Hi,
This is to bring to attention that I had made a purchase of Bajaj Shakti Geyser (Order No.[protected]). Even after repeated enquiries and confirmation from customer support team that warranty will be provided and seal ensured keeping in mind my request, I finally had a product without the warranty card signed. This was a gift to my parents in my hometown and hence order was placed with his name and contact details for delivery only for that order.
Now, since that, all mails and correspondence from Snapdeal are being directed to his number and my mail with singular addressing without any titles. MY biggest concern now is that even after over a month and repeated requests and mails, Snapdeal ahs not updated my own name and number and now say that it is impossible to do. This is bizzare since I have been an active e-com user since over 6 years now and do not know of a single website which saves an order detail update as the permanent profile details. The website doesn't even give an option to update my own profile and address details which is weird.
* My last particular interactions with Snapdeal teams have been horrific and at times, the IVRs gave more information than a live agent. Now, my only way out of this situation situation is either delete my Snapdeal profile or order a new item-seems like a blackmail of sorts to me.
PS: I'd reach out to Rohit B sometimes if nothing works with the support team or maybe propose a solution/design change in the website to Rohit through my professional network on Linkedin.
