I had ordered HP slate 7 voice tab of rs-11, 999 in 12oct 2014, i received in 19 oct 2014 but that was damage product. i complained and they replace me an another product of HP 7voice tab of rs 9, 000 in 3rd nov 2014 so it wsa wrong product. After that again i complain in 4th nov 2014 but they can't take any action till 20th nov 2014. Another day their snap deal representative gave me an address to send the product myself so i send that wrong product in 20th nov 2014 and it was received in 24 nov 2014. After that they said we can't received your product so i send the delivery prove that they received at Jasper infoteh, pvt, ltd in 24th nov 2014 . After i called to snap deal representative all total 100times but they neither replay nor help me till today 15 dec 2014. my complain no is[protected]

SP= 1225 Made payment through COD. received product having mrp 1475 with manufacturing date Aug 2012. I requested for exchange they took the item on the next day. Till now they haven't send my money into my account. I have mailed several times. Extremely poor customer support and no follow up.

        I had purchased two tablemates on online from snapdeal on November 11th. As I had recieved used and broken tablemates, I asked them for refund of my money 1400₹ and they responded on November 20rth and said to resent the items through any national courier(said that courier charges also repayed after they recieved the parcel). I had sent two tablemates through Indian post on November 21st. They recieved the two tablemates and refunded only for one on December 3rd and they didn't refund for second tablemate and courier charges. I Had raised complaint to them three times through mail and they keep on saying that your request is under processing. I had called them too but they keep us on waiting for ten minutes and no one replied back. Please do some favour to us.

                        Order ID: [protected] This is the 3rd order which Snapdeal has arbitrarily cancelled. I had made an order for a geyser 4 days back and when the product was not shipped by even today, I wrote to the customer care and in their reply they simply cancelled the order citing stock issues. First of all if at all there were stock issues then Snapdeal should have informed/cancelled the same day on which the order was placed. Secondly it is not expected from an etail giant as big as Snapdeal to cite ‘stock issues’ for non-fulfillment of confirmed orders. Winters have arrived pretty soon this time and already the order was pending for the last 4 days. We were having a pretty hard time without a water heater and now on the 5th day I am told that the order is cancelled. They did not even ONCE try to procure the product so that the trust and faith of the customer in the company is not lost. Cancelling orders at the Drop of a Hat will dent your image big time Snapdeal. Please take care of the faulting seller(s) and/or customer representatives who provide incomplete and unprofessional support.

                                  Dear Team, I have purchase a micromax tv but it was damage so i have logged a complaint to snapdeal. Ticket No.:[protected]. as per snapdeal team i have return the damage TV to Delhi office via courier and i have received the replacement but the courier charge of amount 1280 Rs is still not refunded by them till date. i have contacting him on Ph-[protected] from last one months but they are not given any proper solution complaint has already logged in snapdeal( Complaint Number: 12464633 on dated 28-Nov-14).                                     My order id is [protected], i ordered big muscle nitric whey 5 lbs two units worth 4318 each and i did paid 8636, but i received 2 units of 2 lbs, and bill of 8636, since order was wrong so i returned back the received order and i cancelled my whole transaction, they credit rs.4318 but remaining amount i didnt get, i am following them from 7th november and they always keep me waiting on phone for 15 minutes, and every time they say that my money is safe in trustbank, because of them i got penalty also on creditcard since they told earlier that they will credit soon and i didnt checked my card, loss on mobile bill and feels like mental harrasment, their customer care is not supportive, now dont know what to do

                                      Snap deal claims that Warranty for ACs E.g OGeneral, when contacted the company they strongly mention that NO WARRANTY if bought from SnapDeal. Snapdeal should clearly mention the same in the page.                                         I, am Amit Singh, I had made an order of a jewellery set with order no.[protected] which was delivered on Nov 15, 2014 and put up a return order on Nov 17, 2014 but the return order was not proceeded Snapdeal's end. I had filed multiple of complaints but no action have been taken yet and once it was told that their courier partner has reached us but we haven't given the product, which was just a lame excuse.
