Respected Sir,
I purchased one Tablet PC manufactured by Adcom on 7th Dec 2013 (delivered on) from the online website “snapdeal.com”. It went completely dead after using 2 weeks. I submitted the faulty TAB to my nearest service center provided by Adcom on 30th Dec 2013. Since then I am following up with the Service center and the manufacturer. But no luck. They are harassing me by committing false statements since last three months. Hence, I want my money back at earliest from them. I have tried contacting ‘Snapdeal’ to get the refund, but they are not helping me. Whereas, Adcom is saying that if I would have purchase it from other popular online portal, they could have refund it, but Snapdeal will not refund. Please help me in this regard and take measures to prevent these unfair business practices.
