i bought one woodland sandal from snapdeal, i didnt liked the product i caontacted them to for returning the product but 7 days passe no response from their end. whenever i call the customer care they say wait for 24 or 48hrs but till now no action has been taken till yet. please guys spread this message and help to shutdown this nonsense company. order number-[protected] worst service.     I requested for refund of money and submitted the device back to snapdeal on 27th Oct 2013. till then snapdeal is unable to refund my money and they are not even speaking properly. My Kranti customer care executive simply disconnected call when i asked for refund of my money. Waiting for refund of money as it is 10 days for now.

      Smamsung NP535U4c was purchased on EMI through HDFC credit card payment. On receiving the laptop it was found to have low battery backup which was immediately reported by mail. in three days it stopped working and as per direction of Snapdeal, Samsung was contacted. Samsung technician declared it not working as no display, and motherboard problem. Thsi was immediately informed to snapdeal and they suggested to return the product. It was received by Snapdeal as per their record on 14th Sept. Technical report of Samsung was also sent to them as per their requirement.

      They claim that the laptop is working when they received it! I have asked for replacement or refund as it is a damaged piece.

      Called them almost every day, even more than once in a day. All the time same reply that it is under consideration and to wait for '48 hours', which never got over.

      As per their claimed Trustpay policy they would have returned money without any question asked, whereas I have also submitted Samsung technical report. If they do not resolve issue in 30 days they have to refund money but that also does not seem to happen.

      Every time a different attendant at the call centre takes up different issue of the matter - like of battery or its working or documentation or 'its under consideration'

      Supervisors do not attend, emails are not replied. I fail to understand their policies and intentions, and fate of this matter. Seeking justice.

      I was told today by snapdeal that they will now consider for refund and though they continue to sell the same product on their site, they said that it is not available so can not replace! I had short listed it with much pain and if i want it now, i have to pay about 4000 more (:

            Order no: [protected] Request no: 3206983 I have returned the product when it was not same as claimed on the website and claimed for refund. A courier boy came and collected the item. Then after 2 days, I get the mail that we have received the product and we shall refund your money within 5-7 working days. I get the mail that they have initiated the refund process on 20th Sep 2013. It's been more than expected days, I've verified with the bank and my credit card transaction details, yet I have not received the refund. After series of mail, asking about the refund status, SnapDeal it not replying me. When I tried to all customer care, they have no answer; they are also no able provide me transaction ID.             You have mentioned on your website - TrustPay protects customers with a 100% moneyback guarantee if there is an issue with product quality, size or delivery.

            Now it's been more than a month, and I have not received my refund. So, what is your justification on this?

              I placed an order for a Stapler type sewing machine from Snapdeal website under Trust pay services (Which means if i'am not happy about the product, I received - I can return the product and they will return the money.) On receiving the product, I found that it was not working properly and thus I lodged a complaint in their website on the same day (16th August). They sent me an auto generated mail that, they would arrange for a pick up delivery within 4 business days, which they failed to do. Later when I sent them another mail, they asked me to courier the product to them on my own, and they would refund the courier amount along with the product amount. I couriered the product back to them and sent them the scanned courier receipt through email. In spite of several mails and reminders they have not refunded the money and they do not even respond to my mail. Please look into this problem.

Now since then I have been following up for my refund, everytime they say next 48 hours, next 5-7 working days, 5-10 working days. I do not know if they have actually started the refund.                 I have purchased a saree worth Rs 5007 but the product delivered to me was of very poor quality and was not as per promised in the description.                   I had ordered a Crocs Footwear and Tube camisole where in the products I received were astonishingly incorrect.The tube camisole came in a messed up manner and was entirely Different from what was shown on the website, for which i haven't received my refund Yet.

                  Secondly the Crocs footwear I received was incorrect size(had ordered size 5 and received Size 8), on replacement have received the incorrect size again i.e. Size 8.

I mailed their customer support they replied on[protected] : (Support request no:3276925) This is in reference to your order number [protected] which is getting delayed by a couple of days due to high demand from valuable customers such as you. Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience you have experienced. Please be assured that our endeavor is to ensure that your order reaches you at the earliest. We appreciate your support and patience in this regards. But still now they have not shipped the order yet.Please ship my order soon. If snapdeal going to redund then refund My money + Coupon I used.I don't accept refund without the coupon amount I used.

                          Product is not in good condition and it has damages inside as well as outside, moreover it seems product could be a 2nd hand product or warehouse product. And the response which I’m getting from Snapdeal they are saying they have been arranged a reverse pickup but till same has not happened till date. Yesterday in the afternoon office hours I got a call from them saying they are coming for pickup but as I was in office I responded to them that they can come in the evening and pickup the product but they said it’s not possible and also they said if its possible for me, they can take the product in the evening from in sector 15 or 16 Panchkula market hand to hand and we will do all the formalities in the market itself I did the same, i brought the product (Refrigerator) in sector 15 Market by yesterday evening I was standing there and Phoned to Pickup boy for the pickup and what happened there he came on a bike and said he cannot carry the refrigerator on bike and left me in the market saying they do not have any information from Snapdeal what needs to be pick from Customer. I was standing there in the market in the night embarrassing as everyone asking me in the market you bought this new product and so many question, I was so frustrated harassed by yesterday night mentally physically as well as financially and truly saying was thinking for suicide that why bought this product from Snapdeal. Kindly help me I want to file a case against Snap deal and I have all the evidence I clicked some pictures as well with product in sector 15 market.                             Disappointed with Snapdeal services. I have booked Nikon coolpix L820 camera (order id:[protected]). I called customer care to confirm whether was booking true. They to confirmed it was booked & will be shipped on time. This is not a fair act by snapdeal team to a regular customer. My dude also suffered like the same way...

                              Disappointed with Snapdeal services. I have booked Nikon p520 with order id: [protected] . The deal price was very low compared to real price. Hence called customer care for multiple time to confirm it was booked true. They to confirmed multiple times it was booked & will shipped on time. But next day got an call from Snapdeal it was an error. If its error why no one informed me when I called to customer care multiple times. please check my calls with snapdeal customer care for more information. Also my friend faced same issue when he booked Nikon L820 with order ID: [protected]. We both lost hope with snapdeal services. This is not Fair with your services.

                              Quite disappointed with Snapdeal services this time, Though i'm a regular customer of them. I have placed an order of Samsung Galaxy grand Quattro with order no. [protected] on 11th Oct 2013. The order clearly states that there is freebie which is available as a brand redemption offer of worth 1990 either a Jbl or senniesher headphones. To my surprise i could see only phone delivered but not the freebie, however the same is mentioned is mentioned on Courier that it is with Freebie. I called up Snapdeal customer care thrice for the same. Sent an email with the screenshot also about the freebie which i was offered with.They are not even aware that for brand redemption ofer i have to get in touch with Samsung, but just bluffed me saying that in 48 hrs we'll resolve the issue. After 48 hours when i approached i was told that i have to contact Samsung Helpdesk, but to my surprise when i approached samsung i was told that the offer was closed on 30th Sep itself. It's purely Snapdeal 's mistake that they are not updating the deals real time. I have placed an order just looking at the deal. Otherwise i wouldn't have placed it, would have waited for some more time and placed it. Now Snapdeal has to pay for this. I again raised a ticket asking for the same, they said will resolve in 48 hours...Another 24 hours to go...Awaiting for positive response else will proceed legally in consumer court.
                              I have been mailed to "[protected]@snapdeal.com" many time but there was no response. don't know mail ID "[protected]@snapdeal.com" was valid one.

                                I purchased Zebronics Usb Keyboard (K06) Item Code:[protected], Order No. : [protected] on 18/9/13 via snapdeal, it was supposed to get delivered by 23/9/13, But it had not been delivered, I tried filing complaint with Snapdeal customer care on 23/9 but no response was shown by cc team(they didn't even shared the ticket no. of complaint with me), rather they insisted me to call courier company. I tried calling courier company many times but they didn't respond to the call. Finally on 26/9/13 i again called Customer care with ticket no: 3343856, the guy told me that your product has been returned back by courier company to snapdeal, and when i enquired about reason they were not able to clarify this and cancelled by order. When i searched for same product on snadeal website after this incident it was showing as"Keyboard that you are looking for is currently unavailable." This is the worst customer service, Fraud with customer you have no right to do business. Also my money shall be refunded after 4-5 days, while snadeal took my money immediately. I want this grievance to be resolved, i want refund of my full amount immediately along with compensation amount. snapdeal.com is web forgery site.

                                  This has been one of my most harrowing experience. Below is how I would sum it up. - The product was supposed to get delivered on 4th September. But the product was delivered on 7th September, that too after repeated follow ups. I had to change my travel plan because of this. - This item was a gift to my dear ones. But, this gift has in turn become a nightmare to them & a great embarassment to me. They had to suffer with the late delivery, faulty item & finally the ordeal of returning the item. - The customer service is one of the worst in the industry. Initially, when I called up for the returns, I was arrogantly told by some customer care guy, that the item would be picked up in 4 business days. And after 5 business days, they quietly come back & say "please courier it back yourself" as if it was my mistake. - There was no reply to any mails after that. Th faulty item was their mistake, & they should have picked up the item from our place. But this attitude tells a whole different story. Now, my relatives have this faulty item with them. Never want to buy anything from Snapdeal again. Thanks, Vijay

                                  Snapdeal is "Hotel California" - You can check in anytime you want...but you can never leave.

                                  I have learnt it the hard way what Snapdeal returns mean...It comes nowhere close to the "no questions asked returns" by flipkart, myntra, fashionara, inkfruit, zovi, pretty secrets etc offer..I mean when I returned something to flipkart they didn't even ask me why..they just told me to keep tags etc intact and I was refunded within 5 days..pretty good!! Snapdeal, on the other hand I had to explain 'how' the product was defective and all the call centre guy kept on telling me is "there is team for returns who will call you back within 48 hours"..lol I was so frustrated.. then came the hard part when I had to carry a big box to office only to post it myself as my area is not serviceable with reverse-pickup..I posted it..and then I was told product was not in good quality..precisely that was the reason I returned it..You sent me crap and when I returned the same crap back to you it was not acceptable? That is Snap-Irony for you..right there..

                                  Lesson learnt - avoid Snapdeal like the plague..every picture is misleading, after sales service - very very bad, returns - in your dreams, product pricing - 50-200 bucks lesser than others...BUT for peace of mind - never...never again..

                                  Its been 3 months now since I cliked "report spam" on snapmails and removed snapdeal from my google search results..more than 10, 000 bucks spent online shopping (yes its festival offer season!) and no harrasment whatsoever..

                                  Now you've read this and you've been therefore warned..thanks everyone..

                                      To , Consumer Complaints Forum CC: [protected]@snapdeal.com, [protected]@snapdeal.com Sub:Refund for cancelled order item [protected] didn't get credited to Bank account I made purchase worth Rs796/- from Snapdeal on Aug 22. They cancelled three items of the order for Rs75, Rs76 and Rs76. For two items of Rs 75/- and Rs76/- refund was initiated on 31st Aug and money credited by Sep2. For the third item worth Rs76/-, as per them refund was initiated on Sep1 for this item. But even after 10 working days it didn't get credited to my bank account. On inquiring about it from snapdeal customer care, I got a standard reply, that seems more of an autoreply that they'll revert in 24-48 hours. But they never reverted in that time, everytime I sent a mail I got a new complaint number and the same standard reply as above. Raising the issue on facebook page, got a response saying please send snapshot of your bank account statement till date which I sent twice. But still nothing was done even with that proof showing no credit for the item. I checked with my Bank from which I had paid for the order through Netbanking on this. Though they confirmed that there has been only two credits of 75 and 76 and not a third one for Rs76/-, they still wanted to have this looked by their technical team, for which they asked for the Transaction reference number. I have been sending mail to Snapdeal CC asking for Transaction reference number since three days now, and what they have sent me is a refund reference number, that is of no use to the bank, because all the three items were part of same order and have the same refund reference number. It is only with Transaction reference number that they can be distinguished. It is really a harassment for the customer who has to send mails again and again for getting back their hard earned money.I request you to take this matter with snapdeal.com because there are many customers like me who have not been refunded with their money for the cancelled orders and snapdeal CC simply doesn't provide any satisfactory response , neither tracks the complaint properly, they simply shrug their hands off the matter saying we have refunded, that is none of our business that you didn't get it.
