Purchased a UNIC LED Projector. Received ok, but light is so dim it can't be seen on a white wall in a darkened room. Quality satisfaction as stated on their website apparently doesn't extend to electronic goods. One conversation included an explanation that once the 'seal' has been broken on the packaging of an electronic item it can't be returned. Except there is no 'seal' - not even tape - on this box, and the invoice was inside the box!
I have been pursuing this for over a month. Today I posted to their Facebook page, and they claimed to be very interested in helping - except their interest seems as genuine as their guarantee.
I've published a site with forum - http://snapdeal-liars.com for anybody else who wants to complain about Snapdeal.

Then I noticed that its LED is not working properly.I complain them within 7 days. I make call to company more than 5 times for my reverse pickup. My battery bank's reverse pickup was not done by company. They take 2-3 weeks for reverse pickup. Finally I CURIOR them from my side. I received my same product again. That was exchanged. Now this time I didn't received iPhone5's lightning charger. Then I complained to the company. They didn't resolve my problem. Now after 2 months I called snapdeal. First of all I called at 1.25AM. So the caller agent was dead. He was sleeping on duty time. I told him to speak loudly. But he didn't. He said to me, "sir just disconnect the call and call again" and not in proper manner. He was telling me like he was my boss. He said that u didn't make any call for iPhone5's charger. Really moral of my this story is "NEVER VISIT SNAPDEAL.COM" "NEVER N EVER FORGET ABOVE STATEMENT". i have very bad experience with this company. i ll never advice to go for this site. Just waste of time and just waste of money.

      The above mentioned line contains the order Id of a tripod which I had placed on 15th july. I have lodged a complaint to snapdeal nearly six times and all they could do was regret the incovenience caused to me. They have still not shipped the order. I asked they to cancel it but the so called wise custome care person told first receive the order then return it then we will initiate refund. Have you guys decided to completely runi your brand Snapdeal and is there no accountability. Dear CEOS and COOs, you started small and reached at this level due to young customers like us who book buy things online. Why do you not have a customer care no. in which human beings speak rather than a recorded voice. I tried calling it told my order didnt exist after entering the order ID. Please let me know. I just did one mistake trusted you and ordered a tripod from snapdeal. Is it such a big mistake, I would not henceforth and also inform my peers about the mental agony you cause and the poor filthy and shabby grievance addressing system you are? Time is money. Twenty days have passed still order is not shipped from your end, you are not cancelling it and also not initiating refund. Just sitting like a sadist doing nothing watching the customer feel like a fool. Ordered product not received it, neither is there a clear word from your end regarding the shipping details. Register my severe complaint and I would personally request the CEO snapdeal to make guidelines strengthen your company otherwise pure arrogance on the part of your company as it seems will end your growth soon. Do something spread it among your colleagues. Customer satisfaction is your moral obligation, you should not cause trauma and mental agony to them intentionally.

      My contact number is [protected].I had placed an order having order#[protected] on 10th Oct.Initially it was shown order will be delivered by 13th.Then date changed to 21st oct.It's already 21st Oct day end and order has not reached yet.Please take action on this.

      I would like to know about my pending order, Order Number: [protected]

      Can I please get a final status on this order. I bought the order on 6th Oct and this was to be delivered by 10th of Oct. I called the customer care on 9th Oct and I was promised by that rep that the order will be shipped on 10th and it will reach your place within next 4 days.

      Again I called your customer care team and I was told that we have your order status as pending so it will be definitely cancelled and you will get a refund. I said that the same product is still available on your website but it’s around 4900Rs now. She said then you will have to buy that product on the same price then, I don’t understand what is happening here. Is this some kind of a competition going on there?

      Its now more than a month. I have got no response from your team even once. I have all the recodings of your cust care reps and supervisors which states fake commitments. I have 11 emails with diffrent difrrent compliant numbers. My citi bank has been deducted twice for the product and the product is no where.

      Please help.

      I bought steelo 18 pics from snapdeal.com on 11th nov 2014, they said it would be shipped in 3 - 4 days, then they said since apologize saying it would take another couple of days. Then they stopped sending any communication. I called service centre, the person said we will give u a feedback latest in 1 day but no feedback. All the other communication i am attaching here.

      Even after me writing to them they send an automated email saying the product will be delivered.

      They have got a pathetic service and no sense.

      I have already paid for steelo 18 pics in a month advance. The money is already into there account and they dont care. They are using public's hard earned money .

      ordered [protected] for a VLCC Shampoo on 21st November 2014 from snap
      deal to be delivered at my hometown, for which they charged me for
      delivery as well.

      It's
      been 20 odd days now and my product is not delivered. I kept following
      up with the customer care reps and they have been giving me false
      promises saying it will be delivered in next 24 hrs and so on. I even
      told them the very first day that if it can't be delivered plz cancel my
      order but again I was given false promises.

      I
      received no e- mails for the delay caused, no intimation. Today again
      when I call for the enquiry they say me that the courier service had
      returned the product because they didn't find my adress. However I
      haven't received any calls asking for the address.
      There is no email intimation for the same.

              I had ordered a phone on snapdeal.com(Order#[protected]) on 8th Mar, 2014 using my American Express card under an offer to get a Rs2000/- cashback. Till date (2nd Jul), i have received no refund. I have filed complaint end number of times now and every time what I get to hear is that your complaint will be resolved in 48 hours and then nothing happens...No refund, no call, no notification and this goes on and on and on... I request my fellow online buyers first of all not to buy from snapdeal as their customer care is pathetic and secondaly, if they do, then please don't go for their cashback offers.

                I ordered pigeon rapido cute induction cook top in snapdeal. For the first time they have sent me a faulty product and they accepted for replacing it and second time the replaced product was a faulty one. It was not working right from the first day after receiving it i.e June 30th 2014. I again asked snapdeal for replacing them. Snapdeal has wasted three weeks of my time with the faulty products. Now again I am not even sure if it replaces his faulty one or not.

                  I have ordered a V-Guard Stabilizer from SnapDeal. The shipment arrived 3 days late than the promised date. When i opened the product, i found that it is broken at the bottom. Attached the image of the damaged stabilizer. They promised for replacement/refund. Dont know whether it will work or not. Junk Service + Damaged Product + Untrustworthy = Snapdeal

                    I have received my order No [protected] for SWISS PRO 14 Kg Adjustable Rubber Dumbbells + Rubber Coated Dumbbells Rods + Leather Gym Gloves on 16th June 2014. The product quality was very cheap and different and far away from the actual description on the portal and I am quite unsatisfied with the product quality. The rubber coated weights are stinking badly (no one can keep that stinky things inside home) and the rubber coating is coming out in form of granules / dust. This clearly indicates the poor quality of the product. Also the material of dumbbells rod is iron and the silver paint / coating is also got faded and rusted. The weight stoppers (as shown in the web image) are very different and inferior in actual product. I was a fan of snapdeal but this product is really inferior in quality. Upon Calling on the toll free number I have been assured for the return of the said product and advised to repack the same. A complaint number and assurance for reverse pickup by M/s Gati Cargo has been assured. but days after days passed and no one came for the pickup. I have called to M/s Snapdeal for so many time and every time I have been given 48 hrs pickup assurance and a new complaint number. Even after so many emails and numerous discussions with Snapdeal representatives over your customer care number but till now nothing happened so far no one contacted me / picked the parcel for reverse pickup. This is so disheartening that a company who commits so much for their product quality and customers is behaving so strange. It is very sad that whenever I have discussed with Snapdeal representatives every time a new 48 hrs time-lines has been given for the reverse pickup of the product but after passing of 12 days no action has been taken. Company is cheating customers by making false commitments, please do not buy anything from Snapdeal. Sandeep Gupta

                      1. On 14th April I placed order in Snap deal for IFB 25Ltr 25 Bc3 Convection Microwave Oven Black (Order no:[protected]).When I received it was faulty.I informed snap deal and waited for one week.All the time they were telling wait for 24hr.But no way
                      I contacted IFB : IFB told that they don't have any dealing with me and they cant help me as invoice is in the name of SNAP deal. I asked them I am having bill please send one representative, no way they simply cut call telling that contact snap deal. I again fought for some days but no result.At last one guy from customer care mentioned seller name and goggled and found that guy.I contacted him, he send one maintenance person and repaired that.

                      I don't know after spending lots of money and got only a repaired one.IT ALL HAPPENED BECAUSE OF WORST SNAP DEAL.I made more than 100s of call..
                      each representative will tell different norms there.In efficient SNAP DEAL.

                      2.Again I placed order in SNAP DEAL on 10th June, today 27th not yet delivered.When i asked courier team couldn't deliver the same because of wrong pin.When I asked what is the pin they told the correct pin, then they changed to mobile no..then I told from same no only I am calling.
                      When I contacted SNAPDEAL the told they are helpless.
                      I got a message that "our courier partner has initiated return due to issue at their end .Inconvinence regretted"
                      They also told me that if I want same product order again but price increased, should pay extra.
                      After waiting so many days they are asking me to pay extra.
                      This is too bad.

                      Please stop purchase from Snap deal, all those uses Snap deal.Use Mintra, jabong..their way of behavior is very good..

                        i have ordered a pair of pants and need a size replacement. it takes them one day to reply to my mail and i have to return it within 7 days of delivery. im nt able to reach them and this is a deliberate action from there side. really frustrated with there service my order id is [protected]. i strongly suggest ppl to avoid this site. clumsy delivery and very clumsy customer service.                           Dear Sir, order no.[protected], complaint number: 5987975, i brought a sleeper but wrong size diliver to me i requested to arrange a pickup request he told me the guy will come in 3 to 4 days. I followed and then he told me to send the product by courier. Snapdeal will refund u both courier and product charges.courier charge is 176 and product charge is 399 I sent it that time. He confirm that he received the courier and I will get both amount within a week. I wait but didn't got any amount. I called he asked me to send my account statement which I sent. Then I called he told me that will get in 2 days. I mailed snapdeal 10 times but they don't revert then then I called snapdeal more then 20 times and waiting for last 3 months for amount but I didn't got any amount all times they told that wait for 2 days ur money is under trust pay. I also completed on akosha they respond in starting but now they are not responding any mail. I called snapdeal about 200 rupees and my courier n product charges is 575.                             There are two order for which my amount got debited but no order number
                            came. Then i sent all details to customer care and they refunded only
                            one amount. Still after one month waiting for another amount to get.

                              Snapdeal is the worst of all e-commerce websites. I ordered a mobile phone from Snapdeel on 13th June, the product was delivered after 5 days on 18th June. When I asked for a replacement the Snapdeal agent was very rude in his reply and blamed the issue with device on me. After repeated calls eventually they agreed for replacement to be delivered to me 24th. They didn't check with the seller whether product is available or not and I was told the replacement is already shipped from their side. Yesterday they mailed me saying the product cannot be replaced and money will be refunded back to my account in 5-7 days. Such pathetic and disgusting customer service who doesn't care about its customer the moment a product is bought from their website. DON'T BUY FROM SCAMDEAL.

                              13 days after placing the order neither my money nor the mobile phone has reached me. One of your customer care agent was also rude when I enquired about the delivery of my product. Have you fired him yet?
                              I would request strict action to be taken against Snapdeal for frauding its customer and selling faulty products. They commit to sell their products without checking with the seller whether the product is available or not. The money being used for purchase is blocked the moment you buy the product in Snapdeal. This is causing harassment to customers and the website never keeps its promise of timely delivery of products as advertised on their website. The customer service is also rude. Snapdeal should not be allowed to fool consumers.

                                This is to inform you that I have purchased product (Lenevo P 780 ) from website snapdeal.com on date 13 June 2014 on COD basis, order id [protected] .They promised me that the item would be delivered to me by 19 June and they provided me the courier name and shipment id ( Delhivery courier, Waybill num [protected] ) . I checked status of shipment (on 18 June) on courier site and found that they are taking my courier to Bihar first, then Delhi .I contacted Courier support number (+[protected] and asked them why when I live in Pune, the shipment is roaming in the whole India, They accepted their fault and assured me that it would be delivered to me soon . Then I contacted Snapdeal as well on same day, 18 June and told the same thing, Snapdeal team asked me to wait till 19th June and then file a complaint . On 19th June, As expected I didn’t received my shipment and I filed complaint with snapdeal for it .they never communicated me anything .I used to call them daily, they used to assure me that I will get the product .On 23 when I called Snapdeal, they blankly told me that this product will not be delivered to me now and I will have to go for a fresh booking .Now my doubt is who will compensate my time loss .Now since the product is listed is much higher price, who will compensate the price difference .I intended to gift this product on my relatives birth day, this delay has ruined that gifting moment, who will compensate for it ? I intend to apply in consumer forum for this .This is financial and mental harassment of poor and innocent customers .I want compensation of each and every loss of mine .

                                  Hello Team, I have ordered a product with Snapdeal on 10th of June. Initially the Estimated Shipping Date was mentioned as 12th of June and later when I checked, it is updated to July 17th. I have called customer care more than 6 times to enquire about this but I have not got any proper update till now, Today is 23rd and still they are telling the same words "We apologize for the inconvenience, we will be dispatching your product as early as possible". Even they have not updated their module to reflect this information, still it is showing EST time as July 17th 2014. Snapdeal is really going worst and they are losing customers trust in all ways they can. Let me know what could be done on this scenario? Here is the order number [protected].

                                      Snapdeal.com shows lower prices if you search any product online compared to whats available in other online products. I am not sure how they manage it but when I book my product, either I get a damaged one and when I ask for protection under Trustpay.com which they say we are protected in, they dispute saying its more than 7 days while technically its little less than 7 days. So to sum it all, it seems a way of either selling products that are of second or third grade or use our money for buying additional stocks and then refund after a few days ONLY after you ask for details. The second part I have highlighted here has happened to me as I added a juicer 4 days back and did not receive any notification for the first 4 days. On the 5th day when I call, I am being told that there is a technical issue and my order would be cancelled (not even booked or will be shipped to me) because of technical issues. This is completely unacceptable as a company which can handle a huge supply chain logistic framework cannot handle a non-processed order. So in my experience and from the pulse of conversation I had with customer service, its clearly evident that snapdeal.com is a fishy organization and does not make sense to have any transactions with. I would humbly request the consumercomplaints.com authority to ensure enough regulation be brought to manage these online retailers to ensure no customer's money is in jeopardy. Regards Vinoth Kumar

                                        My name is Atul Bafna. I ordered a few things from snapdeal.com with my id tanvi.j.[protected]@gmail.com as COD. When the package arrived the courier guy called me up to pickup the order myself from his shop and pay. And if I did not come the same day he would resend it to snapdeal. I had to come home from office In scorching sun just to pickup the order and pay.. And since the order was bulky, i Had a tough time tackling it on my two wheeler. If I am to go to a shop 10 kilometers from my office just to pockup a courier in hot sun, i'd much rather go and buy stuff from local shop and buy at my convenience. What is the point of online shopping ?
