I have ordered online at snapdeal.com, they have accepted my order and i paid for it online. After few days they messaged me that they don't have product which i ordered and they are not able to deliver it to me. And now till that day i don't get product or refund. Date of order is 6 February 2014. I have contacted their customer care their help line numbers and also provided my bank statements which shows that they did not refunded to me. Please take strict actions against them and help me to get back my refund. This type of fraud shopping websites will cheat many customers in future and there might be many customers who are suffering like me and being part of their fraud.

    To Froum, Subject: Snapdeal is delaying my refund. I had ordered a Philips HL1632 Juicer Mixer Grinder at 27 Feb, 2014, but I recived faulty product. So I had returned that product at 1 March, 2014.and after that I have mailed lots of message to Snapdeal for my refund and they told they are walking on that or said that they are initiating the refund. After that at 10 March, 2014 I recived two mails from kotak bank saying "This email is to notify you that the following transaction has been initiated by our client - JASPER INFOTECH PVT LTD for credit to your following account" but till now I didn't recived my refund. I want my refund Rs. 3, 825. My Complaint Number: 5283960 and Order ID:[protected]. From Sanjay.

      it's been 7 days that they have received the returned item from my end. But they are not processing the refund.
      Its very much difficult to catch snapdeal once they get the money from you and same time you ask for refund.Highly Unprofessional customer care I must say.

      I have ordered a mobile sony xperia c - order no [protected] online in snapdeal on 8th of nov 2014, the was delivered on 14th nov 2014. The mobile is used one, no sign of seal on the box. Even the box was tared a part.

      I have asked for refund. At first sight snapdeal told me to return the mobile on my own. I denied & asked to pick them up. Snapdeal just passed 3 weeks just doing nothing. Then i have decided to send the mobile by my self.

      When i try to send the mobile, no one was accepting to do the shipment as it was mobile. Only bluedart accepted the shipment also it charged me 2861/-. I have informed snapdeal about the situation before doing the shipment & snaldeal accepted to return the amount whatever the courier was going to charge me.

      now its been a month no sign of my courirer charges refund,


      snapdeal customer care is worst costomer care i have ever encoutered. They always says you get the reply from concerned dept in 48hrs but i nerver seen any progress.

      First of all this snapedal site does sell items with any quality check at all. what ever the seller sends you that it. If you are unlucky(got an used product) then you are screwed up. On the above the customer is pathetic/worst. They just keep on saying 48/72hrs but you will never see any progress.

      Also one more thing is that that snapdeal customer care supervisors are useless, talking to them doesn't make any sense at all.

      from my experience i would say never go for electronics/expensive items on snapdeal. if you are unlucky then the only thing is that you have to keep on paying mobile bills extra from your pocket by calling customer care always
      I placed an order for Creative EP-630 Earphones (white color) Order no [protected] on Snapdeal on 5th Nov '14. But instead the same earphones in black color were delivered to me on 8th Nov '14 which were actually 100 rs.cheaper on the same website. I placed a return request and the product was picked up on 14th Nov'14.
      On 18th Nov '14 i check my snapdeal account and see that around 8 pm a new order for alternate item was made from your side only. I specifically had asked for a refund and not a replacement. I call their customer care there and then to cancel the replacement and give me the refund for the white earphones.
      Its been more than 2 months now but I have not received the refund of rs. 677 in my bank account till date. I have exchanged hundreds of mails and made endless calls to their customer care representatives but all i get in response is that my refund has been initiated and il receive it in 5-7 working days. And then no updates from their end. I call back again after 10 days and the same replies.
      All they are doing is mentally harassing and badgering me.
      Kindly help me get my money back.
      I ordered a DRESS MATERIAL on 9th of jan, due to some technical errors on snapdeal my order was cancelled . I have called them several times for refund . Every time they are saying they will refund me in 48 hrs .

        I have bought Datawind Tab 7CZ on 8th march and received faulty product on 13th March send for replacement on 27 March and told to me that I am getting a replacement. Today ie on 13th April I received a same Tab with Screen Damaged. Is this a kind of Product & after sales service provided by Snapdeal?????. No Superviosor want to attend the call ewvery time I am getting answer that Superviosr is Busy and we will arrange call back. Out of 10 time I received only twice a call from snapdeal. My registered mobile number is [protected] Old complaint number is 5167995 New Complaint Number is 5520871 When I will be getting Refund back. Snapdeal is very very bad after sales service and giving harassment to the Customer like me for unnecessary stretching issue for past one month. They are just showing that we are resolving in 48 hrs but never within 48 hrs.

As you know from the order ID ([protected]) that it is about a Lenovo laptop that I bought from your website. The issues that I have with the products are: 1. As per Lenovo, you people are not "Authorized" to sell Lenovo products. If one buys from your site, the warrantee is forfeited by Lenovo. So how the product is even being displayed on the website let alone selling it? - (snapdealunauthorizedseller.jpg) 2. Even if for a second I close my eyes to the fact that I have been sold a product by an un authorized seller, it gives me immense pain to see that the product description also was "wrong and misleading". The processor in the laptop is "E1-2100 APU with Radeon™ HD 8210" with "clock speed" of 1 Ghz (AMDProcessorDescription.jpg). What snapdeal product description says is that the laptop has "AMD APU Dual Core-E1-2100" with 1.4 Ghz processor. (SnapdealGivesWrongClockSpeed.jpg) This means that I was fooled in to buy a 1.4 Ghz processor and was sold 1 Ghz processor. This is fraud! The product apart from not meeting your claims has .4 Ghz of lesser clock speed!! I don't expect you to understand what it means so here is some information (whatclockspeedis.jpg). This missing .4 Ghz means around 1/3rd of the processing speed loss for me! It is same as selling a car as a 6-seater and the customer finding out that it is just a 4-seater!! This may have went very well with some novice computer user but not with me. I work with IBM (same company who used to manufacture these laptops before selling them to Lenovo!). 3. These were all tangible issues. The best part is that I gave this as a gift to a friend of mine and he himself has given me all this information and has very politely returned the laptop to me so that I can take the matter further with you. Can you even imagine what kind of situation is that!!! What kind of emotional loss and personal embarrassment is this!!! I will make sure to take this matter to which ever level it takes to resolve this issue. 4. Late DelHivery! - This product had reached Pimpri which is less than 20 Kms from the delivery address at 7:41 Monday, 12 March. Then it took 2 days to reach me! The height is that it even then was not DELIVERED! I had to go the Delhivery hub to get it. Please see that it was out for delivery 4:45 PM and was delivered at 4:48 PM, because I had to collect it personally. (LateDelhivery.jpg) 5. At the end, I even called your support last evening, offering to have this laptop exchanged and even paying the difference of amount to get another one. And guess what was I told? "Sir, we don't exchange electronic items.". One line reply. Now that is not even an option! I don't want this product to be exchanged at all. Let's see what all options I have. I always had so high regard for your organization. You people always managed to deliver the high quality goods at competitive prices and that too on time. However, you have with this one instance ruined everything! More than this being a standalone mistake this is an outrageous attempt to mislead and agonize the customers.

Nobody from snapdeal is even responding back with the status that WHY IS IT TAKING SO LONG to get the replacement Every time I have to spare time from my work and call up them, and they always keep saying "we are working on it". I don't understand what way they are working that it is taking 1 and half month to resolve just one complain?????? This is really frustrating.

                  I've placed an order with an order id:[protected] on Feb, 2014, (Morphy Richards 52Ltr 52 R-CSS OTG Mirror Finish) by paying the amount online for snapdeal website.
                  The order was cancelled by itself without any intimation or verbal confirmation from my end.
                  But for the first product i did not receive my cashback and none of the team responding till date.
                  As the payment made by me is through credit card, and i have not received the refund intime, i've converted the same through EMI and paying the interest.
                  Kindy look into the matter and do the needful.

                    I have ordered a Dezine watch with order no.[protected] on snapdeal.com. I got an sms from snapdeal that I would get the product delivered by Delhivery curier service on or before 8th march. But I have not received the product till now. Most annoyingly on snapdeal android app the status of the product is 'Complete'! But on Delhivery's order tracking page status is written as 'seize at sales tax'! So I send email to snapdeal support team. But they have not responded. Please take necessary steps against them and ask them to send me the product early. Customers should not be harassed in this way.

                      purchased Panasonic P11 via order number [protected] and received on
                      5-Mar-2014 associated with the complaint is 5371429 which was lodged
                      with in 3 hours of delivery of the product on 5-Mar-2014 and also
                      there was another case 5371541 opened against the same order for a
                      followup email conversation, rather than addressing the issue in same
                      complaint number 5371429. 1. The Phone had issue where it is getting
                      heated up to 42 degree when Wifi/Data internet is on. Which means the
                      the product is faulty and defective and heating condition is harmful
                      for the human skin and may cause allergies and other medical
                      complications. 2. Found that several scratches on screen guard and
                      one side of the seal of the pack was broken/tampered which is clear
                      indication that the seller has sent the used product. Which means
                      that the product is used or Physical Damaged

                      have had an email conversation as well as call in progress related to
                      the complaint. I was given to understand the complaint would be
                      attended to within 48 hours, where as I have not received any updates
                      past the promised deadline. Furthermore, my calls have not been well

                      do you expect me to use the product or settle with SD cash 500? As
                      per your statements in your web site, you have stated Exchange/Refund
                      as per your request if there is Physical Damage or Faulty or
                      defective. Both are the case with me. And you say that you have 100%
                      Quality, 100% support and 100% Customer satisfaction. In case of me
                      this has been a no in Quality and support; and 100% customer
                      dissatisfaction. I do not understand how you can give SD cash of 500
                      in place of purchase of a Rs10800 faulty product that has been
                      received. This is totally insane. I would like to tell you this
                      again I accept nothing less than a refund as I cannot compromise with
                      such faulty and used product. My wife is going to office without
                      phone for a week now. From our side it is fair enough to ask you for
                      the reverse pick up of the product and refund and not for any
                      compensation for the loss of money and time in follow ups and stress
                      went through for a week.

                            This Shreyas here, one of the snapdeal's customer, Last month in February, I ordered Casio Edifice Chronograph EF-550D-1AVDF (ED390) Men's Watch which i had to return because of its bad quality. I returned it on 5th of Feb 2014 and claimed for replacement.The complain number i got for the same is 4985773Order number: [protected]it has already been more than 1 month's time i have not received the replacement. Every time i call up the customer care they say within 48 hours you will get resolution. No one is even properly responding, it feels like everyone is sitting out there to fool customers, is it so ?????? They say the product is not available with seller, but the website says, it is available with all the sellers !!!Even today if check snapdeal's website, it is available with 7 sellers on snapdeal website !!! So Isn't it a try of fooling customers???????? how is this possible???????? and even if it is not available with one seller, then why not approaching other sellers?????????Why am i not getting the replacement????? can somebody give me some genuine reason for this?????? why should customers suffer because of Snapdeal's mistake?????? I am continuously calling up back and forth customer care people back and forth but there is no progress happening on my complain. So now I am really tired and frustrated of all this.I want to understand, how can it take more than 1 month's time to resolve 1 complain????? is it really that difficult????? isn't it a BIG question on the efficiency and dedication of snapdeal's staff?????????may i know the reason for that specially when they say that it will take maximum 48 hours of time to get the solution. and still i keep listening that they are working on it ?????!!! Lets even forget about the resolution but no one has even turned up with the updates on it as well, till date.                             I haven't got any update on this yet.

                            Nobody from snapdeal is even responding back with the status that WHY IS IT TAKING SO LONG to get the replacement

                            Every time i call up them, they keep saying we are working on it.

                            I don't understand what way they are working that it is taking 1 and half month to resolve just one complain??????

                            This is really frustrating.

                                I ordered one Whirlpool new IC 275 Premium 4s 262 ltr refrigerator online on 20th Feb, 2014 on snapdeal.com. I received the product on 28th Feb, 2014. On opening the packing, I found that product was having three damages.. 1) Dent on the front upper door. 2) big dent and body color damage on right side of body of fridge &amp; 3) scratches on the left side of body of fridge. I immediately called up snapdeal customer care on +91 [protected] and was asked to send the product pics showing damages on [protected]@snapdeal.com. I immediately did the needful. Then Snapdeal offered me a compensation of 500 SD cash. On enquiry I was told that this compensation was optional and only if I accept it otherwise they will replace the product / refund the amount as per my wish. I declined the compensation and asked them to replace the product. Then there was no response from Snapdeal either on mail or on telephone. On calling back them they asked for outer packing pics and assured me that damaged product will be picked up for replacement. Then again there was no response even after sending the outer packing pics as required by them. On calling back, I was told that I have again been offered a SD cash compensation of INR 600 which was again acceptable to me. Then again snapdeal executive assured me of reverse packing and replacement of product. Since then I am calling them every day, they always tell me wait for 24 hours. After every 24 hours I am calling and getting the same assurance. But nothing is happening as far as replacement of the product is concerned.

                                  I ordered a graphics card from snapdeal, i received the product it was a used product as the seal of broken already and packet in which the graphics card was present was also opened from before. The graphics card also was a defective product. I emailed them within 1-2 hours i got the product and found it faulty. I called them also. The guy said it will be sorted out. But they didnt even send me email about it and respond to my queries. The product was worth Rs 5641.                                       Dear Sir, I bought a product- Phillips food processor from online shopping site SNAPDEAL on 8th Jan 2014 (invoice date) which I got product to me on 13 Jan 2014. 1 jar of Food processor was faulty so as per return policy in 7 days, I made call for return on 17 Jan and they picked up Product on 20th Jan 2014 from my home at Pune Via Dehlivery currier service.Product was supposed to reach them in 5 days but after 10 to 15 days they were telling product is not received to them and were not taking responsibility. After a long and frustrating tracking of Curriers services and snapdeal as my own I found Dehlivery curriers has damaged product so they have issue in between Snapdeal & Dehlivery.After a long following Snapdeal for money refund they send me a email on 14th Feb 2014 that Refund process is started and money will send to my given account in 5 to 7 Days.I after waiting few days on 18th Feb I got same email to wait 5 to 7 Days Again on 27th Feb 2014 I got same email. So I don’t believe issue will resolve and they will keep sending such email. Now I don’t believe snapdeal that they will return my money. I mailed them to return my money ASAP otherwise I will file case on Snapdeal, But still no response. Please help me to get my money back. I have all reciepts copied and emails with me as evidence.
