Dear Reader, ATTENTION***ATTENTION***ATTENTION***ATTENTION***ATTENTION***ATTENTION*** You could be easliy cheated on Snapdeal. As they are cheaters, big fraud and not even trustworthy. Once you planning to finalize any deal with them online, please keep screenshot of that webpage with you. As they can deny on the deal later on, would ask you evidences for the deal existences. I am a victim of it, I purchased a mobile (Samsung Galaxy Grand Duos I9082) of worth Rs. 18499/- on 5 June2013 and on their website it was reflecting cash back of Rs1500 for this product and holiday package discount coupon worth Rs. 750. I received the product but no vouchers no cash back. When I talked about cash back, they said within 45 days you will get your refund in your account. Now 3 months has been passed but I didn't received any refund, no vouchers. They are asking for evidences where they committed for cash back. For vouchers, they said its now expired, you should call us earlier. I am alerting you, either don't go with SNAPDEAL or keep all evidences at places. My Order ID was [protected].     Dear sir I purchase a new laptop through snap deal on 11 sep2013 after i placed laptop problem started, but snap deal has no answer and no response till their worst courier first flight fraud like snapdeal wasted about 200 rs on call.but those pupil has no customer value finally i received the laptop and thought that is my problem is ended but again this laptop was old repaired laptop which dvd drive has issue, laptop schreen has issue , and also driver dvd with laptop is courrpted not working at all complained to this to samsung ,samsung confirmed that is laptop is old and driver dvd is duplicate after many calls and mail they have one automated mail aways i send the mail ,or i call then then they put the call in hold and never retrive the call and always replied as they quality service till i recived the laptop i am unable to use this laptop but this fraud shop still looting to customer. and also their customer care use abusive language to me and disconnect the call. order detail--Samsung NP300E5X-A0BIN Laptop (2nd Gen Intel Core i3 2328- 2GB RAM- 500GB HDD- 15.6 Inch- DOS) (Titanic Silver). order no-[protected] regards Prateek shrivastava

We have ordered a travel coffee mug but we have received a car mug and while ordering there were not mention anywhere that thais was used only in cars i have ordered to used this in home but this was full waste for me and useless and have Ac socket . This is fully getting the customer misguide that we are ordereing for some other purpose and he is getting different items. So kindly get it the item replaced with coffee mug in same amount which has DC socket which we can used in house in same range . Please find the below detail of my purchase.           when I place the order the product was available on site I have paid the full consideration also and a waited even after schedule of dispatch of 3rd Sept 2013n as per your mail you have informed me that the product will get dely and will deliver within 3 days. Now I got the mail for canceling my order which have shocked me as now the price of same product his increased with almost by Rs.4000/-.             I ordered a phone "sony xperia m" on 3rd september and it should have delivered within 5-6 days but i then got a message that it will be delivered by 10th september. But this is 17th and still i didn't got the phone. And today i got a message that "your order has been cancelled and we will not be able to complete your order". I called a lot of times to the customer care number and everytime i got to hear that my order will be delivered within 3 days. I got all the conversation recorded and saved all those messages as proof. I here request you to take strict action against the company as they wasted my time and i had to use my faulty phone as i hoped that i will get my phone

              Dear Team, I purchased a galaxy note 2 from snapdeal.com on 21st may 2013 and it has been horrible experience. They haven't processed the promised 15% cash back till now.They replied after repeated reminders as mentioned below. "Thank you for contacting Snapdeal.com.Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience you have experienced.With reference to your email in regards to the cash back for the order number [protected], the cash back against the mentioned order details has been already processed from our end on[protected] under reference number : P[protected]We would request you to please confirm the above mentioned reference number with your bank customer care." I called ICICI Bank and they confirm that there is no credit in my account with regards to above transaction no. I even sent my July bank statement to snapdeal which clearly shows that there is no cash back.Then they accepted that no casj back has been done and asked me to give some other account no. I gave them HDFC bank account no but still money didn't come. Even after repeated mails and phone calls they haven't done anything. Every time they say that you will get call within 24-48hrs from concerned team and nobody calls.I am totally frustrated calling and mailing them so many times . Please help.                 I placed an order on "Snapdeal.com' for a mobile "Samsung Galaxy S duos' RS-9299.. 6 month EMI on 17th-Aug-2013, Today is 17th-sep-13. till now i havent received the order. I have already send a complain mail to their customer support but there was no response from their side. I have only received a mail containing the Complain ticket number and stated that they will contact me within 48hr. but no contact. I have send today another mail that if they are not capable of delivering the item then i want full refund with one month interest , because it is already one month and i have paid the first installment. I am suggesting you please ""DONT BUY FROM SNAPDEAL.COM""..

                After waiting for 45days i.e i placed order on 17th-aug-13 and it has not been delivered till 3rd-oct-13. So i decided to cancel, and i have cancelled the order on 3rd-oct-13, i Have got a confirmation mail that the refund will be processed within 5-7 days. but today is 23rd-oct-13 and till now i have not received the refund money...

                  I made a purchase of women top from Snapdeal on August 28th which was delivered to me on August 30th and within half an hour I claimed the return of the disgusting, cheap product they sent me. They at first promised me a reverse pick up and then they would return the money in my account. And that too they are returning me some SD cash, in which I am definitely not interested in. I have been waiting and chasing them for the "promised" reverse pick up under their "trust pay" but of no use. Now they want me to courier the damn thing myself and they might refund the courier charges. By the way I have no faith left in this deceiving site and will never ever visit it again. It's been more than 16-17 days and I don't know how to get y money back so I am bound to raise this complaint against this fraudulent online shopping site!! Please help me I am attaching the emails I have exchanged with the site regarding the return.

                    hello , i have purchased one pair of Bo'Bell Teardrop Gold Plated Kundan Earrings online from snapdeal.com order number[protected] Order Placed on :[protected]:57:45 Price -449 ....when i got my order it was a defected piece so i informed them by mail on date[protected]:05 PM......they told me they will provide a fresh piece ....provided complaint number[protected].....but product was out of stock .......i send back that defected piece of earring as they told me with the help of bluedart 1/6/2013 at 16:15 , FOC code [protected] ......after that there is no progress ......i have called them so many times......help desk person always told me "mam i will send your request on high priority basis" .... i have mailed them .....but till now i did not get any cash back ....i feel stupid because i called them so many times and send them mail......help me thanks

                        Hello Sir/Madam, I made an online purchase on Snapdeal Order No. : [protected] Order Placed On :[protected]:17:15 for an amount of Rs 1369/-. The order was cancelled by the Snapdeal team as they could not arrange the stock in time. After that the amount was not refunded to me even after two months. When i contacted them regarding this they say the amount was refunded and they have nothing to do. They even asked for the snapshot of my bank account for which i promptly send it to them for their reference. The transaction did not take place as known to me when i contacted my bank regarding it. I mailed to the customer care a hundred times and they were like the refund was made and we do not know why it did not happen, check with your bank by some false reference number. After repeated reminder and pleading there is no proper response from the concerned department. The mental tension caused to me is unfathomable. I suffered losses in all aspects financially and emotionally. I request you to please penalize Snapdeal and make them refund my amount along with the compensation for the pain and misery given to me for the deplorable service.Please save the customers from this kind of fraudulent business.                           I brought a fossil watch from snapdeal.com. Received product doesn't looks like it was in the picture. Moreover it is not a brand new watch. It looks like used in showroom for display purpose. Box of the watch is also damaged. When I filed a complaint to return the product. I got the response it can not be returned because my complain matter isn't enough to return a product. I do not understand that when they have no question asked return policy. And I have very strong reason to return the product then why it can not be considered for return. I feel they are making me fool by selling a used watch and not returning it back.

                            I have purchased a bangles from snapdeal which was defected and i have send it back to the company but they do not refunded or exchanged i have called more than 150 times but they do not refunded and every executive of the company tell different thing i think it is a worth company and fully fraud company .. i think no one should purchase ever from snapdeal.com bad service bad quality products they also dont have toll free number .                             I have purchased a bangles from snapdeal which was defected and i have send it back to the company but they do not refunded or exchanged i have called more than 150 times but they do not refunded and every executive of the company tell different thing i think it is a worth company and fully fraud company .. i think no one should purchase ever from snapdeal.com bad service bad quality products they also dont have toll free number .

                              Hi, purchased a "Crompton Greaves CG-LE22 Emergency Lantern" from SnapDeal .com on "[protected]:40:06", order # [protected], the product was not delivered was sent back to supplier, i called snap deal multiple times, was placed on hold all the time, it is a Delhi number, where i have spent half the amount on that i spent for this product speaking to the customer care, they could not find a solution till date, what they see is the product delivered on there web site (please find the pic attached) The shippment is shipped through Ewing , who have redirected it to the original supplier with tracking number "[protected]" i dont know if the customer care reps and managers are ignorant or trying to fool people, every time i call they says it is delivered refund will not be possible. When you check for the product it is returned to the supplier form the shipper, (proof attached ), it is almost going to be 2 months marathon with snapdeal,no manager si capable to handle this .

                                I had made a purchase of 3 kurtas from their website and on receiving the same found them to be of cheap and poor quality hence I decided to exercise my right to a refund since I was not happy with the quality of the product. I contact the customer service number on which I was informed that my location doesn't fall in their reverse pick facility area hence I would need to courier them the product back and the courier charges would be refund to me as snap deal cash credit to do further shopping online. However this not being a good experience I have decided never to shop from their site ever and have hence asked them to have the money transferred into my account which they have agreed to over the phone but refuse to put it in writing by sending me an email confirming the same. It has been 4 days now that I have been chasing them making calls to them but they just seem to have the same reply. Further on contacting the courier company I was given to understand that a reverse pick up for the same is available in my area for which all I need is the snapdeal account number with bluedart I have requested snapdeal time and again to provide me with the same however they refuse to give me the information and keep insisting that reverse pick up facility is not available. They seem to be a complete scam as I am paying cash in the form of RBI currency so why should I get my refund in the form of snap deal credit??? what good is that credit if I don't wish to shop with them any more???? so basically they are trying to swindle me of my money and hence I have raised this complaint against them.

                                    I Have called the customer care services via phone and email , but i have not been delivered the product.
                                    I have asked further via email that if my product is not getting delivered within stipulated time, you may cancel the order and credit the money back to my account. However, that also has not been implemented.
                                    On calling the customer care I have been told that the despatch can only be cancelled if it is delivered to you, and by saturday (31.08.2013) or latest by Monday (02.09.2013), the product will reach me. As a matter of fact, this has also been proved wrong.

                                      I bought on 1st Aug and Blackberry handset 9220 through Snapdeal.com which was shipped by Arihant Enterprises Indore. The Blackberry box received was without plastic wrapper, the seal on the carton was opened, the battery pack seal was open, "Freebies inside" mentioned on pack and their Invoice - there were no freebies inside, Also noticed the Date of Import and Manufacture were July 2012 which is one year ago. All mobile phone vendors and experienced buyers know the fact that the battery has a shelf life and that if the battery is used or not, after a year the battery performance is greatly reduced, After using the handset within a week we noticed the battery was draining very fast and would last only for a couple of hours o[censored]se. We notified Blackberry India, Snapdeal.com and Arihant Enterprises but were told since the 7 days returns policy was over we had to go to the Blackberry Service Centre to avail of warranty on the battery. The Snapdeal.com website conveniently does not have an option for buyer to give feedback (like in ebay.in) and alert other buyers also the portal. I would have been better off to buy the handset from a reputed portal such as Flipkart which does not cheat customers in fact also sells the goods directly otherwise uses only verified sellers to trade on their portals. Due to the inefficient and high handed attitude of above 3 parties we have approached the Consumer Courts with the evidence and demand for a new fresh unit. Why should we run to the service centre for no fault of ours????

                                      Where mobile phones are concerned the most important part is the battery which has a
                                      shelf life which keeps reducing even i[censored]nused..

                                      This way when I use a year old battery its life is already more than 80% depleted..

                                      This is a known fact in case you don't know about it pls. make sure that your resellers
                                      in this case Arihant Enterprises do not cheat customers on your portal which in turn
                                      gives you a bad name and implicates the both of you..

                                      I still look forward to this being resolved by the management of Snapdeal failing which
                                      I will take necessary steps...
                                      The Consumer Court does not care if your warranty starts from date of billing rather than the date of manufacture, for the battery, the fact is that they have shipped a stale and expired product (battery).

                                        I ordered for a Kingston SO 4GB DDR3 RAM (KVR1333D3S9/4G) (Order No. : [protected]) on 25th of July 2013 and received on 29th of July 2013. But the product was not the same model number as they mentioned also it was not working. I called the Snapdeal representative and complained about the issue and they agreed for return and refund. They picked up the product and confirmed for refund on 10th of August 2013 to my Bank account (whose details also been sent). They assured to refund within 7 - 10 working days, but its almost 15 working days completed and yet I dint receive my refund. I called their representative frequently and their response was that I will receive my refund within 24-48 hours. But no response yet although no callback from their service. Since now I have spent more than Rs.50/- for calling their customer representative which is not toll-free also as other sites. I have made many purchases through their service, but the worst product and poor service I have experienced now. Now I even fear to buy products through their site in future.
