Hi, I am complaining second time here. Order No.[protected] ( EI-luxury Inflatable sofa cum bed with pump ), this item I received twice and it was returned twice as the wrong product delivered. Then after several promises company is not refunding my money. Company made a false transaction on 29 Nov 14 and another transaction they said has been made on 04 Dec 14, this is also false. It seems that I will not get my money back, let other people should know the real face of SNAPDEAL.

Let whole country come to know how SNAPDEAL is cheating the consumers. Order No. [protected], the wrong product was delivered and it was returned . Rs 4744/- was not refunded by SNAPDEAL. How far it is justified.

    Hi, I have placed the order for Karbonn octane plus on snapdeal.com on 11dec2014.order number is [protected]. It was available at rs:11480. And i have got the discount of 50% i.e. 5740 .So i paid rest of 5740 and placed the order . But today when i checked the order is cancelled by snapdeal .I checked with snapdeal and they are saying the product is not available and hence they canclled the order.my questions to snapdeal is 1. How did u allow the customer to place the order if the product is unavailable? 2.if you are cancelling the order on your own, how can a customer get assured that what ever order heh as placed holds good or not? this is totally unethical which you are not supposed to do. How can you assure the customer, that the order placed by him/her is "Palced really "or not ?

          Hello Sanpdeal Customer Care, I believe there is not even a single responsible person in whole SnapDeal across the India. I have purchased Bean Bags from Snapdeal and order no is [protected]. This order placed on[protected]:40:14 and after two weeks later my order was cancelled from snapdeal and received an email regarding refund on 25th Oct 2014. But main concern is that still did not receive refund amount. What is the hell going in snapdeal? I'll be assured that snapdeal and there is not even a single person who cares about customers. These are my previous complaint request no- #12267497 and #12304612 This is very bad, today(28th Nov 2014) I talked with snapdeal customer care asking about refund status, I got surprised answer they did not receive any kind of bank statements from my side.             Very bad experience for me as well. Had ordered Yamaha keyboard pedals at Snapdeal ( Spent about Rs 5000 )- these arrived without the screws to assemble. Called them, got complaint number, been promised reverse pick up - but nothing happens.Called multiple times. The people at Customer Care just bluff you, saying things will be taken care off - simple lies. Now it is about 3weeks plus and no progress. Don't know if I need to take legal action ...

            Packaging did not have the Screws required for assembling. 1 month now and all I hear from Customer Service is - they will sort it out soon or will arrange for reverse pick up, but nothing happens. 1 month over now . I think the Customer Service people ( Snap Deal ) are trained in speaking blatant lies !!! They just get off promising to take action ... then nothing happens .

              Order No: [protected] i had purchased htcdesire 816g online. After delivery of the product i found the speaker of the phone stopped working.It seemed as the product was already used. Snapdeal arranged a reverse pickup after a lot of delay. Secondly i had a problem that i waqnted the delivery of the new replaced product at a different address as i had moved to a new location and had no access to the old location. I confirmed from the customer care about whether my address could be updated nd they said yes it could and gave me a complaint no. I frequently called the customer care for next four days and evry time they gave me a new complaint number and showed terrible approach towards the customer. It was like harrasing someone mentally. After getting irritated at their response i requested them to make me able to talk to a senior executive to which they said we have arranged a reverse callback to your no. within 4 hours. But it never happened. Please take a strict action towards them

                        Snapdeal fails to honor the order placed All you guys at snapdeal ask us to send an e-mail to [protected]@snapdeal.com but its useless too. I have sent more than 5 e-mails but still the Issue is not resolved. Worst we do not even get an reply. Stop cheating people, deliver what you guys promise. I had placed an order for WD 2.5 inch 500 GB external Hard disk and I ordered 2 of them (Order # [protected]). I got one of the the best deals that anyone can offer i.e. Rs 550 each. I was getting the same on flipkart for Rs 2900 each. Without wasting anytime I placed an order. Now, I got an message and e-mail stating that my order has been cancelled. My question is why? Did I pay Rs 1100 to get refund? No. I paid the money for the products. I called up the customer service number. Spoke to one of your supervisors. She said that the product is not in stock. I told her that I have been receiving e-mails for the same product. Then she had no more answers to give and said "Sir, you will not get the products". I did not cancel the order, you guys did. Kindly resolve the Issue and deliver me my portable hard disks as per the order and retain a customer. They say that in online business if one customer is unsatisfied, it will be known by many as social networking sites play a very important role in online business. My order was cancelled on 24th nov 2014, till now I havent got my refund money nor the products. Have some self respect. Once the Issue is resolved, please reply on this site. Let everyone know, if snapdeal can be trusted or not. If not resolved then I will urge all citizens of India to not go with the company who cannot honor the deal.

                            I ordered first time from Snapdeal and regretting about that .I received a faulty nexus 5 which was not connecting to my sim servicserviceservice and the battery is also very at around 2 and a half hours so i asked for the refund within 7 days but they told me to visit the brand service centre.please help me out for a about it and i want my money back.as the shipment is it under 7 days money back policy.

                              I have tried to order various shoes from mens section which is showing that, if the price is more than 2199, there will be flat 42% off on the product. i tried a lot but the discount not applying. I even contacted snapdeal customer care for many times, but still there is no response. If snapdeal cant give discount, then why it is showing these huge discounts on the items. IT IS CLEARLY CHEATING THE CUSTOMERS.

                                I Sri Amitava Chakraborty, had booked one Tata Swatch water purifier with order id [protected] on 12th nov 2014. Till today that is 10th Dec 2014 it has not been delivered. I have called snap deal several times and everytime they assured me that they will get back to me with a positive reply. But my repeated calls went in vain. Besides to my utter surprise the courier service is very much disappointing. Once i was instructed by somebody from snapdeal that i should take up with the courier company as the product lies with them.On calling the courier service they did not give me any suitable reply. And one fine morning when i was checking the status of the product it was showing me as "Item Delivered" . Whereas no such item was received by me. on further enquiry to the courier company they informed that it was mistakenly delivered somewhere else and they are trying to look into the matter.Few days later when i called up the courier company again, they replied the item has not been delivered it is lying with them somewhere and that they have updated wrong information. Now my question is that is it not the responsibility of Snapdeal.com to intervene into the matter? And what leads to this kind of negligence on the part of the courier company.All my phone calls was just wastage of my money and time.This case needs urgent attention and early settlement with a satisfactory reply from both snapdeal and the courier company.

                                  Hello there & Greetings ! I don't see me order placed from Internet Explorer of Epson L210 Printer (In my placed orders list on snapdeal.com) Mode of payment used was Net Banking since, upon choosing COD option; it used to say that COD option is not available at the given address. Money has been deducted from my account. I have neither have revived any mail or SMS from snapdeal.com But I have received SMS from the bank (SBI) regarding one time high security password for the transaction of INR 8900 made for the same order and I have also received the Transaction ID via SMS. The payment was made to Avenues India Pvt. Ltd. & Transaction Ref. No. is - IG00HQBYX1 & time is 10/[protected]:12:21 Attaching the screenshots of the Error pages displayed after the transaction.                                     I BOOKED A OTG ON 14TH OF NOVEMBER. MY BOOKING ID IS [protected]. TILL NOW I DIDT RECEIVE MY SHIPMENT AFTER SO MANY CALLS TO CUSTOMER CARE THERE IS NO SATISFACTORY REPLY FROM UR END. ITS A WORSE EXPERIENCE WITH SNAPDEAL. I USUALLY SHOP ONLINE BUT THIS IS THE FIRST N LAST EXPERIENCE WITH SNAPDEAL. MOSTLY I GOT THE SHIPMENT WITH IN 2 DAYS. BUT WITH SNAPDEAL ITS SO SHAMEFULL THAT STILL THEY ARE GIVING A VERY STUPID EXCUSE THAT THE SHIPMENT IS DELAYED DUE TO HEAVY BACKLOG . IF IS THAT THEN WHY DID YOU GUYS TAKE THE ORDERS WHILE GIVING DELIVERY TIME OF 2-3 DAYS. I WANT TO RESOLVE MY ISSUE WITH IN A DAY.

                                      Hi, I have made a purchase on 24-Oct-14 and I was not happy with the quality so created return request for 3 items. When a courier guy came my parents returned 2 items(1150/- and 1149/-) because 3rd item was not in their place, They asked courier guy to come next day, but guy didnt show up. I have informed snapdeal right away that 3rd item is not returned. After somedays I get the refund for 3rd item(606/-) which is not returned at all and still with my parents. Till date I have not received the remaining refund for 2 items which are returned. from almost last 2 months every alternate day I am calling to customer care and asking status of my refund. None of the executives are providing any information or any date. They just keep telling only one thing, we are looking this issue as priority, some miscommunication happened from their side.When I ask them to connect me with their superiors, they keep me on hold for 10-15 minutes and say that manager is busy. They will arrange a callback from them. And no wonder till date I haven't got any call back. I hope this message reaches to concerned person, who really care about customers.

I made all of your product replacement procedure like image sending every thing, but till now nobody come from your side to pick up my product and give me a fresh product.
