Dear Sir,
I have purchased the Sony Cybershot DSC- H300 from your snapdeal website. And my order ID is [protected], purchased in the last month and the product is defective and informed and returned picked up on 26.05.2014, Courier person delivered to you on 01.06.2014. Till to-date, I didn't got any confirmation mail, message or call from your end and I am regularly contacting customer care in this regard, and everytime they will saying that they require 48hrs for investigation. on 03.06.2014, I have also discussed the customer care supervisor and she mentioned that the product have been received on 01.06.2014, and she also mentioned that, the information will be updated within 24hrs. But, I didn't have any information even rightnow. Yesterday, I called the customer care executive, and she told me that the product will be dispatched today or status will be updated, but no communication from your end. Today, I called the customer care and asked for supervisor, and they told that the supervisor is busy and I informed that I will be waiting, but they disconnected the call and again I called up customer care executive then connected to supervisor, and she told that the product is still in the verification department and still required 48hrs for the status update.
Is this feedback from your end be acceptable as if you are a customer? and your interest is only on the new sales? did you not be considered after sales service? or else this type of people you recruit? postal department is going delivery the product within 4 days but your courier person is going to deliver the product after 6 days and new product status is updated on regularly, but you are not updating the status of replacement product or refund.
I want the feedback from you at the earliest possible.
