i have ordered a FASTRACK watch from SNAPDEAL.COM on 30 April 2013 and the watch delivered to me in 4th May 2013.When i opened the packet no RETAIL INVOICE OR WARRANTY CARD is attached with the watch.i gave complaint for the same on the customer care no and by mail also.But always same reply came that "SIR,PLEASE WAIT FOR 24 Hrs ....YOU WILL SURELY GET THE SAME.My request number for *Order ID[protected]* *and Item Fastrack Stimulating
Black Watch* *is 2061453.Still i didnt get my Retail Invoice (warranty
card) yet*.my ticket id for the complaint is 2071171.
2061453 ticket id for 10th may 2013.

Sir please tell me what should i do

    I order No[protected] i ordered it on 15th April 2013 and it was supposed to reach me on 20th April 2013. Product was delivered on 03 May 2013 and when i check it, you guys have send me wrong product & wrong size.

    This is what i ordered http://www.snapdeal.com/product/reebok-ipl-rcb-red-boys/1247962 and that too medium size. I got attached design, which i do not like and moreover its small size and i can't wear it too :( This was my 1st experience with snapdeal and i am not happy with time delivery and product. So i request you to return my money back ASAP so i can buy it from other vendor.)

    Also i have posted this to Support Staff on very same day once i received the product ie 03 May 2013 and still no reply from there customer care, i called there 24/7 no[protected] but it always says its busy :(

    I never wanted to post this here but its terrible experience dealing with snapdeal, as i have deal with other online company's like Ebay, HomeShop 18, 100bestbuy etc and never had such problem before.

    Please snapdeal resolve this ASAP.

      My order no is[protected] placed on[protected] .You people have clearly mentioned that the product will be shipped withen 3 days but it’s now more than 3 weeks,yet to recv the product,what the hell is happening ? You never bother to reply to my calls or email complaint immedtly,you lazy people after repeated complaints you mailed me on saturday that the product has been shipped & also the FAKE shipping AWB number,but nothing has happened till now,that shipping AWB number is not showing up in bluedart till now,why this cheating ? I demand an explanation & action on a war footing,understand,very very poor customer service,people beware.These snapdeal ideots have blocked me from their Facebook page,insted of setting right their fraud work they are blocking me,shame on you snapdeal. I have tried all means like emailing them around 10 times,calling them numerous times & have even mailed their fit for nothing Mr.Kunal but nothing has been done yet.I traced their office telephone number & called Mr.Kunal but he will always be in a meeting 24/7,then called up Mr.Rohit Bansal & he too will always be in a meeting & his sect will cut the phoneline & then I have even called up Dipakshi Khaira but she will not be in office when ever I call up,is this the way they treat a customer for more than a month after taking my money of Rs.9500 ?       snap deal just broke my trust .. i made a deal of recharge in which i was to get 100 rs in 50rs recharge .. in conditions snap deal never mentioned that the talk time you are going to get will expire on 13th .. what is this ur cheating people by sending sms 2 days after the deal has been made that the recharge amount is only valid till 13th may ..???

      I am filling a consumer complaint against Snapdeal for a cheat and a total unprofessional business practice.

      I had ordered 2 items on 12th Feb. 2013 out of which one got delivered on 18th Feb 2013 after a much delay for no reason. The another did not get delivered. I followed up with call center on 20th Feb 2013 and they told it will be delivered in 1-2 days. The status of it was getting processed when I checked online.

      Today, when I see the status, it tells me it is delivered but there was no tracking no that was email to me like previous Item, nor it was delivered. I again called up the CC, they told it has got return to us because the courier boy could not deliver. (Please have some sense of lying).

      I asked for the reasons, he said the tracking details etc have got trashed.(thanks for letting people know that snapdeal can eat your money and say there is no record).

      now its already 20 days, I ordered the product nikon coolpix S3500 camera [order no-[protected]] from snapdeal on
      05 Nov, 2013 and I am unable to use it due to some stupid mistake from their side because when I opened the parcel on 17th nov, 2013 delivered through blue dart, I found the battery was missing and I sent no of mails to snapdeal for the refund due to the missing battery.I have not received a single call from their side which shows their intention in resolving customer's problem.
      In their online portal the cost of the battery[Li ion EN-EL 19] is around Rs.1300/- but they are refunding me only Rs.956/-, which is totaly illogical...I think still they are not learning a lesson ..

        Hi,

        I ordered Bajaj TC 2007 Air cooler on 24th April, 2013 with Estimated delivery date as 29th April, 2013. Order number[protected]

        But product only reached on 2nd May, 2013. The package it came was in bad shape. When I opened the thermocol used to secure the product was broken into pieces. I took the product out and poured water to fill the tank. Within minutes my room filled with water and not the cooler. When I investigated further the bottom of the cooler is broken and the water is oozing out of it.

        On the same day i raised a complaint with snapdeal.com with the images and they (automatic response) responded that I will be contacted by executive by 24-48 hours. Complaint number- 2052433.

        On May 3rd, 2013 I called them asking for the status and I was asked to send the packaging images which I sent them on same day. On May 4th, 2013 I received a call from the executive stating that they have not received the images, I have no idea why they waited for near 24-30 hours to inform me about non receiving of the images. I again called them on May 5th, 2013 and again they informed that I will be getting response/solution in 24-48 hours.

        On May 5th, 2013 I again called them to know the status of the complaint and I received the same answer sir you will be getting a response in 24-48 hours.

        I called them on May 6th, 2013, May 7th, 2013 and May 8th 2013.. I get same response that someone will call in 2 hours or with 24 to 48 hours.

        I got someone on May 8th 2013 and he said someone will call in few minutes, after few hours I got a call and said the product will be picked back and I will be getting a call in few minutes. I asked whether I will get replacement or refund he said it only after they receive the product the decision will be made. then I don't understand why they were waiting all these days. The replacement will be provided if only the product is available.

        Its May 9th 2013 and still no one has called me and I mailed them no response and I called them the phone was on waiting for long time and disconnected.

        Still I was not given a solution whether I will be getting a refund or replacement. I am afraid how long they are going to give a replacement or refund once the decision is made. Also I am afraid will it take ages to get a solution...

        I need someone to look into this and either get me a replacement or refund as soon as possible.

        I ordered for the summer and the phase they are resolving the issue will get me a solution only in winter.

        Please help me in this regard.

        shop.in.com — Order is not delivered

        I ordered a Talking Parrot on date 20/01/2009. They are committed to deliver within 7 working days. But it is not delivered yet (10/02/09).

        I complaint 3-4 times but nobody is replying to my mail.

        I have placed 2 orders order No 30625 and order no 41422. The first order, they delivered me a faulty product (this might be the last one remaining with them).. which i sent them back.. after so many comlaints they informed that the product is out of stock and then only the cancelled order.. Now i am struggling for getting refund. All this process has taken more than 2 months. The second order, after complaintsby email and over phone (after 14 days of placing order) they are saying the product is out of stock... They didnt even replied to my complaint. Very poor responce from customer service. Also the customer representive is really arrrogant. I would suggest everybody that if happenes with same customer for 2 different orders.. the same problem might be there with different customers too.. so avoid shopping at new baby shop.in.com

        shop.in.com — Wrong product delivered

        I have ordered a product with order no 47852, for DVD RW 5 pack, I received the product within 7 working days with correct description on the package, however when I opened the package noticed that product was different from what I ordered received DVD R 5 pack, I contacted 2-3 times on there toll free no, the cust rep said they will replace this product for me and collected the wrong product from my address and promised to deliver the right product in next 7 working days. however its been almost a month from the date of order. no replacement so far and when i contacted them today said will update by afternoon, as they dont have the status of the same.

        I dont understand how these services are managed, very pathetic, and got good learnings will not be using Shop.in.com any more...

        Request all the readers of this complaint, beware of shop.in.com, u might be the next victim.

        I had placed for a product online on 13th April 2009 I have been following up for my product. Had exchanged chain of mails and received appologies with false promises showing clear delay from Shop.in.com to deliver the product on time. I was told to directly liase with the vendor in Delhi and he has been taking me for a ride by false stories and commitments. I have paid for the product on day 1 and Shop.in.com have not bothered to respond on the delay promptly. This is complete mis information on online shopping service provider part to the consumer.

        When asked for the refund again the company tried to convince that the product will be despatched in next day which is again a mis information just to keep the consumer waiting.

        Somebody should take action and ensure appropriate measures like intermediate secured payment services such as Paypal to be mandated inorder to safegaurd consumer money and avoid frauds in online shopping. Also Search sites should authenticate online shopping sites before displaying them online.

        SNAPDEAL is worst at customer service. No one should order from snapdeal. Even though flipkart is bit costly but they have efficient after sales service. DO NOT BUY ON SNAPDEAL...

        I ordered one Sony Xperia L phone from Snapdeal.com and it was delivered on time in 3 days on Delivered on Wed May 15 2013. But when i used it had issues and wont work fine. I asked for its replacement and then they said you need to send it to an address on your own. After some argument they said we will get it picked via BlueDart and share the AWB number. No one has picked it till now and its 7 days already. Snapdeal is worst. I really feel as if i had a mistake. There customer service is poor. Calling them is a nightmare and no picks the call. No one called back on my online complaint to share the status.

        Please get my phone replaced at the earliest. This is frustrating experience.

          I have online order to snapdeal.com the calling tablet of VOX company they have sent my product. but they does not sent the product cover. i have complain the company they have sent me another product cover. at that time the product is not working properly. so I have told the company. they said that the product will we return my him. i have returned the product. company have received the product. but at the long time the company will not respond me. i have call many times and email many times but there is no action of my complain.

          worst courier - Delhivery (takes 3-4 days for Delhi-Noida).

          delhivery phone numbers give network problem. no call center. poor.


          I have used other shopping portals as well and i feel flipkart works best. although they quote little high but very quick service.

            i had ordered an antivirus from snapdeal. the persent delivery status is address unlocatable while the address given by me is in perinthalmanna town. i havent been contacted even once by the courier people.

            i called your customer care number. after waiting for 10 minutes my call was attended. i was told that the product will be delivered tomorrow and was given a number of courier people which i told then is wrong at the time itself. but the person insisted to call that number- the number did not exist.
            i had talked to a customer care representative - sandeep.

            such is their responsibility. from the words of the representative they dont have any responsibility towards the delivery of the order. i was asked to enquire about the courier and was given a wrong number by them. this is the second time i am facing the same problem from snapdeal

            i placed an order on[protected] and my order no. is [protected], which has still not been delivered to the recipient, i called them up and in reply Snapdeal people told me that the order will reach by tomorrow, now again the their is some problem at courier company's end.i am completely fed up with these people, now i want compensation from Snapdeal as my order is not delivered and it has hampered my genuinity and authencity in eyes of the recipient.
            I ordered a watch from snapdeal.com on 13th October 2014 and have not received the order yet ie. On 3rd November 2014. After calling multiple times I have got respond stating that the order is dispatched but stuck somewhere in process. I never got a firm respond or a mail stating that there is delay in delivery for some reason. Order was dispatched by blue dart delivery service but on their website tracking was showing network delay will impact on delivery from 16th October to 30th October. I was unable to cancel my order as snapdeal have no option to cancel if it is prepaid order. This was a gift for my sister whose birthday was on 16th October which she have not received yet. It was a very irresponsible and lame attitude towards customer. The delay can not exceed to an extend of almost a month. DISSAPOINTED. Need a response on this from SNAPDEAL and BLUEDART

              I placed an order on snapdeal.com the details are mentioned below:

              Product Name: Penta T Pad IS 801C 8 Inch

              I got the product on the pre-informed time.

              The Tablet was working fine. But the moment I connected the charger to the electrical point, there was a 'blast' inside the charger and the electricity of my home went out. The product was having some short circuit and it was sort of dangerous. I immediately disconnected it and kept aside. I am quite scared of putting it back, its not only faulty but also a hazard.

              I emailed snapdeal.com within 48 hrs after getting the delivery as per their guidelines and also attached the image of the product.

              They have not got back on the issue and I am unable to charge the tablet as everytime I had to connect it to the laptop and charge for 6-7 hours!!

              Snapdeal.com is having pathetic service and I must say I was entitled to receive atleast a phonecall/email from them about the update of my query.

              If you want to buy anything based on pure luck, go for snapdeal.com If you consider yourself not so lucky go for other options like flipkart etc. This tablet was showing a thousand rupees more on flipkart, hence I tried snapdeal for the first time in my life. I had an experience of a lifetime.

                I am consistently facing the issue for the third time in sequence where wrong shoe is delivered to me.There is no reverse pick up provided instead we are asked to send the wrong product back to concern company which is pain to me.

                    This is regarding the order number[protected] which was placed on 14-Apr-2013 with Est.Delivery date 'On or Before
                    20/Apr/2013'. The complete amount(1512/-) has been paid for the same while placing the order only.

                    I havent recieved the product yet and no one contacted me since 23rd April 2013 as conveyed to me when I first made a complain (Ticket no. 2000007)

                    Also I am unable to contact the customer care support team even after trying to call on following numbers:

                    It has been more than 15 days after placing the order and no proper response had been provided from their side.

                    I had dropped a mail on '[protected]@snapdeal.com' and spoke to customer care representatives on 30th April(Deepak) where they promised to deliver it on 1st April, then on 1st april(Himanshu) where they again promised that some senior officer will call back in half an hour, as expected no one reverted, then again on 2nd May(Spoke to abhishek) I finally requested to cancel the order and they promised that in half an hour will receive a call from them which again never came.
                    Now trying to call since evening.. wasted two hours nobody responded.

                    Also this product is covered under TrustPay which says 'If the order is not delivered within 10 days after the order is dispatched, TrustPay guarantees refund of the money you have paid for the product'

                    This type of pathetic response was never expected from SNAPDEAL atleast when the custoomer is too ol and always ben making payments in advance.

                    They are not even refunding the amount as per TrustPay and not responding as well.

                    somebody please help.

                      Reg : Cash back claim from Snapdeal

                      I ordered a Micromax canvas 2 A110 Mobile for Rs.10500 on March 31 2013 in SNAPDEAL.COM. Order No:[protected]. It was delivered to me on Apr 4 2013. Immediately next day on Apr 5, it got burst. It would have damaged my ears. Luckily i escaped. I registered complaint to snapdeal immediately on Apr 6th. Complaint No : 1921053. I followed a long procedures they advised me and still now struggling a lot to get my cash back. They are really irresponsible on customers money and they are taking their own time still now. No proper response still on my claim.

                      Kindly if possible, take the maximum action and help on my claim. I have all documents to proceed via consumer court.

                        I have placed the order on snapdeal for an Electrolux Refrigerator Frost Free 240L on 4th April'13. The order no. is[protected]. There was a free gift i.e. Croma Refrigerator Kit worth Rs.1500/- along with the main product. I have received my order on 11th April 13 but there was no free kit. I have logged the complaint against this on snapdeal customer care on 10th April 13. The complaint no. is 1922269. Afterwards, I have called Snapdeal customer care many times but they have not given any satisfactory response. Its more than 25 days, still I have not recieved my gift kit and everytime when I call customer care, they say that they will revert back within 48 hours but there was no response.
                        I just want my free kit or the compensation for the same.

                          I bought a product namely SSK 8 inch LED Digital Photo Frame from Snapdeal.com and the estimated delivery date for the product as shown on the site was 24 April, 2013. I ordered this product for a birthday gift for the occasion on 27 April, 2013. However, I did not receive the product till date (29 April, 2013). On calling the customer care and filing a complain (with complain number: 2009248), I was given number of the courier service.
                          I would have rather bought the product on my own and couriered it to the concerned person on my own if I knew that I would have to take the pain of contacting the courier company on my own. I called the courier company and the courier company is not picking up the call. I called the customer care again and they put my call on hold for more than 10 minutes saying they are trying to resolve but I got no answer in the meantime.

                          Pathetic service quality from Snapdeal.com. Would request you to take appropriate steps against them.

                            I have bought a cycle from Snapdeal.com.

                            They have written in their site "Dispatched in 3 working days". After ordering the cycle and waited for 3 working days, I called their Customer care. They said that Dispatched meaning, Snapdeal will dispatch the product to the Courier company in 3 working days, not to the customer. This is deceiving to the customer as they read the website "dispatched in 3 working days" and understand their product will be received in 3 working days.

                            However, I asked the estimated delivery date. It is written 26th. When I call Snapdeal, they have no information of the courier and are not giving me any confirmation of delivery. I asked the reason why they have given an estimate. They informed that the estimate is not proper and I will have to wait for the delivery.

                            Now the customer care if not sure of my cycle, I called the courier company (Bluedart) who do not have any information of the courier also. I called back Snapdeal to check why is my product not being tracked and they did not give any resolution.
                            I have paid around Rs. 12000 to buy this cycle and now the delivery is not happening.
                            I asked Snapdeal to cancel my order and return my money.
                            Snapdeal is asking me to not accept the product, the product will go back to them and they will initiate the repayment, which will take 21 days again.
                            In total, my money will be with Snapdeal for more than a month = 30 days.

                            I want to write this complaint against Snapdeal who are fooling their customers and keeping their money for around 30 days. If their are 100 customers like me, they can easily earn a lot of money through interest of customer's money.

                            PLEASE HELP RESOLVE THIS CASE.

                            Customer service is of no help. The agents answering the calls are very arrogant and not of helping nature.

                            Surely they are cheaters who work under the agrb of an e-commerce sites.
                            They write that they deliver upto 25ooo items per day...most of it is to deceive people.
                            I am facing the same problem...they mentioned that the my item will be delivered to me by 22nd April...
                            Today is 27th April...still they have not provided me with the AWB no of the courier company.
                            Furthermore they say that they have given it to BlueDart...but the tracking no is wrong.
                            Surely they are using these tricks to deceive customers.
                            All their TrustPay guarantee is false and just fine-print.
                            Many may not agree with me but then only those may know who has been trapped like me...It could be your turn next.
                            Disgusting site.
                            Well I got my cycle late, but it is damaged. THe Gear assembly is broken and they have not provided free helmet which was promised.
                            The cheats have changed the description on their website, which has the free helmet part removed now.

                            They are neither replacing the broken cycle nor giving me my helmet.

                            CHEATS = SNAPDEAL.

                            Lodging a complaint here has also not helped.

                              As per order[protected] I had purchased Philips home theater #2600 and Philips DVD player # 3608 in Mar 2013 and the company snapdeal.com had promised a free gift of Reliance mobile. I had paid in advance by credit card. when I received the products, to my horror, I found that both the products were defective and can not be used and also instead of Reliance mobile as promised , they had given mobile of some other company. I lodged the complaint vide 1820134 on 24th Mar 2013 and another complaint # 1826374 dated 25th Mar 2013 which were acknowledged. however till now neither they have set right the defects nor refunded the money as demanded by me. They are asking me to contact Philips service center. when I contacted Philips service center, they informed me that as the products are sold new as defective the remedy lies with snapdeal.com only and Philips is not responsible. I had sent the response of Philips service center to snapdeal.com and asked them to immediately attend to my problem. however they have chosen to keep quiet and do nothing except telling me to contact Philips service center even now after Philips have washed off their hands.

                              I am sneha i had purchased a mini home theatre in the month of march 08. i had e-mailed my complaint to you people on tuesday but yet i didnt recieved your suggestion from you'll.

                              i had taken a mini home theatre (model no.-HTS3000 / 94) from croma at juhu in the month of march 08 and i am having a warranty of 1 year. my system is not working properly and it got rusty also since i am staying near by beach . i had complaint to philips customer sevice on 19.12.08, the concern person told me that our technician will come anytime within 48 hrs. and the technician had come on 22.12.08.The technician named Mr. Jay prakash took some parts to repaire and told that he will return it after 4 to 5 days which is a very long period and secondly he told me that he cannot help me with the rusty speakers.As far as i know in warranty period all the repairing is done by the company.I am not telling to replace my system i am just requesting to repair the rusty speakers .Mr.Jay prakash said that it is not our job to paint your system and you are free to complaint also.

                              kindly look into my problem, help your customers to stick to your company only, because there are many other option

                              philips hometheatre — defective product

                              i bought a philips home theatre from reliance digital shipra mall on 15 th nov
                              and on installation a t my home it was found to be defective. since past 15 days i am being told it would be replaced by one mr sanjeev . i have called 50 times but all they say please wait we will call u in two days since then. i am fed up by such people .i think this can happen only in india. i advice people to be cautious while buying from a private company like reliance who talk of being such giants. god save us .

                                I had ordered (Order no [protected]) Amkette Nexus 6D Wireless Desktop Combo from Snapdeal (along with Free Amkette Compact Cleaning Kit) on 21st March 2013. Initially I had received a defective keyboard which used to shake on flat surfaces. Later I had returned the same to Snapdeal for replacement or refund.
                                After a large no of phone calls to their customer support and follow-up, they returned the same box packing to me on 19th April 2013 almost 3 weeks after I registered the complaint. Also, they did not deliver the Amkette cleaning kit which I got with first delivery (I did return the cleaning kit to Snapdeal along with defective product). I have few complaints about Snapdeal customer service
                                1. Customer support never updates the status of the complaint or calls customer. Their phone lines are busy most of the time and for each email, you get an automated reply without any action.
                                2. After waiting for 3 weeks, they delivered me the same box without any invoice details, freebie and warantee card.
                                3. This is very unprofessional behavior by Snapdeal customer support, they take customers for granted.

                                I am not sure if my complaint would be resolved by them but people planning to do business on Snapdeal should be aware of pathetic service of Snapdeal.

                                  I've purchased a digital weighing scale from snapdeal, which is found defected when used.
                                  And customer support team asking for images with very delayed response. After providing all the product and packaging related images, customer services closed the complaint due to 1 wrapper image missing. They are focussing on collecting packing images rather than listening to product problem and solution.I recommend don't ever purchase products from snapdeal. Old and low quality products are there on snapdeal.

                                  SnapDeal.com — POOR QUALITY PRODUCT

                                  I made online purchase of a pair of bed sheets from the online portal SNAPDEAL.COM...vide Order ID :[protected] Order Placed on :[protected]:08:38.They delivered very very poor quality products which were torn,soiled.
                                  Complain was lodged with them but they refused to exchange or refund money.

                                  SnapDeal — Bad quality product. No compensation given.

                                  I have purchased nivia shoes online from snapdeal 35 days ago. I got them after 14 days. I got rough quality shoes. I complaint against it and sent them back a long ago! Snapdeal is not paying any compensation and refund for it. I have troubled a lot! Help me.

                                    Had booked a LG Optimus 4X HD P880 on 17th Feb from the SNAPDEAL.Com website (Order no: <[protected]>)and was delivered on 22Feb. The cover of the box had a freebies of LG Clipcase and a 50GB Box Cloud Storage subscription for which I have been fighting for 2 months now. Had contacted the SNAPDEAL with Complaint No. <1671995> for the missing freebies which was not delivered with the package. Have also contacted the LG India Consumer Voice with the complaint who still did not take cognisance of my complaint against the said website(SNAPDEAL.COM). Now SNAPDEAL offers me a SD Cash Credit of 300 INR to buy any compatible Cover/Case for my mobile but I searched the other compatible alternatives for the Clipcase and all costs >300INR. Also the SNAPDEAL customer care would not get me the 50GB subscription as they said the same needs to be provided by LG INDIA and not them.


                                    Please guide on formal Consumer Court Complaint registration for a consumer complaint against SNAPDEAL and LG INDIA.

                                      i purchased khaitan mixer & juicer from snapdeal.com that i ordered on 4th april 2013 & got delivary from first flight courier on 9th 2013.But on opening it was found it damaged.so i complete the procedure as per norms (send photographs to [protected]@snapdeal.com) by sending email.atleast 6-7 times as well as discussed telephonicaly but they are delaying the procedure.Also forcing for keeping damaged product by paying 500/-.But i clearly said i want new product only.As my family member having some illness it is very important to have juicer urgently & they are delaying procedure with intention to keep damaged product.so kindly help me to avoid other to suffer from such kind of headach.

                                        This order was placed on 10.04.13 & has not
                                        yet arrived,inspite of numerous calls & i was
                                        given all wrong promises and assurances,which
                                        didnt help me at all.


                                        The service is so sick & pathetic,you are just
                                        bothered about the money & when it comes
                                        to the service its just dont care because your
                                        job is done and rest is my problem.


                                        I never had this kind of hassle & trouble
