    I have purchased V guard Crystal Plus from Snapdeal and it was supplied by Aggarwal Electric Store, Rohini, Delhi invoice number R-2184. When i received the shipment the cabinet of the ups was broken and also the warranty seal of the product was tempered with. It seems that the product has been opened and a tempered product has been sent to me.It also makes the 3 years warranty void. I have already informed snapdeal on 4ht June within minutes of getting the shipment and have also submitted all the pictures and details as requested and still waiting for the response . I have requested for full refund of the amount paid to Snapdeal. It seems like product are not checked by snapdeal before dispatching it to the customers. Very bad experience...

      91% on (Sony CyberShot DSC-WX350 18.2MP Point & Shoot Digital Camera (Black)camera ) on Snapdeal but after confirmed the order... They suddenly
      refused to give me product as my order placed and started make so excuses... I have solid evidence that they placed my order and confirmed my order as shown in the picture... now they should keep their words and deliver my products because snapdeal is trusted company... Otherwise it will be bad news for customers that snapdeal gives fake offers and play with customer's emotions...

        I am writing to state my complaint over the poor services of your esteemed company, snapdeal.com.. i had ordered a foot n style ankle length brown boots on 4/5/2014 n it got delivered on 7/4/2014 n i was very disappointed with the product received. i receive a defected pair of shoes which cannot be worn n when complained ive been ignored since then.ive been calling the customer care service which u say provide service to the customers but i havent received any, every 3 days. they say the reverse pick up wud me made but no one has reported since then. ive been ignored every time n this is very annoying n disappointing.in future i would never shop form ur website n instead consider others.thanks for your concern.if you consider this please take further actions.

          Hi, I bought Whey Gold Standard ON 10 lbs protein supplement and it turned out to be completely fake . Its shameful to see such known online sites also sell such unauthorised products which can affect customer's health seriously . There have been cases people of have lost their lives taking such fake supplements and snapdeal encourages selling them .
          I would take up this act of shame by snapdeal on all social networking sites and would request all to not sit back but to come forward and take such issues legally and make sure such malpractises are stopped before it takes someone's life .

            I ordered a phone 3-4 weeks back and it was suppose to get delivered in 7 days which dint get delivered. They said they are incapable of delivering it and thus my money will be refunded within 7 days. Its been 2 weeks now nd no money has been refunded.

                  My wife R. Khokilaa ordered Samsung split AC Model number AR18HV5NBWK through order number [protected] in www.snapdeal.com. The Vendor Samantar Sales and Services Pvt.Ltd. in the motive to cheat, sent inferior samsung inverter air conditioner model number AR18HV5NFWK which was also defective. In the bill sent by snapdeal.com, it is clearly mentioned AR18HV5NBWK as model number but in Inverter air conditioner, the model number was AR18HV5NFWK. I unknowingly received the product on 2nd may 2014 paying full cash on delivery. and installed it on 3rd may. Only after the installation, I came to know the the model that was received was not the item ordered. We intimated [protected]@snapdeal.com on may 5th that wrong product was delivered. No action from their side to rectify the issue. We also requested a proper bill for the same which was sent by e mail. The air conditioner later started giving loud hissing noise in the out door unit and the cooling also stopped. The vendor also failed to send a copy of his authorized samsung dealer certificate which in samsung website itself clearly states that any product that was not purchased from non samsung dealer will not carry any warranty. Even after repeated attempts to send mail to www.snapdeal.com and the vendor did not yield any results. I sent a mail to Snapdeal CEO kunal.[protected]@snapdeal.com rohit.[protected]@snapdeal.com in the hope that the faulty and wrong delivery product will be taken back and my wife's money will be refunded. But till now they are playing blame game on samsung for not providing service. I kindly request you to take necessary action against snapdeal to refund my hard earned money and take back the wrong, faulty product sent to me

                          I believe its high time companies like Snapdeal just shut down. I faced this in the past but made a mistake of again placing an order hoping that things will be better when they have peers coming up with fastest delivery timings. I ordered a Micromax Bolt A068 on 8th May 2014 (Order No. [protected]) for Rs. 6047/- as a birthday gift for my father, but when enquired after a week it was yet not dispatched. I immediately cancelled the order and requested for a refund with them on which i was told that i need to wait for the packet to reach me and reject it when it does, post which they will return me the money. I then went to flipkart and ordered the same phone for 5800/- and was shocked to see it get delivered within a day with no extra cost just on the bais of my request to their customer care team. It's 28th May 2014 today and am yet to receive the refund from Snapdeal. The worst problem is that the managers i spoke to care a flying fick to look into the issue. I informed them of the same problems in 4 of my previous orders but they said they dont have my records. Shut Down Snapdeal! High Time!! Another point to be elaborated is that i hear their courier company Ecom Express has been formed by the once top guys of Bluedart. What a shame if a courier takes 1 week to get dispatch, with another week to be returned. Disgusting service! I await an apology and refund to the earliest so that i dont Sue you!                             The order no. [protected] I had placed on 03 May 2014 comprised of 6 units and two if them were cancelled by the reseller/vendor without any information and I have received no communication regarding the subsequent refund even after raising this online multiple times. As per Snapdeal refund policy, for payments made using NEFT or credit card they refund within 5-7days. The most disappointing fact is that there is no single response or action after raising this over their online customer support option, even after repeated attempts !

                              I ordered product in snapdeal but received a different product.I returned their product the next day as per the procedure specified by them.But I just keep getting the mail that my payment is initiated and I will receive my money in 5 to 8 working days .But its been two months and I never got my money.When I call their customer care for complaints also I keep getting the same answer that I will receive my money shortly .But I never received my money.Please help me.

                                To whom it may concern I ordered Hp laptop from Snapdeal on 16th May 2014 with Order no. [protected]. It was about to be delivered on 21st may but it did not happen according to the mentioned date. We even tried to track our order through bluedart but they are unreachable on phone support. On bluedart's tracking page it is displayed that that our courier is kept on hold. By contacting to snapdeal the CC guy told us that it will definitely be delivered maximum upto 22nd of May 2014. After waiting for further 2-3 days We called to snapdeal on 24th may's evening. They responded with the ans. That we will call back you within 2 hours but nothing happened and they didn't even responded back after two hours. On call I clearly mentioned that if laptop is not delivered to me today I will send complaints to every consumer complaint site, but they didn't care about it. So I highly highly recommend to get away from Snapdeal as Snapdeal is misleading and betraying their customers. If they will not respond to us, we will lead this case to the consumer court.

                                  I hav booked LG 5star AC Model:-3NP5F FOR 30307 RS (ORDER NO:[protected]) through snapdeal.com ON 15th may 2014 it was supposed to be delivered on 21 may but i didnt recieved the item till 23rd may then i called the customer care and the courier company, they told it was delayed due to busy traffic network whatsoever i got the shipment today on 24th.THE SHOCKING THING WAS THAT THE PRODUCT THEY HAVE SENT WAS NOT AS MENTIONED WHILE BOOKING. THE BILL THEY PROVIDED WITH THE PARCEL WAS 30307 RS AND THE MODEL NUMBER WAS 3NP5F BUT THE PARCEL THEY HAVE SENT WAS 5NP3F WHICH IS A 3 STAR AC EVEN ITS MRP IS 23000RS ONLY THEN HOW COME THEY SEND THE PARCEL SO CARELESSLY OR THEY MUST HAVE DONE IT intensionally BUT WHATEVER IT MAY BE ITS CLEAR CHEATING WITH THE CUSTOMER.I WAS LUCKY THAT I HAV SELECTED CASH ON DELIVERY SO I DIDNT PAID FOR IT AND I HAV REJECTED THE ORDER OTHERWISE I COULD HAVE BEEN EASILY CHEATED.I HAV CANCELLED MY ORDER AND IM NEVER GOING TO SHOP THROUGH SNAPDEAL AGAIN. ITS VERY EASY TO LOOSE TRUST OF A CUSTOMER BUT VERY HARD TO GAIN AND MAINTAIN THE TRUST .IM VERY DISSATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE OF SNAPDEAL AND IT WAS REALLY A BAD EXPERIENCE FOR ME TO SHOP ONLINE. I WANT TO SUGGEST ALL THE ONLINE SHOPPING BUYERS TO PLS CHECK THE PRODUCT ON DELIVERY WHETHER THE MODEL NUMBER ON THE INVOICE AND THE PARCEL ARE SAME OR NOT OR ONE COULD BE EASILY FOOLED.THERE IS NO PROPER COMMUNICATION FROM SNAPDEAL IF THEY DIDNT HAVE THAT PARTICULAR MODEL NUMBER WHICH I HAV BOOKED THEN THEY SHOULD INFORM ME BUT INSTEAD THEY CLEVERLY TRYING TO SELL A DIFFERENT MODEL- 5NP3F WHICH IS A 3 STAR AC AND ITS MRP IS ALSO VERY LOWER (APPROX 23000 RS) THEN WHAT I HAV TO PAY (30307 RS).PERSONALLY I WOULD STRONGLY RECOMMEND ITS BETTER TO BUY IN A SHOPPING MALL THEN TO TAKE RISK PURCHASING ON ONLINE SHOPPING. THANK GOD I WAS LUCKY TO CHECK THE MODEL NUMBER IN TIME BEFORE I PAY THE CASH OR I HAV TO GO THROUGH A LONG PAINSTAKING PROCESS TO GET MY HARD EARNED MONEY BACK FROM THE COMPANY.                                     i have purchased a sony product on snapdeal which is worth of 4k.when i received the product and checked for the first time it was'nt a branded one and the seal was'nt nothing was found moreover i could'nt use it any way.please dont believe snapdeal they are fake dont ever buy for the snapdeal.

                                      I ordered a product from Snapdeal called Musclepharm Combat powder (protein supplements) precisely on 14th May 2014 merely after seeing the price at which they were offering. I usually order my supplements way before time, but this time I ordered when I had stocks for only three days. Usually healthkart and other portals offer in just about 2 days. But with Snapdeal it was a nightmare. Their most trustworthy courier partners ecom express couldn’t deliver at my doorstep and finally I had to pick it up from their checkpoint after 10 days. It took Snapdeal 10 freaking days to deliver the product or rather I must say I myself had to go and get the product picked up from their courier partner office which is 13 kms away from my residence. Snapdeal ship their products by ecom express which is the worst ever courier company in the nation. Ecom express tracking doesn’t work and the customer service helpline based in Delhi will atleast keep you on hold for 15 crucifying minutes. Ok so Snapdeal made a commitment to me that the product would be delivered to my doorstep by 20th May. I must have made over 25 STD calls in 3-4 day from 20th May to 23rd May to both Snapdeal and ecom express helpline. They only kept committing me that the product would reach today anyhow. That today never came. Finally somebody very great from ecom express office forwarded me number of their Kalyan checkpoint where they said my product must have been kept. Due to some backlog issues they can’t send it over to my place. Finally after numerous calls to some very idiotic person I had to myself travel 13kms from my residence to pick this product from their Kalyan checkpoint. My product was simply kept to rot on the floor. The entire shop was infested with rodents and mustn’t have been cleaned for ages. After providing necessary photo identity my proof, the parcel was handed over to me. The sight of their office was so disgusting. Over 30-40 courier bags were scattered on the floor and 2-3 illiterate boys were operating the whole show at the very great ecom express checkpoint in Kalyan. Finally from a very dirty courier they removed my parcel and handed it over to me. Now coming to the parcel, here’s what I have to say. The huge Musclepharm Combat powder can was not even bubble wrapped and had no branding of Snapdeal whatsoever. After removing the can I saw it’s damaged and squeezed from one end so badly that later on I had to transfer all the supps into one of my old cans. THIS IS SNAPDEAL FOR YOU FOLKS. THIS LETHARGIC AND THOROUGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY JUST CAN’T DELIVER STUFFS AT YOUR DOORSTEP. It’s operated by a bunch of liars. Starting from the founders in the upper hierarchy to the lowest customer service rep everybody just lie. About the very great ecom express, these guys (obviously the founders) should go to some MBA schools and learn how shipping and logistics company are supposed to operate, bloody retarded courier company.

                                        Hi, I want to lodge a complaint against Snap Deal. I purchased some clothes but the size didn't fit and I returned them. But since then I am waiting for refund. It's been more than 25 days I haven't got the refund. I have called 7 times to them and I have sent them my bank statement as a proof that I haven't received any refund. But still no reply, no call back, no update from their end. Even I have talked to their supervisor called Ravi Sharma and Minal. They promised me that I will get the refund in 2 days. But nothing happened. I have spent hours on calls and more than 150 Rs charged for these calls. But still no good. Refund amount is not that big but it's not about money Its about the service they are providing and the wrong commitment they are doing. I have got complaint number from them for two refunds Complaint number - 6797249 another complaint number - 6197152 Please help me out with this. I will be really thank full.
