dear sir i was ordered ajanta wall clock rs 350 on dated 25/09/2013. after placing order i received damaged product. when i send damaged product via reverse pick up by mistake i handed over my another product laptop stand rs 1600 in place of damaged ajanta wall clock to delievery courier boy. i m contacted several times in snapdeal customer care executive & he/she told me many times we will touch in next 24-48 hours. but right now now update for my product is received. snapdeal company not interested to reverse my wrong product as i handover to courier person. by mistake i loss rs 1499 laptop stand+ rs 350 ajanta wall clock total approx rs 1850 loss . next time me & my any friend not ordered any product to snapdeal because services is not good & refund policies. kindly refund my amount and reverse my product as soon as. reverse airbeg no: [protected] order id: Order id [protected] snapdeal complaint no:3327454

    I have placed an order to Snap Deal for Huawei 3G Data card on 08/10/13, and order no is [protected].i got this product on 12/10/13, but as i checked it in my P.C. it ws not working. I reported this matter immediately to snap deal office and registered the complain there.Complain No. is 3518623.they give me the assurance to pick up the product within 4 working days but they failed to do so.i waited for 5 days and when i called them again they said that they are arranging the reverse pick up within 48 hrs.i requested them to give me the feedback of the solution and they assured me to call me for their disposal.they had taken the time upto 21/10/13.Today is 22/10/13, bt i neither get any call nor any reverse picking arrangement. After waiting a lot I called their customer care for the disposal, and this time they are telling that I have to send it by myself but i r refused to do so, as i hav my exams these days. Moreover they have not shown any punctuality and breaking their promises again and again. Due to their such acts, I m suffering a lot. Moreover I dont have the required product, which I need urgently. I request the concerned Authority to take tough action against them and redress my grievances.

    dont purchase from snap deal, they provide cheap product.
    Yes don't buy any thing from snap deal. They are using unbranded product with branded name.

      Your Order ID : [protected] I had ordered chocolates for my sisters birthday.The order was placed on 30th sep and was promised to be delivered on 1stoct.But the gift was not delivered until 8th oct.Never were no definite reply from the snap deal why it was not delivered so late.I later cancelled the order on 8tha and asked them to refund the money.Its been 15days since in placed the cancellation i haven't got the refund.When i call them they don't provide me any specific date on the refund.This was the first time i tried to go through snap deal and really feeling terrible on why i have used their services.Neither was i able to give the gift for her birthday nor am i getting the money refunded.

        I contacted customercare of SnapDeal today and I was informed that cheque sent to me was received by Sandeep, which is a product of image of SnapDeal. Indian citizens are requested not to trust fraudulent companies like SnapDeal who take advantage of weak Indian laws and cheat public. Indian citizens are ripped off their hard earned money, because Indian laws are pro-cheater. I request NGOs, media and lawyers to take stern legal action against SnapDeal to refund the money instantaneously with compensation for harassment.

        Today (24.10.2013) I spoke to the customer care about my refund of above article and I was again told that the cheque was sent on 10.10.2013 via Bluedart courrier, track ID. No. [protected] and the phone number of the courier given was[protected]. When I dialed this number, this number does not exist. I contacted SnapDeal customer care again and told her the problem, she said that the cheque has been re-sent and track ID has not been created. Will some organisation help me in overcoming the problem? I am really frustrated from telling lies by SnapDeal. Please help me.

          I have serious doubt about the fulfillment capabilities of SNAPDEAL. Classic Example. For Camcorder Panasonic V-210, price avialable on site after discount on 13 October 2013 was Rs 18393/- after applying promo discount of the day Rs 250, I had placed COD order. ORDER ID [protected]. There was no shipping details shared & later while tracking it appeared RETURNED without any intimation to me. I requested re-shipment bu call centre says re-shipment is not possible, it needs to be re-ordered. FRANK SUGGESTION TO EVERYONE, DO NOT BELIEVE THEM & SPREAD THIS MESSAGE FAR & WIDE SO THAT OTHERS DO NOT GET FOOLED BY FALSE CLAIMS OF SURE DELIVERY OF SNAPDEAL.

            I have purchase the product(Moksh Blue Denim Shirt) from SNAPDEAL on 18 August 2013, due to size issue i reject this product as instruction by Snapdeal customer care, and product has been RTO. Till date i am waiting for refund but no any proper response revived from Snapdeal Customer care. till date i have not received my refund of Rs. 499 in my account.               This is regarding my order number [protected]. I have ordered one Samsung DVD player from snapdeal on 1st of October. I thought things will be smooth just like every time. But to my surprise you guys have turned things around. Now I realize why portals like Flipkart scores heavily on you. Till 7th of this month I have not received any status on this order until I called the customer service. Again to my surprise they told Product has been returned due to some issues in courier. Still ok and I requested for a reshipment and the representative gave me an assurance to provide me with an update within 24hrs. Again, till 11th I didn’t get any update and I raised a complaint # 3469330. One representative called me on 13th assuring me an update within 24hrs. Still no update till 17th.

              I called you people on 17th as no one has bothered to call me back or update me with the status of this order since last Monday. This is one of the Worst customer services I have received in India and I won’t tolerate this any more. As a customer I will never even think of buying any products from you people again and will certainly spread this message across my colleagues and friends.

              On 17th I called one of your representative and here name is Anju ( not sure if this is correct). According to here the product is again returned back and they have initiated a refund. But the status of my order still shows “reshipment is in progress” What’s happening!!! What is the reason for this!!!.this is the second time I am getting the same feedback.

              Today on 18th I gain made a call and one of your representative told they will escalate this issue and was not able to give any sort o[censored]pdates on the order and assured a call back in 2 hours.
              Again noting happened on 18th and no one called me on 18th. I don’t think things can go worse than this.

              I have already written to you at [protected]@snapdeal.com. Its been already 29 days !!! and my product is still not delivered!!. This is quite absurd and arrogant from your side. If the product is not in stock, why in the first place you have taken my order and money!! this is a clear case of cheating a customer.                 I wanted to purchase a camera and was looking for an online portal wherein I can get easy EMI option, as I didn’t have 15K to spend at one go. After some research I found Snapdeal to be the most ideal, and now I realise how wrong I was. Order ID: [protected] from Snapdeal.com on 17 September 2013; opted for 6 months free EMI from my Stanchart credit card. Received the product on 20 September 2013. No issues whatsoever with the product (Samsung NX1000), but Snapdeal cheated me dearly, as they never converted my order to EMI.

                As you may expect, calls afte calls, requests but ALL in vein. One thing is sure, for Snapdeal Customers comes last. No one is bothered about the customer. Everytime they promise to call back in 24 hours, but noone bothers to give a call back. And everytime you call its the same routine to explain the whole thing. Seems like they don’t even have a proper software to log customer’s queries.

                Only excuse they give is the new RBI guideline on EMI conversion. Interesting to note that, the guideline came on 26th September, about 9 days after me placing the order. So how come my case come under the guideline??? My question is were you guys sleeping all these days???

                Underline is "Never believe the Snapdeal guys... I feel I am cheated. And trying to reach more people with my agony, so that no one else will fall under the trap of Snapdeal. But what else can I do other than going to a consumer forum.

                Dear Snapdeal

                Appologies is the only thing that's been provided liberally at Snapdeal. A dozen phone calls didn't do the trick and you ask me to write to you for more information. Do YOU think it will awaken you up from your deep sleep..!!!

                The RBI guideline came much much later than the processing of my order. So I am eligible for EMI for my order. So just do it and convert my order to EMIs. Cause I am not in a position to pay the full amount.

                  i have placed order for woodland sleep on shoes on 18/08/2013 with order id:[protected], and received wrong product (sandals) on 03/09/2013, i send back on 04/09/2013 as per there suggestion, but they didn't pay back after that till today, they make falls promises that you will be deposited in the week, buy they didn't, in between they asked for bank neft details which i have provided and it takes minutes to transfer, but they don't pay,
                  making wrong promises and i am spending to much time and money on phone calls and emails,
                  request to find way and if possible to see that they get punishment.

                  As I have Purchased Delhi Seven Classy Pack of 3 Checkered Capri's (Size: Free Size) from snapdeal.I asked the free size not the small size.Since I have order the product on 9th Feb 2014 but still i have not get any response But when i call to snapdeal call centre for returning the product firstly, they say that the blue dart person will come and collect from you. After 1 week i have recalled to customer care then they said that don't worry your product will surely exchanged within 3 or 4 working days (if possible) . After 15 days i have call to customer care, they said that you pack the product and send it to the Delhi branch address. When i told that the cost of sending the product is around Rs 500. They said that if you want to exchange the product then just said it to the above address ().
                  Sir as i was buying a product from last 4 years, i didn't ocurred any problem but only this time why the problem has occurred. But still the blue dart person or from your call centre (Snapdeal) have contacted with me nicely.

                  Sir Please take any action against my return / exchange of product.

                  Last month in February, I ordered Casio Edifice Chronograph EF-550D-1AVDF (ED390) Men's Watch which i had to return because of its bad

                  I returned it on 5th of Feb 2014 and claimed for replacement.

                  Every time i call up the customer care they say within 48 hours you will get resolution. No one is even properly responding, it feels like everyone is sitting out there to fool customers, is it so ??????They say the product is not available with seller, but the website says, it is available with all the sellers !!!

                  Even today if you check snapdeal's website, it is available with 7 sellers on your website !!!

                  So Isn't it a try of fooling customers???????? how is this possible???????? and even if it is not available with one
                  seller, then not approaching other sellers?????????

                  Why am i not getting the replacement????? can somebody give me some genuine reason for this??????why should your customers suffer because of Snapdeal's mistake??????

                  I am continuously calling up back and forth customer care people back and forth but there is no progress happening on my complain.

                  So now I am really tired and frustrated of all this.

                  I want to understand, how can it take more than 1 month's time to resolve 1 complain?????

                  is it really that difficult????? isn't it a BIG question on the efficiency and dedication of snapdeal's staff?????????

                  may i know the reason for that specially when you say that it will take maximum 48 hours of time to get the solution. and still i keep listening that you are working on it ?????!!!

                  Lets even forget about the resolution but no one has even turned up with the updates on it as well, till date. No phone calls no communication for the delay has been done by snapdealSo I really want to understand the reason for this.

                  Snapdeal is the worst thing existing in the 21st century, the word "snapdeal" now holds a new meaning, which is the height of incompetence, disgusting customer service, shameless support executives, coward managers, so all in all its a hole run by who redefine the height of idiocity each day. i had purchased a double bed with free mattress, and my order was messed not once, but twice, even the replacement product was delivered partially, on top of that, the customer support agents never called me back or replied to my emails, and they denied sharing their ceo's email address, I'm not even sure if he knows what kind of a freak show he's running. Let me also tell you, that its been about a month since i'd placed the order and till today, all they say is, "give us 24-48 hours", and "we will get in touch with the seller and investigate", can you believe it?? One whole month, no reply to emails, no call back, no resolution, no update, nothing, on top of that, the customer support representative, Ms. Nishat, was the icing on the cake, she had no manners to talk, full of arrogance, plus, for some reason, probably i sound funny when i speak, coz if its not so, I don't see why she'd be giggling with her background friends, also, the manager she connected me to, Mr. Kaushal, made n number of assurance, and it didn't take the man one minute to vanish in thin air, on top of that, i had to wait for 2 days and speak to 3 different people to get the woman to even apologize.                   The complaint as follows,

                  Sub: Damaged product received and seeking for return and refund.

                  Dear sir/madam,
                  I have ordered two Yonex Gr 303 Badminton Rackets with the order number [protected] . Today i.e., 16.09.2015 I have received the product and opened the pack and observed that the both the rackets are in damaged condition. The damages are as follows.

                  1. Racket number 1 in pack no.1 - there is a crack over the handle nearer to the stem connecting position.
                  2. Racket number 2 in pack no. 2 - the frame of the racket is in bent condition.

                  Based on the above observed damages, it seems that the damaged rackets sent by the seller. Subsequently, I have discussed with customer care executive on [protected] number and he promised that he will arrange the return pick up by applying for return and refund request online. I have applied for return and refund request online (reference numbers: 07179287,[protected] through my registered mail ID login on snapdeal website. Afterwards, I have received a message stating that the product is to be sent by my own efforts. (Please refer the call recordings on 17.09.2015 evening between 6.00-7.00 hrs and again at night 8.45 to 9.15hrs). In my first call the customer care executive guided me how to apply for return and refund process and also promised that the return pick up is available on my registered address. Subsequently, one gentleman contacted me on 17.09.2015 at evening hours and asked me by when the product can be sent back to snap deal. I simply told that the customer care associative promised me that the product will be picked up by snapdeal courier partner and I am waiting for that. And also in subsequent calls, the persons who are talking to me, saying about the cost incurred for making courier will be paid by snap deal. If so, please clarify the following,

                  1. How the refunding/compensation will be done for the following activities like
                  a. packing cost,
                  b. efforts putting by me to pack & courier the same,
                  c. time spent on this process,
                  d. mental tension by receiving damaged product,
                  e. loss of interest on the un-useful investment of purchasing this product,
                  f. call charges of telephone calls on [protected].

                  2. And also confirm me that, why the customer care service executive and the representatives from CEO desk are lying to me in giving information about return and refund process.

                  Based on the above information, I came to know that, the snapdeal is a cheating company and discarding the damaged products available with different vendors throughout the India to the customers and making very good profits to run the company.

                  Ultimately, the customer service adviser and also the person from CEO desk making the situation that the customer does not want to send back the product and asking my confirmation by e-mail can the return request be cancelled. The persons working in the customer care service desk and CEO desk are not having minimum common sense and sending the mails as attached herewith.

                  Hence, I am requesting you to confirm the picking up of damaged product from my registered address and make the refunding process to me. And also, refer the call timing from [protected] to [protected] and refund the same.

                  Subsequentl,

                  i have get reply from snap deal customer advisers and also from CEO desk to compensate due to unavailability of return pick up and the compensating amount will be credited to your bank account and then they asked my bank account details including IFSC code. After Coolecting the information the snap deal is crediting the amount in snap deal account SD and can be utilised before six months.

                  recently, i have given a reply as follows,

                  It is not fare and very much unsatisfactory with your actions and word. There is a Huge amount of difference in your wordings and actions. One of the customer care adviser told me that the cash back will be credited into my SBI Account along with the courier charges. However the action shows that the amount Rs. 200/- credited in SD cash back offer and can be avialed with my next purchase. I clearly mentioned in my previous conversations that i will never purchase anything in my future with snapdeal and i have been asked the amount is to be deposited in my SBI account and i have given my account number with relevant information in my previous mail.

                  Please look into the matter and take corrective action. If not possible please do not refund any amount to me including damage product cost, courier charges and cash back. Please consider it is my contribution to snap deal to run your company with successful profits by cheating the customers.

                  The supreme court decision in May this year clearly states that the reseller/manufacturer is responsible and will have to replace the product, if it is defective. And if the customer wants his money back, the seller will have to refund the money.

                  I have a purchased a mobile phone from the Snapdeal Company amounting to Rs 47899/- via cash on delivery option.

                  When the parcel came, there was no invoice on it. Immediately I contacted the Snapdeal Customer Care after the courier boy advised me and informed them about the same. They advised me to take the parcel as they would be providing the invoice on my registered email id. They told me due to shipment errors, invoice was not sent. I accepted the parcel.

                  To my utter astonishment, when I opened the parcel, it was a empty one but containing pieces of sticks and plastic only. I, as soon, summoned my query to one of the Snapdeal Representatives but he refused to help me out as their system did not show up my delivery details. I contacted them numerous times in the day but received the same above said response.

                  On 27th of November 2015, my complaint was finally lodged via verbal communication and I was assured that my complaint will be resolved soon.

                  In the midst, they asked me for the images of the empty parcel and I eagerly provided them on their Snapdeal support email id.

                  They went by their investigation and on 28th of November, 2015 the Snapdeal company committed me that my full amount of Rs 47899/- will be refunded into my given bank account and it would reflect on it by Tuesday, 1st December 2015. They also provided me the ticket I'd of the cash on delivery payment made. They also guaranteed me that my money is covered under their Trusting Policy.

                  Their was no such amount refunded into my bank account to which I contacted them on Wednesday 2nd December 2015. But they refused to help me out in this regard and sent me emails numerous times to send the parcel images which I have already sent them many times. (8-9 times). They told me that they were not receiving my images. With a alternative way, I sent them the parcel images but still they were not receiving that. I contacted the Snapdeal Customer Care again and they told me that they will consult it with their back end team to why my emails and queries are not being sent and revert me accordingly.

                  Surprisingly, today one of Snapdeal executives contacted me and said my complaint will be closed and no refund shall be generated. He spoke in a ill and unpolite manner. I, enraged told him to transfer the call to one of his superiors.
                  The floor supervisor was a parent of the unpolite and rude behaviour of talking. He did not even listen to my grievances and stated me that my parcel has been returned to their warehouse. I was felt aback. How come the parcel has been returned to origin when I have already received it.? Shakened, I checked up the tracking of my shipment and it said that 'the consignee has refused to accept the parcel and the product has been returned to the origin'. The supervisor rudely without even listening to my grievances disconnected the call.

                  With assumptions, the Snapdeal company has shipped two parcels for the same order I'd and I received the empty one. Their is a full cartel inside the Snapdeal company in which men working are exploiting the laws of India by cheating the customers and sending them faulty parcels.

                  This incident has broken all shackles of faith and trust we had on the Snapdeal company even though after going through the feedback of the mal- statement of it's Brand Ambassador Mr. Aamir Khan.

                  Sir, I request you honestly to look into my matter with utmost urgency, stop the fraudulent cartel inside your system and refund my amount without further delay.

                  I ordered for an Indian Terrain Blue Color Slim Fit Shirt (Size L) vide Order ID [protected] on Dated Dated 14.11.2015 and paid the amount in advance.

                  As soon as i received this Product, i requested a Return, as the Stupid Seller send me Size 'XL' Shirt instead of Size 'L' as ordered. The return request was taken on your website, but no one contacted me from Snapdeal's Reverse Pick Up team for around 15 days and suddenly i found that one fine day, my return request was closed by Snapdeal.

                  I contacted Snapdeal again on Dated 01.12.2015 (19 Days ago) and this Return request was Open again. Since then, i have been waiting for the Return Pick Up person to contact me but no one has arrived till date. Neither i have received any call from any of Snapdeal's Courier partner.

                  Snapdeal's service has really become pathetic and with this poor experience, i am never going to shop on this website again. In case they are not able to pick up this product, please send me your address, i will ship this item to you myself and will also bear the courier charges.

                  I have ordered Moto E 2nd Gen 4G phone from snapdeal and received the product on 9th february, 29, 2016. As the product was a faulty one, I had raised a return request with snapdeal on 12th february.                   I have placed the above mentioned order on April 1st 2016 of Canon EOS 1200D with 18-55mm + 55-250 mm Lens, online from snapdeal.com, i spent 25000 . i got the box on 3rd of April 10.55 AM. i opened up the box and that was shockingly empty there was few cables of camera and pouch of the same apart from that there were only polythenes and empty boxes inside, i made the video of the same and where i was opening up the box the place was under surveillance, immediately i marked a written complaint at snap-deal portal, i got an automated mail also that they will contact me in 48 hours but no one contacted me after that I made almost 20 calls only to arrange a communication with me, only to say them whatever they are doing in the case at least let me know .. after so many complaints they sent an email to ask me, provide the images and proofs on that I was not able to send any video bcz that was more than 25MB they said in that case only send images, I sent the same but I was not satisfied with the images bcz that was not enough according to me, I asked them so many times in written and calls that I wanna send video and CCTV footage but they denied every time and finally they said that item were delivered successfully, they were not interested to take the video, frommy side bcz they knew I will provide the video along with CCTV footage on basis of those they have to accept that they have not delivered the item in the box, they were afraid of truth that’s why they have finalized the decision on one sided investigation, I am calling them on daily basis and writing emails also to provide them my video and CCTV footage but they are saying 24 hrs to wait and 48 hours to wait after that set time, again they are repeating same process, whenever I called up they tried their best to provoke me by saying and asking kidish things, one of them said that you are fraud … I am shattered by after heard those words.. how can their representative say that without any proof, I must say that snapdeal ppl are liar and fraud bcz I have proof that cheated on me and now they are lying..

                  I placed above order for a TV as a gift for someone on 30-Apr. Original estimated date was 6-May. Later this was changed to 12-May. Today is 13-May and its still not delivered.

                  I wrote multiple times to customer service with no response. There is no telephone number mentioned on the site. The customer service email ([protected]@snapdeal.com) do not work and an automated email gets returned from 'hacked by Vipul' that is concerning too.

                  I tried cancelling the order and get error stating 'Your request cannot be completed at the moment. Please contact customer care at +91-[protected].'

                  When I call that number, its all automated and there is no way to speak to a human being.

                  There are no information about the seller or any contact information the courier company either.

                  What's going on? Is this how a business is run in India? Not expected from a company like the scale and reputation like yours. Please would you deal with this immediately? I want to cancel this order and get a full refund urgently. This was not my first order but I will think twice to place another order here if the level of service is that bad.

Communication with your help department was of no use as the said it is beyond return policy.
                  Now five months have passed. Kindly advise me what to do with these shoes. Should I send it to your Head as a token of gift for not listening the complaints even after approval lof the manufacturer?

                  This is regarding compaint of Snapdeal for not taking any action on return request We have ordered a treadmill (powermax fitness TDM-100 s motorized 1.5Hp) Order id : [protected]. We received the same on 17.04.17. As the piece was not proper. Hence we place a return request to snapdeal on same day. None of the executive came for pick up. Even we did not received any call or mail form snapdeal for return. However when we again called on 21.04.17, snapdeal tam said they will send their executive to pick up with in 48 hrs. No one came to us for pick up. Even we are having telephone recording of the conversation. Again called on 25.04.17 to followup, but this time they told that your return policy is over we can not make return. My question is why do we suffer if we did not get any reply/action from snapdeal.

                  While call Snapdeal team told us they don not have any soultion. Why the hell are they sitting for Customer service if they can not provide solution to Customer. II even asked the team to let me Know where to courier the product although it is a 50kg Product. But the boy from customer Service sticked to his words that we cant do any thing. Nothing can be provided as a solution.

                  What is our fault? we contacted snap deal many times for return. Why we should pay for their carelessness?

                  Again i am asking snapdeal through this complaint to return the amount & take the trademill back. If this time proper action is not taken then i will file a compaint in Consumer court.

                  I had listed both the above reason in comments.

                  You need to penalize the seller for sending incorrect item and charging me more than MRP.

                  When I call that number, its all automated and there is no way to speak to a human being. Pathetic customer service!

                    We have placed order for "Tynor Leg Traction Belt" at SNAPDEAL. We received a different product from the product shown in the image online. We registered the compliant and asked them to send the courier guy to pick up the product. Every time they use to say that they will send the guy for pickup. But nothing happened as such. They have mailed that if we have any queries then we can reply to that mail chain, but no one replies on that email. Many times we have called the call center but every time they end up saying that they will send the courier guy and giving false commitments.                     Recently I got a mail saying the product will be picked up in 4 business days (I have received this type of emails many times but no one has ever come to pick up the product).

                        Hi, I had order the product "Puma Mike White & Grey Sports Shoes(Order No. [protected])" price of Rs.1699 on 29th of July 2013 and same day i have raised a ticket for reverse pickup of the product and waited till 10 days but no one came for pickup the product then i called to the snapdeal customer care, they told me to dispatch yourself, courier charges will be refundable so i have dispatched it on 7 Aug 2013 with Maruti Courier(Courier No.[protected] and customer care told that product Amt+courier charges (1699+150) will be refundable to your bank account within 7-10 days, I waited till 10 days and i checked the bank balance i saw only Rs.150 refunded to my account but not Rs.1699 then i called again to snapdeal customer care they told me send my bank statement as they want to verify that i did not receive the refund so i have sent my bank statement on 23 Aug 2013, Told me to wait again 7-10 days for Rs1699 refund. Again i have sent an email to snapdeal([protected]@snapdeal.com) but no response. Still I am waiting to refund Rs.1699, Would be appreciable if you can help me refund Rs1699 from snapdeal. Please let me know if you need any proof. Thank you very much in advanced!!

                          I had placed an order ([protected] from Snapdeal.com on Sept 16, 2013 for a Samsung GT 8262 core. I used my credit card to make the payment, using EMI scheme. I was supposed to be shipped the first issue on 26th Sep after continuolsy fooling me. On the 26th of Sep, after getting no intimation regarding the shipment, I called up Snapdeal helpdesk. They suggested I cancel the order because they have shortage of product. So, I cancelled the order and I was promised a refund of Rs. 12830. 20 days have gone by, and I have still not received my money in my bank account.even my credit cards now demanindng to submit EMI while i have not received any amount Every time I call their helpdesk, they say the same thing, "Give us sometime.. you will soon get your money." I have been promised that I will receive the money by end of this week, ie by tomorrow. But somehow, I know that they will not refund the money, because normally NEFT transfer takes 2-3 days, and they have initiated the refund last Thursday, according to their executive.                               I was looking for a dual sim mobile in snap deal basic model.and it was mentioned wrongly that NOKIA 109 is a dual sim mobile, which i believed and ordered for that mobile on AUG 20.order number# [protected].when i received the product i realized that nokia 109 is a single sim mobile and not a dual sim type.They furnished wrong information on thier website.when i contacted snap deal they told me to send the product back, so that they will refund the amount of my ordered mobile along with courier charges.after few days of asking status daily they tried to refund my courier charges alone but that too they transferred to a wrong account number.I sent my account details again to snap deal.But yet to get the refund money from them.I was forced to pay my credit card bill of 1990/- for the wrong product.They are promoting easy money back guarantee .I am really frustrated for ordering a product online and waiting for refund money.My ticket number is #3005727

                                I ordered KENWOOD-KDC U549BT when it was offered for Rs 677 in snapdeal (see attached screenshot), made payment online, got delivery confirmation email from them too. The next day i got an sms ans mailfrom them saying the order is cancelled by snapdeal as there is no stock. I called the call center and the guy told me that it got automatically cancelled . First reason he told was that shipping was delayed (which was wrong), 2nd reason was that there was no stock. The actual reason is that they offered to sell KENWOOD-KDC U549BT for just Rs. 677, and i bought it by paying through netbanking. Later they found the price to be very low and cancelled the order. The same product is now sold for Rs 7973. If its a pricing mistake, is it not better to admit it and let me know if you are unable to deliver it before canceling the order than putting lame excuses. ? Did not expect this from snapdeal. As a reputed firm you should have shipped the product at the price you offered, even if it is a mistake from your end. How would you feel if I order stuffs COD from your website, and when the delivery guy comes i cancel the order saying i do not have cash now. Do value your customers too..

                                  Snapdeal cancelled my order of one "Targus 15.6Inch Revolution Expedition Laptop Backpack" after 16 days of promise that, they will send my order soon..The product i ordered was being shown available even after 10 days of my order, but still they didn't send me the product.I made many calls when the product was not even shipped after 7 days, each time they promised me of the delivery.This spoiled a lot of my valuable money and time, as i am an engineering student.It stopped me from getting the product which i needed on time and it halted lot of work.Also this made me spend a lot of my precious time tracking the order and browsing other products.This also stopped me from buying another product, as my money was stuck with them.I was also made a laughing stock by my friends for trusting such a site for such site for such an order. Thus, they have caused a lot of damage to me socially, economically and mentally.So I want them to compensate me for the damage, appropriately.

                                        Dear Sir, I ordered two mobiles from Snapdeal.com on 13th September 2013. Details given below: Nokia Lumia 520 - Rs 8790 Micromax GC333 - 2528 Since the total amount was above Rs 10, 000, they give option to convert it into EMI system. I converted it to 6 months EMI thru HDFC Credit card. I received Nokia Lumia within the time. However, they have not dispatched yet micromax mobile due to unavailability. They are neither dispatching the product nor returning the money. Further, they say that the amount will be credited into my credit card account and my EMI would be CANCELLED. My bank has charged me for the monthly EMI. I am following up with the customer care but in vain till date. I requested snapdeal to post the amount into my snapdeal account in form of SD cash so that I can use it in furture but they are adamant to CANCEL my EMI facility. They say we reserve the right to cancel the same. There is nothing on there website about it and just bothering me. I tried to slve the matter by requesting them every possible way but they disconnect the call. The HDFC credit card dept. have denied to help in the case as they have partened with sanpdeal and't intervene. Snapdeal is also deleting my call record history saved into their database. There motive is to CHEAT customer in the way of EMI system and then cancel it. Complaint no. in snapdeal is # 3288944 I will file a police complaint as well against them. They feel that being online support for customers only, the customers are helpless as they cann't find our address etc. and they are free to do frauds. They have done the same fraud and cheating for one more recent product i.e Kenstar geyser. complaint no. 3439051. the case is still pending and they are not refunding the money nor cancelling the order.                                         But I have filed an FIR against the owners of snapdeal as they are accumulating funds from customers by way of orders and earning interest money. Media has also taken up the matter and working on it.
                                        Good. Filing FIR seemed a nice way, but have you contacted your city's consumer redressal forum / court regarding this ?
                                        Please tell me, how to file FIR against snapdeal.
