Snapdeal sells fake product in the name of brand...plss do not buy anything from them...I ordered fastrack watch but they delivered me a fake product...No showroom is providing any service for this fake product it falls under 1 year warranty though .snapdeal person said that they will get back to me within 48 hours...but nobody called yet.

    Dear Sir,

    I would like you to make aware about the sequence of events;

    1) I checked the specifications on the site for my Reliance CDMA simcard

    2) the specification and name of product was mentioning dual sim CDMA + GSM (not mentioning anything about LOCKED FOR MTS) hence I ordered the product.

    3) When i received delivery i found that its LOCKED FOR MTS which was not useful for me.

    4) I immediately checked snapdeal site and re-confirmed the specifications. then also it was not mentioned about the MTS.

    5) So I complained to the snapdeal about it. they took 3days to revert.

    6) Meanwhile the website was updated with the specifications mentioning that the phone is LOCKED FOR MTS. Even the product image was updated (earlier it was black and it was changed to white) the rate of product was also updated.

    7) after that they came up with excuse that the specification available on their site are exactly same with the product delivered so the complaint cannot be considered valid.

    my query is;

    specification and other data was updated by their team and they only saying that the specifications are right so they cannot accept the complaint. they said the product number ordered was delivered but my argument is not for
    the product number. i was cheated by snapdeal by showing false specifications. My complaint is about the wrong specifications displayed by them on the date of purchase. I requested their tele-calling executive to check the
    specifications on the date of purchase or they can check the truth with their back-end team who updated the data but they refused to do so and said the specifications showing as on today on their website are valid.

    how can they consider the updated data as a valid data when my argument is about the previous data.

    I request you to pls look into the matter again and check the correctness. If you could check the specifications of the purchase date you will come to know the cheating.

    my money is stuck.. Product is of no use... and neither they are giving any cash credit to purchase anything else.

    Pls help me.

I placed the order on 29/04/2014 so that I would get the book in about 3-4 days.After placing the order I came to know that it would be delivered on 3/05/2014.           yert i havent recieved the money.they just tell to wait for another day and this goes on and you never get the money.

          but nothing happens
          it just their way to steal money

                Hi SnapDeal promised to deliver products in a days as per the site deal.I have placed order on 20th April 2014 evening for buying microwave dinner set and now it's been 9 days passed and no response on site and not from its customer care.I also wrote to its CEO Mr. Kunal Bahl: @Kunal: Please do the needful as I think these guys are not taking thing seriously about customer Experience improvement, One customer won't make much impact on you but yes surely it will impact Snapdeal BIG name. Please do the needful as they hold my paid money for the past 9 days and now today i got my order cancelled.Please do the needful as I got mental harassment while following with them.                     Which at delivery i found to be broken
                    I recieved snapdeal and they told me to send it back and they will pay me full refund

                    After sending it back at 15th april they told me that my refund has been initiated and within 5 to 7 working days it will be refunded in my account
                    But to my grave concern after 7 days passed by i contacted the customer care to get a update of my situation
                    Each and every day they tell me to wait for another day and say they are working on it and it will be refunded tommorow
                    Now 12 days have gone by still no sign of refund
                    Even they are not replying my mails
                    Please help me to resolve my situation

                      Sir I ordered a graphic card from SNAPDEAL whose order details are given below Order ID : [protected] Order Placed on :[protected]:42:54 Order Details : S.no Item name Quantity Estimated Dispatch Date Price 1 Sapphire HD7770 1GB DDR5 Graphic Card 1 In Process 8750 Dispatch Information : shivansh solutions Shop no 38, Capri trade center, Cannaught place, chakrata road Dehradun - 248001 Uttrakhand Total Amount : Rs. 8750 SD Cash Redeemed : 0 Shipping Charges : 0 Payable Amount : Rs. 8750 The picture which the snapdeal displayed on their website is attached below. Basically this is card had better heat sinks and cooling system in it. The dimension of the card as provided on their web site is 210(L)x110(W)x43(H) mm Size. Inline image 1 The picture of the card which they delivered me is attached below Inline image 2 But they delivered a completely different card which is not even close to the card displayed above. The dimension was quite different and no branding on the card (not even sure that whether it is HD 7770). Even the pc detected it as HD7700 and clock speed was 950 mhz but the snapdeal claimed it 1 ghz. The plastic used is of low quality. and the most important, above all they should have delivered the card shown in their website, this is all online stores are meant to be that they delivers what they display and of the same specifications. This is completely cheating and doing fraud to customers. On a online store like snapdeal, one only goes by the pictures displayed and the specifications been provided, but snapdeal had completely cheated me in every aspect. Not only me there are many other victims . When i went through the feedback on the same card by others i discovered that other had also been cheated in the same way.. Even i gave two feedbacks for the same on the website but it were never displayed. Sir when i contacted snapdeal about this they said that you have to inform the same to us within 7 days. I responded to their this vague argument by saying that i discovered it later on that they have supplied me a duplicate card as i was out of station. Moreover what does it mean by 7 days time period. What if one buys a tissot or rado or any other expensive watch from snapdeal and later on after 15 days he got to know that the watch delivered is a replica than according to snapdeal its not their fault as we did not figure out this within 7 days. it was our fault that we believed snapdeal that they are providing us the right products. This means the snapdeal works on the strategy that deliver duplicate products and if one finds out this within one week than replace it else keep saying sorry.                         Dear sir, My name is Dina Pandit. My mobile no [protected]. I have purchased easy mope from snap deal. My order No. is [protected], On opening of packing I found the easy mope in defective condition. I had repeatedly requested via mail and by telephone to replace the purchased product. I have received sms on[protected] that your courier partner NUVO PUNE will attemp the pick up in next 48 hours. Accordinly, I had contacted them on telephone No, [protected] as well as on mobile call received from them. The name of concerned person is Mr. Sachin. Inspite of repeated telephonic conversation with your office and courier agent, the easy mop is not replaced. Daily, I call your courier agent as well as your office for replacement. However except assurance/false promise from you regarding replacement nothing is done in this matter. Daily, I am recving call from your courier partner regarding pick up. I am not going out side for my work since i have received a call from them. However at the end of the day they are not turning up for pick up. If this type of customer services are offered by you, I will think twice before placing order to snap deal in futurel.                           My name is sushantgodhwani and my registered mail id is [protected]@gmail.com insnapdeal.com I have raised a complaint in snapdeal.com and my complain nois Complaint Number - 5315718 I have purchased mobile Sony Xperia Z ultra from snapdealand when I received the mobile and I have lodged a complaint that flash is notpresent in the phone but it was mentioned in the site that flash is present inthe phone. They checked and found that my complaint is genuine So I raised a complaint and snapdeal representative assuredme that we will arrange reverse pickup and your money will be refunded back. Then aftet they didn’t arrange reverse pickup they didn’tcollect back my cell phone I called up again and again. Then they told me thaty0u send the product through courier. Then I again send the product throughcourier and send the receipt to snapdeal. Then again they told me that they have not received theproduct but it was showing in the first flight courier web site that they havereceived the product. They told me that we will not consider the first flightcourier web site send us proof of delivery that we have received the product.Then again I arranged proof of delivery somehow I again mailed the same to them. Then they told me you will receive a call within 24 hrs butagain there was no reply from the company. Then I called up again and again then they told me that wehave initiated refund on 12 april not it had been almost 3 months and told methat you will get the refund within 5 to 7 working days. It had been almost 3 months but they are not refunding mymoney back. I have sent my neft details 0n 12 april but till today Ihave not recieved my refund money Each and every time I get the same reply byyour representative that we will contact you within 24 hours but till todaythere is no reply from there concern team. I am calling again and again sincefrom last 15 days. Now i believe that they are not interested in giving myrefund back. My courier charges were refunded within 3 days and my money of mycell phone sony xperia z ultra has not been refunded till today and the bankdetails are same which i provided earlier. Now they are telling me that thebank details are same or not which I provided earlier when my courier chargeswere refunded. My bank details were same which I have provided earlier when mycourier charges were refunded but my money of cell phone is not refunded. It seams that now they are not paying any attention to myrequest. I am calling time and again and sending mail repeatedly but thecompany is not bothered about it each and every time i get same reply pleasewait for another 24 hrs or for 48 hrs. Now the company representative are telling me that pleasesend me your bank statement that you have not received the refund till today. Butthey are not sending any proof of refund i.e. NEFT transactions details or NEFTno. Now they are harassing me again and again and not refunding my money back.I am suffering from mental trauma. I ordered for a leather boot and they send me a ladies velvet shoe through bluedart. i registered a complaint against the service and they agreed to pick back my product and send a form . i fill up the forms and went to bluedart .they said they dont have any information of my return courior from Snapdeal . i again call snapdeal and they are telling they already inform bluedart and mistake is from bluedart . i again call Bluedart on this number [protected] and they are telling that its in gujrat and call kerala number and book your pick up. in kerala helpline they are telling they have no facility to book my pickup and they need mail from snapdeal regarding my pickup... Dear sir, all online companies are promising for return policy i think snapdeal never done any return policy to their clients. or else i am the first and only unsatisfied client ..i don;t think so. these companies are cheating the clients as online business grows up nobody can see their product ..only virtual reality is there they are using this opportunity to send bad products and the same time these courior companies are making delay for there service is a corporate cheating concept. i need a clear cut on this issue . i am waiting for last 30 days. i need compensation from both the companies for my waste of time and money.

                                I had ordered an IFB washing machine and an LG fridge through this portal on 20th April 2014. Status on IFB Washing Machine: Their courier vendor partner's (GATI) representative tells me that he needs 1 guy to help him with the logistics! Remind me again, but isn't that exactly your job profile? After much deliberation he decides to deliver the product and calls back in an hour that he will need to take the shipment back as octroi has not been paid on it. Is it my responsibility to ensure I get a hassle free smooth delivery? I call up the Snapdeal helpline, and their representative tells me to pay the octroi and they will refund it, but refuses to give me the same in writing. All I am given is a complaint number which has no details to it. Going by the no refund complaints in this forum, I am wondering if I should fall into this trap! Status on the LG Fridge: Its out of stock! Laughable!!! Why have a big high value transaction posting on your portal when you have no head or tail of the inventory??? Fingers crossed on the refund..This entire portal seems like a big ponzi scheme.. Working with other portals was so much smoother! I will just stick to the brick and mortar stores for heavy appliances! Few bucks extra but at least hassle free!

                                  I bought Lenovo a516 (order ID: [protected] | Order Placed on :[protected]:17:31), , delivered on 23/4/2014. i was very shocked that the phone is ''USED-DAMAGED PHONE', the LCD Display not working and the Battery already attached inside the phone and the user manual is missing and there is DOA certificate inside the box with the name, address, phone number etc.. of the previous customer who bought the phone. so i called snapdeal customer. today i received mail from snapdeal telling me how to return the product and they asked me to Call Blue Dart at [protected] to provide them the centralized account number, but i cannot reach them, cannot talk to blue dart, tried many times, its useless... My experience with snapdeal is not good.

                                      I ordered a Xolo Hive 8X-1000 phone on 11 November the delivery was supposed to be the following day. However, it wasn't delivered. Later i got a text stating there is a delay in the shipment. After a long wait i received my phone yesterday only to find out that it isn't working. It wont switch on. Snapdeal has been a disappointment and let me tell you this isn't the first time.

                                        I have recently purchased a Online Training Course from Snapdeal. The order ID is [protected]. The order was booked on April 15th. This being an online training course, I was expecting the order to be delivered in a couple of hours to my email ID, as it only involved sending out a userid and password (or a voucher) to access the course online. That was not to be. So, I raised a support request case with Snapdeal to help with an expedited dispatching on April 16th. Snapdeal CSR told me that the product was being shipped and should be received within a few days. I could not understand why it had to be delivered by postal email. As the CSR could only apologize and had no solutions to my problems, I asked him to arrange for a callback from snapdeal. This did not happen. I was tired following up, and didnt want to reason out why an online retailing company would dispatch the voucher (or userid/password) for a online course via postal mail. I checked again on April 21st and was shocked to see that the order was mentioned that it was delivered. There were no messages received that the order was being delivered. Also the order has not been delivered. I raised a case again on April 21st, and typical of snapdeal process they have told they will respond back in 48 hours, but have not heard so far. This is a very painful experience. These online retailing companies are taking a the indian consumer for a ride and it is these instances that test the qualities of a company. Considering that online retailing business will become mainstay, this kind of behavior should be severely punished so that customer service is instilled seriously in the minds of these companies.

                                        This again is a great example of how insensitive and annoying snapdeal's customer service is. I have mentioned in my post above that I have already written to snapdeal twice about my complaint.
                                        I just get their standard response here again with the same message. If this is a standard template does it take 1 whole day to reply back.
                                        It has taken a great ordeal to get the issue closed with Snapdeal. Further, it has not been closed properly. The product purchased is a 30 day online course for which the login credentials were shared after a week after multiple followups. However with they have included the 8 day delay as well into the 30 day timeline because of which I have got 8 days less than what I was supposed to get.
