    Hii I just shop online on[protected] on snapdeal.They advertise some promo code which i use on make payment mode but on website they show that promo code applied..but the actual amout was not not discounted..after that i moved to next step of COD mode of payment..they send me a sms and a email which confirms that order is placed..but the amount is still same as before..there no discount given too mee..but where the promo code is applied..soo i want to cancel my order immidiately..       On date 5/12/13 i ordered a watch.The order number is [protected]. It was written that they will dispatch it on 10/12/13. But on that day they cancelled the order without informing me. The MRP of that watch was 12995 and it was available on 1926 after discount. I want to Sue these people who make false promise. Pls help .

But till now I did not received the cash back in my account. Please check it and confirm me as soon as possible. ----- I got replied on that day: Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience you have experienced. Please note the below mentioned complaint number for your future reference. Complaint number: 4160256 and 4160703. ---- 7 days is over. Till now I did not get the cach back in my HDFC Account. They also did not reply any mail. Please refund the money as soon as possible.

            It was promised to be shipped within 27-Nov-2013 ; had been mailing for an update - no proper response received till date.

            The order includes one STUDDS Helmet - which is pretty urgent since not able to ride the newly bought bike.

              I Hubert Oswald Pereira, Mangalore, purchased a HCL ME Connect V2 With 2G Calling TAB (order number [protected]) online cash on delivery (COD) from snapdeal on 11 september 2013. Once when i tried to call using sim it was not working (sim calling option was not working), i called customer care and informed about this and they asked me to send it back for replacement, and they promised me a replacement. Few days later i got a mail saying that same product is not available (It was available on snapdeal website online) so they said they will refund the money, there was no option for me other than accepting refund(getting money back, I returned the product back on 16.09.2013 after that i got mail asking for bank details for the refund of money. At 24.09.2013 i sent my bank details. Later on 1st of October i got mail stating "We would like to inform you that we have forwarded your account details to our concerned department and they will get back to you within the next 48 hours along with the refund processing details" after some time i recieve a phone call from snapdeal customer care saying your account details are not correct 15 digits account number required, i sent it on 21st of October 2013, I used to check every day my bank account, no refund has come after 10 days(as per their 7-10 working days policy) i called customer care and told about money has not refunded they asked me to send 3 months statement showing passbook entry scanned copy, that also i sent on 19th of November on Nov 19th i got one more mail saying my (30 year old) SB account does not exist (Dhananjay Shashidharan, Nov 19 11:19 (IST): Dear Hubert, As per your query, we would like to inform you that your refund for your order [protected] for HCL ME Connect V2 With 2G Calling has been reversed saying account doesn't exist. We would request you to kindly provide us the correct NEFT details so that we can initiate your refund. In case of any further assistance or clarification on this issue, please reply back to this email.                 Hi, I had placed and order that was shipped on 26th Nov.Since 30th NOv the shipment status is showing as "flight delayed" in courior website.Now I called up customer care they told it should be delivered within 4 working days from shipping date.It's more than 4 days and it's still undelivered.SnapDeal should not avoid responsibility just by shipping.Till the time I receive it they should follow up with courior and get it done.Because of this kind o[censored]seless service people tend to go for COD option!!!                   i had ordered a laptop on Nov 2nd. And now its dec 2nd. They told the stock is over and refund claim has been initiated on Nov13th. Still I dint get the amount reflected back in my bank account. Please treat this as a serious concern. This is the worst shopping experience i had online

                    Had ordered for (order id [protected]) Samsung Galaxy Note 3 case on Nov 11, 2013. Instead of promised 5 days of delivery, same got delivered after 9 days. Over and above that what has been delivered is a completely different case and same does not match the specifications mentioned on site or for that matter even the product id. For some reason, I could not check the case within 7 days and observed the anomaly only on 8th day and when I complained to Snapdeal customer care, they informed sorry they cannot do much as 7 day TrustPay period has already passed. And could only apologies for wrong delivery ! Strange, it is like ordering for car and being delivered cycle and what Snapdeal can do is just apologies !

                      Hello sir, This is siva, a resident of hyderabad. I have ordered for an item through snapdeal.com on 10th Nov 2013 which I was given an estimated shipping date 13th. Then when I checked for the status, it said it's not delivered and I didn't much care thinking there could be a problem. After few days, order status said that the item was available with vendor so they are sending me the item from a different vendor. I thought that was okay, and after a week, I tried to check the order status again and it said it's in transit and will be delivered to me through bluedart by 23rd. I tried to check the status of shipment in bluedart website with the details provided by snapdeal.com and that said it's invalid. I then called snapdeal support who said they have raised a complaint and will be addressed in 24 hours.. No one ever called me and I tried calling me after 2 days and I get the similar and senseless response from the support. A supervisor said try this will be fixed within 48 hours and he said they will let me know about the status.. As expected, no response from them anymore. When I tried to check about the order again, it says that the shipment has been returned to snapdeal by bluedart. My sincere request to take a look at it and take a severe action on these kind of companies who do not value their customers time and money. Here are the order details.                         fraudulently selling fake and defective cell phones at lower rates. i bought a Xperia SP for 22002/- and the touchscreen is not functioning at all.also battery dies extremely quickly. After repeated complaints and phone calls (( cheats DONT even have a toll-free number, charging you for that also and they keep you on hold for 20mins or more!!.. i would say FLIPKART is a million times better anyday interms of PRODUCT QUALITY & AFTER SERVICE), they havent picked-up my phone for more than 15 days now..and when i tried asking for a replacement or refund, they began telling me about company policies under which electronics cannot be refunded or something like that. But the terms and conditions also say that a problem will be solved WITHIN 30 days from the time of it being raised. why do they follow only some SPECIFIC policies and cheat people like this? they are using totally UNFAIR TRADING PRACTICES!!

                          My experience with Snapdeal: On July-2013, I bought Apple Lightning Cable and charger for iPhone 5 ( Rs.1200 ) from Snapdeal. There was no way then to identify if the product is original or not and I trusted Snapdeal ( as my online experiences were with Flipkart only ) . By around September-2013, Apple release iOS 7 which reports duplicate accessories when connection to iPhone. As early as I connected the usb cable from Snapdeal to iPhone running iOS 7, it reported duplicate product ( attached pic ). I contacted Snapdeal who asked me to check with Apple service centre. When I went to Apple authorised service centre, they clearly identified the cable and charger as duplicate. They even proved that warranty print I had was of poor quality is never Apple's. I called and emailed Snapdeal customer service 'n' number of time with no help. I understand, I don't fall under Snapdeal trustpay period of 7 days. But selling duplicate products is plain fraud and Snapdeal should take the product back. Kindly advice me if going to consumer court is going to help. It is no more about money. But the unfair treatment dished out by Snapdeal is no to be repeated to others like me. Kindly advice on going to consumer court. I am very keen here. My Order # - [protected].

                          Warning to other users: Snapdeal might contact asking your banking account details telling they will refund money in 5-7 working days.. That is only to re-open your wound. Nothing will happen after that. No money will be refunded. So don't keep any false expectations. Go to consumer court. Let me know if any one has taken the consumer court route.

                            Dear Consumer Complaint Team, On 1st November 2013 I had purchased Aquafit Elliptical from Snapdeal by trusting Trust Pay policies. The item delivered on 12th November in not so good condition also found that the product which was on display was 4 in 1 (Elliptical, Twister, Stepper & Dumbles) But I got Only elliptical. On November 14th I registered a complaint that my product was not same as shown in the display.Snapdeal auto-reply mail replied with one complaint number 3936247(Attached Images for reference) saying within 48 hours their team will get back to me. After this I never got any kind of reply in spite of reminding several times saying that I will register complaint in consumer court regarding this.On 23rd November I called to customer care [protected] : Mr Yuvraj Arora, confirmed me that his team will surely get back to me withing next 48 hours but still waiting for a single response/update.                               HiOn 12Nov14 i order online mobile Phone micro max gold a300 i thoughtThat delivery will be done on one day because i need to goOut of station.I made payment through credit card, but on 19Nov got the delivery .when the courier personCame for delivery.The box is too big i open the box in front of courierperson in bill its written micromax gold a300 but when i check the boxspark shoes inside the box .Courier person name is Mohan.Then and their icall Snapdeal i spoke to swati and after that i said her to transfermy call to supervisor she transfer me to roaunak i tell everything toher, She said that take the box from courier person and let him go. sheWill take this issue on priority basses .she said that somebody willCome max to max on Saturday to collect that incorrect product nd afterThat she will process the refund .On 22nov Saturday nobody came again i callso many times .Sometime people disconnect the call or put me on hold fortoo long .On 22nov Saturday evening i call again i spoke to deepak heTransfer my call to sup mahinder he said me the same thing again ndagain.He said that he will do something within 48 hrs.This is the frsttime i order from snapdeal this is the worst experience i had .I wantmy.money back, as soon as possible .I already pay u but in return whati.got is the frustration .

                                I ordered a protein powder and now i want to return it but they are refusing to accept it stating the reason that the nutrition product cannot be returned. But i couldnt find any word related to it in the return policy of theirs. Also, They have mentioned 7 days no question asked return.

                                not happy with snapdeal. their return policy is not good as compare to Amezon or Flipkart. I recently bought a micromax mobile with exchange offer they quoted 1800 for my old mobile however when person came to collect mobile he refuse to pay 1800 instead he offered 700. I bought because of exchange offer but completely dissatisfied with the service now and not able to return new mobile. please be careful if you are going for exchange policy.

                                  sir i purchased a laptop on[protected] details DELL N[protected]GB-1TB-WIN8-1GB ati graphic card (price 46768)it was supplied to me on[protected] around 2 pm . Right from the begning the Dvd drive was not operating and next to it one USB port was also not configured . I sent photo copies of my laptop to the snapdeal people and repeated calls was made but the only reply WE APOLIGISE for the inconvience caused to u. The supplier is CACHET WORKS INDIA INC.(SAN) 4/16 Souvenier bldg, 15th Road, Bandra West. Mumbai, maharastra -400050. Even i contacted the suplier mr Rajesh told to bring the laptop to Nagrethpet for which i insisted, to have on site service later on after much talks he agreed and sent one technician to my place and he inspeccted and told its phyisical damage to be taken and checked . His address is MARUTI IT SERVICES from Jayanagar, Bangalore.sir whats my quiere is right from my first opening i saw the damage on the top of the dvd drive, dvd not operating and one usb. I think its a second hand laptop which i asked for replace ment which they are not ready .pl help me out to get me a solution .

                                  Rt from d begining the dvd drive and next to it one usb is no working .A physical damage on the top of dvd drive photo attached . Solution pl. U tell defective products replacement in 7 days, why not in this case?

                                  attached all photos try to solve the problem even vendors technicians job card saying dvd drive and usb not working is sent, try to replace the product or repay my amount with interest . So totell and in near future i dont want to buy any frm u people i hav forwarded the same mails to all my friends and collegues at TCS.

                                    To whomsoever it concerns at Snapdeal, I have ordered a HUL Pureit Marvella RO Water Purifier order number [protected]. And I received the product on 5th Nov 2013 but it was broken inside the package. After logging a complain with Snapdeal on 6th Nov 2013 for Order ID - [protected] and Item HUL Pureit Marvella RO Water Purifier is 3820946. Snapdeal arranged a return back courier http://www.delhivery.com/ to return the product and they collected the product on 9th Nov 2013 having Receipt Number [protected]. Now, the courier delhivery.com conforms that they deliver the product to Snapdeal on 14th Nov 2013, but Snapdeal telling me that they did not receive the return product till 20th Nov 2013. And always telling the same dialogue that they will get back in 24 or 48 Hrs. It's already being 7days the product is being return delivered to Snapdeal and till today they want another 48hrs to update me, all this nonsense statement. There are absolutely no systems in place to even give a customer a basic status information. Can you let me know whether I will be getting my amount back ? and when?                                     Snapdeal.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                    To whomsoever it concerns at Snapdeal, I have ordered "HUL Pureit Marvella RO Water Purifier" order [protected] on 31st Oct 2013 from Snapdeal.com. Conforming to deliver On or Before Nov 05, 2013 and got the delivery but the DAMAGED one on 5th Nov 2013. When I opened on 6th Nov 2013 and found the product was already broken inside, then I logged a complain 3820946. Pic also attached. This is the message got from Snapdeal: "Your request number for Order ID - [protected] and Item HUL Pureit Marvella RO Water Purifier is 3820946. We will get back to you in 48 hours on your request." Then as snapdeal suggest the product is being reverse packed and send back to snapdeal.com on 9th Nov 2013 with Pickup Receipt # [protected] with courier delhivery. Which is being delivered to Snapdeal.com on 14th Nov 2013 as per receipt [protected] and status from http://www.delhivery.com/. But when I called Snapdel customer service they are telling that the product is not yet received. I called many times to Snapdeal but getting the response every time that we will update in next 48 Hrs and promising action. And Snapdeal.com is telling that they did not received the product yet but http://www.delhivery.com tells that they already delivered the product to snapdeal on 14th Nov 2013. What's the hell is this going on? Is it really taking time after receiving product from 14th Nov but not updating me till 20th Nov .                                       I have purchased a canon lied 110 scanner on 10/sep/2013 ( order id: [protected] )and I received on 19 sep 2013 and opened it on 21/sep/2013 when i opened it i found it doesn't have seal i thought it will not come with seal. When I scanned a photo i got black lines at edge of the image.Immediately I reported to support team regarding this problem. They offered 100 rs/- SD cash for this problem I have rejected and asked for replacement they are asked to reship the product so i sent back to them but instead of replacement i have received same defect product.Immediately I sent mail to them about this problem on 15 Oct they replied that the problem will be resolved in next 48 hours. From there they are repeating same dialog. So many 48 hours went off but they are not providing resolution I have sent many mails to them and contacted them on phone still they are saying waiting for 48 hours. now they are saying there is no problem. but i show the another image to them from onwords they are saying go to service center.but we don't have service center but i don't want go to service center why because they didn't send perfect product. i think they know its a defect product that's way they offered 100/_ sd cash.

                                        This is with regard to the order no.[protected] for item - Reebok Transport White & Silver Sports Shoes Size 10 bearing code/voucher no.[protected] placed on 25th October 2013 and the subsequent delivery of the same through Blue Dart Couriers vide Courier AWB No.[protected] on payment of Rs.2250/-. There was a complaint (Ticket No.3727844) raised for the same on the 30th of October as the received goods didnot confirm to the ones ordered neither in style nor the colour (and they havent been tested for size). Apart from the prefunctionary mail conveying regret over inconvenience caused, there has been no communication from your end. A reverse pick up was also suggested which is yet to materialise and for which i do not give my acceptance till either the correct order is serviced with the right goods or a refund of the same amount is made urgently. Even after repeat calls to the customer care the issue stands unresolved.
