I placed an order on snapdeal on 29th March 2014 for Orthopedic Support product prescribed by my Doctor.

Same day, I called them and informed about the wrong delivery, and strictly told them that being a medically adviced product, snapdeal should have maintained due deligience in delivery.
They asked for reverse pickup of the wrong product ticket ID 5745763 on 30th March

The reverse pickup took 5 days. Done on 5th April

Re-delivery of correct product was done, and is received today 9th April 2014.
Product delivered is again wrong.

I strongly recommend to take strict actions against their stupidity and negligience. Patient is suffering, money is stuch, still again and again wrong delivery. They should be banned to sell medical and medical support goods..
