No Response and SD cash

This is about Snapdeal. In the last order I made I was very disappointed with the response time of their replies. Infact till now they have not contacted me or mailed me back. The order had an offer of giving you SD cash once your product gets delivered. till now I have not received any . The purchase was of Rs 4000/ and still the company is indifferent about the issue that I raised. Please when you do any order think again....
