Recently I purchased Dell Vostro 2420 from Snapdeal. The product malfunctioned within 3 days of my purchase. I spoke to Snapdeal to cover this product under their '7 days Money back Guarantee'. They promised to get back to me within 48 hours and now after 15 days and even after repeated reminders there is no response from them.

Also, Snapdeal has purchased this laptop in April 2013, hence Dell is ready to consider warranty only upto April 2013 irrespective of my purchase date of 24 June 2013.

SNAPDEAL IS A REAL CHEAT ! BEWARE !

    I have ordered a samsung 32 gb memory card on 23 june. The order id is [protected].the order is not received yet and the site snapdeal site show that order is delivered on 28 june. But the courier site show it is returned to origin on 6th july. Dtdc is courier site and tracking number is x01458249.i want my 1210 rs back.

      i had purchase Samsung galaxy grand from snap deal on 03/07/2013 witch was as safer agreement to be delivered whiten 7 days i .e. 10 July 2013 till date
      ( 11July ) the phone has not even dispatch by the retailer ,according to them the phone will come in transit in next 48 hours,
      the payment of the same i.e.18000 was debited at the time of placing order when i ask for order cancelled my apil was not heard
      by the miens of this form i amit kumar wants this order to be canceled the and money of the same to be refunded to the to my account by snap deal,

        Hi,

        My order number is [protected] and complaint number registered with them is 2450206. I had purchased the product based on the comment that it is of free size, however when I received the product it was of smaller size and was unable to fit me. So I returned the product to them as per their email and now I am not getting any revert from them on the status and as per the courier company the product is already delivered to them and I am pretty helpless as they are not even acknowledging my single email.

        I have paid INR 120/- in courier charges so anyways the offer through which I purchased got null due to such heavy charges and also I am not getting any revert from them. So Please if anyone can help me.

          Snapdeal neither re-sending the product nor refunding after product damage reported

          On 15th June, 2013, I ordered an Ajanta Pendulum Wall clock (Order No. : [protected]) from SNAPDEAL after making payment through credit card. On 22nd June, 2013, I received the product from First Courier service in damaged condition (wall clock glass broken into pieces) and also the color of the product was different from the one that I actually ordered.

          Immediately, I contacted the SNAPDEAL 24x7 customer support[protected] and informed the same. The support person created a complain ticket (ticket # 2381757) and asked me to send a mail to [protected]@snapdeal.com with the picture of the damaged product. I send 4 pictures (inner ( Brand ) and Outer Packaging ( snap deal )) related to the damaged product that I received and sent them by referring the complain ticket # 2381757.
          On 23rd June, 2013, SNAPDEAL asked me to send the product with all the accessories, Original Brand Packaging and invoice by a courier (not DTCC). In that mail, they promised that they will reimburse the courier charge once they receive the damaged product.

          I returned the damaged product by First Flight Courier (consignment # ME0287012) as per the instruction given by SNAPDEAL and it costs me Rs 387/-. I mailed them and confirmed that I sent the damaged product with the courier slip (for courier charge reimbursement) as per their instruction.
          On 27th June, 2013, the damaged product was delivered as I confirmed from First Flight Courier.

          Since then SNAPDEAL stopped responding to me as I have sent several reminder for the status update of complain ticket # 2381757. I tried calling their 24x7 customer support[protected] several times but simply wasted call charges. Nobody has picked up the call.

          On 3rd July, 2013, I received the following mail from SNAPDEAL with respect to complaint number # 2381757 which is very dissatisfying and embarrassing

          “This is regarding your request number 2381757 for which we had contacted you 4 days ago. We have not heard from you in a while, and in our quest to help solve your issue as soon as possible, would request your immediate attention.
          Here's the last response from our team.”

          I replied in the mail that I returned the damaged product and also confirmed from First Courier about its successful delivery.
          Again SNAPDEAL stopped responding to me and this time I decided to create another complain support ticket (ticket #2452298). On 4th July, 2013, they replied they will surely update me with the resolution within next 48 hours.

          But Alas!!! Since then 90 hours passed but no body from SNAPDEAL has updated me with the status of complain.

          Now I’m getting the feeling that I’ve been cheated by SNAPDEAL as they have neither delivered the right product with the courier charges that I incurred in returning the damaged product nor refunding the total money.

          What should I do now? Please help me getting back my hard earned money from SNAPDEAL.

            This is with reference to the order I’ve booked on[protected]:25:08 for Micromax Canvas HD phone.

            Since, I’ve got this device I’m facing numerous problems regarding its operation.

            I’ve decided to take it to the service center but for that i needed BILL of my purchase which I’ve misplaced.

            So, I wrote to the snapdeal for providing me the duplicate copy of the bil. Snapdeal replied on June 27 (9.37 am IST) and asked me to give IMEI no. which i did on June 28.

            Since then they’ve closed this query and are asking me for feedback on the query resolved. They’ve stopped replying to my mails and are not providing me the duplicate copy of bill.

            This is not a good after sale service they are providing and they are mentally harassing me by doing this.

            Please do the needful in this regard

                I bought Karbon Titanium S5 from Snap deal whose cost was 11990/- and Order number was[protected] , received it on 21st may but the product was faulty and wrong of specifications( colour was deep blue instead of black that i ordered ) so the very next day i filed a complaint and they promised me to make an arrangement for picking up the phone back but they never did so finally i shipped them the product on 7th June and they confirmed that they have received the product on 17th June and asked to wait for 48 hours and they will ship me the product back,, but today its 7th June and still they haven't done any thing, and i m fed up , its been one month now and nothing have been done yet. i want my money back, or my phone. please do something

                  I had ordered intex aqua i5 via snapdeal order no [protected] on 17/06/2013. This product was to be shipped on 20/06/2013. However same was not shipped before 23/06/2013. Along with my order i was suppose to receive a 8 GB memory card free. When i received my order to my surprise this memory card was missing. I had immediately called & e-mailed snapdeal with regards to this problem(tkt no: 2396508; 2394799) on 24/06/2013. Snap deal says that they will give me snapdeal cash of rs 320 & i need to order same again from their website. I do not appreciate this as it is a insult of taking refund & ordering again. Snapdeal should ensure that I receive my memory card as same was promised by them but to my surprise they have stopped answering to my mails. Whenever i call customer support they say it is under process & a supervisor will give me a callback but same is not yet done. I have not received any reply/response from snapdeal This is very pathetic customer service & not at all apreciated.

                    Very Very Very Very Very worst response and service from snapdeal. I never get this much of frustration in my entire life. Now i got because of snapdeal. Never never purchase from snapdeal.com.

                    I placed order on June 10th and it supposed to deliver on June 13th. I paid the money (Rs. 4349) using my credit card.

                    Customer support of Snapdeal never bothering and simply telling that they need more time and waiting for status from partners. And they will put call on hold for long time.

                    Could you please do the needful help??? What actions shall i take on these irresponsible snapdeal?

They have dispatched my order on June 19th.I had payed Rs:349 through net banking. But till now they have not delievered my product.                       I placed my order with snapdeal on[protected]:52:47 .They said it would be delivered within 7-10 days .But the product has not even been dispatched yet. I have sent them many mails and made a few calls too but they have a very casual approach .They took down my complaint and said that I would be mailed the shipping details and the product would be shipped soon .But no details on that too !!

                      So when my item is claimed to deliver by 17th and today on 23rd snapdeal Cutomercare is asking 48 hour without any commitment of delivery, this shows their interest in breaking the deal, they are not willing to deliver my laptop,
                      So I am filing a complaint to refund my amount

                      dhl company please shut down your company!!...no one picks up the phone and the order is not completed which was to be done before 17th june!
                      I ordered a mobile phone from snapdeal.com 3 weeks ago, which was promised to be delivered within a week. But still after this 2 weeks long gap company is not responding properly and not providing any details about my product.
                      My product was Micromax Canvas Juice with order number [protected].
                      I now want my money refunded but company is saying that after shipping they can't initiate refund process.
                      I have ordered my stylus pen of 155 it is ordered from sneha juneja when will I get it
                      Had placed order for Philips Trimmer on 28 Jun 2014. Payment was made in advance.
                      And I had started to check starting on 30 Jun, and everyday the customer service people would say that the delivery would be made in 48 Hrs.
                      And now today, 04 July, they are saying two different reasons - issue with supplier & issue with courier service. They don't even have courtesy to let me know what is the actual reason.
                      If there was any problem, they should have let me known when I had placed the order.

                      they are robbing us blind in broad daylight. i made payment for an order which they later tell me does not exist. second product was of the worst quality ever. third had a size issue. i returned 1 and 3. both have not been replaced. they have refunded my money as SD cash!! who wants their f** SD cash? i want my money back and do not want to pay for their shortcomings. forget money, no proper reply at all. i would hav written atleas 20 mails . and now, the complaint page does not open either.

                      unprofessional imbeciles.. incompetent for the job. how are they still open? they should just shut down their useless establishment and leave the job to professionals. .if this is the situation educated people are in, I am not sure how much they have made from the innocent crowd that shops online.

                      I have ordered an yamaha keyboard on nov 5th 2014, but till now i have not received the product, when i inquire they said, we are working on the issue and provide you the resolution at the earliest, but i have not receive any proper responses, please help me in getting the money refunded.

                      I have ordered a product on 12th November (Skil (By BOSCH) Impact Drill Machine - 6513 JP - 13mm Capacity = Order # [protected]). The product has still not been delivered to me. On speaking to the customer care representative I was told the product will reach me by 25th November, after that another date (1st Dec) was updated on the order status. However, I still haven't received it. Today i received an IVR call, surprisingly which had the options in sequence

                      press 1 if you have received the product
                      press 2 if you want to cancel the product
                      press 3 if you still want the product.

                      now the question is why the stress is on cancellation of the product. it seems you dont even have the product.
                      Even when i called the courier partner Delhivery, i get to know that there is some issue going on at mumbai hub, when i said i would collect it myself the CSE declined it completely saying that it is not allowed. Which courier partner would hold back the package for 10 days, and company like snapdeal is keeping quite on this not doing anything.

                      I have started feeling Snapdeal is a bunch of liars. In fact, all the offers on snapdeal are mere gimmicks (just to inflate the revenue figures) and they are in no position to service the products they have listed. I want the product that I have ordered. Its time we should have a regulator for e-commerce.

                      I purchased Asus Zenfone 2 Laser, Order ID: [protected] on 13 Sep 16. It was to be delivered on 16 Sep 16, later extended to 18 Sep 16 but it has not been delivered so far. On pressing track an pop up window opens where last status updated on 15 Sep (Courier is transporting your item to a hub near you). No courier tracking number available. On clicking track Currier it opens India Post site which shows “The page you're looking for doesn't exist. This indicates Snap Deal is giving fake info.
                      I lodged a complaint yesterday and Snap Deal again promised to resolve issue / revert back with 24 Hrs but again it became false promise. No reply/solution so far.
                      While purchase Snap Deal offered Gold benefits (Next Business day delivery). Is it Gold benefit ????
                      Snapdeal is requested to resolve the issue at earliest.

                        cash back but details as cancell .. so over all emi cancell due to

                        snapdeal admit its there fault but escaping and saying i have to pay

                        initially i order as per emi for 6 month how can i pay the full in one go.
                        need help how as following snapdeal every day from 17 th 2013 but not

                          I had placed an order for Puma Stamp Ind Black & White Slippers on www.snapdeal.com on the 15th of june,2013 via order no [protected] and had ordered for 7 no size of the slippers but on the delivery dated 20th june,2013 I found that the slippers were of 6 no size and found that the correct size for me would be size 8.I immediately contacted the customer support and my complaint was registered and I was promised that the product would picked up back within 4 business days and exchanged as per my requirements. They also promised me that they would contact me within 24-48 hours. But the company could not stand up to its words neither did I get a call nor has the pick up been arranged yet.i have called the customer support many times sometimes they they ask us to wait for the call and the pickup and many a times do not pick up the call.I haven’t got even a single response from till now.The issue has been harassing and disappointing.
                          I shall be really obliged if my grievances are heard and solved as soon as possible.

                            I purchased a Zebronics NC1000 Laptop Cooling Pad in Snapdeal.com online store. Order ID:2404406, They sent the item by Bluedart courier service with very low quality packing. By that I got damaged item received.

                            I raised a complaint and got auto generated "Snapdeal Customer Support Request #2404406" email. I this they mentioned representative will contact within 48 hrs. But they didn't contact. And even I tried to to contact their 24x7 cc service, They don't picking the cc executive.

                            Please suggest me anything to do for this.

After opening it I found out that they have sent me full sleeve one. I complained and their is no satisfactory response from them.                                   I ordered a samsung LED monitor at snapdeal.com on 7th june 2013, which order number is [protected]. On 11th June I received it. On 12th June I complained to snapdeal about HDMI port is not working with this LED. Complaint number is 2294732. On 15th June snapdeal's courier service picked it from me for checking issue. In between 11th to 15th June I talked snapdeal's help desk's several representatives on their customer care number, and also emailed my concerns. No body cares about the customer, even some time behaving bad also. On 21st June I received a call from snapdeal about fault is found in the LED. So snapdear people will send a new one in 48 hours. and then after calling snapdeal and emailing them several times till today on 27th June I received again a mail with written that it will take 48 hours. snapdeal making fools to customer, this company is worst in the eCommerce field. Comparing to others snapdeal is standing thousands time below then them. Snap deal having worst service in the world.
                                  Even it looks to me they will never send my product. Even now they are not picking phone even i waited 15-20 minutes several times, It only increased my mobile bill. From last 3 days two times their representative told me that their system is not responding now so they can not tell any thing about my complaint but they will call me in 4 hours, even more than 50 hours completed, no body called me from snap deal.
                                  Snapdeal is worst. not to purchase any product if you don't want to increase your blood pressure.

                                    Hi All, I bought JBL Cinema BD 100 5.1 channel 3D Blu Ray player from Snapdeal on 6/8/2013 via Credit Card with order ID [protected] and I was informed that delivery would be done by 6/11/2013. On 6/12/2013 I called the Customer Care (CC) asking why the product didn't reach my place, they informed that it is NOT AVAILABLE FROM VENDOR and that they DO NOT KNOW when it will be available. I waited till 6/16/2013 and called them a few times, but every time they told the same thing. So I cancelled the order on 6/17/2013 and the trouble began. On6/17/2013, even when the product was shipped and was sent to me, the CC person told me the order status is unkown so I cancelled it, but the order was already shipped. Meanwhile, I cancelled the order and booked it from another dealer on 6/17/2013. But on 6/21/2013, the order reached me and I refused to accept it as CC person informed me to do so as to cancel my order. But shockingly, the shipment went to some MUKHARJEE instead of me. Snapdeal had NO IDEA about it and when I called them, they knew it. They said it will be taken care of and on 6/24/2013, my order will be cancelled once the product is returned by the courier company. Now the product is still lying at courier company's office, I called them and they say they are awaiting Snapdeal's confirmation and when I call Snapdeal CC I still get the answer as SERVER DOWN or NO UPDATE. My credit card bill will get generated by the month end and I unneccessarily will have to pay the interest for an cancelled order. This is ridiculous. GUYS DON'T BUY THIS PRODUCT OR FOR THAT MATTER ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE, OR YOU ARE IN FOR A SIMILAR SUFFERING!!

                                      I have ordered the following product on 15th June,2013 through www.snapdealcom.(*order details : [protected] and IFB 17 Pg2S Grill 17 Ltr Microwave Oven*) It is never dispatched neither shipped to the respective address. They didn't give me a follow up call @[protected] asap.
                                      As I haven't recieved the order yet i just want to cancel the order right now and this an example of extreme unproffessionalism that I have ever faced during online shopping.So I want my money back asap.Please refund it back asap to the respective credit card account. After shooting emails and calling their customer care also they never contacted me or emailed me back. This is the 2nd time I am going through the same problem. They just cheat people.

                                        www.snapdeal.com - One of the worst experience with “so called” well known shopping/deal portal recently.

                                        A week later, I was sitting on my laptop surfing internet, I used to do lot of shopping online through various shopping portals, so I was browsing through various shopping portals and getting excited through offers provided by them, I come across very attractive offer for Asus Laptop on www.snapdeal.com. The portal was offering highly configured Asus Laptop around 28000 the original price of the laptop is around 46000. So, it’s obvious that I got more excited. I placed the order as I have trust on the portal due its past services.

                                        On their site, they show the “Out of stock” text against the products which are not in stock with them, in my case, it was not in this mode. So they accepted the order. They have mailed order acceptance mail. So, that time I was so excited and encourage my friends to grab the deal. Two of my friend also placed the order.

                                        After placing the order, I was eagerly waiting for the product to be delivered, but this time the havoc has been created by Snapdeal.

                                        On third day of after the order, their customer care executive called me and informed me that my order is going to be cancelled by them due to lack of stock. During the phone I argued that and they twisted the statement that the price shown on the portal was wrongly stated.

                                        After this call, I waited for status change on the site, they were not updating any status and then after two days of call they mailed saying they are not going to cancel the order but order will get delayed due to some issues with their vendor.

                                        My anxiety led me to call their online call center which all time busy when I succeeded to connect with them they cut phone several times during the talk and I could not put my point.

                                        So, again I had some hope to get the product to be delivered to me. But then again their customer care executive called me and informed that they are confirming to cancel order finally. Their CCR not allowed
                                        transferring the calls to the manager. So this time also I couldn’t make proper communication.

                                        They are doing such false pricing gimmicks to attract customers to their site. They are not listening to the customers. They are being very rude by the time. They completely are misleading customers.
                                        In General,

                                        It’s not customer’s fault to attract and put order to alluring offer (that’s what they actually want). It’s their mistake to quote wrong price on the portal. Why customer has to suffer due to their mistake?

                                        I know that they will counter me arguing that they have clause in their terms and condition that they can cancel the order in case of wrong pricing. So, legally they are out of the fault but morally they are doing wrong practices. They are applying such wrong and negative marketing tactics to attract more users on the sites.

                                        So, I have three main complaints with www.snapdeal.com
                                        1) Why they are misleading customers through attractive pricing? Loophole technical capabilities.
                                        2) Due to their technical inefficiency why customer has to suffer?
                                        3) Very Very Bad customer service - Their customer care executives are cutting the phone during the talk. They don't listen the voice of customers. Customer can not even connect to their senior managers to put their point.

                                        I got frustrated due to this kind of approach by this well know site. I request all friends not to use www.snapdeal.com in future. Spread this message to your friends and let them know about it.

                                        I have purchased an voucher from snapdeal of 7 chord music academy pune for 5 sessions for rs 100 i have purchased it on 22 of june the expiry date on the voucher is 20 july i called to the 7 chord music academy pune on 19th july the guy who received the call told me that you cannot avail the voucher now .he unable to arrange sessions for me .and he said that please contact with snapdeal guys .when i tried to calll snapdeal on [protected] nobody picked up the phone i tried 10 times but no one answered the call this is cheating .i think they are unable to handle customers properly. after this incident i will never buy anything from snapdeal .
