It was not snapdeal who helped me but my friend who has got good expertise and knowledge in banking issues. He tracked the payment from the beginning in order to check weather snapdeal was correct that we have processed from our side. And if it is so, then he thought that I will note down the transaction no. which snapdeal was not giving. But to his surprise he found that the amount was hanged in settlement branch and payment gateway of snapdeal and their officials declared it processed. Then he called the officials there and aware them of the issue. After which they credited it to my account.I recommend snapdeal to develop ur system and working officers. U r dealing with public money, so hire the team having skills like my friend.
