I hav booked LG 5star AC Model:-3NP5F FOR 30307 RS (ORDER NO:[protected]) through snapdeal.com ON 15th may 2014 it was supposed to be delivered on 21 may but i didnt recieved the item till 23rd may then i called the customer care and the courier company, they told it was delayed due to busy traffic network whatsoever i got the shipment today on 24th.THE SHOCKING THING WAS THAT THE PRODUCT THEY HAVE SENT WAS NOT AS MENTIONED WHILE BOOKING. THE BILL THEY PROVIDED WITH THE PARCEL WAS 30307 RS AND THE MODEL NUMBER WAS 3NP5F BUT THE PARCEL THEY HAVE SENT WAS 5NP3F WHICH IS A 3 STAR AC EVEN ITS MRP IS 23000RS ONLY THEN HOW COME THEY SEND THE PARCEL SO CARELESSLY OR THEY MUST HAVE DONE IT intensionally BUT WHATEVER IT MAY BE ITS CLEAR CHEATING WITH THE CUSTOMER.I WAS LUCKY THAT I HAV SELECTED CASH ON DELIVERY SO I DIDNT PAID FOR IT AND I HAV REJECTED THE ORDER OTHERWISE I COULD HAVE BEEN EASILY CHEATED.I HAV CANCELLED MY ORDER AND IM NEVER GOING TO SHOP THROUGH SNAPDEAL AGAIN. ITS VERY EASY TO LOOSE TRUST OF A CUSTOMER BUT VERY HARD TO GAIN AND MAINTAIN THE TRUST .IM VERY DISSATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE OF SNAPDEAL AND IT WAS REALLY A BAD EXPERIENCE FOR ME TO SHOP ONLINE. I WANT TO SUGGEST ALL THE ONLINE SHOPPING BUYERS TO PLS CHECK THE PRODUCT ON DELIVERY WHETHER THE MODEL NUMBER ON THE INVOICE AND THE PARCEL ARE SAME OR NOT OR ONE COULD BE EASILY FOOLED.THERE IS NO PROPER COMMUNICATION FROM SNAPDEAL IF THEY DIDNT HAVE THAT PARTICULAR MODEL NUMBER WHICH I HAV BOOKED THEN THEY SHOULD INFORM ME BUT INSTEAD THEY CLEVERLY TRYING TO SELL A DIFFERENT MODEL- 5NP3F WHICH IS A 3 STAR AC AND ITS MRP IS ALSO VERY LOWER (APPROX 23000 RS) THEN WHAT I HAV TO PAY (30307 RS).PERSONALLY I WOULD STRONGLY RECOMMEND ITS BETTER TO BUY IN A SHOPPING MALL THEN TO TAKE RISK PURCHASING ON ONLINE SHOPPING. THANK GOD I WAS LUCKY TO CHECK THE MODEL NUMBER IN TIME BEFORE I PAY THE CASH OR I HAV TO GO THROUGH A LONG PAINSTAKING PROCESS TO GET MY HARD EARNED MONEY BACK FROM THE COMPANY.     i have purchased a sony product on snapdeal which is worth of 4k.when i received the product and checked for the first time it was'nt a branded one and the seal was'nt nothing was found moreover i could'nt use it any way.please dont believe snapdeal they are fake dont ever buy for the snapdeal.

      I ordered a product from Snapdeal called Musclepharm Combat powder (protein supplements) precisely on 14th May 2014 merely after seeing the price at which they were offering. I usually order my supplements way before time, but this time I ordered when I had stocks for only three days. Usually healthkart and other portals offer in just about 2 days. But with Snapdeal it was a nightmare. Their most trustworthy courier partners ecom express couldn’t deliver at my doorstep and finally I had to pick it up from their checkpoint after 10 days. It took Snapdeal 10 freaking days to deliver the product or rather I must say I myself had to go and get the product picked up from their courier partner office which is 13 kms away from my residence. Snapdeal ship their products by ecom express which is the worst ever courier company in the nation. Ecom express tracking doesn’t work and the customer service helpline based in Delhi will atleast keep you on hold for 15 crucifying minutes. Ok so Snapdeal made a commitment to me that the product would be delivered to my doorstep by 20th May. I must have made over 25 STD calls in 3-4 day from 20th May to 23rd May to both Snapdeal and ecom express helpline. They only kept committing me that the product would reach today anyhow. That today never came. Finally somebody very great from ecom express office forwarded me number of their Kalyan checkpoint where they said my product must have been kept. Due to some backlog issues they can’t send it over to my place. Finally after numerous calls to some very idiotic person I had to myself travel 13kms from my residence to pick this product from their Kalyan checkpoint. My product was simply kept to rot on the floor. The entire shop was infested with rodents and mustn’t have been cleaned for ages. After providing necessary photo identity my proof, the parcel was handed over to me. The sight of their office was so disgusting. Over 30-40 courier bags were scattered on the floor and 2-3 illiterate boys were operating the whole show at the very great ecom express checkpoint in Kalyan. Finally from a very dirty courier they removed my parcel and handed it over to me. Now coming to the parcel, here’s what I have to say. The huge Musclepharm Combat powder can was not even bubble wrapped and had no branding of Snapdeal whatsoever. After removing the can I saw it’s damaged and squeezed from one end so badly that later on I had to transfer all the supps into one of my old cans. THIS IS SNAPDEAL FOR YOU FOLKS. THIS LETHARGIC AND THOROUGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY JUST CAN’T DELIVER STUFFS AT YOUR DOORSTEP. It’s operated by a bunch of liars. Starting from the founders in the upper hierarchy to the lowest customer service rep everybody just lie. About the very great ecom express, these guys (obviously the founders) should go to some MBA schools and learn how shipping and logistics company are supposed to operate, bloody retarded courier company.

        Hi, I want to lodge a complaint against Snap Deal. I purchased some clothes but the size didn't fit and I returned them. But since then I am waiting for refund. It's been more than 25 days I haven't got the refund. I have called 7 times to them and I have sent them my bank statement as a proof that I haven't received any refund. But still no reply, no call back, no update from their end. Even I have talked to their supervisor called Ravi Sharma and Minal. They promised me that I will get the refund in 2 days. But nothing happened. I have spent hours on calls and more than 150 Rs charged for these calls. But still no good. Refund amount is not that big but it's not about money Its about the service they are providing and the wrong commitment they are doing. I have got complaint number from them for two refunds Complaint number - 6797249 another complaint number - 6197152 Please help me out with this. I will be really thank full.           I placed an order online with Snapdeal.com on 14th May'14 and the order was delivered on 21st May'14 where I received only partial order. I raised a complaint on 22nd May and I received a call stating that the missing order will be delivered by end of day 22nd May. I waited and I did not receive, I again raised a complaint on 23rd May and by 6PM IST I received the below email. [protected][protected][protected][protected][protected][protected][protected] Dear Vijay, Thank you for contacting Snapdeal.com. This is with regards to the complaint which you have registered in Snapdeal against the order number [protected]. We are unable to contact you. We would like to inform you that we are offering you a refund of Rs.300 /- for the missing item in the form of SD cash. We request you to kindly revert to us along with your confirmation for the same so that we can proceed further. [protected][protected][protected][protected][protected][protected][protected][pr... My complaint clearly stated that I need the missing order and I am not sure what these companies think. As a consumer I don't need money in return as I am a consumer who paid (spent money from my pocket) and I need the placed order in return. If money has to be refunded then, I need the full amount to be refunded (1850.00 Rs INR) along with the compensation for the delay in commitment given by the company Snapdeal.com and also a compensation for the calls, emails that I made with Snapdeal.com in order to get the missing order.

            I received my complaint no 4983154 from snapdeal.I was waiting for my refund from 14feb and till date they were postponing that. I have called them around 25-30 times but every time they are telling we will respond you soon but no response. Even they asked me for my bank statements and i have send them too..             i brought a sleeper but wrong size diliver to me i requested to arrange a pickup request he told me the guy will come in 3 to 4 days. I followed and then he told me to send the product by courier. Snapdeal will refund u both courier and product charges.courier charge is 176 and product charge is 399
            I sent it that time. He confirm that he received the courier and I will get both amount within a week.
            I wait but didn't got any amount. I called he asked me to send my account statement which I sent. Then I called he told me that will get in 2 days.
            I mailed snapdeal 10 times but they don't revert then
            then I called snapdeal more then 20 times and waiting for last 3 months for amount but I didn't got any amount all times they told that wait for 2 days ur money is under trust pay.
            I also completed on akosha they respond in starting but now they are not responding any mail.
            I called snapdeal about 200 rupees and my courier n product charges is 575. Plz suggest me what should I do now.

            But Still I have not got my product. Whenever I called the team, they assured me that my payment will be refund within 7days due to product unavailability.

            As per your policy :
            Debit card/credit card/netbanking 5-7 working days from the refund initiation date
            NEFT transfer 5-7 working days from the refund initiation date
            SD cash Within 24 hours

            But Its now more than 1month, I am neither getting my money nor my product.

            I want refund of my order no. [protected]. The product was delivered to me on 21 feb. 2015. Then on 23 feb i mailed to customer care to refund my order. They gave me a pdf file through mail and said to print it and yo fix it on your product. Jv express will pickup your product then we will send your money to your account as sd cash. But it has now neen 11days and my money is not refunded in my account. The total money to refund was 330 rupees.

              I bought a 30 mp vox dslr camera from snapdeal for Rs. 2590. It was given that 4gb memory card and carry case will be free with them. But after delivery i recieved only the camera package and not the freebie offer. after i talk to the customer care they tell me that they will give me a sd cash of 1300. I purchased a 4gb memory card and carry case and sony rechargeable battery by giving Rs. 42 extra along with the 1300sd cash. I checked the camera after that. It was very unclear resolution of the images and flash was also not working. So i ask them for a return and giving money back. They asked me to return the camera when their courier partner will come for reverse pickup. I return the camera. After that they tell that they will return only 1290 instead of 2590 and gave me reason that they had given me 1300 sd cash already. Now tell me if i dosen't has my camera then what will i do from carry case, memory card, and battery. which i bought just because they gave me the sd cash for the freebie offers only. And for this i had to spend 100rupees till now on phone bill for calling them again and again and still I am not resolved. Website was showing the same as " order is not delivered". on 15th night they updated order delivered dt. 7th May'14. From that day complain lodged with snapdeal.com. you can only contact tele-operators known as "snapdeal.com customer care". There is no other interface. They are as unable as a weak organisation. Only things comes out on talking with customer care, we are sorry for the delay, sorry, sorry... but not concrete movement update. Totally pathetic. There intention is doubtable. Do not trust SnapDeal.com and even if you wish to purchase opt for COD, as once you paid the money, you are under problem as it seems.

                        On 14th March 2014 I had placed an online order with Snapdeal . Snapdeal order reference [protected] for Rs 349.00. On 18th March I received the delivery however the wrong product was delivered to which I made a written as well as telecon complaint to arrange a replacement. Annoyingly the product was delivered only on the 12th of April and shockingly once again the wrong product was delivered. Frustrated at this point of time I called Snapdeal again and informed them about the issue and despite 3 reminders and their endless fake promises till date the product is with me. Can anyone help me out. I am frustrated beyond words and need either a placement of the right product or a refund of my money. This is my first time online shopping and being skeptical I decided to place an order or a small value. I feel relieved that I did so as I have lost all faith in online shopping and dont think I will ever want to use this channel again. A heads up to anyone who reads this. Snapdeal is extremely poor in their service and people should consider other companies than Snapdeal when it comes to online shopping.

                          I have also registered this complaint it had been marked as resolved but no action has been taken till today kinldy please help me. My name is sushantgodhwani and my registered mail id is [protected]@gmail.com in snapdeal.com I have raised a complaint in snapdeal.com and my complain no is Complaint Number – 5315718 agianst product order no [protected] I have purchased mobile Sony Xperia Z ultra from snapdeal and when I received the mobile and I have lodged a complaint that flash is not present in the phone but it was mentioned in the site that flash is present in the phone. They checked and found that my complaint is genuine So I raised a complaint and snapdeal representative assured me that we will arrange reverse pickup and your money will be refunded back. Then aftet they didn’t arrange reverse pickup they didn’t collect back my cell phone I called up again and again. Then they told me that you send the product through courier. Then I again send the product through courier and send the receipt to snapdeal. Then again they told me that they have not received the product but it was showing in the first flight courier web site that they have received the product. They told me that we will not consider the first flight courier web site send us proof of delivery that we have received the product. Then again I arranged proof of delivery somehow I again mailed the same to them. Then they told me you will receive a call within 24 hrs but again there was no reply from the company. Then I called up again and again then they told me that we have initiated refund on 12 april not it had been almost 3 months and told me that you will get the refund within 5 to 7 working days. It had been almost 3 months but they are not refunding my money back. I have sent my neft details 0n 12 april but till today I have not recieved my refund money Each and every time I get the same reply by your representative that we will contact you within 24 hours but till today there is no reply from there concern team. I am calling again and again since from last 15 days. Now i believe that they are not interested in giving my refund back. My courier charges were refunded within 3 days and my money of my cell phone sony xperia z ultra has not been refunded till today and the bank details are same which i provided earlier. Now they are telling me that the bank details are same or not which I provided earlier when my courier charges were refunded. My bank details were same which I have provided earlier when my courier charges were refunded but my money of cell phone is not refunded. It seams that now they are not paying any attention to my request. I am calling time and again and sending mail repeatedly but the company is not bothered about it each and every time i get same reply please wait for another 24 hrs or for 48 hrs. Now the company representative are telling me that please send me your bank statement that you have not received the refund till today. But they are not sending any proof of refund i.e. NEFT transactions details or NEFT no. Now they are harassing me again and again and not refunding my money back. I am suffering from mental trauma. Please pay attention to my request and help me to get my money back I have also registered complaint on 26 April but till today i have not got my refund Thanking You Your’s Truly Sushant Godhwani

                                Hi, I am an extremely harassed customer of the so called renowned website, Snapdeal.com..I had ordered a DSLR camera on 4th May 2014, keeping in mind the estimated delivery date to be by 9th May 2014 and then changed it to 12th May without any prior notice...I had to gift this product on 10th May 2014..But unfortunately I still haven't received this product and every time I call them they say they apologize for the inconvenience and will call back within 24 hours to let me know of the status...And then when I call the courier company, they too have a similar response to provide for me...But neither of them call or respond satisfactorily and tell me when exactly I will receive my shipment! As I have already made full payment for the product, I cant even cancel this order...!I am extremely unhappy with this kind of irresponsible behaviour from this website and would not recommend anyone to buy from this website, however cheaper you get a product for...Other renowned websites like Flipkart, Amazon, Ebay, Myntra etc. have till date always been true to their word in terms of delivery and promises... This website is only cheating people by claiming that they sell the cheapest but their customer unfriendliness and casualness is very evident time and again!! I would just not recommend people to buy from this website and would in fact advice on being very careful while making further commitments based on this website's delivery timeline promises..

                                  ordered bitdefender total security 2014 but i got toital security 2013 so once i claim for change they send me other but it is also same like first total security 2013 and price is also less then i paid first so i claim for refund at 9th may but still no any progress and when i call they only reply we will do as soon as possible thy don't do any thing

                                    I had recently purchased a Online Training Course from Snapdeal. The order ID is [protected]. The order was booked on April 15th. This was a 30 day online training course that I bought. However it was not delivered for more than a week, although their website said it was delivered. After repeated followups and complaints to snapdeal both on this website as well as their support channels, it was finally resolved on April 23. I got my credentials, however the 8 day delay also was included into the 30 days, because of which I am getting 8 days less than what I paid for. I have again raised complaints with snapdeal which have not been answered yet.

                                      After multiple and repeated followups with snapdeal on this forum and through emails to their support site etc., it was finally resolved on April 24th.
                                      I got the login credentials after 8 days.
                                      However snapdeal included the 8 day delay as well into the 30 days because of my time on the course got reduced to less than 30 days. I again raised complaints to snapdeal which have not been resolved yet.

                                        i ordered 3 pack of shirts and one chinos in order no. [protected] and as i was not satisfied with the quality of 2 pack of shirts and one chinos i orderd a reverse pickup from the company. they made the reverse pickup but still they are not refunding me the cash amount of one shirt(LMFAO olive casual cotton shirt) in my SNAPDEAL CASH account. i made request to them for more than 4 to 5 times but in vein.
