I have been using snapdeal.com for the past three years for online shopping. For the last three months, say from January 2013 I haven't logged in to my snapdeal and online mail account. But when I logged on April 8, 2013 morning to place an order, I saw the amount in my Snap Deal Account had been forfeited. I called up their customer service number on April 13, 2013 to know the reason of forfeit. Ms. Dolly(SnapDeal Representative) told me that in Feb.2013 they had implemented a new policy of amount forfeiture if the consumer is not logging in Snapdeal. I told them that I have not received any call or an sms regarding this information. To which she asked me to check my mail account. I don't have the mail password with me, and they want me to check my mail. This is not the way to deduct someone's money from their account.
Please do the needful Sir ! I want my money back. Its a bad experience from Snapdeal and I wont ever deal with them.

SnapDeal.com — POOR QUALITY PRODUCT
I made online purchase of a pair of bed sheets from the online portal SNAPDEAL.COM...vide Order ID :[protected] Order Placed on :[protected]:08:38.They delivered very very poor quality products which were torn,soiled.Complain was lodged with them but they refused to exchange or refund money.
