It has been 2 times that my colleague had made an order and snapdeal has failed to deliver the item. Also, there is no valid reason for not delivering the same. He had paid the amount on the day of order and still, snapdeal is unable to quote a proper valid cause for not delivering the product. I ordered Shark Sunglasses from snapdeal priced at 399. When the product arrived I opened the packet and when I opened the glass case I see that the lens has come out of the frame. I complaint about the same to snapdeal.com they asked me to take the snapshot of the product and send to them which I did, but I dint get any response from them after I sent those snapshots. Cancel the order without informing me
