I had ordered an Armani watch for about Rs. 9, 000/- and i was promised that it would be delivered along with a genuine warranty card from the seller. But the watch was delivered without any kind of warranty card or a proper invoice (which should consist of seller's details and tax break-up). After numerous of calls, follow-ups and e-mails, the watch has not been picked up from me even after Snapdeal's acceptance (through e-mail) to arrange a reverse pick-up and initiate a refund since the PAST TWO MONTHS. I am calling their call centre every other day and the only thing they assure me is that the watch would be picked up tomorrow and the complaint is being escalated. THIS UNPROFESSIONISM BY SNAPDEAL IS GOING ON SINCE TWO MONTHS. I kindly request you to solve the matter and arrange the refund and the reverse pick-up on URGENT basis.     I was doing a purchase of Chappin & Nellson Sparkling Round Watch online from snapdeal dated 30th september 2014, but due to some problems my payment could not get through after trying it twice, but later to my shock the payment has been debited twice from my account but snap deal shown it as failure, from that day onwards till today it is more than 2 months i am following up for my money but no revert, only get a occasional mail to send screenshot of my bank statement to resolve the problem. Snap deal is a thief who is stealing consumers money and after doing that sleeps on there money, i sincerely request all to be more conscious while using snapdeal. Neelu

      i purchased a sony car player and 4 speakers from snapdeal.company assured me to install the stereo and speakers free of cost within 7 working hours.after 15 days sd gave a no of provider.when the car was sent to provider, provider told that speakers can not be fitted in car and snapdea denies to replacement..

          Hi, I have bought Homefab pillow. The product is defective, not as per the size and also NO MRP mentioned in the product. Also it is NOT a Homefab pillow as mentioned your site. It is a LOCAL BRAND. So i wanted to RETURN as per the snapdeal's trustpay policy.But RETURN button is not enabled after 3 days of delivery.             I have ordered educational games of skillofun brand from snapdeal.com on[protected]. Till this date, I did not receive 3 of my items. Called the customer support for so many times. Every time, they say, I will get it the next day or two days after. But never happened till now. They should either return the cash to my bank account or deliver the product atleast by now. They are cheating. Snapdeal customer support is awful. Don't know what to do next. Please do the needy. Thank you

              Dear Sir, I have order ASUS Laptop from snap deal on 18 Nov 2014, But i have received it in damaged condition on 27 Nov 2014 and i was returned it for replacement on 29 Nov 2014. Snap deal people says that they have arranged the new product from other vendor on 3rd Dec 2014, But there is a issue with courier to ship the product. Still now this not resolved. Snapdeal people says they have escalated. I don't what and were they are escalating. Sir i hobble request you that pls resolve this on priority.

                For all respected personals of snapdeal. Sir, I have purchased an everyday emergency lamp worth 1099 RS using snapdeal app on 30th Nov. 2014 night. The amount was debited from my account. But the order was never created in snapdeal. I did raised a complaint as soon as this happened using the snapdeal mobile app. I have never recieved any confirmation or token number for this. So I wrote an complaint on snapdeal.com website under other queries category . I am following up every day to know the status. But none of your customer supports gave me any answer or explenation about what happened till today. I am also attached my bank statement for proof. Please do the needful and Issue an immediate refund on the same and update me about the status. thank you

                  Hi, This is to bring to attention that I had made a purchase of Bajaj Shakti Geyser (Order No.[protected]). Even after repeated enquiries and confirmation from customer support team that warranty will be provided and seal ensured keeping in mind my request, I finally had a product without the warranty card signed. This was a gift to my parents in my hometown and hence order was placed with his name and contact details for delivery only for that order. Now, since that, all mails and correspondence from Snapdeal are being directed to his number and my mail with singular addressing without any titles. MY biggest concern now is that even after over a month and repeated requests and mails, Snapdeal ahs not updated my own name and number and now say that it is impossible to do. This is bizzare since I have been an active e-com user since over 6 years now and do not know of a single website which saves an order detail update as the permanent profile details. The website doesn't even give an option to update my own profile and address details which is weird. * My last particular interactions with Snapdeal teams have been horrific and at times, the IVRs gave more information than a live agent. Now, my only way out of this situation situation is either delete my Snapdeal profile or order a new item-seems like a blackmail of sorts to me. PS: I'd reach out to Rohit B sometimes if nothing works with the support team or maybe propose a solution/design change in the website to Rohit through my professional network on Linkedin.                     This is about Snapdeal. In the last order I made I was very disappointed with the response time of their replies. Infact till now they have not contacted me or mailed me back. The order had an offer of giving you SD cash once your product gets delivered. till now I have not received any . The purchase was of Rs 4000/ and still the company is indifferent about the issue that I raised. Please when you do any order think again.

I know Snapdeal is rising day and night but its all just due to its valuable customers you have such response but if such customers face very poor response from SNAPDEAL, things may become bad. With reference to my order id [protected], I placed an order of a Sony Camera with Tripod on 28th November while I have in receipt the confirmation of the order which I have attached along with this email.Kindly check attachment. I have not received the Tripod mentioned in the product and is incomplete. The seller has not sent the TRIPOD which is clearly mentioned on my order. Kindly Check attachment of my order. Order shows my order of Sony Camera and Tripod along with which worth Rs1500/-. Snapdeal now offering me compensation as Ehsaan of Rs 400/- against Tripod worth Rs 1500/-. This is so embarrassing for a Customer.Please help and refund my full amount I request. This is my hard earned money. OR Either send me the tripod OR Give Compensation of Rs 1500/- which is actual worth of the Tripod.                             Hi I have place the order from snapdeal via order no. [protected] Dated 29th Nov 2014. But as per committed given by snapdeal executive for delivered the product with in two days then they told me you have received the product on 4th Dec 14 & again they give me the excuses for delivered my product for another 4 days. Neither they dispatch the product or nor they refund my money. I have face lots of trouble due to not received my product. Kindly resolved my problem on ASAP. In early action on this matter shall be highly appreciated.

                              I purchased 2 qty Dell laptop bag along with other items from Snapdeal.com through order no. [protected] but i received very low quality bags which was different from what was shown in order so I requested for return. I got a message that pack the bags in original packing so I packed both the bags in 1 packing as I received both 2 qty bag in one packing only and i pasted 2 return slip on it. Courier person came and took the bag and in evening i got a mail that Courier person informed them that I denied returning 1 bag ( it was well informed to courier person that both the bags are inside 1 pack only) then 5 raised a issue to snapdeal on the same day that both the bags are inside 1 packet as per instruction of doing original packing so they raised Complaint Number:11677316... Now almost 20 days are over and I didn't get any reply from snapdeal about the status of complaint despite of so many reminder...

                                        Hi, As I ordered the one puma shoes with the amount of Rs 1500 in advance on 26/11/2014 and the TAT for delivery is 01/12/2014 but till date neither received the product nor the service call from the snapdeal complaint no.:[protected] with the TAT of resolution which already over of 24hrs of request.Kindly take the initive against the online cheaters and frauders like snapdeal.

                                        I have placed a order for LED Micromax the said date of deldelivery was 5th Mar 2015 but delivery not yet done though I have log complaint against it but there's no concern done to it. I appeal to all my dear friends stop buying products from snapdeal.co
