The shoes were defective and, therefore, they were returned back. The request was made to Snapdeal for refund of money through cheque, which is still awaited. Despite repeated requests everyday, Snapdeal has indulged in unfair trade practices by telling lies that the cheque was despatched, which never arrived. The refund policy on the website is that the money will be refunded within a period of maximum 30 days, but I am still waiting for the refund. Isn't it cheating by Snapdeal? Poor customers are supplied over priced and defective products and if the product is returned back, the money is not refunded for indefinite period. Customers should take utmost care while ordering the purchase of items from Snapdeal.
