I ordered a samsung LED monitor at snapdeal.com on 7th june 2013, which order number is [protected]. On 11th June I received it. On 12th June I complained to snapdeal about HDMI port is not working with this LED. Complaint number is 2294732. On 15th June snapdeal's courier service picked it from me for checking issue. In between 11th to 15th June I talked snapdeal's help desk's several representatives on their customer care number, and also emailed my concerns. No body cares about the customer, even some time behaving bad also. On 21st June I received a call from snapdeal about fault is found in the LED. So snapdear people will send a new one in 48 hours. and then after calling snapdeal and emailing them several times till today on 27th June I received again a mail with written that it will take 48 hours. snapdeal making fools to customer, this company is worst in the eCommerce field. Comparing to others snapdeal is standing thousands time below then them. Snap deal having worst service in the world.
Even it looks to me they will never send my product. Even now they are not picking phone even i waited 15-20 minutes several times, It only increased my mobile bill. From last 3 days two times their representative told me that their system is not responding now so they can not tell any thing about my complaint but they will call me in 4 hours, even more than 50 hours completed, no body called me from snap deal.
Snapdeal is worst. not to purchase any product if you don't want to increase your blood pressure.

    Hi All, I bought JBL Cinema BD 100 5.1 channel 3D Blu Ray player from Snapdeal on 6/8/2013 via Credit Card with order ID [protected] and I was informed that delivery would be done by 6/11/2013. On 6/12/2013 I called the Customer Care (CC) asking why the product didn't reach my place, they informed that it is NOT AVAILABLE FROM VENDOR and that they DO NOT KNOW when it will be available. I waited till 6/16/2013 and called them a few times, but every time they told the same thing. So I cancelled the order on 6/17/2013 and the trouble began. On6/17/2013, even when the product was shipped and was sent to me, the CC person told me the order status is unkown so I cancelled it, but the order was already shipped. Meanwhile, I cancelled the order and booked it from another dealer on 6/17/2013. But on 6/21/2013, the order reached me and I refused to accept it as CC person informed me to do so as to cancel my order. But shockingly, the shipment went to some MUKHARJEE instead of me. Snapdeal had NO IDEA about it and when I called them, they knew it. They said it will be taken care of and on 6/24/2013, my order will be cancelled once the product is returned by the courier company. Now the product is still lying at courier company's office, I called them and they say they are awaiting Snapdeal's confirmation and when I call Snapdeal CC I still get the answer as SERVER DOWN or NO UPDATE. My credit card bill will get generated by the month end and I unneccessarily will have to pay the interest for an cancelled order. This is ridiculous. GUYS DON'T BUY THIS PRODUCT OR FOR THAT MATTER ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE, OR YOU ARE IN FOR A SIMILAR SUFFERING!!

      Hi,
      I have ordered the following product on 15th June,2013 through www.snapdealcom.(*order details : [protected] and IFB 17 Pg2S Grill 17 Ltr Microwave Oven*) It is never dispatched neither shipped to the respective address. They didn't give me a follow up call @[protected] asap.
      As I haven't recieved the order yet i just want to cancel the order right now and this an example of extreme unproffessionalism that I have ever faced during online shopping.So I want my money back asap.Please refund it back asap to the respective credit card account. After shooting emails and calling their customer care also they never contacted me or emailed me back. This is the 2nd time I am going through the same problem. They just cheat people.

        www.snapdeal.com - One of the worst experience with “so called” well known shopping/deal portal recently.

        A week later, I was sitting on my laptop surfing internet, I used to do lot of shopping online through various shopping portals, so I was browsing through various shopping portals and getting excited through offers provided by them, I come across very attractive offer for Asus Laptop on www.snapdeal.com. The portal was offering highly configured Asus Laptop around 28000 the original price of the laptop is around 46000. So, it’s obvious that I got more excited. I placed the order as I have trust on the portal due its past services.

        On their site, they show the “Out of stock” text against the products which are not in stock with them, in my case, it was not in this mode. So they accepted the order. They have mailed order acceptance mail. So, that time I was so excited and encourage my friends to grab the deal. Two of my friend also placed the order.

        After placing the order, I was eagerly waiting for the product to be delivered, but this time the havoc has been created by Snapdeal.

        On third day of after the order, their customer care executive called me and informed me that my order is going to be cancelled by them due to lack of stock. During the phone I argued that and they twisted the statement that the price shown on the portal was wrongly stated.

        After this call, I waited for status change on the site, they were not updating any status and then after two days of call they mailed saying they are not going to cancel the order but order will get delayed due to some issues with their vendor.

        My anxiety led me to call their online call center which all time busy when I succeeded to connect with them they cut phone several times during the talk and I could not put my point.

        So, again I had some hope to get the product to be delivered to me. But then again their customer care executive called me and informed that they are confirming to cancel order finally. Their CCR not allowed
        transferring the calls to the manager. So this time also I couldn’t make proper communication.

        They are doing such false pricing gimmicks to attract customers to their site. They are not listening to the customers. They are being very rude by the time. They completely are misleading customers.
        In General,

        It’s not customer’s fault to attract and put order to alluring offer (that’s what they actually want). It’s their mistake to quote wrong price on the portal. Why customer has to suffer due to their mistake?

        I know that they will counter me arguing that they have clause in their terms and condition that they can cancel the order in case of wrong pricing. So, legally they are out of the fault but morally they are doing wrong practices. They are applying such wrong and negative marketing tactics to attract more users on the sites.

        So, I have three main complaints with www.snapdeal.com
        1) Why they are misleading customers through attractive pricing? Loophole technical capabilities.
        2) Due to their technical inefficiency why customer has to suffer?
        3) Very Very Bad customer service - Their customer care executives are cutting the phone during the talk. They don't listen the voice of customers. Customer can not even connect to their senior managers to put their point.

        I got frustrated due to this kind of approach by this well know site. I request all friends not to use www.snapdeal.com in future. Spread this message to your friends and let them know about it.

        SnapDeal — General complaint

        Hi i am dhananjay patil ,
        I have purchased an voucher from snapdeal of 7 chord music academy pune for 5 sessions for rs 100 i have purchased it on 22 of june the expiry date on the voucher is 20 july i called to the 7 chord music academy pune on 19th july the guy who received the call told me that you cannot avail the voucher now .he unable to arrange sessions for me .and he said that please contact with snapdeal guys .when i tried to calll snapdeal on [protected] nobody picked up the phone i tried 10 times but no one answered the call this is cheating .i think they are unable to handle customers properly. after this incident i will never buy anything from snapdeal .

            It's very unfortunate that after using SnapDeal for almost 2 years and ordering numerous products and services, they still don't think their customer worthy for transparent services.

            Few weeks back I ordered couple of cosmetic products from SnapDeal. The order was delivered but on finding out the cheap quality of the product I asked customer care to take back the product and refund my amount the very same day.

            First of all, I was astounded to hear the customer care guy saying that they can't refund and take the product back, although it's clearly mentioned on the site that customer can return the product if the seal and brand is not damaged.

            Secondly when the delivery guy came to take the product, I was given refund of only 1 item and the second item refund was not given. Despite of several complaints and emails, there is no word from the customer care on this.

            I urge my fellow online shoppers to avoid using SnapDeal. There are other better options like "DealsAndYou", "DealsForYou", "HomeShop18", "Yepme", "Jabong" and "Tradus".
            The servises of above online portals are quite good and refund policies quite transparent.

              Hello Sir,

              I have received a coupon of Rs.500/- from snapdeal.com on[protected]offer was valid till[protected].
              I have placed the "Intex Neo Smart mobile phone" Order[protected] using this coupon (Order No. : [protected])
              Order status was in progress till 19th and when i checked at the night 10.30 P.M. it was showing "Cancelled"
              When I contacted the customer care, they said the product is not available. I check the website while on the call, the product showing available.

              They are sending fake offer to the customer, if we use the discount offer, such product they are not delivering. If they deliver less dicount offer also, the "product are either of very poor quality or damaged one".

              my complaint is against snapdeal online shopping site.On 11th may I bought a deal of VIBES salon in delhi,green park outlet,which promised to give 50% discount on total bill.My bill amount was 7500,which i had to pay,no discount was given,It has been more than 10 days that i have filed a complaint against vibes to snapdeal.now they have agreed to return the amount but they said it will take around 6 to 7 months.I spoke to snapdeal customer care and they told me they are not able to do anything in this regard.please resolve this issue as soon as possible as it is a big amount to be paid either by vibes or snapdeal. snapdeal customer care number is [protected].

              After raising a complaint to Snap deal, they replied that the product is running short of stock.. But, from the date the product got cancelled, I'm checking every day the product is showing available to buy on their website. They are misguiding the customers, when customer ask question, then they are trying to give some reason (which is actually not true) to escape from the deal they agreed during the selling process.

              If they give genuine reason, we can agree. They are saying the order is out of stock, the it is showing available on their website.

              I have again placed the order for same product but this time I have chosen "Cash on Delivery" and asked them to delivery as per the previous deal they cancelled without my knowledge or give the coupon back that is used in the last deal. They are saying I have to pay full amount.

              Moral of the story
              "When you apply coupon for big discount every though as per the term and conditions, they will cancel the order and give false reason"
              If you pay the full amount, they will deliver the product.

              Example:- In my above case, I have purchased a mobile of price Rs.1099/- and applied Rs.500/- discount. So, they don't want to deliver this product giving false reasons. If product is out of stock, it will show "Sold out", but it showing available and also I placed order again as Cash on delivery mode. Here, is the screenshot.

                Hello Sir, My Problem is that the product is so bad condition that is can't ware is the product in your website is showing great but when i get it all coating is out that way is return u product back, after few days some one call said the product is reserved we will back u soon, and after few days some one call and SAID the box is empty. i track it the product i pack is ok the man who reserved other wise he misplace.That why i mail u please check it out. and also the your customer care is very bad to talk... Please Refund my Money in SD_CASH so i can buy other thing.

                  This is in reference of Snapdeal Order ID[protected] and Item Padmini 4 Burner Jalwa Gas Cooktop . I have placed an order of Cooktop on May 11th 2013. Snapdeal has never delivered the product to my address and after that they asked me to cancel the product. I did the same but now its more than one month and they got the returned item but still not returning Rs 3690/- to my credit card. I checked my credit card statement and the refund amount is not there from snapdeal.

                  I have filed 5-6 times complaint to snapdeal helpdesk and called them 10 times atleast. Every time they inform me that in 24-48 hours they will get back to me but there is no email response or call I got from snapdeal.

                  in website they netion its 100% money back guarantee. I am just helpless with there service. This is a case of fraud and aweful service from snapdeal.

                  Please help me on this. I want my Rs 3690/- return to my account from a product which never got delivered to me.

                    I have ordered a modem and cooling pad from Snapdeal withe order no. [protected] on 11the june and was suppose to be dispatched by 14the june. On 14the june they sent a mail that it will be "dispatched" not delivered, in 3 working days (too bad sat and Sunday holiday) so they dispatched on 17t june and now they have again sent a mail that it will reach on 22the june(10days after i placed the order) and thee sad part is that they can take 10 days to deliver my order before i can cancel my order. Even thee customer care don't pick up the phone no matter how many times you call. "TrustPay" policy of snapdeal is nothing short of a scam because it gives nothing but an opportunity to delay and avoid refund for 10 to 15 days without citing a reason.

                      I purchased a Micromax A116 Canvas HD mobile from snapdeal.com on 25/5/2013, time-14:11:28. Order ID : [protected]. I was suppose to receive the mobile on 3rd June,2013 but I did not get it on time and I was delivered the mobile 4 days later on 7th June,2013 by Bluedart Courier. Mobile received is defective and not working. I informed snapdeal.com on 8th june about the defective mobile by email and call. Till now I have only got 1 time response from them and that to was not proper. I have emailed them on 9th, 10th and 11th June and also called them thrice on 10th June and once on 11th june,2013 to find out about my faulty/defective mobile complain but there is no response from their end. They are refusing to hear my complain. Snapdeal.com has done fraud and cheating by sending a defective mobile to me and not refunding my money to me. I demand a immediate return of my money back from snapdeal.com as a defective mobile is not acceptable to me.

                        Complaint: Wrong shipment sent and that too delayed (expected 9th June, and received on 13th June). I have been sent a casserole instead of my order, which costs less than one 6th of my payment. I have been writing mails ever since (received day before yesterday) but with no response.                         on 3rd October and was waiting for my order to get delivered. After a few days when i was checking my order status it showed 'all delivery attempts failed' and when i searched further it said that the courier will try to deliver the product within 2 days. Then again after two days when i checked thee status it said 'order remains undelivered, order will be send back to snapdeal'. Now why is that happening, we have given you phone number not only for sending message, you can also call us. At least you could have asked the courier to call us if they found our address difficult to reach. Please i need help right now

                              I have purchased Zen Ultraphone 701HD from Snapdeal.
                              After receiving the product I noticed that there is small cut at the end of the screen of a phone
                              I lodged a case with snapdeal with case number 2191194 and provided them all the the details and snspa
                              It been over days 10, I have not received any solution.
                              Everytime I call customer support they tell me that wait for another 48 hours and you will get a call back but each time I have to call them back

                              I purchased &#039;AutoKart - Philips Extreme X-treme Vision Car Headlight Bulbs Bulb H4 60/55W as advertised in the shopping site(as shown in first photograph).After few days I received the product in a careless packing (as shown in the second photograph).From the condition of the product received, am doubtful whether it is genuine .Also there is scratch on the bulbs which may be affect its performance.
                              On the next day itself I complained to the shopping site(Snapdeal) to return another set of bulbs since am not satisfied with the product they delivered.The shopping site got a policy called &#039;Trust pay&#039; which says&quot;TrustPay protects customers with a 100% moneyback guarantee if there is an issue with product quality, size or delivery&quot;.But when I complained about the product quality(Complaint #4897407), they replied that the product cannot be returned/replaced.From the third photograph anyone can judge about the quality of those bulbs.
                              I just want to warn everyone that these guys display standard products in their site and deliver substandard items( not the same package/product as displayed at the time of shopping).Better inspect the delivered product before paying them.These guy&#039;s return policies are useless.
                              Is your product replaced/money refunded?
                              i have purchased a softtoy online from snap deal. But when i received it, i found it damaged. I want my toy to be replaced or money back. Please do the needful as early as possible. It&#039;s been my worst experience for online purchase

                                I had just purchased a Samsung Notebook computer from Snapdeal for Rs.42K and after a lot of follow ups with their courier company, I finally managed to get the PC. When I opened the package, I found that there was no carry bag with the Notebook PC. I immediately called the customer care, who informed me that the carry bag is not being offered for 'free' in the deal, which is illogical and absolute nonsense! The same price is being offered at all the stores of Samsung dealers and the notebook comes with the carry bag.

                                When I spoke to the Snapdeal customer care, they again informed me that we will have to buy the carry bag for the notebook separately, which is weird! How can one carry the notebook computer without the carry bag and after paying such a high price, one has to go and get the bag separately!

                                Funny enough, I checked their site and notice that the bag for this notebook (which I would assume that Samsung may have supplied free of cost) is being sold by Snapdeal for Rs.649/-

                                I would not recommend anyone to buy such expensive things from Snapdeal as they are just giving an eyewash and taking the innocent customers for a ride. Please double check from the market before taking a plunge with these folks.

                                  I placed and order for LG LWA3GR3F 1.0 Ton 3 Star Window Air Conditioner AC for rs. 19543 on 2nd June 2013. At that point of time the product was available and it is showing available to me and everyone today as well.

                                  Firstly i never got any information regarding product shipping date. Then after calling their customer care several times, they gave me time of Monday 10th june for the shipping details. On Tuesday morning on 11th June 2013 after 9 days of purchase they called and sad that the product is out of stock and the money will be refunded. However I bought the AC after so many days of research and time as on 15th June i wanted to gift it to my parents on their anniversary which now cannot happen as the money will be refunded in 7 working days. This is very harrasing to the customer when it shows available on their website however they are not ready to deliver and block your money for approx 20 days. This is totally unacceptable and I want them to compensate with my situation.

                                  yes, even i had the similar issue with SNAPDEAL. I have ordered for 1 shirt and they delievered pant for KID and finally when i called service desk, they told they dont have stock. And when i start scolding them, their simple answer is everyday they have more than 10 cases of such issues.
                                  This is the negligency and the worst service they have provided.

                                  I guess this is worst online shopping dealer who fails to give service to consumers.

                                  Ias thier no value for time in our busy schedule? I have packed and couriered it back and finally after 15 days i got refund. They are just playing with peoples time.

                                    I purchased a Videocon 1.5 Ton 3 Star VS5 Split Air Conditioner from snapdeal.com worth Rs.21990/- on 25th May 2013. I was delivered the wrong product on 30th May 2013. I called their customer care regarding this and they told me to resolve the complain within 24-48 hours. I received a call from them next day and they asked me to what I wanted. I told them if possible replace the product. They asked for some more time to confirm from their vendor but I did not receive any call from them in the next 3 days. All these days AC was just occupying a space at my place. When I used to call the customer care, all they did was asked for time. My frustration levels crossed the limit and I did a survey of the wrong model they sent me and found it in accordance with my requirements. This slowness in response from their side compelled me to get that product installed and they told me that they will compensate for the wrong product they sent. I agreed to that. They promised me a compensation of Rs.500/- on 4th June 2013 and said it will be credited to my snapdeal account within 24-48 hours but till date(10th June 2013) I haven't received the amount. I tried calling them several times but again all they ask for is a little bit more time. I was exploited by snapdeal.com customer care more than once on a single order, wasted my time talking to them,emailed them and wasted my money on those calls and yet not getting my complaint resolved, thereby compelling me to post my complain here. I hope you people can help me getting my complain resolve at the earliest.
                                    Just a word of caution for those who are planning to buy from snapdeal.com, please buy from there on your own risk.

                                      This is really risky deal, we will suffer mentally, i have bought cycle on snapdeal.com on 1st June 2013 and now 10th June, they still not shipped the product. i sent complaint mail twice, but they says 'sorry for the inconvenience we will deliver that earlier'. i just want them to refund my amount that will take 21 days on their rules, i have bought many items in many online shopping portal but never faced like this. please help me to get that back.

                                        I had ordered a gas fro snapdeal just bcoz i was getting it a bit cheaper than tradus or indiatimes shopping.
                                        I paid using a debit card.

                                        On the 23rd may 2013, when i called the call center, they told me the delivery was delayed, by a few days and will be delivered by 26th May 2013.
                                        Toady when i checked the status , it shows cancelled.when i called the company, they said they were unable to deliver the product, so they cancelled the order. when i questioned them why did they did not inform me about the same. he says your cell was busy when we called.
                                        When i asked him what bout the money that i have paid, he says we will see when we can process the same.
                                        If they took the money for the product they need to deliver it.
                                        Else give me the money(not discounted amount but MRP cost for the same product.) for the product and i will purchase it directly from the local shop.
                                        After all the emails and calls made no one has a proper answer what is to be done.people in the call center say they dont have any senior at work.
                                        When i asked them to check the name os the person who i last spoke to, he says the system doesn't show the names of the people who i have spoken to in the past and have updated the order cancellation.
