Placed order on 12th November and Snapdeal.com promised that the shipment would be delivered by 19th November. Now they changed the shipment date to 25th november. When I try to contact the customer care through phone (they are charging for this) i am obliged to go through an infinite loop of IVR. I tried to contact using the email support. But, they are sending me the airway bill number instead of a genuine explanation or solution. I placed order for 12 parts for my assembled PC from Snapdeal, Amazon and Flipkart. Flipkart and Amazon fulfilled their promise and delivered the product within the stipulated time(Before 19th Nov). But, Snapdeal haven't delivered the product yet and they are not even able to give a rational explanation for the delay. The biggest mistake I have done is trusting Snapdeal.com and placing prepaid-order. Please do not do this. You can track the products using the details below.     I have placed order on 11 November and told that delivery date will be on or before 19 Nov. I kept following up on delivery of product but no satisfactory response, just time pass and wastage of my time. Without informing me they updated the delivery date to 25th november. i have attached the proof of both

      Hi I placed order on 7th November 2014 in snap deal, order no-[protected] and they gave of tracking detail with Ewings courierr of stimated data on November 14th I gave a call on 14 th again I said to them i didnt get my product again they placed request and and gave new date i.e 20th november again i have no response from the courier side so I called to snap deal again and they are saying we are escalating the case it takes another 2 weeks of time . Snap deal is cheating the customers taking their money and not sending the product for name sake they have customer care department to show case to the customer.         On 11th of October snapdeal announce big sale and and i have buy a set of Yokohama tyre they have process the request and confirmed the order after 10 days they have cancel the order stating non -avalibilty and same product they are still selling in there portal Sujeet

          I have ordered a lcd tv SANSUI SAP32HH-NF INCHES HD READY EDGE LCD TELEVISION on (16-AUG-2014) Cost.Rs 15490 order no.[protected].It was going good but there was a problem.I have contacted to snapdeal costomer care atleast six or seven times after that they told contact to Sansui costomer care they have messaged to the phone the costomer care no but that was faq [protected], [protected] and after that they have given another no.[protected] Sansui costomer care have told again to contact to snapdeal we dont know anything .they are not litening to the costomers.They have not taken any action. Supposed to be delivered on 18.11.2014 but didn't happened and got a message that sorry for the delay and it will be shipped in 3 working days and today I got a message that saying it got cancelled. Even no one has called me and no one has intimated the cause for this issue.

              Sanpdeal.com has cancelled my order no.[protected] of Karbon tatanium octane plus mobile, Order Placed On :[protected]:13:34 in 9am to 9pm hour offer. Suddenly snapdeal cancelled my order today morning. If i want to buy now, the price is high. This is unethical, How can they cancel the order without any customer's verification. I didn't get any call on mobile or through mail. I am really disappointed by their unethical behavior. This is absolutely against business policy. Even as per my order status, my order was cancelled. I want to know the reason to cancel my order. If item is not available, why did you put on hour offer in snapdeall? If not available, why did you inform the same day? since 3 days I have lot of offers on mobiles, but i did buy because of already ordered in snapdeal. now all offers clossed yesterday, snapdeal cancelled my order. So i would request them to please send the material without failure to my address otherwise I will go to consumer forum for this issue.                 I ordered washing machine from Snapdeal in the month of October-order no [protected] and after 10 days of waiting I received the broken and faulty product. After multiple calls to Snapdeal for the complain I was told that I have to call Videocon and get this in written from them that product is faulty which is not my problem but I did. Then I was told to send the attachments with their report which I did on 7 Nov. Now, I am really fed up and frustrated with the third class service from Snapdeal. On Thursday Nov 13 almost after the week, I received a email from you that there will be a reverse pick done within 48 hours and a number was mentioned in case of any issues I can call them. Friday two stupid guys came for the reverse pick up company over the motor bike and asked to give the washing machine and they will hold it on bike with the hands only . When asked them to bring some carry wheeler to take it to which they said wait till evening and no one showed up till date after that. I called your courier partner 50 times since within this week. 48 times no one answer the call. 1 time it was disconnected and last time I was told that pick up will happen soon which is still not done. Now its enough of everything and chasing Snapdeal, Videocon, Courier company and all. I need my money back ASAP at any cost. I cannot wait for anything now. I am not concerned about reverse pick or your policies. I purchased from Snapdeal and you should be responsible for everything. GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK.

                      I have ordered a single bed (furniturekraft brand) from Snapdeal. The seller sent me only partial product and forgot to send me some screws and tools that are required to assemble the bed, without which the bed is useless. I registered a complaint with Snapdeal and told them to take their product back. They said they will go though the complain and asked me to wait patiently. It has been 2 weeks since I raised the complaint and still waiting for a reply from their side. If this is the first time such an incident happened, I wouldn't have bothered. It happened several times and I am fed up with Snapdeal people. From now onwards, I would buy products from trustworthy e-retailer such as Flipkart (even if the price is slightly higher).

                        I brought one Manforce item, snapdeal order no. [protected]. The order date was 14/11/2014 and delivery date was 19/11/2014. But now the delivery date is turn to 24/11/2014 because of courier issue, these is reticulus because i was expecting it to be come on 19 nov 2014 only...this is done second time with me. Such delay means snapdeal is not good service to buy online products... When I call to Customer care they bluntly told to cancelled the order, such a ridiculous service by snapdeal.

                          I feel like that, I have cheated by snapdeal and snapdeal doesn`t even care to help their customer to resolve the issue. Snapdeal doesn`t even respond to my email regarding the product which was never delivered to me. I have called more than 15 times to snapdeal, looking to resolve the issue so that I can get my product but snapdeal doesn`t even cater to help me to get my product. Evrythime I call snap deal all I get to hear is fake promise and false commitment. Everytime i cal snapdeal and request for supervisor, the agents responds that they will arrange a call back at certain time but that call back never comes. when I call back again, same thing happens. I have been trying to get this problem resolved since 15th November but snap deal or their agents aren`t helpful at all, they keep asking me to wait wait and wait. I ordered the product on 9th november at the cost of rs27999 opted for an EMI option that costed me rs1000 more, so the complete cost was 28999, now the product is un-delivered to me and agents from snapdeal are so so so unprofessional and not helpful at all because all they keep on saying is that it is company policy and they repeat this over and over. first the delivery date was 15th November, the 17th November, but still I haven`t received the product till 20th November and now snapdeal isn`t helping me at all. Now the snapdeal agents are saying that I would get a refund of just 27999 and i should place the order again at the current cost of the product which is rs316999. I don`t seem to understand i have never asked for the refund, all I want is my product and moreover if I am forced to reorder the product, why should i pay the rs 31699 to reorder the product, when it`s not my fault that product was lost by the corrier partner ECOM EXPRESS. Its snapdeal responsibility or ECOM EXPRESS responsibility that the product is lost, why would i be penalized for their mistake. I keep on drafting email to snaldeal but never hearback from snapdeal, I know this email would be dropped in the garbage by snapdeal and there is no person in authority who can help me out in this situation.

                            Hello Team, I would like to know about my pending order, Order Number: [protected] Can I please get a final status on this order. I bought the order on 6th Oct and this was to be delivered by 10th of Oct. I called the customer care on 9th Oct and I was promised by that rep that the order will be shipped on 10th and it will reach your place within next 4 days. Again I called your customer care team and I was told that we have your order status as pending so it will be definitely cancelled and you will get a refund. I said that the same product is still available on your website but it’s around 4900Rs now. She said then you will have to buy that product on the same price then, I don’t understand what is happening here. Is this some kind of a competition going on there? Its now more than a month. I have got no response from your team even once. I have all the recodings of your cust care reps and supervisors which states fake commitments.                               Order no [protected] We have Ordered product number LG P7853R3S(BG) Semi Automatic 6.8 Kg Washing but got LG P7258N15 Semi Automatic 6.2 Kg. Have paid amount for big washing machine but got small one of 6.2 KG only. We ordered ----- Machine having 6.8 KG capacity but you couriered a machine of 6.2 KG capacity. Model no. LG P7853R3S but you sent LG P7258N1F. Machine with red color but you sent in blue color. Please take immediate action on this issue by replacing this machine with what we had actually ordered. " THIS TYPE OF BUSINESS IS BASED ON TRUST WHICH SHOULD ALWAYS BE KEPT ALIVE JUST TO GAIN HEART OF ANY CUSTOMER." let me know if any more information/details are required.My family is very upset with snapdeal for such a bad customer experience.                                 My Order number was [protected]. I have experienced the worst service with Snapdeal. I ordered a AO Smith water heater worth Rs. 8970 on 12th Nov’ 14. Its clearly mentioned on Snapdeal website that the product will be delivered within 3 days but I received the product in 8 days. After receiving the product, same day I called Snapdeal to get the product installed. Customer care representative told me to call AO Smith for installation. I called AO Smith customer care number and they clearly told me that Snapdeal is not the authorized seller so the free installation will not be provided. I again called Snapdeal Customer care and said the same thing to them. They raised the complaint number 12034265 and committed that someone will call me with in 48 hours. But I did not received any call. I again called Customer care, questioning why no one has called me yet. Representative told me that supervisor will call me within 4 working hours, again I did nit received any call. Once again I called Customer care, they gave me toll free number[protected], ask me to call this number to get the product installed. When I called this toll free number, they told me that its been a week that they are no more partners with Snapdeal. Again called Customer care, now they are saying they can not get this product installed. I need to contact some local vendor and get this installed. I would not suggest anyone to buy anything from Snapdeal. Its better to buy from retail vendor rather then getting discount of little money and suffering in this way. Retail vendor will deliver the product in time, install it and provides good service. There are many online vendors but good ones are really few. NEVER BUY FROM SNAPDEAL   

                                Yes i Had experienced same to same but the product is Kenstar 15 Lts Hot spring water Heater.
                                my relatives also told me that don't go with SNAP DEAL but because of offer prince i have purchased it.
                                it was delivered after 15 days of order placed.Now the service providers also offering 200 rupess +12 % service tax .
                                and also installation also diffrent that costs arround 250 rupess +12.5 % Tax...
                                What ever the variation in the product price Snap Deal VS local vendors... the variation we are paying the form of installation..
                                Now iam dicided i will not prefer any product from sanp deal...

                                  I placed order for woodland shoes dt[protected]. I got it dt[protected] but it was large so i complaint on snapdeal for return it dt[protected]. On snapdeal not mention woodland size. So i was confuse in 7 no. Size. Jv express (Courier company) picked up my product dt[protected]. But still i did not get my shoes. I have allready done 4 mail to snapdeal but they did not give answer my mail. I want to take woodland size- 41

                                    I had placed my order on[protected]:29:15 with snapdeal bearing Order No. [protected]. I had made the payment of Rs. 36741/- during the time of order. The delivery date was on[protected], but I product was not delivered on 22nd October. I called up the snapdeal customer care and I was told the delivery date is postponed to[protected], yet again the product was not delivered on the expected delivery date. I called up again to the customer care and I was again told the delivery was postponed to[protected]. Each time the delivery date was missed I was not intimated on email or on my mobile, I as a customer had called them and found the status. The customer care number is not a toll free number and each time I called I am put on hold for longer durations. I had then asked the customer care executive to cancel the product as the delivery date was missed twice and the cancellation request was lodged on[protected]. The courier partner has initiated the product return on[protected] but my money is not yet refunded. It is being 20 days since the product was returned. Today i.e[protected], I called to the customer care and I was told he is transferring the call to the superior and I was put on hold for 30mins. The customer care is not providing any resolution to this case. I had spent more than 250 /- Rs on My phone calls to snapdeal. I could put up all my telephone bills if required.

                                      Hi There, I bought Tupperware Magic Flow Set(Midi(550ml)+Mini(440ml)+Mega(1.1Ltr)) Plastic Containers 1pc Tupperware Midi Magic flow(550ml)+ 1pc Tupperware Mini Magic flow(440ml)+ 1pc Tupperware Mega Magic flow(1.1Ltr)) from snapdeal (Order id: [protected])on 4th October 2014. The latest delivery date is 25th October 2014. Till now(today is 19th Nov 2014) I did not receive the product. I complained to snapdeal many a time about the non delivery. Always I get a standard response that the seller shipped the item and the courrier (ECom Courrier) has delayed it. When i bought from snapdeal and paid to snapdeal how am I response for any delay whether it is from the seller or courrier. Snapdeal does not looking into this issue and not even refunding my amount.                                       After many mails and complaint raised on Snapdeal in consumer forums, after 2 months snapdeal returned my money as the product is not delivered.

                                        E commerce cos. celebrate special day (like Flipkart Billion day) and to attract shoppers to their site, they sell some goods at ZERO value or throwaway prices. Snapdeal.com launched special sale day on 11.11.2014 and offered certain items at ZERO value. I happened to be an early bird and could order some items at ZERO price. However, the company cancelled all my orders without assigning any proper reason. Some orders were cancelled, as per time of cancellation given by company, EVEN BEFORE the time of placement of orders. I offered the company to talk to me on phone as I was ready to discuss and reach at an amicable solution. However, I have not received any response except stereotype responses. I demand that my orders should be restored and items delivered to me. Alternatively, the company should allow me to purchase similar items at similar price or compensate me for the mental agony suffered by me. A few orders nos. are [protected], [protected] and [protected]. There are other orders too. Hope you will be able to get the company to restore the orders and deliver the items or alternatively compensate me reasonably. Thanks.

                                        On feb 17 2015, snapdeal was giving huge discount on samsung galaxy note 3 and sony xperia z3 and xperia z2. I have ordered 3 handset.
