I ordered a 2.5 Ltr Airpot from Snapdeal, and when the product arrived, we realized it was of a VERY bad quality. It was so light, that it might tip over anytime. Imagine a flask full of hot water which might tip over just any time !! This is what Snapdeal claims on their website: I am not satisfied with the quality of product I received. What should I do? Dont worry! If you are not satisfied with the quality of your product, we request you to report your concern through our Contact Us form within 7 days of receipt of your order. We’ll arrange reverse pickup for the product within 3 working days of receipt of your complaint, check for the product quality and if approved, we’ll initiate refund/replacement of the product as per your request. And this is what they say of email: khurshid islam, Nov 23 16:10: Dear Manish Thank you for contacting snapdeal.com! We would like to inform you that we have delivered you the same product which you have ordered. So, as we have delivered the same product we can't recall/refund the product. We can only recall the product if its faulty, damaged defective, wrong product delivered, or the product is different from what the description is given on website. We regret to inform you that we would not be able to take your request. In case of any further assistance or clarification on this issue, please reply back to this email.     My ambrane power bank is discharging my phone. So i requested snapdeal to replace or refund me. They sent a mail that nuvo-chennai-Rp courier person will come and reverse pick it. But the guy is not coming. I called him more than 100times and he keeps on saying i will come in 30mins it's been over three days he is doing like this. Dear Samuel, Your SNAPDEAL reverse pickup order SND0333594, is out for pickup by Pethanswamy G, Mob [protected]. This should be picked up today. this is the text i got 3 days back.

      I had ordered a FFastrack 6019SM02 Women's Watch of Snapdeal Order No. [protected] and received the same on 1st november.When i opened it, i saw the scratch marks on strap as well as on dial.the watch was already in use and color of it was fainted.Ater that i called SNAPDEAL CUSTOMER for more than 50 times and also emailed them.they were just assuring me that they have registered a complaint and will arrange a REVERSE PICK FOR THE SAME.But now it haa been almost a month now and there is respond from them.please look.into the matter

          We had booked the “Fast track sunglasses “via order no [protected] on 27th Sept. The order was not executed by Snap deal due to out of stock. Finally the order was cancelled on 6th October. We had already registered our complaint by telephonically. They have provided us reference no. 10512824 on 16th October. On next day i.e. 17th October they have provide us refund reference CCABI1EOP860. But sorry to say, till date fund i.e. Rs. 1207 was not refunded in my account. Many times i have called at customer care no [protected] but till now no action has been taken at your end and every time customer care executive asked me to wait for 48 hours and again given me the RRN number [protected]. its now near about two months has been passed but no refund is received in my account. We request you to check at your end & take immediate action, accordingly.

            I ordered a Sony PS4 on 5th November, 2014 from www.snapdeal.com and i paid it through net banking as there was no COD option. My order number is [protected] and the Awb number provided by snapdeal for tracking in Blue dart is [protected] which is invalid according to Blue dart. The estimated delivery date was 17th November and snapdeal has already missed that date and updated a new date which is 22nd November(today) and as expected it didn't get delivered today also. And now they have updated a new delivery date of 28th November. After making several complaints with snapdeal they still haven't told me where actually the package is. Nor can they themselves track it. And they are not even canceling the order. They expect me to wait till I receive the order and then return it and when they receive it they would refund my money which is 35, 736. Since snapdeal has already got it's money and now it falls on Blue dart to deliver my package snapdeal doesn't care if the customers get the product for which they paid huge sums of money. Still they haven't initiated the cancelation of my order. What should be done? Should I go to cyber crime and report snapdeal? Or should I go for consumer court? Because snapdeal has actually robbed me of Rs.35, 736/- as I have got nothing in return. Please someone advice because I don't think snapdeal will deliver my order because they themselves don't know where the package is. And every time after registering a complaint I would get a computer generated email about how they value their customer's review. But this where their ability to work stops. At least Flipkart Customer service properly replies to your complaints and an actual person replies. Please someone advice me how can register a case of fraud against snapdeal.

                I ordered 1 HP Pavillion Backpack. My order number is [protected]. Snapdeal cheated me with their big discount day offers. I ordered this bag on the day they were giving big discounts like the one Flipkart gave "Billion Day offer". But they never sent me the delivery and kept telling me that the order was unsuccessful though they never came to my home. They kept lying that the order came to my home and that no one was there though I skipped my office and stayed back at home for receiving the delivery. Ultimately, they cancelled the order saying that the delivery was unsuccessful. So, they just cheat customers with their big discounts and don't deliver the product with the excuse that the delivery was unsuccessful.

                  Hi, I have ordered 2 car tire from Snap Deal. Below is the details Snap Deal - Order ID - [protected] and Order ID - [protected] The order was placed on 4th November but it is not yet delivered. I have been contacting their customer support team to at least cancel my order so that I can buy it from Local market. They are saying it will be resolved in 48 hours- but not taken any action. I am fine to cancel the order and return back the Money. But they are not responding. Can you please help me in this.

                      i bought a micromax led from snapdeal.com

                      at the time of my purchase the price was INR 16, 372 after discount on The price INR 17699.
                      when i unpacked the item, i found on the micromax's invoice the MRP was INR 16990.
                      so i got discount but i didnt!, and by the way selling for more than MRP is illegal offence

                        Complain Number[protected], Order No [protected], I have been facing the issue for 1 month 20 days. in next 10 days it will be 2 months. I asked for refund and whenever i call, i get a response it will be refunded and it's covered under trust pay. I was having two products under this order, after facing lot of issues and too many communications, i asked for the return of the products. The courier person took both the products of the order, and have sent it to delhi warehouse long back, but till now I have got refund of only one product of Rs 362 (more life 9W bulb), while for other of Rs 4141 (superscape outdoor lighting gate pillar) is still pending. JV express courier person number is ([protected]). And now when I am calling customer care, the person says reverse pickup has not happened. When are snapdeal going to refund me the product. From past one and half month I have called more than 100 times. Very very bad service by snapdeal.I will never recommend this to anyone.

                          Got faulty bean bag as shown in attached image. Requesting daily reverse-pickup for this faulty bag but no one came till date to pickup the bag. Its almost 11-days... Courier service of snapdeal is saying "Customer not ready to return the product." Anyone believes, who will retain such faulty bag? As till date, I didnt get any call for pickup. Snapdeal is asking to talk with their Courier partner and resolve issue! I am daily calling snapdeal and requesting again and again to pickup / replace bean bag but no luck yet.                             I ordered a pair of woodland shoes (order number-[protected]) on 11th november 2014. After 10 days i.e. on 21st november i got a cal from a person that i am at your office gate . Please come and collect your package. When i reached at gate no one was there. i again called on the same number then that person told me that i am coming in 5 minutes but he wont come even after 30 minutes. When i returned back to my office then again after sometime i got a call that i am at the gate please come and collect your package but that time i was busy so i told him to wait for 10 minutes then he told that i am going i cant stay now. what the hell is this.? I received my order almost after 10 days and even after this much time this behaviour of courier company. i am old customer of snapdeal but after all that happend i never recommend smapdeal to any of my friend.

                              Hi, I had purchased a helmet through snapdeal with order no [protected], and the order was placed as a guest not through signing up in snapdeal. But I received the wrong product. The replacement was done immediately. But I didnt got the refund as of now. After repeated calls to the customer care, i didnt got any response, but when I had a chance to speak to the customer care executive, they had assured me that the money will be transferred to my credit card with 7 working days. But tll date the money is not transferred. Recently I signed up to snap deal and found that they have transferred the money to some SD Cash and the same is showing expired. I can use the same.                                 i ordered a geyser (ORDER NO. [protected]) i saw the status that my order has been processed by seller and it is confirmed and gave a estimated shipping date, but after Estimated date of delivery the canceled my order without notifying me, when i called their customer represtative they said it is out of order so they had canceled it . but i had seen several times after buying that the product was in stock, i requested them to kindly send me the item when it is again in stock they said please place another order but this time the price was increased by 1500 Rs, this is total fraud since they did not wanted to sold at that price. They had wasted my precious time, Such a ridiculous service is given by snapdeal that the they take full guaranty to harass the customer. I recommend not to buy anything from snapdeal as they are running a fake company by deducting the money and then cancelling the order.

                                    I have booked a bean bag (buy 1 and get 1), but these people have issued me only bean bag covers. and when i asked them they said BEAN BAG means only bean bag cover and not complete bean bag . They gave an example that " school bag means school bag only and not books" . They even refusing for refund. These people are really cheaters. DONT TRUST SNAP DEAL.

                                      I ordered drsss material from snapdeal order num [protected]. I bought it in 100 % discount offer. But suddenly they told me that your order has been cancelled due to technical problems. But the fact is they don't want to sell at that price. Then why they made a sale?

                                        Order placed for more than a month, no update, customer care non responsive Had placed order no. [protected] on 21st Oct. With Delivery on 10th Nov. I sent out mail n asked if dimention n quality of the product will be as described. Since 10th Nov...I have only got one answer to my mails that they are trying to resolve the mattee. No timelines no update. When you call customer care number either their system is down or they are experiencing high call volume so nobody picks up. This is the worst online shopping experience...have been vuying online for 3+ years n looks like snspdeal is busy soending money on sponsoring Big Boss n advertising. Pathetic client service...they are enjoying interest on buyer's money. If we see effect of multiplier...this is a great money making business...even if they refund my money after 1 more month. Its a loss to me. This is ridiculous...my 1st n last purchase at SD.
