time. Snapdeal was not ready to give this to some other courier service. Whenever I call them, I used to get a reply that this has been sent with highest priority!!! Finally I had to get hold of one of the senior manager in NUVO to get this picked up and it happened on 19th Nov midnight 11:45 PM!!! I called up Snapdeal in 21st and I was told that the payment is in queue and I will receive the money in 4-7 working days. Today morning ( 24th Nov) - I called Sanapdeal and I was told that they did not receive the product back and hence they will be able to initiate the refund only after receiving it ( which will be another 10 - 20 days ). They confirmed me that whatever I was conveyed is not right! I remeber I had even talked their first level supervisor 18th and got confirmation that the money will be refunded once it is picked up! The entire money of 17 K is blocked and I do not have washing machine yet! Terrible experience with Snapdeal! Can someone assist me ? Regards Rafeek
