Incomplete product delivery - no response from Companny

Very bad experience for me as well. Had ordered Yamaha keyboard pedals at Snapdeal ( Spent about Rs 5000 )- these arrived without the screws to assemble. Called them, got complaint number, been promised reverse pick up - but nothing happens.Called multiple times. The people at Customer Care just bluff you, saying things will be taken care off - simple lies. Now it is about 3weeks plus and no progress. Don't know if I need to take legal action...
