I have received wrong product on 5/7/2014. I ordered "Seagate Backup Plus 1 TB Hard Disk (Black)" (Model No: STBU1000300"), but i received Seagate Backup Plus Slim 1TB External Hard Drive (Model No:Model No: STDR1000300) which is lower in cost & features. I had order TP-Link 150 Mbps Wireless N ADSL Router (TD-W8951ND) and wrong product was delivered to me.

When asked for refund/ replacement, I was asked to send the product to them instead of offering a reverse pick up.

I have order Prestige PIC 2.0 Induction Cooker on 8th Oct'14 from snapdeal.com, they people guaranteed that this will be dispatched with in two working days but it got dispatched from their side on 16th Oct'14. Then this product
delivered to me on 29th Oct'14 but it was handover to our society security guard not me, and fact that i was available in my apartment.

Now the delivered product is wrong product and i immediately requested for replacement that is 29th oct'14 only. Now till that no one has come for reverse pickup.

When I purchased the Laptop, the product description in snapdeal website said, the laptop will have a Nvidia Graphics card. And this was the main reason I purchased this laptop. But when i received it on[protected], I found that the laptop has no Nvidia Graphics card, but an ordinary Grapjics card from a different brand. But when i contacted snapdeal, they said they cant do anything about it. Now snapdeal has cheated me and I lost my money. But I badly want to give back the laptop and get my money back, because it is wrong on the side of snapdeal. Please help.

Worst experience with SNAPDEAL, i had ordered an Microwave oven(LG) from snapdeal but different model was delivered, they asked me to send them the pics of the oven, receipt etc and then they started the process of replacing or refund.
You have done a mistake why should i sending you the pics for that.
I had also ordered a mobile htc 816G on 11/11/2014 but that is not delivered till today(7 days),

Had ordered a wireless mouse from snap deal. The merchant has delivered a cheaper mouse than the one that was originally ordered. The site is still showing that the product is in process when I'm trying to initiate a return process. Already the delivery of this product has taken too long, now ill have to wait again for them to pick this up and initiate a return/replacement process. Not happy with the service extended by Snapdeal still no complaint has been registered. The company should check with their merchants on the quality and type of product they deliver and on top of that they should ensure that if a wrong product has been delivered by mistake, they should immediately ship the right one and not make the customer wait for for the return process and then start with the shipping which would take another 15-20 days. Till then I'm here without the product which i needed on an urgent requirement.

    I had ordered King size Evita Bedsheet with 4 Pillow Cover from snapdeal site wide order no [protected]. After 2 days I received wrong product. On calling customer care the product was picked up again and replacement was initiated. After 3 days I receive an email that I can't receive the product as it is not available with partner. Today I called up customer care and explained that the same product is available on your site with different price. PSB the link on site. http://www.snapdeal.com/product/portico-new-york-evita-white/[protected]?utm_sou... After putting necessary discount the net price of this product comes to 1960. On this I was told that it is with different Seller but the 1st seller does not have d product. As a customer what I care is that I should get the product. If 1st seller messed up the situation than you should charge him the necessary cost. Why should I suffer as a customer. Looking forward for an early resolution of the matter.

But on your portal it is shown as delivered on Fri Jul 11 22:22:00 IST 2014. But I haven’t received it & since last 2 weeks I am following up for the same.Each time when I call on[protected]Delhivery) different answers are given. I think by doing online payment I have done mistake. If it is COD your courier person will not do such things. As payment is already done he didn’t need to worry and has updated status as delivered. May be he has kept my parcel for himself as he is getting it free. When I asked them to send scan copy of recipients sign they didn’t reply. Please do the needful or return my money back.         I purchased Hercules Act 110 from snapdeal on july 2013 Order ID - [protected] The cycle i got had scratches and the tube in front cycle was damaged, when i tried to inflate the tube, it exploded destroying the tyre also. When i called the customer care agent they told me to contact the dealer directly as they are just the "middleman". The dealer picked up the phone only once and just said that contact snapdeal. Many of my friends have also been cheated with this company. Ban this 420 company.

          I ordered from snapdeal below product: 1. Order No: [protected] 2. Product: Housefull Maroon LCD Unit for Living Room Payment done online. Product delivered after specified delivery date. After reception of product the quality is too bad and unassembled with assembly manual provided but too complicate to assemble by carpenter also. I contacted vendor who provided the prodcut, he refused to assemble and said it is purchaed from snapdeal otherwise directly purchased products can get assembled by them. Snapdeal is not taking any responsibility for return or assemble the product. Worst customer service. Although they say in trust pay it can be returned. I request your help to resolve this.

            I have been following up since 6th July and Snapdeal has been just giving 48 hours timeline with no follow-up...This is a Rs. 27691 worth laptop bought from Snapdeal with a 1 Year warranty and Snapdeal are not willing to solve this. The seller sent a used laptop with faulty motherboard and Snapdeal guys are not resolving the issue. We bought the product and got it delivered on 19th June 2014. From 30th June, it started giving issues of booting up and stopped totally by end of day on 30th June 2014. We called ASUS Customer Service and got an ASUS Service Engineer visit our premise, as the product has a On-Site Warranty, who told us that the product has a faulty motherboard on delivery and even gave us a written confirmation on their Service Visit Form. I shared all those details with Snapdeal on 6th July and even sent an email to [protected]@snapdeal.com as instructed with all the images of laptop and the image of Service Form given to me. But since that day it has been stated by Snapdeal customer Sevice "48 hours and we would solve your issue. Do not worry your money is safe with us". How do we believe Snapdeal, when they are not able to keep up to their own promise of even picking up the faulty laptop. We are forced to take next steps. I called today Snapdeal Customer Service again on 18th July to speak to supervisor of Nupur (the person who claimed to be a Floor Supervisor on 16th July and stated she would get the issue resolved personally). This was the 4th call on 16th July where I spoke to Nupur (Floor Supervisor). Before 16th July, I have spoken to Customer Service 3 times between 6th July to 16th July with again no resolution and same promise of resolving the issues in 48 hours. I was made to hold the call for 19 minutes and then lo and behold I was conferenced with another customer complaining about his mobile with no Customer Support person on call. This is amazing Customer Service. Order Number [protected]. Asus Laptop worth Rs. 27691. Complaint Number 7648555 pending since 6th July 2014. Please help getting the issue resolved.

                i have bought a fossil watch, it doesnt look like the same watch as shown in photo it look like a matt finish while it is a shiny one does not look like what i have think and when i have told them to take it back they said as it is a international brand it can not have a fault, they have never registered any complain about this company while on this forum i have found out other similar complain also, they have also said easy return if return complain made in 7 day while i made complain in within 7 hr, now they are sending me mail like to send the photo of the watch i have received and then they will think whether they can take it back or not. some customer care say it is of high cost rs 6474 how can we take back we cant solve it .

                  I ordered a SAMSUNG 1amp USB Charger on snapdeal. It was mentioned an original on the website. But when i received it, it was a fake one. It was written "SAMSNUG" instead of "SAMSUNG". I called them and they said it will be fixed in 24-48 hours. Its a shame that they're selling fake goods online.

After next 3 business days they said Sorry your order has been cancelled. Your money will be refunded soon. Although i dont want my money back, i want my order to be delivered to me now. but they said they can't do that. My bank charged me Rs 1156/- interest/first installment which i have to pay anyways. Its a snapdeal fault and i have to pay that amount without even receiving any product which i ordered . I Will go to Consumer court regarding this. Snapdeal is so pathetic. Never buy any product from Snapdeal.com

                      I had a word with a customer care advisor of snapdeal regarding the same.
                      he kept on saying sorry but could not give me a resolution of my problem. it took me half an hour to get a supervisor on the call.
                      but even the supervisor was no different. he kept on repeating what the advisor was telling me.
                      the supervisor promised a callback to me from the manager which i never received. this is called a poor and 0% trusthworthy service,
                      but the interesting fact is that even the manager said that he can't help me in that.
                      i spent hours and hours on consecutive calls i made to Snapdeal CC.
                      the result is zero.
                      i had to miss my performance in the show because i didnt get my guitar.

                      Why did Snapdeal took a Order if they didnt have the product to be delivered?
                      And if they had the product then why didnt they delivered it to me. Did they sell it to someone else at higher price?
                      If there is a high demand of this product then what about my Demand and my Order?

                      They are a CRAP company nobody give a response on email or phone calls. They sell crap and should be taken out by the Govt of India and thrown into to Jail along with its management Kunal

                      Guys one suggestion ...DONT BUY FROM SNAPDEAL. THEY ARE SELLING SECOND HAND PRODUCT. TRUST ME OR EXPERIENCE IT YOURSELF BY ORDERING

                        I bought Lenovo A1000L Tablet in the month of July 2014 from snapdeal.com, while buying this product number of features were shown like fact that this tablet supports 2G Voice Calling Support and 2G Internet Support. Anyhow once I received this product, I got to know that this tablet does NOT supports 2G calling. I wrote to SNAPDEAL customer care but they have clearly refused for a refund or exchange.

                        Another thing that irritated the most was the fact that while buying this product from snapdeal, nowhere was it mentioned that this product will not be returned. Now since I've started complaining, snapdeal customer care is refusing to even take the product back.

                        SNAPDEAL IS IN THE BUSINESS TO MAKE FOOL OF THEIR CUSTOMERS. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE .. I URGE YOU ALL, NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM SNAPDEAL.

                            I placed an order on snap deal and I received that product on 25-April-2014, the moment I received I unpacked it and found that the product was damaged, I immediately contacted customer care and got the next steps to initiate refund and I did that on the same day, I sent email with damaged items photographed and received an acknowledgement from snap deal. Then after few days they sent me an email with return form attached with it and they instructed me to attach the form and handover the damaged item to the courier pickup guy who was sent by snapdeal.com. The item was pickedup by the snapdeals courier guy on 05-May-2014. Then I contacted snapdeal after few days to get the status of refund but they ignored telling that they didn't receive the item and this continued till this day. Latest I followed up with snapdeal on 08-July-2014 giving them a hint on the complaint which I was planning to file against them if they fail to respond for the query but they never cared about that.                               I placed an order on snap deal and I received that product on 25-April-2014, the moment I received I unpacked it and found that the product was damaged, I immediately contacted customer care and got the next steps to initiate refund and I did that on the same day, I sent email with damaged items photographed and received an acknowledgement from snap deal. Then after few days they sent me an email with return form attached with it and they instructed me to attach the form and handover the damaged item to the courier pickup guy who was sent by snapdeal.com. The item was picked up by the snapdeals courier guy on 05-May-2014. Then I contacted snapdeal after few days to get the status of refund but they ignored telling that they didn't receive the item and this continued till this day. By latest I followed up with snapdeal on 08-July-2014 giving them a hint on the complaint which I was planning to file against them if they fail to respond for the query, but they never cared about that. I am seeking some help through this forum who can help me in resolving this issue.

                                I purchased two XOLO Q600s white from Snapdeal.com but I received just one piece. So I am requesting for a refund from the company but I am not getting the refund. The order was placed on 04/06/2014. The order number is [protected]. I tried reaching out to the Snapdeal customer care many times but they are just beating around the bush.                                   I placed an order on 3rd June 2014 and was waiting for shipment then and they shipped it after a week and after so many e--mails I sent them for expediting but all went in vain. Now after shipping I was waiting for it to get deliver and their courier partner first updated status that door is locked and then next day that address is not able to locate. What the hell he found locked when was not able to locate????? Now after couple of days staus is showing its being returned back to them...Why this nonsense. All my previous orders were delivered to the same address and if they were not able to locate then they could have called me and nobody either from Snapdeal and couier part did so. Snapdeal is very poor in customer response and they never bother about if you are being satisfied or not. Earlier their services were really good but they are being non sense with such ignorance.                                     I have ordered for Riya RE-6050 Roti Maker on 27th June 2014, but Roti Maker of another brand National was delivered to me on 3rd Jul 2014. Then I raised a request for replacement with the correct one on 4th Jul. Next day the product was picked by Nuvo Logistics Pvt Ltd courier (Docket no SND0185046). Till now I didn't get any response from SnapDeal about the status on this replacement of the product. I have been waiting for the product. Today when I checked the status it is showing not returnable.

                                      Hello,

                                      I ordered 2 LG monitor from Snapdeal.com and they sent me 1 instead of 2 and i immediately call them and ask about this issue.
                                      After that they are agreed to refund my money and created a Ticket too.
                                      They said within 5 - 7 days i can get money refund but today its more than 17 days passed still no good news.
                                      My money is about : 7000+.

                                      Are they think this is free money? i do hard work to make money.
                                      Snapdeal.com is a real fraud and cheat don't trust and don't buy anything from that site.
