This is a real life bad customer service example of Snapdeal.com.
I have received a faulty product (Frontech Keyboard) from snapdeal in the month of Janurary 2014. I followed up many times on this to get a replacement with Snapdeal. At last on May 9, 2014 they said that we don't have that product in stock and we are initiating a refund. Today is 17th june and no refund till date.
I have followed up four times to check the refund status and every time the same story ' We'r now initiating the refund..'.
They are making a good use of Copy paste...

This is the third time you are writing that 'we are initiating the REFUND process' . I have already spent lot of time and energy on following on this. This is the last time I am waiting for another 5-7 working days. If I do not get my refund in this time period then I have to escalate it and raise it to consumer complaint forum.
I am very sure that you don't want to lose the customer confidence. Hoping for the best.
