Money Not Yet Refunded

I ordered a phone 3-4 weeks back and it was suppose to get delivered in 7 days which dint get delivered. They said they are incapable of delivering it and thus my money will be refunded within 7 days. Its been 2 weeks now nd no money has been refunded....

The Vendor Samantar Sales and Services Pvt.Ltd. in the motive to cheat, sent inferior samsung inverter air conditioner model number AR18HV5NFWK which was also defective.
