hello, this is pranav harihar from gurgaon. i ordered a laptop bag ( worth Rs 1700) from snapdeal on jan. 20 2014. from that day till date the merchant is neither shipping the product nor cancelling it. i've called some 10 times for to solve the problem but everytime i was told that their executive will back, but no one calls. Dear snapdeal team,

my concern was listed with snapdeal customer care since jan. 23 2014 and till date nothing happened. Neither my product was shipped nor money refunded. all the time you senior customer care executives are busy and it was told to me that they will call back but i've'nt gt a single call from your side.
Now i will wait till this monday *feb 10 2014) and if i wont get any solution ( and that is full refund) i will be forced to registered a case of forgery against snapdeal.
I ordered TWO Nos Tata Sky Connectiona and paid vis my Credit card from Snapdeal.

On 11 sep I received ONLY A RETAIL INVOICE by Bluedart Courier BUT I HAVE NOT YET RECEIVED THE ITEMS that I have ordered.
Every time I track the AWB of Bluedart I am getting a nmessage DELIVERED but I have received only the RETAIL INVOICE with NO INFO about the items I have ordered.

PLEASE HELP.

    I ordered a poker set for Rs 6250 on 26th Dec 2013 -Order No: [protected] in a buy one get one offer. I received a shipment on 29th Dec 2013. However, the company didn't ship me the free product. I registered a complaint the same day having Complaint number- 4534028. After following up with the company for over a month now, the company is refusing to honour the deal and is saying the offer was due to "content error" and that they cant do anything about it. All my invoices bear the offer details but they are still not ready to honour the deal.

      Hi,
      In January 2014 start I ordered a "Eureka Forbes Trendy Steel Vacuum Cleaner" using www.snapdeal.com shopping site.I paid using credit card in advance. On 10th jan 2014 I received the package. The package was in very bad shape it was not properly wrapped and some how managed using cello tapes to contain the item. But as i wasn't home my parents received the package. When I opened it was physically damage product given to me and even no receipt is provide in the package. So I didn't even checked if it is working or not and packed it back. I logged complaint already with Snapdeal my complaint request no is #4692816. Initially they arranged a courier pickup from my home but the courier guy never picked item. So I again called snapdeal. Snapdeal asked me to do courier my self .so I looked for some courier service but it was very costly and snapdeal was not agreed to compensate this much for the courier. Snap deal again said they will arrange a pick up courier and I am still emailing them calling them again and again. But nothing is happened till now.
      Also On thier website the clearly mentioned that the products are under trust pay guarantee and they will not ask any question if customer want to return a damage product. But still they are saying once snapdeal will receive the product back snapdeal will check if complaint is genuine then only refund will be done. Is customer is fool who firstly order a product break it and then request a return on very first day.
      I am attaching broken product and packaging pictures.
      Please ask if anything else is needed from my side.

      Snapdeal provided reverse pickup for the damaged product and then refund is also provided. But they don't bother to drop a email or call to customer, i have to make calls again and again if the reverse parcel is received at there side or not, over all i am not happy with them.

We clearly mentioned to snap deal that none of nation couriers ready to ship the product to snap deal newdelhi. Courier company wants the email from snap deal that want email from snap deal to ship this product to new dlehi.

        WORST online shopping site, purchased casio calculator and recieved "STONE IN PLACE OF CALCULATOR". Sellers on snapdeal are fraud. At the time of receiving the product i asked the delivery boy to return item by snapdeal but he refused to return and say that you complaint against snapdeal and the courier boy has accepted that the parcel contains the stone when it was opened.Now still they are not replying my email and no update of refund by snapdeal .           I have orderd Tribord Swimming goggles Quantity 2 worth Rs 498.but end up in receiving Nabaji brand which is diffrent than wat ordered.after that i intiated refund process and sent 2 swimming goggles in packet of one.but till now i have received refund of Rs .249 for 1 swimming goggle only(ref no of transaction showing payment of 249 only = 74678443364413088252302).Please find screenshot attached image of my sanpdeal account which shows both product are reverse pickup recieved by snapdeal.I have taken follow-up by contacting snapdeal customer care but my concern is not resolved. so i yet to rec Rs.249 from snapdeal.

            I ordered tablet iball Q1035 on snapdeal (order id [protected]) on 27th jan 2014 I received the product and I found that tablet touch screen is not working and the tablet is getting switched off again and again. When I register my complaint (no.4906755) to snapdeal they promised me that will call with in 48 hrs but there was no response at all.i tried calling again and again I send reminder mail also. Then I decided to to take the tablet to iball service centre there it was not possible to b replaced the service centre guy gave me a DOA receipt and he call up to snapdeal. after a hour I got a call from snap deal to scan and forward the receipt of DOA which I did. after few hours I got a mail with the same promise but there is no sign regarding replacing the tab. or refunding the money.

            I received the same mail atleast 4 times. Whenever i send a mail regarding details of refunding or replacement i receive the same mail which is sent above by snapdeal. Why i have to wait for long time to get the details. Its better to buy product in market than shopping online.
            I also faced same issue... what you have done to resolve this?

              SNAPDEAL Which provide TrustPay protects customers with a 100% moneyback guarantee if there is an issue with product quality, size or delivery... all false statements... when you call their all center all rude people ...and cut the phone... when you call the again to escalate the matter the provide a icing on the cake... please look into this what can be done... complain no :4809509... the product received is damaged. the socket pin itself is damaged. request you to please initiate the refund for the same. i shop so many time from snapdeal but i have never received such bad product delivery delay with damaged product.                 I ordered wildcraft jacket (S) size from this site on 14th Jan, 14 with order number [protected].
                This product was delivered to me on 18th Jan with wrong size. I received M size from them. No intimation was given to me regarding change of size. I complaint them and they took that product back sayin they will replace it. After this I have not received any kind of intimation from them and also they are not replying to my mails. Is this the way these sites cheat their customer? That product was meant to gift somone which i was not able to do because of error made by them.
                I want compensation from them and the product as well.

                  On Jan 14th, 2014, I placed an online order for Neil Charcoal Barbeque bearing order no: [protected] . My shipment arrived within the promised number of days. I opened the package which was later found to be defective and inadequate according to ISI standards, which was not expecting to be delivered.

                  I then attempted to use online system to submit my item for return. The website SNAPDEAL informed me that the product could not be returned. The Customer service executive initially resisted and was blaming me for have opened the package, suggesting that “they would just end up telling me the that I should keep this disgusting product and they will pay me 200 rupees as a console gesture.”

                  I have spent an amount of 2413 rupees and this is what i get . The product is carrying a 1 year warranty on the box and on the SNAPDEAL website, these people are cheating us in this way. Please someone help me to have it returned.

                      Dear Concerned Officer, I had placed an order with Snap deal India on 9th of January 2014 for Herbalife product. I was initamed through messages and emails that my order will be delivered by 13th January 2014 but i had not yet received it till date. In between i had checked with the customer care officer about the status of the shipment and he told me that this particular product is out of stock and we are arranging for the same (order request was taken even when product was not available with snap deal). Finally I bought this product from somewhere else and decided to cancel my order on 19th January 2014 but customer representative told me that they cannot cancel my order as the product is in shipment process. I had place the cancellation request on 20th January 2014 morning as well but i was told the same thing again. Product supervisor Mr. Mandalya and customer care office Mr. Yuvraj Arora were not updated with relevant information of money refund process and Mr. Mandalya told me it will take 48 hours to get my order cancelled and my money will be refunded in 7-10 days. Snap deal has extensively advertised 7 days money back policy on their website to attract online buyers but they do not stick to their promise and i strongly discourage their idea of fooling innocent customers. I would request you to kindly take my complaint into consideration and i hope to you will take the required action against snap deal. Relevant document proof can be provided to support my complaint.                         Dear Sir / Madam, I purchased Serious Mass 12 Lbs (Strawberry Flavor) on 12th Jan 2014, Order Id - [protected], but received Banana Flavor. Before opening the products I wasn't about the flavor as I presumed it to be strawberry. The sugar level in the product is very high & seems to be adulterated, which was not the case in any previous products from ON. When they contacted they said they will only payback 500rs where as the actual amount of the product is 5500.                           I ordered VOX Remote Room Heater vide order number [protected] which has been shipped to me and received at my end in the damaged condition (internal damage). I immediately raised compliant with complaint number 4553453 on 3rd Jan 2014. They responded vide email saying that they will get it reverse picked up within 4 business days and would provide replacement which got over on 9th Jan. I again escalated the matter to their Support Team over calls for 6 days during 9th to 17th and over email dated 11th. Their Support Team demanded another 4 days for reverse pick up which got over on 16th. Still the damaged product is not reverse picked up by Snapdeal. This shows totally absence of accountability of Snapdeal on shipping the damaged product and subsequently not getting it picked up during the timeline they provided which has amounted to mental, physical and financial harassment and needs to be compensated financially in addition to the immediate replacement of the product.

                            i called a champion Halogen heater from Snapdeal.com on 27 December, 2013, next day i received a damaged product, then i called [protected](customer care), the representative said that he will send he en email and I've to reply on it with pics of the damaged product attached to it and the respond of which will come in 48 hours, I did that and waited for 48 hours, after 48 hours i received a call from Snapdeal on 30 December, 2013, the representative said that i also have to send the photos of outer packaging(snapdeal) and inner brand packaging, so i did that. then on 01 January, 2014 i called them than this time the representative said that he didn't received any email, then i again send the email as the reply of the email, then i got a message on 02, January, 2014 that my product will be collected within 4 days, then i made the product ready for the return, after 4 days when no one came, i again called Snapdeal on 6 January, then representative said the previous day was Sunday and they did not count the day when they send message, i again remained with dissatisfaction and now Its 10 January, 2014, and the product is still with me, no one came to pick it up. Its not a matter of only money i paid but also that its 15 days since i am suffering in the winters of Delhi Region, just because of Snapdeal.com services

                              I bought a Nokia Lumia from Snapdeal on Jan-2014. Snapdeal lured me with a cheapest offer price and big promises of timely delivery and "Trust Pay" policy. Little did I realize that these are all lies and what was about to happen. Here are the sequence of events: 1) The product apparently got dispatched within the promised time and I was informed via SMS (so far so good) 2) It was sent via an unknown courier company ecomexpress. I noticed the product in transit for some days and wondered how long does it really take to ship a product within India. I called ecomexpress a delhi based number. Then the fun started! 3) EcomExpress IVR number rang and rang and rang. No-one picked up the call. Even after repeated attempts could not even get through to them 4) It was Saturday and I contacted snapdeal and they responded they will look into it. I asked if they delivered on Sunday as i had plans to go out and they said no they do not deliver on Sun and I should expect delivery on Monday (the committed delivery date) 5) On Monday, product was still in transit. Contacted them again and was told that they tried to deliver the product on Sunday and found the house closed. Checked with Security of my apt..no one had come from snapdeal nor left any kind of note!!! 6) A few days later after repeated follow ups status was updated "Delivered:"... and no one had even made a call for delivery!! Checked with Security again and they said again that no one had come let alone deliver anything. 7) Calls to call centre yielded no result. Calls were answered by ill mannered, unprofessional people who didn't care a damn about your product and you. There is no escalation mechanism so you are at their mercy once you order the product. It is Friday and I am still waiting for Snapdeal to grant me the favour of delivering the product that I had paid for and had gone through so much trouble to get.                                   I had a complaint against Snapdeal regarding a service that I had bought of them. I raised my concern with them but
                                  the response which I got was not satisfactory at all. Thus, I decided to file my complaint with consumer court.
                                  They understood my complaint and promised me timely resolution as well. i have call many times to snapdeal
                                  customer care and also send the mail but there is no repose for her side .
                                  When i call to Snapdeal and was given an verbal assurance that the product would be replaced and within
                                  a 24-48 hr I had not received any call and product from Snapdeal .
                                  but still 4 days gone but no response. when i call to her c.care they simply giving me bluff .

                                    it's a shame and unprofessional, don't try to fool your customer. online shopping runs on trust only. once you loose it will make you out of the market in no time. Stop shipping garbage and junk without checking its quality.

                                    i guess snapdeal is examining my patience level, by committing the same fraud again. it was promised to me that this time i'll get a brand new sealed product, but what i received is a package full of .

                                    i want the problem resolved ASAP, with blacklisting of the fraud seller. as i mentioned in last conversation, i have other important work to do beside of receiving package of from snapdeal. i'll be out station till 8 jan. so plan the problem resolving according to my convenience.

                                    now coming to the point:

                                    2nd tym product delivered to me is not new, seal of box is tempered

                                    box is in very bad condition

                                    it was returned by some costumer so it has courier detail sticker on it which explains that it has been returned from nagpur to panvel.

                                    laptop has dent on its top and some scratches on screen, plastic wrapper of adapter and battery seems old and repacked several times.

                                    i bought this laptop on credit card (which unfortunately i have not used), Now my credit card bill is due for 14th jan. so in any circumstances, i don't want to pay coz i have not used the product nor in condition to overdue it for high interest rate.

                                    since 23rd Dec i am begging for your mercy, i don't have any patience left in me thanks to Snapdeal.

                                    so stop fooling around make and your stand clear, so i can take legal action (if its not resolved, i mean full refund before 14th jan which is due date of my credit card bill)

                                    first i am not getting any solid response from you, and how dare!!! your costumer care after listineng to my problem hangs up the phone. i was told after sending images problem will be resolved in few hours.

                                    what the hell you ppl doing, i thought only the seller is fraud. but now i am sure its snapdeal who promoting the fraud, by not taking victim buyers side.


                                    one more evidence to prove your fraud...the billing date for laptop is 2nd jan 2014, but the warranty has been already registered by previous user on 4th oct 2013. it just not the case of tempered seal and damaged product.

                                    i have enough evidence to drag snapdeal in to the court, and the big line up of lawyers in my family will be pleased to take legal action.

                                    Resolve it ASAP.

                                      They then gave the delivery date of 21/12/2013 which again they failed and on tracking courier company (Overnite express) it first showed that courier has been misrouted to a city - ranikhet and later sent back and rerouted to the destination city. I filed my concerns to snapdeal and they assured me for that, which they are with same status, the pathetic concern from their side.. And suddenly on 28/ dec/2013 i get a mail from snapdeal that product has been delivered to you on 27/12/2013 through overnite express. I had also registered my email and mobile no. With the concerned courier company -overnite express., to keep me updated and inform about my courier... But i never received any correspondence from their side either and it was only snapdeal which said it delivered. Only after my complaint on 26/12/13 complaint. Number 4442802 and subsequent enquiries till date that today one after another ii received 4 shooting e mails from overnite express. Regarding the fake deliveries of my order, this is as under--

                                        Dear Sir / Madam, I have ordered in snapdeal for Evetoes Wonderful Blue Wedge Heel Pumps visa order no.[protected] & i paid cash on delivery, later I cancelled my order because of size issue. I got mail from snapdeal help desk for my bank details & after providing the same they mailed me on 17th November 2013 mentioning the refund of the same will be receive within 7-10 working days. I waited till 2nd December & then started following up with them, but till date amount is not credited in my account. I provided them my bank statement & confirmation from my bank ( HDFC ) also that no amount is received from Snapdeal against the Reference no. P[protected]. from last 1.5 month i am following up with them & same answer is received that they apologies & will escalate the matter to seniors. I received mail on 18th Dec 2013 from Mr. Dhananjay Shashidharan that they are initiating the NEFT My complaint no. is 4165303 with snapdeal. Please look into matter & help me in resolving the same.
