I bought Lenovo a516 (order ID: [protected] | Order Placed on :[protected]:17:31), , delivered on 23/4/2014. i was very shocked that the phone is ''USED-DAMAGED PHONE', the LCD Display not working and the Battery already attached inside the phone and the user manual is missing and there is DOA certificate inside the box with the name, address, phone number etc.. of the previous customer who bought the phone. so i called snapdeal customer. today i received mail from snapdeal telling me how to return the product and they asked me to Call Blue Dart at [protected] to provide them the centralized account number, but i cannot reach them, cannot talk to blue dart, tried many times, its useless... My experience with snapdeal is not good.

    Its about 20 days i filed a complaint in consumer complaints and no response from snapdeal.com . they shown and mentioned of AT classic shoe as leather ans send me a velwet cloth shoe. they are cheating people . actually they don't have any product return tieup with bluedart.they are cheting consumers. please do needfull sreejith 91-[protected]

      Respected Sir, I purchased one Tablet PC manufactured by Adcom on 7th Dec 2013 (delivered on) from the online website “snapdeal.com”. It went completely dead after using 2 weeks. I submitted the faulty TAB to my nearest service center provided by Adcom on 30th Dec 2013. Since then I am following up with the Service center and the manufacturer. But no luck. They are harassing me by committing false statements since last three months. Hence, I want my money back at earliest from them. I have tried contacting ‘Snapdeal’ to get the refund, but they are not helping me. Whereas, Adcom is saying that if I would have purchase it from other popular online portal, they could have refund it, but Snapdeal will not refund.       I ordered a Xolo Hive 8X-1000 phone on 11 November the delivery was supposed to be the following day. However, it wasn't delivered. Later i got a text stating there is a delay in the shipment. After a long wait i received my phone yesterday only to find out that it isn't working. It wont switch on. Snapdeal has been a disappointment and let me tell you this isn't the first time.

        I have recently purchased a Online Training Course from Snapdeal. The order ID is [protected]. The order was booked on April 15th. This being an online training course, I was expecting the order to be delivered in a couple of hours to my email ID, as it only involved sending out a userid and password (or a voucher) to access the course online. That was not to be. So, I raised a support request case with Snapdeal to help with an expedited dispatching on April 16th. Snapdeal CSR told me that the product was being shipped and should be received within a few days. I could not understand why it had to be delivered by postal email. As the CSR could only apologize and had no solutions to my problems, I asked him to arrange for a callback from snapdeal. This did not happen. I was tired following up, and didnt want to reason out why an online retailing company would dispatch the voucher (or userid/password) for a online course via postal mail. I checked again on April 21st and was shocked to see that the order was mentioned that it was delivered. There were no messages received that the order was being delivered. Also the order has not been delivered. I raised a case again on April 21st, and typical of snapdeal process they have told they will respond back in 48 hours, but have not heard so far. This is a very painful experience. These online retailing companies are taking a the indian consumer for a ride and it is these instances that test the qualities of a company. Considering that online retailing business will become mainstay, this kind of behavior should be severely punished so that customer service is instilled seriously in the minds of these companies.

        This again is a great example of how insensitive and annoying snapdeal's customer service is. I have mentioned in my post above that I have already written to snapdeal twice about my complaint.
        I just get their standard response here again with the same message. If this is a standard template does it take 1 whole day to reply back.
        It has taken a great ordeal to get the issue closed with Snapdeal. Further, it has not been closed properly. The product purchased is a 30 day online course for which the login credentials were shared after a week after multiple followups. However with they have included the 8 day delay as well into the 30 day timeline because of which I have got 8 days less than what I was supposed to get.

          Dear Sir/Madam, My name is Rohit Kumar Adhikari and I'd like to share that 3 months ago I ordered a "Lotto Black Sports Design Tracksuit" (order no.-[protected]) worth Rs. 665.00 from "Snapdeal.com" and when it delivered I got very disappointed to see the quality of it's fabric and decided to return it. So I sent it back to snapdeal.com via Overnite Courier AWB no. [protected] dated 30/01/2014 and asked for refund to money, after few days they confirmed that they received above product but now they are denying they didn't received the product yet even I've sent them the scan copy for AWB and Proof of Delivery but still they are not ready to refund me. So please help me out!

            I had booked an order on Snapdeal.com. The order details are -

            Product: San Frissco casual shoes
            Order ID: [protected]

            I was mentioned on their portal that the product would be delivered with 4-7 days. Every time I called up their customer care, I was told that the product would be delivered in another 2-3 working days.
            After keeping me waiting for 15 days they cancelled the order saying that the product was not available at their end and they would refund the money.

            My complaint is
            - If the product was not their in their stock then why did they put that on their website for sale.
            - Also they should not be allowed simply walk away from their accountability and should be penalized for the discomfort caused to customers for telling lie, keep them waiting and holding their money.

              Hi I ordered Cosmos Royal Seat Tricycle on 22/01/14 from snapdeal I got it on 28/01/14. I found that the product is damaged and not the one I selected for purchase. I compliant to snapdeal on 30/01/14 they agreed to replace the product with the new one and reverse pick up the damaged product. They picked up the old tricycle from me and sent me the new product on 13/02/14 that is also having same issue. I again raised complaint on same day and asked transfer the money back don't want any to replacement as I lost my faith on snapdeal. Form that day onwards I am calling customer care and sending mails. Every time they replaying will get back to you soon but no response. On 18/03/14 I mailed them that I am going to raise in consumer court then they are asking for photo's of damaged product which I already packed. They didn't ask any photo's previously why they are asking now I am not getting It's already been 2 months the tricycle is laying down in my home without any use and money got stuck with snapdeal.Please help me to get my money back and take the corrective action on snapdeal to respond the customer within time. From this order the product Milton Red Thermosteel Bottle - 1000 ML Flask having product code:[protected] was delivered to me on[protected]. I have opened the product on[protected] and to my astonishment I found that in place of my product here was a plastic bottle with stones in it. Pictures of which are attached. I've registered a complaint on your costumer care and they asked me to send pictures to this email.

                    Worst customer service one can imagine from Snapdeal
                    1) Item bought not received even after 20 days.
                    2) The Merchant, i.e., the snapdeal neither does keep track nor communicate to the customer the reasons of non delivery.
                    3) Still the the snapdeal cannot make any commitment for delivery, they are only doing lip services, like very sorry for inconvenience, will get back to you within 24 hours/48 hours, which never ends.

                        I am deeply disappointed with snapdeal service. 40 days back I had placed an order for an Office chair (order [protected]) which I wanted to gift my friend on his birthday. On 11th April, I got a message saying the order is ready with seller and will be shipped anytime. On 14th April, I got a message saying the product is delayed. On 17th April, I got a message saying the product is cancelled. On 17th April, I can see that the product is available on your portal. I am surprised with such contradictory statements. I am surprised with the supply chain model you have? I am surprised with the response from snapdeal agents. I am surprised that 40 days of my time is wasted for a gift. Why is that it took 40 days for you to understand that the product is not available? Why did you waste my time? Why are you wasting my time now? I need the reponse for this. Especially, your agents with names Ravi and Farhan was incapable of answering my queries. How worst the training you had given them.

                          I ordered a Symphony Air Cooler through mobile app from (Snap deal www.snapdeal.com) on 29th Mar ‘14 which had “Wheels and a Remote in the Pic for the price of 5950 I get the order delivered at my door step on 7th April, ‘14. When checked it does not have wheels nor any remote I call up the customer care support ([protected]) and tell that I am not satisfied with the product purchased and need a full refund of my money. Customer care agent assures that I will get a full refund of my money and says that I will get an email with instructions on how to return the product within 2 min assuring me that I will get a full refund of my money 20 min I do not get the email and I call back the customer care support stating that I have not got any email. I am told that it takes approx. 4 hrs for the email to be received. Till next day (8th April) I do not get any email with instructions on how to return the product and I call up Customer care support where one lady tell me that she is escalating my case and will get a call in 24-48 hrs assuring me that I will get a full refund of my money I get a call from Swati asking me what is wrong with the product and I inform her the same thing that this is not what I ordered and she says that I will get the details on returning the product in some time assuring me that I will get a full refund of my money. I get an email from her stating We apologise for the inconvenience caused. We would like to inform you that we are offering you a refund of Rs.600 /- for the missing remote and wheels in the form of SD cash. We request you to kindly revert to us along with your confirmation for the same so that we can proceed further. I call up the customer care support and inform that I do not need any SD cash, I need a full refund of my money again I am told that I will be contacted in 24-48 hrs assuring me that I will get a full refund I get an email again on 8th April stating “ We apologise for the inconvenience caused. We request you to to kindly send the pictures of the product delivered to you within 24 - 48 hour I take the picture of the Air cooler and send it via email 9th April, I get a call from Saurabh stating that its because of their discrepancy the photo showed wheels and a remote with the product. I tell him clearly that I wanted a product with wheels and a remote and I do not need this product and ask for a full return. He replies by stating that he is escalating my case and I will get a full refund of my money 10th April, I have not received any response on this nor have I received any email from Snap Deal I don't get a response till 14th April, no call no email no sms no communication from Snap deal When I call up on 15th April to ask about an update they say it will again take 24-48 hrs, I ask to speak to the supervisor I am told that they will arrange a call back within 4 hrs. I don't get a call nor any email communication from Snap Deal I call back again on 16th April and again I am told the same story, I demand to speak to the supervisor and I am again told will arrange a call back within 4 hrs when I insist on speaking to a supervisor without disconnecting the line I am transferred to farah who is the floor supervisor who assures that I will get an update within 24-48 hrs Today 18th April I do not have an update from Snap Deal and when I am on call right now with them they have just put me on HOLD and not even transferring me to a supervisor

                              I had bought a Dell Inspiron 15 from Snapdeal.They had delivered a damaged product.after several complaints they picked up the product f from my place which was 27th of March 2014. I have been following up with them since then to refund me my money but I am not getting any response.Its 16Th of April and they had initially promised to get me a new product by 4 days or else refund me the amount. Please help as I am at complete loss and urgently need the money back.

                                I've purchased HP laptop Rs.35, 175/- through snapdeal.com debit card on 8th April 2014. Order No: [protected] estimated delivery as per snapdeal is 12th April 2014, It was shipped through Delhivery courier tracking no: [protected], I tried n number to times to courier customer care no +[protected] always saying all representatives are busy. http://track.delhivery.com/p/[protected] Even I have raised several complaints to snapdeal.com complaint no:5995426 on 14th April 2014, No response from either snapdeal nor delhivery till now. I spoke to customer and requested to refund since product not delivered as per policy 100% refund eligible, Now I am hearing that money will be processed/refund only after snapdeal.com get the product. My concern here is no one dont know where the product is or even not providing the timelines when the issue will be resolved. I've read the rules once again as per trustpay policy (TrustPay guarantees refund of the money customer have paid for the product and gives customer full flexibility to cancel your order till the time product is dispatched, No questions asked. ). Now snapdeal.com customer support asking me to wait until they receive the product from courier guys? Its not my fault its snapdeals mistake to associated with delhivery courier services.                                     Through the online shopping website SNAPDEAL.COM, I had placed an order for 1T 3 star Airconditioner, Make Hithachi, Model no. Kaze Plus RAW311KUD, was placed on 22rd march 2014. The full payment was made through credit card. Delivery was made on 1st April 2014. The delivered product was found to be of wrong specification (RAW312KUDI). The same was informed immediately to snap deal through phone call and subsequently a mail was also sent.
                                    It is informed to me that the wrong product will be taken back by 7th April 2014. It was not picked up. Then a mail was received on 7th April from Snapdeal asking to send back the product. I informed that my incapability to arrange the courier as I was on official tour. I told them to send their representative to collect the product from my house. Snapdeal informed that they will arrange reverse pickup in 4 days.
                                    On 11th April nobody had come to pickup the product. The same was informed to them 12th April. On 13th April, they told that within 48 working hours, it will be picked.
                                    I called them at their customer care number [protected] today, i.e. 15th April and again I was told that it will take 4 days.
                                    I have not received the correct product even after 23 days of placing the order.

                                      I had ordered shoes from snapdeal.com. it has now been over 8 days, and as per the website the product was supposed to be delivered within 8 days. When i mailed them regarding refund, they replied that cannot be refunded as the product has been shipped. I demanded for the docket number, which they dont provide. on that they say when you receive the product just dont accept it, then once when the product reaches back to to seller we will refund the money. I shop a lot online and i have never seen a purchase where the site puts such terms and conditions. now they dont reply to the mails neither refund the money. PS:; Never ever shop on snapdeal.com however cheap the offer may sound. As in the end you will loose money and not receive the product as well.

                                      I had ordered Fossil CH2600 Chrono Men's Watch by noticing Rs: 500 available for HDFC credit and Debit card. Later while checking with customer care they told this offer is only for Debit card then i told them to cancel the order but they told its not possible so advised me to refuse the product so that i will get the amount refund back. I did the same thing on 1st September but still now i didnt get any update about refund. If i call customer care they are telling still didnt receive the product.                                       customer care they are telling still didnt receive the product. But while am checking with courier partner they confirmed that they delivered the product

                                      back to Snap Deal Hyderabad office on 17th September. Please help me to get my amount back am really struggling and getting frustrated by speaking to

                                      customer care people and not getting any progress on this issue.

                                        I ordered laptop from snapdeal.com as the price for the same was very cheap and went ahead and made the order and sold my old laptop in anticipation of the laptop after one day i receive a call that your order has been cancelled due to error in pricing. How can they cancel it(they made an offer on their site and I accepted it by placing the order) it is a breach of contract. Please suggest me a course of action against snapdeal.com as i have suffered and had to sell my old laptop at very unfair price to pay for my order and now they have cancelled it.
