Delay in refund Money

Dear Waste Sanpdeal, Please dont play with the customers. This is for the complaint number 4866891. I am trying to get refund from last one month and your people are simply postponing. What a worst service you are providing ? How many days we need to wait for the refund. If you are not interested to refund money, just simply say we cannot. Why simply wasting time....

Money back policy is fake

I would like to adress that After the return defected goods, untill the refund amount was not credited back to the account, despite number of phone calls on the [protected].
I would like to alert those who are going to deal with these fraud people.
Their cash on delivery is also ....

Not refunding my money

selling faulty products and not responsing to the complaints

Received a faulty watch. Registered a complaint with in 15 mins of receiving the product. They asked me to wait for 48 hrs to get a call back, but now its more than 4 days and still waiting for a call. Everyday I am calling 2 time to remind them about my problem, but what I am getting is false promises and another 48 hrs of thresh hold. To resolve the problem they mailed me to go the service center and get it repaired....

Orders not shipped - no response received from company
