I have I have ordered "Oleva Multicolour Flap Clutch" and you gave me "Oleva Black & Brown Contrast Stitched Clutch". So I have returned product for the first time which took 7 days not yet received the money for the wrong delivered product.

Second time I have ordered and received the same wrong product and SNAPDEAL (MF) ARE YOU CRZY DAM YOU HAVE WROST DELIVERY TIME, CUSTOMER SUPPORT AND ON THE WHOLE YOU ARE A DUMB .

    I did order a XOLO Q700 Mobile on 23rd Dec 2013 with order no-[protected], Est. delivery date was 29th December, but they have not deliverd that, after several complain though telephone & mail, always saying they forawrd complain to concern dept. & they are working on that.they are not refunding my money also

      Had the most HORRENDOUS experience with SNAPDEAL! Encourage anybody who plans to shop here to reconsider their choice! I would like to share my experience to showcase the ridiculousness of the situation: Had ordered (Order No - [protected])a Sunflame 1100cm3/sec 60cm Venza BK Chimney from Snapdeal on last 24th December 2013 (where it was clearly in-stock). Since then, I have received NO communication from anyone at Snapdeal. When I kept tracking my order, it kept showing that it is “in process”. Once it had crossed the estimated dispatch date I called on the helpline to inquire about my order. I was told that there is some delay and that within 48 hours the product would be dispatched. THIS DID NOT HAPPEN! I called again, this time the Snapdeal Executive told me that the order was in the process of being cancelled, as it was no longer available. WHY THE HELL WAS THE ORDER TAKEN TO START WITH THEN?!? To top it off, the executive went on to tell me that I would have to wait 7-10 business days in order to get my refund back! I was buying this for my newly constructed house and I’m due the house warming cermony, one thing is that you don’t fulfill the order but it’s another whole story to say that the refund would not be given for at least 7 days! What does Snapdeal expect? Does the company think that I have the liquidity to spend another 10, 000 and then wait for my refund to come at its own sweet time? I found this ridiculous and demanded to speak to the supervisor. Unfortunately, I do not remember the supervisor’s name, otherwise I could have held him accountable. He agreed that the situation was ridiculous and that I would either get my refund within 2 business days or the item would be delivered within 2 days. I asked him, how I could get in touch with him again, he told me that I could call on the helpline and that I could ask to speak to the supervisor, so either he or some other supervisor would be available to talk to. Not surprising, I have not heard from anyone since then. Once again in the dark, I called the helpline again. This time the Snapdeal executive refused to pass on the call to her supervisor, she insisted that he/she would be able to give me no better response and that anything or anyone I speak to would tell me the same thing that I would have to wait for at least 7-10 business days to get my refund. After breaking my head with her, she finally patched me through to her supervisor. He was not at all accommodative of my situation and denied that anyone could have ever told me that I would get a resolution within 2 days! He finally said that nothing could be done and that the only thing he could do is to arrange a call back. I have real doubts that I will get call back, based on the pathetic track record! Nevertheless, as a fellow customer, I urge all the people buying merchandise on Snapdeal to BEWARE! It’s not just the money. THIS IS SURELY THE LAST TIME I WILL BE SHOPPING ON SNAPDEAL AND WILL ENSURE THAT NONE OF MY NEAR AND DEAR ONES WILL EITHER!         30 days to ship a mobile, shipment is not on time at all .

        I did order a Nexus 5 mobile device on 26th Dec 2013, Est. shipment time was 30th December while I was placing the order. On 30 Dec 2013 they have changed the Est. shipping date to 2nd Jan 2014, now on 2nd Jan 2014 the Est. Shipping date is 20th Jan 2014. Means I have to wait for one month to get my Mobile device, waste of time and my money is stuck. Customer care people know only one word "sorry for the inconvenience sir". Horrible...

        I have booked A monitor make BENQ, Model EW2430, on 21.12.2013 through snapdeal.com - Order Placed on[protected] vide order no. [protected] and the same was delivered on 27th December 2013 when I was away from home. On 29th Dec 2013 I back to home and opened the packing found the monitor is a second hand i.e. used one. Immediately the same was informed to the customer support staff Mr.Mukesh had attended my call in [protected] and mail sent to trustpay simultaneously and Snapdeal Customer Support Request 4522200 is allotted.And got reply that Dear RAJENDRAN G, Thank you for contacting Snapdeal.com. But so far no action has been taken either to refund my amount or take back and replace with new one. It is very much frustrating and my friends are discouraging and hence I affected with mental agony and my BP shot up . The supplied Monitor has no symptoms of a brand new Item as the item is soiled and the date of manufacture is August 2012 even the power cable not supplied they suppose to give 4 cables power cable, Audio Cable, Video Cable and USB Cable and user Manual. Therefore I kindly request to take some action to order snapdeal to replace the monitor with new one and redress my difficulties please.

          It has been 2 times that my colleague had made an order and snapdeal has failed to deliver the item. Also, there is no valid reason for not delivering the same. He had paid the amount on the day of order and still, snapdeal is unable to quote a proper valid cause for not delivering the product. Even after calling their customer care many times, they are so reluctant that none of the representative responds to us. This sort of ir-respective response creates trouble to the customer even after full cash payment online for the product. Some sort of action needs to be focused on such issues.

            It has been more than 6 months and they are not refunding my money as I have requested them many times and they are jus askng me for d details of my account and I have submitted them almost three to four times and they are disgusting at there service and have also taken there product back and they guyz are more disgusting and pathetic service.

            I ordered 3 pants from the Online shopping website www.snapdeal.com and they all were not as per my size, sp i returned them back. The 3 pants were delivered back and received by snapdeal in 3days but they havn't refunded my money yet.

            They say that they have already sent me the money in my bank account but i have shown by bank statements 10 times to them.

            They are not refunded my money. what should i do ?
            I had ordered Fossil CH2600 Chrono Men's Watch by noticing offer of Rs: 500 available for HDFC credit and Debit card in Snapdeal site. Later while checking

            with customer care they told this offer is only for Debit card then i told them to cancel the order but they told its not possible so advised me to refuse

            the product so that i will get the amount refund back. I did the same thing on 1st September but still now i didnt get any update about refund. If i call

            customer care they are telling still didnt receive the product. But while am checking with courier partner they confirmed that they delivered the product

            back to Snap Deal Hyderabad office on 17th September. Please help me to get my amount back am really struggling and getting frustrated by speaking to

            customer care people and not getting any progress on this issue.
            Snapdeal broke my trust:(- FAKE product
            I ordered Transcend 2GB DDR2 RAM (JM800QLU-2G) 800(400Mhz) 2 modules on[protected]order no. [protected]). Received it on[protected]. But the product is different from description on the website. The received product is a Fake product which looks similar to Transcend.
            1.When I installed the Ram it reduced my system speed to 667 Mhz. When I checked the details, I found that memory does not support 400mhz, as shown on website.
            2. I tried to verify the product on Transcend's website, but the serial number did not match. I already had Tanscend 2x1 GB ram module with 800(400Mhz), whose serial number gets verified on transcend's website.
            The Fake product even has Transcend Hologram, and sticker, but does not have Transcend mark inscribed on memory module.
            3.I used software AIDA64 Extreme to find out details of module, which I will attach. The software shows " Module Name V01D2LF2GB18818867" instead of "Module Name Transcend JM800QLJ-1G"( for my 1GB module).

            They are not returning my money now. Till now have remitted me only less than half of my money.
            Instead of returning Rs.2988. I received only Rs.1494.
            I never faced this problem with Flipkart and Amazon. I wanted to trust Snapdeal but it broke my trust in a blow. And not only this after 15 minutes o[censored]se my PC started crashing, until I removed those memory modules.
            Raised so many complaints but making me go round and round.

                  I ordered Shark Sunglasses from snapdeal priced at 399. When the product arrived I opened the packet and when I opened the glass case I see that the lens has come out of the frame. I complaint about the same to snapdeal.com they asked me to take the snapshot of the product and send to them which I did, but I dint get any response from them after I sent those snapshots. This is really disappointing to order some thing and get it defective.. Please take appropriate actions in relation to this complaint.

                    I am Aabid Shaikh, Mumbai, frequent online shopper. Recently in Google Online Shopping festival 2013, I have Purchased a Diesel DZ4207 Analog Men's Watch from Snapdeal.com on 12th, December 2013 by creditcard payment (Order No.[protected]). They told me that they will dispatch it within 7 working days. After 7th day of order I have received text message on my mobile from Snapdeal that they need 3 more days to ship the order. 4/5 days After receiving the message I have contact Snapdeal helpline number. Now They are saying, They will not able to deliver my order because, unavailability of product. I againcontacted Snapdeal helpline number and told them that please do not cancel my order, take more time. but i want same product in a same price. They are saying they will not be able to complete my order. In Google Online Shopping festival 2013, same product was available on different website ( Flipcart.com, Amazon.in, Ebay.com, Jabong.com) with the best discounted price at that time. Now all the best offers are closed. Now i cant buy same product in a same price from other website. I am requesting Consumer complaint team please advice.                       The product description - a double bed, was incomplete (the dimensions for the mattress namely). I requested for them before i bought the item, but received no response. Then I read about their "Trustpay" money back guarantee(no questions asked), consulted them over the phone if I could return the product in case of a misfit - since they did not have adequate information about the product. I was given an assurance of the same. On receiving the product I got to know that I would have to assemble it myself. When I did manage to assemble it, I found that not only was the product unfit to my requirements, but also not of quality(badly finished - scraped all around the edges). All the complaints to return the product have gone unheard. In fact, the response they had was - "We would like to inform you that the ordered product has been delivered without any damage or fault and hence we would not be able to send you a return for the same"

                      Okay, I finally receive a call back from the website and the executive tries to convince me that I had not read the product description correctly and that it stated a "cancellation" would not be issued after the "delivery" of the order. Really? So, there's no difference between "cancellation" and "Refund"? And all the "TrustPay" - no questions asked moneyback guarantee is just cock and bull stories?

                        I placed an order in Snapdeal on 28 Nov, 2013 a digital camera for my sisters wedding and which was supposed to be delivered 06 Dec, 2013. I ordered it for my sister's wedding which was on 09 Dec, 2013 and till today it never got delivered. I have called Snapdeal and Overnite Courier several times every single day from 06 Dec, 2013 onwards and they never had any answer. It caused lot of haresament and mental torture. It has hurt me emotionally. I have request for a refund on 15 Dec, 2013 and till today they have not started the process. Its really unaccepable and should not be spared. Please help me out.

                          I ordered for Electrolux Microwave Oven on 13th November 2013 which got delivered to my place on 16th November 2013, no doubt the delivery of product was real quick but we received faulty product. I called Snapdeal support and they asked me to get the same checked by Electrolux person and after we received confirmation from Electrolux representative on 19th Dec'13, I registered the complaint with Snapdeal Support. I kept on following up on the same for pick up of the product and registered an online complaint again on 24th Nov'13 the product was finally picked up on 28th Nov'13. After which another issue happened that till date I have not received any update regarding the same and after calling the support on daily basis and even talking to supervisors is not making any sense as the only rights which they has is escalate issue with logistics department and remain dependent on them. Today after so many days when I again called the support and spoke to supervisor he said the same thing that he will escalate the issue and will get the approval from logistics team for refund process which I denied stating after waiting for approx 1 month they want me to take refund rather then replacement product which is really ridiculous. I believe Snapdeal support has no value for customers time and customer satisfaction. The supervisors do not have any rights for getting the issue resolved, they cannot transfer call to any department or to their managers, they commit call backs which never happen, there is no ETA for providing resolution whereas as per Policy it is 7 days easy return process for any product which is false.                             I have purchased the Nikon Coolpix L28 20.1MP Point & Shoot Digital Camera (Black) with order number "[protected]" on Nov 7th 2013, I have raised issues facing in the product with product service provider and snapdeal customer representative but was not solved the issue faced in product. Then product has been sent back to Snapdeal to claim for other product or refund the money. But I didnt get any kind of response either from snapdeal or from your concern team since November 25 2013. I am suffering a lot due to this. I want to know where is my product, what about the money I have paid to you & why you people have kept your mouth shut.

                              I had purchased Sai Arpan Set Of 4 Double Bed Sheets & 8 Pillow Covers -10 Pcs Set with order id [protected] on 6 Dec 2013 from Snapdeal through online shopping. I received the product on 8 dec & I used 1 bedsheet. After 2 days I washed it & found it totally faded, it was red colour bedsheet & after washing colour was gone & it had white patches as it was one time use. immediately I called snapdeal & they said as it was washed it cannot be replaced but it is a combo pack & you have 3 so it would be considered .But now they are denying.I told them give me sellers contact number so that I can speak with him & tell to use his product in his house so that he will come to know .But nothing they are doing. my request id with snapdeal is #4284724.I have sent them photo of the bedsheet also as they required. Snapdeal's return policy is not fair & they promote third class products which can be used only once so beware guys with Snapdeal.

                                My order Id is [protected] and my request no is 4230327(just electronically generated by SNAPDEAL BY THEIR PRE-PROGRAMMED COMPUTERISED REPLY SYSTEM).I had a ordered a Titan Purple Watch on 29 th of November and the the product was to be delivered on or before 7 th of December.Since I didn’t received my order till the evening of 7 th of December, at about 5:40 p.m I talked to consumer representative Mr.Zubair on Snapdeal.com’s customer care number and he gave me the information that "The courier company(FIRST FLIGHT COURIER)was unable to deliver order to me as a result of which my order has been cancelled and they will inform me as they get the product back by the courier service "."AN ORDER BEING CANCELLED WITHOUT INFORMING ME THAT TOO AFTER WAITING FOR A WEEK AND THAT TOO ON FALSE GROUNDS"."THAT’S SO SO UNPROFFESIONAL". To verify their representatives feedback I went to the courier companies office immediately which is about 20 seconds distance from my shop.To my wonder he told me that they never received any courier with the tracking id:O991L0194870 so how is there any possibility to deliver it.To satisfy me he even showed the data on his computer. It took me no time to understand that SNAPDEAL.COM is the ultimate COMMERCIAL-FAKER of all time and you people are just faking the game JUST BECAUSE YOU COULD NOT DELIVER THE PRODUCT AT THE PROMISED PRICE.I had send an email to them regarding this matter but till now they haven’t even tried to communicate with me.I GUESS THIS IS THE PRIMARY CHARACTER OF COMMERCIAL FAKERS LIKE THEM.THE BEST OF THE BEST COMMERCIAL CHEATERS.

                                    I ordered a spice coolpad MI-496 from snapdeal and it got delievered to me on 29th Nov. Within two days the coolpad started showing its true colors, randomely while picking up the call, it used to get restarted . This was a faulty product and I got DOA ( Death on Arrival) certificate authorized service center and forwarded the same to SNAPDEAL. I raised this issue with snapdeal on 1st dec 2013 and they registered my complaint and issued me a request no 4157932.They arranged a reverse pick up on 5th dec . I have been calling them since 7th dec, and they reply by saying that they have not received the product, I spoke to their first level supervisor also on 10th dec and he told me to give us time till 11 dec and they will definitely get back to me. SANPDEAL :You cannot hold me for not receiving the package coz reverse pick up was arranged by you. I call them everyday and writing mails to them but I have not received any communication from their side. Today also I called them up and customer care executive accepted that fault is on their part and resolution would be provided within 2-4 hours on high priority.They are failing to understand the plight of a customer. This has turned out to be a nightmare . I have already spent more than 350 ruppes on calling snapdeal customer care and I want my full refund of 5939. Order No : [protected] Request No : 4157932
