I have ordered F&D E200 Sound Bar on snapdeal.com. My order id is [protected]. After two days they send me faulty product. This is speaker soundbar and crackling sound comes on all volume levels. i contacted snapdeal.com customer care and they said they do no have any policy to reurn or replace faulty product. you have to keep faulty product.       I downloaded snapdeal app and placed an order with the promo code to avail a discount of Rs.100 but on the completion it process i received a mail but there was no deduction and when I contacted customer care they replied that I didn't applied for it.

        This is a real life bad customer service example of Snapdeal.com. I have received a faulty product (Frontech Keyboard) from snapdeal in the month of Janurary 2014. I followed up many times on this to get a replacement with Snapdeal. At last on May 9, 2014 they said that we don't have that product in stock and we are initiating a refund. Today is 17th june and no refund till date. I have followed up four times to check the refund status and every time the same story ' We'r now initiating the refund..'.           I have ordered a box of MUSCLETECH NITROTECH 4LBS(Chocolate flavour Performance Series) on June, 8 2014.Snapdeal oder no is [protected] which was delivered to me on June 12 2014, amount of rs 4500 have been paid as COD. i am a regular user of nitrotech and the market value is between[protected].

          Seeing this attractive rate i have ordered this product. However on opening the seal, the product didnot smell the same and had some powder pilferated on the rim. the powder inside has granules of sugar and the protein content doesnot match the same as written on the product. after 2 days of having the product my stomach started paining a lot and i donot have the desired results. i strongly recommend to sue Snapdeal for giving inferior and duplicate products... i have all the necessary documents and evidence...

              I Order Xolo q600s on 6th july . i checked with pincode its serviceable so i order with my address

              as they appoved and Dipatch with in 10th july 2014 but dispatch has delay upto 3days expected to dispatch on 13th july 2014 .

              on 13th july 2014 snapdeal sent the order has been cancelled by snapdeal because its non serviceable area .

              i order with phone at 6999 rs(with promo code for 500 rs )

              i think that why they cancel my order .

              snapdeal take upto 7-10 days to dispatch or deliever products

              even flipkart & Amazon take 2-5 days for deliever


              one of the worst service by Snapdeal

              i call to snapdeal and ask i want back my order because i used promo code for 500 rs for that product

                on 17th may I ordered a VOLTAS Air Conditioner from snapdeal. On 28th may they brought the shipment but gave only the indoor unit of the AC. they gave us the assurance that the other unit will be given to me soon and so i gave them the full amount of Rs.33310. from that day i call the customer care of snapdeal and they just tell that within 2-3 day the product will reach but till now i hav'nt got my product. it has been 27 days since i placed the order and 17 days since i have complaint about the half shipment.

                    I have purchased a fitness product "Treadmill 4 in 1" of Kamachi brand from Snapdeal.com

                    After installation of the product, got to know that, it doesn't work as expected. Below are the findings:

                    1. The stepper in the treadmill is too tight to use. Id doesn't work as expected.
                    2. The digital display is not accurate. It's just useless and of too low quality.
                    3. The walking sheet is so hard to move that, one can not walk on it more than 2-3 minutes.

                    On contacting to Snapdeal regarding this issue on its website, the representative replied in an email that "the product is not delivered in damaged condition so they can't take a return of this order".

                          There has been an unauthorized use of my debit card details online to make purchases worth over Rs 1 lakh on 30 May 2014. These purchases were made at various online websites including Amazon, Ebay, Flipkart and Snapdeal. I had informed all these online sellers on 30 May 2014 itself regarding the unauthorised transactions done with them and requested them to immediately cancel all these purchases. While other online sellers at least replied back to me on the same day and are taking necessary action, Snapdeal has been sleeping over my complaint so far. Had it taken immediate action to cancel orders made by unauthorised use of my debit card, I would have been able to get some of my hard earned money back. It is disgusting to see that a firm like Snapdeal has no proper mechanism to act swiftly in such cases.for the benefit of consumers

                          I informed Snapdeal about the misuse of my debit card details on the day when this fraud happened. Amazon and Flipkart took immediate action to cancel unauthorised purchases. I even gave Snapdeal the name and shipment address of the person provided to me by Amazon. Snapdeal did not bother to pay any attention to my complaint. Now 10 days later .Snapdeal is telling me that the unauthorised orders paid for by my debit card have been delivered - at the same shipping address that I had given to them. From day 1 I have been telling Snapdeal to act swiftly to cancel the orders before they get delivered. Time was the crucial aspect in this case. Given the amount of time Snapdeal wasted in acting on my compliant, it was but obvious now that the orders would have been delivered.

                          What is frustrating is that Snapdeal could not do anything to reduce my damage. Had they acted immediately I could have saved money. There apologies cannot bring 'my money back. These times reveal the true image of a firm to consumers. And I am very sorry to say, I rate Snapdeal as the worst in terms of consumer satisfaction. Amazon and Flipkart have proven that they care for consumers and Snapdeal does not stand anywhere in front of them.
                          I am sure Snapdeal has no answer to my question that why it took them so long to take action in an important case of online fraud, especially when their competitors took swift action. Sending me apologies is not going to reduce my loss. You are liable for this loss and have to answer why it took you so long to act immediately. Snapdeal probably thinks that the loss of a small customer may not have any effect on your image in the market. But I can assure you that this matter is not going to end with me and will be brought to the notice of many other people. And after knowing the extent to which Snapdeal is capable of dealing with important customer problems issues, I do not have to tell you what impact it would have on your reputation. Now, whether your reputation is of concern to you or not is for you to decide.
                          Snapdeal owes me a reply for not acting on time.
                          I believe you are not worried about your reputation or probably have no explanation for your irresponsible attitude towards customers. I will take have to take legal action against Snapdeal and bring this matter to the notice of general public so that nobody else bears the brunt of your in competency the way I have had to.
                          Snapdeal is highly vulnerable to fraud customers using debit card details of other people. I lost Rs.24898/- by a transaction not done by me. I immediately alerted cyber cell, snapdeal, and the bank. Snapdeal could have immediately stopped the shipment but they did nothing. Shame on you snapdeal. But don't think it's over, I am going public with this issue, and won't rest until I bring your company down.

                            i order pc game Watch Dogs PC on dated 24/07/2013, order no is [protected]. this was pre booking at the amount of Rs 699. after 11 month game is release in may 2014, and snapdeal is not suppliening my item, one day before of game release i got mail from snap deal to supply of item, but next day mail for cancelation of itm. after 11 month how pre booking can canceled. and even no refund with interest also.

                              product by currier to Snapdeal office for refund,

                              My question are, We are the people take online shoping facility for Save
                              our Time, and money, but this shoper like Snapdeal, and other not given
                              value to his customer, Thay are doing only Business, they showing the

                              internet, We can't justify the prouduct is good condition, there after
                              we are booking the product, for save the Time valu and money, they are
                              given our a broken or damege product for high margin profit. the redund
                              of damege product to the shopper very complex procedure, our money is

                                  1.I have ordered a product named as WONDERCHEF BULLET MIXER from SNAPDEAL.COM
                                  order ID: [protected] | Order Placed on :[protected]:23:57 the total amount was paid by HDFC CREDID CARD at the time of order
                                  2.I received the product from SNAPDEAL.COM on[protected] via courier co. GATI AIR. But after opening the pack I saw the product is damaged. Immediately I call the helpline of SNAPDEAL and I was asked to take a picture of the damaged product and send them by email, which I did.Then I was asked to repack the product for reverse pick up.
                                  3.On[protected] the product was picked up by courier co. DELHIVERY from my residence which was repacked by exactly the way they instructed4.On[protected] I have received a replacement product from SNAPDEAL by the courier co. LOGISTICS PVT. LTD. But after opening the pack I found that the SAME DAMAGED PRODUCT they have returned .I tried to call them but they were playing a recorded voice to track my order and when I opted for the option to talk to their representative I was asked to wait at no. 38 which was gradually decreasing I waited for another 10 minutes till it came to no. 5 then the call ended. Then I sent them email on[protected] with the photograph of the damaged product, they replied on[protected] by email asking me to return the product again for replacement.
                                  Now I dont want any replacement, they should return my money and take back their product.

                                    Dear Sir, I have purchased the Sony Cybershot DSC- H300 from your snapdeal website. And my order ID is [protected], purchased in the last month and the product is defective and informed and returned picked up on 26.05.2014, Courier person delivered to you on 01.06.2014. Till to-date, I didn't got any confirmation mail, message or call from your end and I am regularly contacting customer care in this regard, and everytime they will saying that they require 48hrs for investigation. on 03.06.2014, I have also discussed the customer care supervisor and she mentioned that the product have been received on 01.06.2014, and she also mentioned that, the information will be updated within 24hrs. But, I didn't have any information even rightnow. Yesterday, I called the customer care executive, and she told me that the product will be dispatched today or status will be updated, but no communication from your end. Today, I called the customer care and asked for supervisor, and they told that the supervisor is busy and I informed that I will be waiting, but they disconnected the call and again I called up customer care executive then connected to supervisor, and she told that the product is still in the verification department and still required 48hrs for the status update. Is this feedback from your end be acceptable as if you are a customer? and your interest is only on the new sales? did you not be considered after sales service? or else this type of people you recruit? postal department is going delivery the product within 4 days but your courier person is going to deliver the product after 6 days and new product status is updated on regularly, but you are not updating the status of replacement product or refund.                                       I have been promised to deliver my ordered product by 7th June whereas as per Courier company updated me to deliver the same product by 10th June.. How Snapdeal can promises to deliver before the date that Courier Company comments My Product lied 3 days in Hyderabad in GATI Goodown even after escalated this mis-communication date of SNAPDEAL and GATI has been escalated to Customer support many times to avoid the delay but they are not eager to escalate this matter to next level or resolve this.                                         Recently i have purchased a micro sd card which was currept and damaged. I then requested for refund and after so long they had transferred the money to my account as sd cash! I used it for my next shopping and placed the order but it's been 10days since i placed the order and the delivery date has gone. They are not replying to my complaints and simply fooling the customers. I have been cheated, since i have already paid them through my sd cash.. Kindly take a strict action against the same.
