Request #13267907: is pending with snapdeal since last 5 days. My credit card was debited on 12.12.2014 and immediately a mail was received from snapdeal saying that the transaction was not complete. On my check with ICICI bank, it is informed me that the snapdeal claimed money from bank on 14.12.2014. If the transaction was complete, whey did snapdeal claim the amount from the Bank. Why they have not returned the money back to my credit card account. It is cheating the public in open. Govt. should take action on these companies and cancel their license.

    I have placed order on snapdeal for luggage bag it is clearly shown in images there two luggage bag, the product which is been delivered to me is only one luggage bag. My invoice no is S00144/14-15/2641. Please consider my kind consideration.

    I had purchased Oplus xonphone 5 Mobile Phone through online from snapdeal. The product was delivered to me on 19 Dec n found faulty(Speaker not working) on 24 Dec. I had launch the complaint on 25 Dec to snapdeal to return the product under trustpay guarantee (return of faulty product under 7 days). First of all they agreed and appointed the Nuvoex courier agency to collect the item back. But they only come to collect flip cover (Which was purchased alongwith the mobile Phone). Now I have received their mail that your product was delivered to you on 17 Dec and not comes under trustpay guarantee policy.
    I had purchased Oplus xonphone 5 Mobile Phone through online from snapdeal. I have booked the product on 12 or 13 Dec Snapdeal appointed 18 Dec as the date on or before which the product suppose to be delivered to me and Redex courier agency given the 15 Dec as delivery date, but neither on 15 nor on 18 the product was delivered. The product was delivered to me on 19 Dec n found faulty(Speaker not working) on 24 Dec. I had launch the complaint (complaint No 13761510, Registered Mobile No with snapdeal is [protected]) on 25 Dec to snapdeal to return the product under trustpay guarantee (return of faulty product under 7 days). First of all they agreed and appointed the Nuvoex courier agency to collect the item back. But they only come to collect flip cover (Which was purchased alongwith the mobile Phone). Now I have received their mail that your product was delivered to you on 17 Dec and not comes under trustpay guarantee policy.

      I purchased tv from snapdeal but it delivered without stand I logged complaint but after 10 days also no solution for the complaint and no feedback when I called back executive telling it's on processes.very much fraud online shopping site.don't go for it.

            I have gifted Order ID : [protected] for Oleva Adorable Austrian Diamonds Necklace Set to my friend on her birthday.She received defective product in which three pearls were missing and product quality was very poor. She called your customer care and sent photographs of defective product and told that cover of that thrown by her but every time your customer care guy keep on asking to send images of cover.If cover is not with her how can she send. Our issue is not resolved yet and it was total money waste.Totally unhappy with your services.

              I have ordered one queen size metal bed worth RS. 4350 Approx. from snap deal on 10 Nov 2014. They took approx 22 days to delivered this.When i checked this it was partial order one two pieces were received one is head board and one is foot board. I have complaint for this on 3 rd Dec they called me and committed to deliver the remaining items within 72 hrs.               Same problem here..I have ordered hp printer which was 5800/-approx..the delivered a small box which was 0.001kg...I am keep on going calling snapdeal they were saying within 48hrs your problem will be solved..please wait for it

                I ordered for a hidesign handbag under order [protected] on 11 Dec 2014. The payment for the same was accepted on 11 Dec 2014 and I received an email confirming acceptance of the order. After 5 days ie on 16 Dec 2014 I was sent an email saying that there has been a delay in delivery of order. Subsequently on 17th Dec 2014 I am informed that the order was cancelled and that money will be refunded. Upon calling Snapdeal, I was informed that the bag was out of stock. Sadly the website realised it 5 days after accepting the order. The real time updation of inventory apparently is not important to a popular online shopping site as Snapdeal. Or was it because the prices have risen ??? Horrible experience. Shame

                  I have ordered Red Tape Tan Fisherman Sandals on snap deal in GOSF 3 days sales festival & my order is been confirmed by Snap deal and i can seen Shipment track information about my order conformation & it supposed get delivered on 17th Dec 2014. But today morning i have checked my mail & my snap deal account. Surprised, i have got message that my order has been cancelled by SD and when i contacted customer care SD team says your product is out of stock and it has been cancelled. because of the thanks giving offer by snap deal i have ordered this product and lost opportunity to avail offers from its competitors. These people are just cheating customers i request some one take action against these people . I strongly advice customers don't get attracted to cheaters like snap deal. Now the price increased to 5, 500 because of this they canceled the order.                         I have ordered an EMPORIO ARMANI AR2448 MEN'S watch on 3rd oct which recieved to me on 12th oct was defective. I continuously called on snapdeal coustmer for the product replacement and reverse pickup but no one from snapdeal came to pick the product. I myself couriered it for two times on okhla phase 3 new delhi but it returned as they did not tell the address I sent to address which was available on internet. i called them again for the product reverse pickup but no one came. Then they told me to courier again on the address they finally gave. I have couriered on that address which total cost me Rs 1200/- but now when they recived watch they are not replacing it and are making excuses like it is now out of stock. I want the product as I have gifted to someone. This the worst online ordering experience

They said it will be credited in 5 working days. But today it becomes 20 working days. I have sent many mails and I am getting only automatic reply. This is very bad service.Even if I call, each time they say the same story. It is very annoying.Please take necessary steps to refund my money.
