This is to inform you that I have purchased product (Lenevo P 780 ) from website snapdeal.com on date 13 June 2014 on COD basis, order id [protected] .They promised me that the item would be delivered to me by 19 June and they provided me the courier name and shipment id ( Delhivery courier, Waybill num [protected] ) .
I checked status of shipment (on 18 June) on courier site and found that they are taking my courier to Bihar first, then Delhi .I contacted Courier support number (+[protected] and asked them why when I live in Pune, the shipment is roaming in the whole India, They accepted their fault and assured me that it would be delivered to me soon .
Then I contacted Snapdeal as well on same day, 18 June and told the same thing, Snapdeal team asked me to wait till 19th June and then file a complaint .
On 19th June, As expected I didn’t received my shipment and I filed complaint with snapdeal for it .they never communicated me anything .I used to call them daily, they used to assure me that I will get the product .On 23 when I called Snapdeal, they blankly told me that this product will not be delivered to me now and I will have to go for a fresh booking .Now my doubt is who will compensate my time loss .Now since the product is listed is much higher price, who will compensate the price difference .I intended to gift this product on my relatives birth day, this delay has ruined that gifting moment, who will compensate for it ?
I intend to apply in consumer forum for this .This is financial and mental harassment of poor and innocent customers .I want compensation of each and every loss of mine .
