Dear Sir,
I ordered an 50 Gram Gold Coin from Snapdeal.com on Akshar Tritiya's Night (Ordered on DATE[protected]: TIME 00:41:48, ORDER ID[protected]. Till date Snapdeal didn;t delivered my Product. They even fail to give shipment details till date. Now they also not replying my emails.

This is open market cheating...They eated my Hard Earned Money....that too 1,36,811 Rs...

Please help me in getting me my refund with interest....

    I had ordered bata sandals of size 7 and Snapdeal sent me sandals of size 5. Similarly I had ordered colors sandals of size 9 and Snapdeal sent me sandals of size 8. Similarly I ordered denim of Adam n'eve brand and Snapdeal sent me denim of low grade brand. I raised the issue to customer care executive and received complaint nos 2163055, 2163078 and 2164446. Snapdeal customer care executive told me that they will arrange the reverse pick up of the wrong products by themselves within 24 - 48 hours and will soon send the right products but there is no action from Snapdeal yet. I informed them twice on phone but there is no action even after 6-7 days. Customer care executives are talking carelessly and the reverse pick up of the products is not arranged by Snapdeal yet. Please solve my problem and initiate a strong action against Snapdeal as early as possible.

      I ordered shoes which are completely defective and wrong size but when i sent snap deal people mail and so many calls they are hell not bothered.
      Its just fake and they are here to cheat you never ever purchase though snap deal i prefer donating this money to poor people rather wasting money in snap deal bakwas stuff.

      There was no proper delivery of product. Cheated me through wrong information and fraud in providing the deal. The product is not working and not as per the deal. Customer service is pathetic shamelss/worthless and very unprofesional. They are duping people with wrong defective outdated products.

      I had bought watch for rs 629 from SnapDeal order id[protected], i received the watch in 15/20 days time but It stopped working in just 3/4 days from the day it was delivered. I approached snapdeal support and they asked me to return it back to the address below ,


      Address: Mr. Gaurav Sharma, 246 Okhla Phase III, New Delhi 110020 along the complaint number 84754.

      It's been more than 15 days since i sent the reverse parcel but no one got back to me, hence i mailed back asking snapdeal on the status , they mailed back mentioning that haven't received the item and asked me to provide a scan copy of return shipement from bluedart , I have shared even that but they arent responding to mails/calls.

      THis is very dissapointing...Please do the needful.

      SNAP DEAL.COM I had purchased a MICROMAX mobile from snapdeal on 10.07.2012. Order NO.[protected]. The handset is defective and the co.Snapdeal.com refuses to take ownership. they say you contact micromax directly. Then why these portals are allowed to function….just to sell the defective goods of the companies??????????
      I am also facing the similar issue.
      I ordered an Olive i pad 3G calling pad, and it was delivered to me in 7 - 8 days. but when it was delivered and i started checking the product, then i found the fault in the Sim slot. So, immediately i called to the snap deal customer care, but they were just trying to avoid me and they were saying me to go to the service center of Olive. I was not ready to go to the service center and i straightaway said no to them and asked them to replace my product, and the courier boys came to me next day & took the product along with them, 14 - 15 days back from today's date, and my product is not yet delivered to me yet and they are least bothered, they are not even trying to call me or not even reverting my mail too. Please solve my problem.

      I purchased cooler 1 month back from snapdeal which had leakage issues which i raised on the same day of delivery.
      Its very pity that snapdeal has not taken any action against this till now.
      I got skid today due to the water leakage which this cooler did, I am planning to raise this as a serios complaint and look for
      compensation package due to the injury i had because of this product.
      snapdeal customer care sucks. After seeing the latest reviews of snapdeal, Looks like they are cheating most of the customers.
      Please dont shop using snapdeal.

        I had placed an order in snapdeal on 17th May'13 order number[protected], i have a wrong product delivered, and from the time i have highlighted this, the customer service team has been nothing but a pathetic and non committed team, which has only been giving me false time for resolution and hardly has made an attempt to get things resolved.. so far i have sopped in many online shops, and found good service.. however snap deal is the most ridiculous, i think they have a bunch of monkeys working there. I have only experienced sheer displeasure from the time i have placed an order with them. even after escalating this to the CEO Kunal Bhal, i have not received any response, this shows the kind of leader that is leading such a company.

        its been more than 10 days now, there is no resolution to my initial complaint, everytime they they call even to tell hi, and give me a 2 day TAT until i hear from them next and mostly, they have failed in meeting all the timeliness.

        With such service, i would only recommend them to shut shop and go home, if they cant be customer orientated.

          Dear Sir,
          I ordered an New Dell Inspiron 15 N5050 Laptop from Snapdeal.com on May 24, 2013 (ORDER ID ORDER ID [protected]) for 20,999 INR. Snapdeal Delivered me Laptop on May 28, 2013. I am very shocked to see the product.

          I order an New product from the company. Their company/Merchant ship me Pre-used product. The product is box opened, having Scratches and further it is Refurbished laptop and sticker of Refurbished Status is also posted to bottom of laptop by Care solutions Unlimited Company.

          This is Open Market cheating. Snapdeal is cheating customers sending Secondhand and Refurbished products. The service Tag of Laptop is B3GJQR1 showing shipment date of 15 July 2012 at Dell Support Website and no warranty attach to the laptop.

          Since Its an Refurbished Laptop, So there may be duplicate parts also inside the laptop. The Adapter and Battery are looking Duplicate (Unbranded/Not Dell Original) and were made in china and their is no User Manual with the Product....

          Please help me in getting the Issue Resolved...I already email to Snapdeal, but there is no reply from them till now...

            I placed an order on 5th May 2013 (Order Id:[protected] of Rs. 19,000 from www.snapdeal.com. In absence of delivery of the purchased item till 15th May, I contacted Snapdeal Customer service representative on 16th May 2013 at 8:27 am to CANCEL my order.

            Despite clear instructions to CANCEL the order. when I re-checked for the refund on 20th May, I was told that the order is still not cancelled.

            This is extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. After 20th May, I have been calling the Customer Care every 2 days (48 hours is what they claim as the time they will take to process any request). Till date the product has not been delivered nor has the refund of the money charged from me has been initiated. Despite several calls to the customer support to cancel the order (and all the tall promises of Trust Pay) the initiation of transfer of money has not happened.

            No one from the customer service has bothered to call or respond. When I call them, they told me to wait for return of purchased item back to snapdeal. Is it my fault that the order remains undelivered? Why should I suffer because they are unable to deliver a product.

            Getting through on their Customer Care phone line takes half an hour and several attempts. If the customer service representative cannot understand simple clear instructions, I don't see any reason for them to take customer calls and provide false information of progress of my complaint no. 2146769.

            The purchase and full payment was made on 5th May 2013 and the Estimated date of delivery was 8th May. It has failed to reach the destination till date. Upon cancellation, I am still awaiting refund of the purchase amount in my bank account. Please help.

                Snapdeal.com I purchased a RO water purifier from snapdeal.com, first i wasn't delivered as promised on time it was delivered 3 days after its scheduled date, later the installation person arrived after follow ups, when the installer came and checked the filter assembly was found not working, when contacted snapdeal i was able to reach their customer care executive after 8 minutes being online later they said quality check of the products is beyond their control, further they asked me to wait 24 to 48 hours to find a solution for the problem, but the installer demanded the installation charges saying the product substandard material in not their responsibility, i was forced to pay. Snapdeal asked me to pay the installation charges for a product which is not working.

                Beware of such fishy online snapdeals.

                  Worst shopping experience with snapdeal. I am really frustrating with the snapdeal.com. I have placed an order on 6th may 2013. (order number[protected] Still it is not delivered and they are not returning my money. Whenever I mailed no proper response. If i make call they make me wait for 10 minutes. No proper response from the representatives. Please don't buy anything in snapdeal,.

                    Further to our above communication, I had contacted the security
                    guard in my flat and came to know that, he lost the courier as he had
                    kept it on the table near the lift and went home. I request you to
                    confirm this by contacting him in his number.
                    Here I would like to remind you that neither the courier service nor
                    Snapdeal called me before delivering the courier to security guard. I
                    don't think that a courier service who have some value can deliver like
                    this.So please show some responsibility to find out the product and
                    deliver to my door step or pay my compensation.

                    If this is the case from such a reputed online shopping site like
                    Snapdeal, people will find it difficult to use your service.Reputation
                    comes from customer service and please make Snapdeal India's favourite
                    online mall by proper delivery of the shopped goods.Please don't make
                    online shopping tougher than direct shopping by services like this.By
                    your irresponsibility I lost my time, trust towards your site. If you
                    believe in "Customer is king" please do the needful to deliver my
                    courier or payback as I had paid for it.

                    I also request you to make it a bit fast as I don't want to waste our time.

                    I have been trying the customer care number for the last one month they are not even picking my call and responding to my email. Its one of the worst service I have ever seen.

                      I have placed a deo spray with 2 units on May 15th 2013.. Still not yet received my product in my hand..!! Also veryyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy worst response from customer service persons.. no proper information provided by them..!!!! All are totally waste in that company..!!

                      Hi Sir/Madam,

                      I really feel bad about this EPF offices,very bad response.I submitted my PF form on 23 rd of september in Tamabaram office...but still now i didnt get my PF amount...my PF number is-TN/40393 A/1052...I dont know what is my status of the form which i submitted.i feel bad about the way a govt org respond to public....As i am out of station i called tambaram office,they said we procesesed to royapettah office,so i called to royapetah office there no one is answering the call,for the past two months i am trying to reach the concern person but they are very bad in responding to calls or directing to correct person.

                      I am not sure you people will be taking action after reading this complaint.Because this is the perception govt organisations created on public's mind

                      hi friend i too faced problem with snapdeal.i ordered a watch on their website it was not shipped for more than 40 days.they gave fake reasons each time when i called them.i raised the issue on facebook on their wall.then i described my whole problem with snapdeal and shared in social networking .then they contacted and responded quickly to problem and finally they accepted that product is out of stock and i got the money.i feel you couls also raise the issue through FACEBOOK.you sue them through facebook and spoil their reputation all the best

                        I had placed an order with Snapdeal on May 5 ,2013, for Zebronics SPK-SW3500RUCF 2.1 Speaker for Rs. 1749.

                        I have got email from Snapdeal.com regarding that delivery shall be done by May 10, 2013.

                        With repeated follow up with Snapdeal Executive via Tel-com on +[protected] and written mail to [protected]@snapdeal.com they inform me case is forwarded to the concerned department and they will revert back to you in 24 Hrs its has been more than 48 hours i didn't received any call back from them.

                        I had Talk with Imran on May 21 ,2013 at 12.300 pm who also told me our case was forwarded to Concerned Department and all [censored]s talks such as wait for one days etc.


                        Dear Sir/Madam, request you take the Appropriate Action against Snapdeal.com so that we can protect many of Consumers of Begin getting Fraud ed.

                        SNAPDEAL is worst at customer service. No one should order from snapdeal. Even though flipkart is bit costly but they have efficient after sales service. DO NOT BUY ON SNAPDEAL...

                        I ordered one Sony Xperia L phone from Snapdeal.com and it was delivered on time in 3 days on Delivered on Wed May 15 2013. But when i used it had issues and wont work fine. I asked for its replacement and then they said you need to send it to an address on your own. After some argument they said we will get it picked via BlueDart and share the AWB number. No one has picked it till now and its 7 days already. Snapdeal is worst. I really feel as if i had a mistake. There customer service is poor. Calling them is a nightmare and no picks the call. No one called back on my online complaint to share the status.

                        Please get my phone replaced at the earliest. This is frustrating experience.

                        They are sending fake offer to the customer, if we use the discount offer, such product they are not delivering. If they deliver less discounted product also, but the "product are either of very poor quality or damaged one".

                        They send offer coupons customer and make them browse the products. If customer place third class but costly product, then they will deliver product bought with that discount coupon, else they will simply cancel given some hopeless reason.

                        I have received a coupon of Rs.500/- from snapdeal.com on[protected]offer was valid till[protected].
                        I have placed the "Intex Neo Smart mobile phone" Order[protected] using this coupon (Order No. : [protected])
                        Order status was in progress till 19th and when i checked at the night 10.30 P.M. it was showing "Cancelled"

                        the same thing happened with most of my such order on Snapdeal.

                            Bought a mother’s day gift for my mom on www.snapdeal.com on 9th May which was showing expected delivery 12th May. I waited till 15th and it was still not delivered. That is when I started writing complaints to Snapdeal. Till date have written 3-4 times but havnt received any response yet. I have also written for a refund but no response again. Don’t if the gift will ever be delivered or money willl be refunded or not. I am so highly dissatisfied and irritated by their worst customer care.

                              Product: Pioneer - MVH 355BT Digital Media Receiver.

                              I ordered this Pioneer system and received it around 30 - 31 days back. But to install it in my car i took it to Ulhasnagar to my surprise there was a Power connector & MIC missing in sealed pack box. Ulhasnagar which is around 1 hr from my house, the shop keeper charged me 600 Rs just for that power connector Pin which he said should be sent in the box itself.

                              Also there is no list of available things inside the box. In the MANUAL when today i saw on Pioneers site, they have the Microphone (MIC) included in it which was again missing which i checked is around 2500Rs which was missing. When contacting to Snapdeal customer care Pradeep Tripaty, he accepted that it was not sent from their side. But these things are Company packed accessory that comes inside the box, they are not supposed to open the paty-pack box. There was just the clip for connecting the MIC without the MIC itself.
                              I have checked many Online portals for the same (link attached below) which clearely mentions that (EXTERNAL MICROPHONE INCLUDED) in them.

                              ScreenShot attached with the mail and marked with RED color in it is the Manual of the product that shows it comes with the MIC.

                              This is a very bad experience even after spending so many rupees u get this with all the headaches it comes with missing items in it. This is no reason that sell the Box packed Items with less price removing its Power cord connecter (which is not an optional accessory, it comes with every car player) & MIC which is also provided with this. Dont dupe ur customer this way Snapdeal wont stay for longer if the they do like this. I am a regular customer o[censored]rs check my buyings from you guys & felt like cheated this time.

                              DO NOT BUY ON SNAPDEAL

                              SNAPDEAL is worst at customer service. No one should order from snapdeal. Even though flipkart is bit costly but they have efficient after sales service. DO NOT BUY ON SNAPDEAL...

                              I ordered one Sony Xperia L phone from Snapdeal.com and it was delivered on time in 3 days on Delivered on Wed May 15 2013. But when i used it had issues and wont work fine. I asked for its replacement and then they said you need to send it to an address on your own. After some argument they said we will get it picked via BlueDart and share the AWB number. No one has picked it till now and its 7 days already. Snapdeal is worst. I really feel as if i had a mistake. There customer service is poor. Calling them is a nightmare and no picks the call. No one called back on my online complaint to share the status.

                              Please get my phone replaced at the earliest. This is frustrating experience.

                                I bought the product JBL - CS 4 - 4’’ 90W and CS 5 - 5.25’’ 105W Coaxial Speaker (Pair Of Speakers) from snap deal .. at the product desc. there was not written that these products will not fit in my I10 doors. when i got them .. i tried to fit them but they were smaller in size .. so i mailed snapdeal to please return them the very next day of reciept of product.. i didn’t got a revert for 2 days and finally i need to call them for my issue.. and they just said that its non returnable... i asked them boss its of no use for me .. please return or you must have told me in advance that these will not fit in my I10... They are not ready to listen anythng ...

                                    Last week I ordered a Micromax A116 Canvas HD and paid though my Credit Card. Now Snapdeal is saying that the product can't be sent as the logistic company returned them the product due to improper mode of shipment and goods once sent back to them will not be shipped further. I spoke to logistic company Bluedart and they too told the same. I have all the mails, both from Snapdeal and Bluedart. Snapdeal confirmed with me that they will reimburse the money to my bank account within the next 7-15 working days. But my credit card company has already slapped a processing charge of Rs 1506/- on the total amount. Will snapdeal reimburse the processing fee.....I don't want to fall victim due to their faulty system. Can anyone suggest how can I register a legal suit against this Snapdeal fraud online shopping site? If anyone has solution then please write to me in [protected]@gmail.com. Am willing to move to court for the fraudulent activity of Snapdeal and seek compensation for my financial loss and mental harassment caused by Snapdeal.

                                      Snap deal claims that they sell more than 5 Lakh products from 4000+brands with free shipping across India to over 4000 towns and cities through payment options such as Cash on Delivery, EMI, Debit/Credit cards.
                                      They sell these products online and claim that they have more than 18 million subscribers.
                                      They also claim that all these products are sold under TrustPay - Snapdeal's 100% Moneyback guarantee.
                                      It is because of these claims we fall into their traps. They are in the habit of selling through internet (Online) all rejected, very inferior quality, defective and bogus items by giving beautiful pictures in their website.
                                      I have noticed that all items purchased online through Snap deal have one problem or the other. I want to highlight on the following two defective products purchased by me more or less during September /October 2012.
                                      Product -1
                                      Sub:Groovytexx Pink & Black Pakistani Cotton Lawn Unstitched Salwar Suit (Size: Free Size) order ID No:[protected]Enclosure -1)

                                      I purchased the above item with Snap Deal few months back. Recently we got it stitched paying a heavy stitching charges thinking that item would be too good. Now to our total surprise we observe that after wash it has shrunk to half of its original size . We never knew that Snap Deal would sell such cheap products online. I have mailed several times to them but all in vain(Enclosure-2). They just do not exchange or return my money back.
                                      I have even spoken to their representative in Delhi about this problem for more than 1 Hour wasting my money. They just listen but will never assure help.

                                      Salwar Studio Red & Yellow Synthetic Crape Dress Material (Size: Free Size) Order ID :[protected]Enclosure -3)


                                      Above item after purchasing my wife got it stitched paying more than Rs 2000 on stitching. Even this item is defective in the sense that it has some ugly over prints on the fabric. Unknowingly we got it stitched and now we are repenting for having purchased this defective item as the overlapped print on the fabric looks very predominant.
                                      The various Snapdeal customers have expressed how they have been cheated by Snapdeal in the internet at the location Snapdeal complaints. By this I came to know that they are in the habit of selling all rejected and defective items online as these cannot be sold in the malls or shops.
                                      Worst experiences with Snapdeal expressed by various customers throughout India have been enclosed. (Enclosure – 4).
