Dear sir, I have ordered a "Micromax canvas 2Plus" phone from snapdeal.com Order ID:- [protected] Placed on :[protected]:09:30 And they Dispatched "Micromax canvas 2", Whose price is lower than the one I ordered. I made a call on snapdeal customer care regarding this. But they told me to keep the one which I have got because I have used that one. They were telling me to refund my rest amount that is 950INR. They were asking me to provide my bank information so that, money can be transferred. I gave them all information about my account two week ago but I didn't get any amount in my account. I always call them to refund my money but they tells me they are processing it, and will credit in my account within 48 hours but I am not getting my money since two weeks.     I had 853/- in my online snapdeal.com account, i used that and added 292 more to get a pen drive from that site but I got the wrong product, so I returned it and snapdeal told me they wont exchange the product they'll refund the money and I'll have to order it again.

    This was their first mistake, I needed that pen drive very urgently and this costed me a client. I lost a client because of them and was in deep depression after that.

    they gave 282 to my bank account and 853 back to my snapdeal account. I ordered the pendrive again in july starting and this time too I got the wrong product. I returned that too and requested them to give all my money i.e. 282+853 all in my bank account because I would not like to shop anything from them in future, they said okay and initiated the refund after a few days.

    During all this I've mailed them 20 times called more than 10 times but never got a satisfactory reply, they never reply to emails in 48 hours as they promise and whenever they mail they mail a scripted mail which is not even related to my issue.

    september is about to start and and I still havent received my refund yet. I received a part of that ie. 182 and waiting for remaining 853 from past one month.

    This whole thing is just too much for me. I am fed up of following up for 853/-.

    Everytime I call I've to explain everything to every one of their executives. i dont know why, they should write notes or should atleast read those notes. snapdeal makes false promises, irrelevant scripted emails, wrong products, never updates you on time, if you wont follow up they wont reply to you.
    Yes you are right, I am also geting the same problem on this site.

        I had purchased Karbonn A21 Mobile from Snap Deal on 24th July 2013 and it was delivered in 2 days and on same day I noticed that it''s touch was not working properly so I called on Snap deal customer care Number and they had told me for contacting Karbonn service centre and I did the same but as per service centre they do not handled case where customer has purchased mobile from online so I called again Snap deal and they had told me that they are going to arrange reverse pickup and courier guy will come in 4 working days; on 4th day I received call from snap deal and their courier is creating issue so I will have to send the mobile and I did the same and Snap deal received my mobile on 2nd August and from 2nd August I am getting response from Snap deal that it will take 7 to 10 working days finally after frustrating I am raising this issue because today is 14th August and today is 8th working day but still the response is same that I will have to wait. I am contacting snap deal on daily basis because I don’t have spare mobile and telling their customer care executive that I don’t have mobile so that''s why I am calling them for confirming the status but their executive is saying that "AAP BAAR BAAR CALL KAR RAHE HAI AUR AAPKO BATAAYA JA RAHA HAI KI 7 TO 10 WORKING DAYS LAGENGE PAR PHIR BHI AAP CALL KAR RAHE HAI". I am not able to understand that why Snap deal has mentioned the 10 days money back warranty. Now I need my money back and want to put fine on snap deal so please help me.           I had ordered a nike strike football from snapdeal.It was delivered on 29/7/13.The delivered goods was faulty.When I examined and tried to fill air in the football , it was punctured.I made the complaint on the same day and was told that it would be replaced or refunded in 4 working days.I have called the snapdeal's consumer service and every time they tell me to wait for a person to replace/refund the football.I am tired of waiting and want the football's value be refunded.Till date 16/8/13,they have not done anything and now I have lost faith in snapdeal's services.

                I ordered a PCBC Chrono Watch from Snapdeal. Order ID:[protected] on 11th May’13 by paying 899/-. After purchasing I came to know that the quality of said watch is not good and there are multiple negative reviews about the product, so I mailed snapdeal to check for the quality of watch before shipping. However after a week’s delay, the shipment came to my friend’s place (As I am mostly out of city).
                Worth to mention 2 complaint nos. 2127988 and 2386810
                So the same thing happened which I was afraid of. After opening the box, I found that the watch had scratches on it and the dials were also not functioning properly. I again complained to snapdeal regarding the same, first they asked me to click photographs of the watch and send it to them. Then after few days they said they’ll pick up the shipment and even after waiting for a month, nobody came to pick up the faulty product.
                Finally after multiple calls and emails to them, I was told to send back the product on my own expenses (which they told it would be reimbursed.. guys beware.. again fraud… they return you snapdeal cash, not hard cash) and the product cost would be refunded back as soon the item reaches them. I sent back the courier to them using TRACKON COURIER SERVICES TRACKING ID: [protected] and the same was delivered to them on 22nd Jul’13. (Screenshot Attached).
                Now its 2nd Aug, I am calling them everyday, but nothing is happening. I talked to Anoop, Monica, Gaurav and Mrinal (Supervisor) but nobody is competent enough to provide me any resolution. I am afraid if I would be getting back any refund.
                This time I am sure I would be approaching consumer court and filing minimum[protected] as mental harassment claim as this is clear case of fraud. I already discussed the issue with the concerned authorities at consumer forum Chandigarh and they will guide me to file a complaint on Monday i.e. 5th Aug’13.
                I have got all the mails from snapdeal which would be used as an evidentary proof to launch a complaint.
                I suggest everyone not to purchase anything from snapdeal anymore as they are a bunch of crooks who are really careless, impolite and incompetent.

                  I have placed an order for a watch through SNAPDEAL on 21th JULY,2013(ORDER NO: [protected]) and It was supposed to get delivered by 30th July.. but yesterday I got a mail from snapdeal saying "due to some unknown circumstances we will might not be able to complete your order".

                  This is happening to me 2nd time as my previous order (Order No. :[protected] was not delivered aswell.
                  The issue is that they are highlighting GOOD deals on the website (www.snapdeal.com) however, these deal doesn't exists.

                  please if you can take some action against them, then I will be very thankful to you.

                  In snap deal site they offer two hindi movie dvds with moserbaer 16gb pen drive. when when it actually shipped the item it has sent two same copies of the movie "prathiggya". why such fake offers are made my snap deal?

                    A phone of Rs.9999 has not been received after paying full amount for the product
                    i was allured and entrapped by snapdeal.com through online advertisement to buy mobile phone of the company Micromax, A101 amounting Rs.9999/-
                    I fell prey to their advertisement and placed an Order No.[protected] for home delivery of the above mentioned product.
                    The above mentioned mobile phone was delivered at my residence on 5th May 2013 and taken the payment.
                    After the delivery of the mobile phone i opened the parcel and checked the functions/features of the mobile phone. However, i was shocked to note that the video recording function was not working properly. The exact problem with the device was that a sound like beep was constantly coming in each video that was recorded even when there was no sound in the environment.
                    I immediately brought the matter to company's notice through e-mail as well as through telephone.
                    Their representative visited my residence and took over the mobile phone on 20th may 2013 with the promise that either the mobile phone would be replaced or the error would be rectified within the period of three days.
                    The company acknowledged the receipt of the product and assigned my complaint a ticket no. 2065856
                    They assured me that their team would get back to me very soon but nothing such happened.
                    Thereafter i contacted repeatedly over the phone as well as through the mail and requested either to rectify the error in the device i.e. mobile phone or replace it but they kept on promising that the needful would be done soon. However, nothing was done even after passing considerable time period.
                    on 30th June 2013 i again reminded them and requested to deliver the mobile phone to me but they did not do so and continued their dilly-dallying attitude.
                    after sometime, they stopped answering my phone calls and e-mails.
                    They have willfully and deliberately delivered the faulty mobile phone to me in illegal and malafide manner with the intention to usurp my hard earned money.
                    Today is 30th july and 3 months have been passed since i made the payment but i have not received my product.. I am very upset and stressed.. Please help me and take some actions against them.

                      I Purchased a Nautica Water Purifier (UV+RO) Brand New from Snapdeal.com on 1352013 Order number[protected].
                      I received the product on 20th and there was no warranty card or installation guide or anything else just the bill copy from snapdeal and nothing related to the product or its company.
                      Anyways then later i waited for a long time and no one came to install and finally i installed the machine through Aqua star by paying 550 Rs as installation charge.
                      Now after installing the machine is just working as a filter and not like a RO machine.
                      I tried a lot waited for 2 days and 3 days and still no improvement.
                      Then finally with the help of google got the contact for nautica company Service Headquarters:
                      A-5, Vaid Bhawan, Jhotwara Road, Jaipur[protected].
                      Then i called at this number[protected] and a person named pramod answered the call and he guided me to do some changes to the water exit valve and still it dint work.
                      He asked me to wait for sometime and still if it is not working then asked me to callback so that he will send a technician.
                      Trust me i am trying him from that time and no one is picking my call the moment they see my number they disconnect my call.
                      I tried with other number and if by any chance they answer my call then the moment i say my name call hung up.
                      So in short they are not willing to give service but just want to get money from me.
                      I would request you guys to please take a severe action against these guys and also snapdeal as they being a good site cannot sell such a waste product like this where there is no company and no service.
                      Better i would have bought any local RO machine from here itself which would have worked.

                      Water Purifier — not filtering of water

                      We've bought Aquasure water purifier on 26.10.08. Now it is not filetering of water. We've called up customer care and complaint registered on 12.11.08 and my complaint number K1477. Still complaint not resolved by executive.

                      i was playing game in that site they told that give me your details eg name and mobile number and they have given the number i am caling the number 10 times but till the number is not work madarchod chutiya and bhanchod purifer

                      I request all the readers to never ever buy a Nautica Water Purifier.
                      I feel trapped and would not want others to face the same misery.
                      Nautica fails miserably on SERVICE front, which in my opinion is the most important aspect of owning a water purifier.
                      My First-Hand experience: -
                      I had purchase Nautica Brilliant RO+UV from SnapeDeal in June 2013. Parts inside the Purifier looked cumbersome and not very well put together. Still I was able to live with the purifier as water tasted OK for the price offered.
                      Real problem starts when you need service: -
                      Suddenly my purifier stopped working on 14.11.2014, immediately I launched a complaint with the number provided on their Nautica website[protected].
                      I was asked to send an email with details of the problem, which I sent in few minutes after my call with Nautica.
                      I was told that their service representative will visit my place on 15.11.2013 and fix my problem, forget the visit, I am still awaiting a call from their service representative.
                      Since 14.11.2013 I have been the one who is making regular calls to Nautica and their reply is our representative will call you.
                      Finally today I got frustrated and asked for their representative’s number, which they provided. Their representative for Navi-Mumbai is someone called Yogesh ([protected]) who is in Pune, can you imagine that Nautica do not have a single representative in Mumbai! Amazing.
                      When I called Yogesh, he told me there will be a service charge to check the purifier, he explained that in warranty only parts are not charged but service is always chargeable even if it is under warranty, In my 20+ years of being a customer this has to be the first time I have heard this from a service industry, highly unprofessional and to an extent extremely ridiculous!
                      It’s been almost 5 days since I launched a complaint and we are still struggling to get pure water out of our so called Brilliant Water purifier, SHAMELESS NAUTICA.
                      Please. Please .Please. Look elsewhere.
                      I request all the readers to never ever buy a Nautica Water Purifier.
                      I feel trapped and would not want others to face the same misery.

                        i had ordered a book on snapdeal on 16-07-13. they informed me that it will be delivered by 22nd. but it was not. when i called on 27th, they told me that the order had gone for cancellation. this was very wrong as i had waited 10 days for the book and this hampered my studies. they should have informed me earlier that they were going to cancel my order.

                        Something of the same kind happened to me as well. I had ordered a Celkon Mobile Phone through Snapdeal.com order no. [protected] for an amount Rs. 11250/- on 08.07.2013. The estimated delivery date was 15.07.2013. But I had not received the product as on 16.07.2013. I mailed them and got the reply that the issue would be resolved within the next 48 hrs (by 18.07.2013). I mailed them back on 18.07.2013 and later they informed my when I called them that the product order was cancelled and the amount would be refunded in 7-10 working days. Now, its been more than the promised deadline and yet no sign of refund. Even, the webpage still shows 'Track your Order' option with the details to track my order.

                        This snapdeal seems to be real fraud company. Do let me know if you come through any number which could be contacted to get this issue resolved.

                          Problem: Damaged product delivered and no response from vendor after complaint

                          I had complaint for the damaged product delivered at my place and same was approved to me by the delivery boy. I had mailed them images and the order details for next 1 week. On calling customer care, I got surprised by their answer that they have not received any images. Again I sent them images by unpacking the box. for next 2 weeks no response. On Again calling, they said, its in process and we are consulting with our vendor and LG company for solution Again for next 2 weeks same repetition. On next call, it was confirmed for a settlement as the damaged was exterior and small with Mr. Rajiv Ranna - Staff Supervisor. The settlement was of Rs.800 cheque to be delivered at my shipping address within next 5 working days, then after additional compensation of 2.5% interest per day on Rs.16450 (purchase amount) till I don't receive the cheque at my home. On 22/07/2013 (today), Ms. Bhavna Arora said that the query is not not processed and it will only be known if Mr. Rajiv comes and provides them some detail. She also saind that I will get call from him within next 24hrs which I am sure I will nto get from my pass 1.5 months experience from SNAPDEAL.

                            I ordered a Camera on Snapdeal thinking of it is a good deal. I was wrong. (Canon EOS600D-55-135mm Kit)
                            First, they sent me a camera of a lower version, thinking that I would accept it as the difference is not big in the model but the price difference is a whopping Rs. 10K!! (Original product I purchased was for 45K)
                            I complained and they promised a reverse pick up within 4 days. I returned the product successfully on Thursday (11/07/2013)
                            I got a confirmation that they would refund / replace my product by next Monday.
                            On Monday, courier company confirmed delivery of courier to Snapdeal office on Saturday. Being a non working day, they promised to replace / refund my product on Monday (15/07/2013) - I have told them the urgency for the same.
                            Since 15/07/2013 till date, I am running pillar to post, and getting different replies every single time. First, they haven't received the product. Then - as per policy they have to wait. Then, It is received but in a big bag and needs sorting out. Then, your refund will be processed by tomorrow. Every day a new reason and new person comes up.
                            I am looking for continuous update on my refund. It is AMAZING that SNAPDEAL has returned back the product WRONGLY shipped to me last Saturday and until this Friday, for a week they are still sitting on the case and not replaced my product neither refunded the money!!! Every day I have called for an hour with the same story that my case has been escalated and will be taken care of shortly. I will receive a reply in 24 to 48 hours. Until now, nothing!
                            Mr. Saurabh - Supervisor ... If he is reading this mail it would be even more amazing. Claims on Wednesday, all processed, bank closed at 7.30 pm so refund will happen on Thursday morning. On Friday, NOTHING! Another supervisor claims the system does not show product received back so NO REFUND possible till then. Please wait. FANTASTIC.
                            Please please stay away from such companies.

                              I had placed an order (No[protected] from Snapdeal.com on April 2, 2013 for a magazine subscription for "Muscular Development". I used my credit card to make the payment, using EMI scheme. I was supposed to be shipped the first issue on 25th June. On the 28th of June, after getting no intimation regarding the shipment, I called up Snapdeal helpdesk. They suggested I cancel the order because they have shortage of product. So, I cancelled the order and I was promised a refund of Rs. 4,997. After 4-5 days, I called up Snapdeal and their representative asked for my NEFT details, which I then emailed to them. 10 days have gone by, and I have still not received my money in my bank account. Every time I call their helpdesk, they say the same thing, "Give us sometime.. you will soon get your money." I have been promised that I will receive the money by end of this week, ie by tomorrow. But somehow, I know that they will not refund the money, because normally NEFT transfer takes 2-3 days, and they have initiated the refund last Thursday, according to their executive. Please help me get back my money.

                                I have purchase a mobile phone Micromax X60 having order ID.[protected] on dated 09/12/2012 with one year warranty from Snapdeal.com. But he is got a fault on dated 17/072013 and i want to repair it in warranty period. But the snapdeal person cannot do any type of response regarding that.

                                please take necessary action to this company he cheated the customer.

                                  I have ordered a Samsung laptop via order number [protected]. but wanted to cancel the order before shipment of the same.but there executive has told me that since the product is ready for shipment this can not be cancel at the moment,however you can refuse the delivery of the same and we will receive back the product.
                                  In that way we will cancel the order.

                                  And i have done accordingly and they have received back there product back on 3rd july 2013, as evidenced by first flight courier tracking. and i have intimated the fact 3-4 times via mail as well as over phone but no steps has been taken till date for cancellation of the order and refund of amount.

                                  So please help me in this matter and oblige.

                                      I have purchased Micromax A116 from Snapdeal on 24th May 2013.The snapdeal order number is: [protected].
                                      The phone was delivered to me on 1st June 2013.
                                      The device was faulty and it hanged and became dead when I made a video call or do video chat.I was not even able to make calls or receive calls.The slot 2 of sim was also faulty and sim was not detected. I logged a complaint for which the number is 2237402.

                                      With repeated calls and mails to snapdeal customer care,they misguided me and asked me to visit the service center.I had to visit the service center thrice to get the DOA letter.After the DOA letter was issued,the mobile was not reverse picked up from me.The faulty mobile was with me for whole 1 month and nobody from snapdeal bothered to resolve my complaint.I had to repeatedly call them and mail them with several reminders to ask for reverse pick up of the mobile.Finally after so many calls and mails,the mobile was picked up from me after 1 month on 2nd July by Ecom express courier.

                                      Now it has been 15 days since the reverse pick up and Snapdeal is still sleeping.They are saying that they have not received the mobile and will update me the status soon.Now after around 1 and a half months,i am not having a mobile and my amount of 14000 Rs is stuck up with snapdeal.


                                      I have incurred more losses than the investment I made for the Mobile phone . Still I am getting very pathetic response from Snap Deal Customer care . I have made following loses due to lethargy and ill services of Sanpdeal :

                                      1) I have to incur Logistic cost (3 times visit to service center ) to get DOA letter . It cost me around 800 Rs.
                                      2) I have made many calls to snapdeal customer care. The executive make unnecessary arguments and keep customer confused . Many times they cut my phone as they were not informed about the terms and guidelines of company .Many times they keep me hang up to consult their seniors .
                                      I have incurred about 2000 Rs bill due to incompetent customer care executives and services .for eg . after lots of altercation executive Mr. Anoop & Abhishek agreed to register my complaint as query no. Both the stupids were not in unison about the companies policies .They argued with me that my complaint could only be registered until I get the DOA Letter issued . Later after many insistence they gave me query No.

                                      3) Still I am not refunded . The interest cost on the money that snapdeal owe to me is 1200 Rs. This may continue accruing until I get my money refunded .
                                      4) I am not able to buy new Mobile as my money is stuck with Sanpdeal . I am incurring business loses due to this . The gravity of which cannot be explained .
                                      5)I am not allowed to talk to the MD / Chairman of Snapdeal as customer care executive avoids speaking on such issues .

                                      I HAVE ORDER A MICROMAX MODU MOBILE ON THE SNAPDEALS WEBSITE ,ON THE DELIVERY I HAVE PAID THE AMOUNT BUT ,I GOT THE DEAD MOBILE AFTER OPENING THE COVER.I HAVE CONTACT THEM SEVERALS TIMES BUT THEY R NOT GIVING ANY RESPONS TO ME.

                                        Dear sir,
                                        I ordered “Celebrations Easy Clothes Drying Stand Seller: Celebration” from Snapdeal on 18/06/2013 with order number: [protected] with all payment in advance of amt: 1980. Delivery date given was 24/06/2013 then on 21/6/13 I got call from no:[protected] stating he is supplier & there is problem in delivery address hence I sms him my address immediately I received confirmation sms from him. But till the 29/06/13 I didn’t get my product hence I informed on no:[protected] he replied me stating “he will update me” but I didn’t get any reply. On 3/07/13 I again sms on same number but this time also he didn’t respond. In the mean time on 29/6/13 I checked my account & I realise that it is updated as “Product delivered” hence I immediately register my complaint at snapdal/trustpay with no 2433551 on 29/6/13 after few days I didn’t get any reply hence I e mailed to [protected]@snapdeal.com on 02/07/13 but results are same no response!
                                        Hence I again registered my complaint at snapdal/trustpay with no: 2476014 on 5/07/13 mentioning details of previous complaint & I also emailed to [protected]@snapdeal.com but this time also no response hence I again registered my complaint at snapdal/trustpay with no: 2523909 on 12/07/13 with details of previous complaints but still the outcome is same.
                                        There is nothing like TrustPay 100% moneyback guarantee, Snapdeal is just fooling customers as I registered my compliant 3 times but no one is responding & almost one month pass after the order till the date I didn’t received my product nor my money only I got is mental harassment! Please help me out!

                                        DEALS FOR ALL & CITI BANK.
                                        I have received a brocher of different kinds of products of Deals for all from Citi
                                        bank in the second week of may 2009, then On 17 May 2009 i called them on the given
                                        no to order the products so the lady asked me do u have citi bank credit card i said
                                        i dont have, then she told ok then u can pay by cash on delivery so i said ok & i
                                        ordered 2 10 migapixel polaroid digital cameras & 2 mobile phones then she said ur
                                        products will reach u within 28 working days when the products will reach to u that
                                        time u can pay the amount by cash on delivery i said ok.
                                        then after waiting for 28 days i called them on 15 june first of all the no which
                                        they have given to inquire about the product was on IVR for at least 10 to 12 mins
                                        then they answered my call & they said it will reach u within 10 days then again i
                                        called then after 10 days again the same problem after 10 to 15 mins they answered
                                        my call & they said it will take more 3 days after that i have not called them nor
                                        the product has reached it was a very bad experience shopping with them.
                                        if they dont have the procduct available why they send such kind of brocher & take
                                        customers on a ride.
