Hello Sir,
I have Bought BSNl penta WS707C Tab for Rs 7600 in Snapdeal on 29-03-13, produc was delivered to me on 3rd April but the Touch feature in that Tablet was not working properly. So i have contacted Snapdeal they have asked me to return the product to Snapdeal delhi office. i Have sent tat on 8th April Via Bluedart (Ref No:[protected]) it has reached on 9th itself to Snapdeal office. Till date there was no proper replay or response from Snapdeal regarding product replacement or returning my cash back.

    i bought a shoes from snapdeal at a cost 1500 Rs those shoes are faulty amso i return those shoes last month and after that they send me receiving message of those shoes since that time they are not contacting me or email me and didnot give my refund cheque so please help me to get back my refund cheque
    I brought a shoes from Snapdeal at a cost of 1599. Shoes quality was not good. I return the shoes same day. After that I received a confirmation email from Snapdeal, that they received the shoes. After that day they never contacted me for refund. I called Customer care several time. Every time they said, I ll get the response within 24 hours. But never got call back from them. Finally I stopped calling them. Please return my money back, or allow me to purchase something and adjust the money. My order number is[protected].

        Dear Sir,
        I had purchased one Nokia Asha 300(Graphite) from Snapdeal Online Shopping on 02/04/2013. I had made the payment via credit card and the same was authorised by the bank and Sapdeal on 03/04/2013 . Even after repeated enquiry to them regarding the status of the delivery they kept on telling me that the phone would be shipped within 5/04/2013 to me and it will reach to me within 3 to 4 working days,but they failed to do so. Till today they have not given a proper reply and hence I had to suffer monetary as well as emotional torture as I was supposed to give the phone to someone. .         I have ordered One mobile handset from Snap-deal on 02/04/2013.They were supposed to deliver this product to the communication address within 5 to 7 business days. I have constantly tried to get in touch with them in order to find out the shipment status as the money is already paid. The amount deducted instantly from my account was 5999/-. The online shopping store now is unable to provide any shipment details and everyday they are coming up with new excuses.

          I ordered a product on 22nd of March and writing this on 13th April. Following are some related details which says they will deliver it before 27th march.

          Soft Buddies Brown Bhaloo Bear - 105 cm
          Shipped On or Before 27/Mar/2013
          Amount Paid : Rs. 764

          SNAPDEAL never updated its tracking record and customer care kept saying its delay because of Holi (Their pet answer). After 10 days I registered a complaint regarding this in which they said to contact within 48 hours.
          Result ? Nothing.
          Again I mailed them regarding this. Even after 15 days that irresponsible stupid replied that delivery is late by 2 days. At least they have to read order details. Anyways I registered another complaint and called so many times.
          Every call or mail has one thing common. They don't know where the product is? They don't know when the product is delivered?

          Today I called CC again. I got a Princess Anju (At least, she thought that she was like one). Such an adamant customer care representative. She put call on hold to make his senior online. But again.... She said all are busy, she can't do anything. I am so much frustrated with these guys and want to get my product delivered.

          Moreover, that was a Holi gift to my friend and I am keeping my fingers crossed to get it delivered till Diwali.

            Sir !

            I have been using snapdeal.com for the past three years for online shopping. For the last three months, say from January 2013 I haven't logged in to my snapdeal and online mail account. But when I logged on April 8, 2013 morning to place an order, I saw the amount in my Snap Deal Account had been forfeited. I called up their customer service number on April 13, 2013 to know the reason of forfeit. Ms. Dolly(SnapDeal Representative) told me that in Feb.2013 they had implemented a new policy of amount forfeiture if the consumer is not logging in Snapdeal. I told them that I have not received any call or an sms regarding this information. To which she asked me to check my mail account. I don't have the mail password with me, and they want me to check my mail. This is not the way to deduct someone's money from their account.
            Please do the needful Sir ! I want my money back. Its a bad experience from Snapdeal and I wont ever deal with them.

              I booked a mobile phone with snap deal website. Before placing the order i confirmed of availability and they acknowledged. Order was placed on 5th april 2013. On 11th their customer care executive called me and told me that the product i ordered is not available and i can either opt for different product or cancel the order. What choice i have but to cancel the order. My money which i had paid to them on the ordering date will be probably coming back to me after 2 weeks.
              If the order is cancelled and it cannot be delivered in time then the money should be returned back in time . If they have procedure to remit the money is part of procudre then order confirmation should also be done on product inventory.
              I would like to take this case to the highest level so that an example be set of such websites cheating people. it is a case of a fraud and should be treated with highest priority.

              Also, below is the mail from their end cancelling the order. Please note how shamelessly they are saying that the order is cancelled by me and no mention of product non availability. My audio recording with their executive must be available in their system and can be used as evidence.

              Sir I am lokesh, in this connection I would like to bring your kind attention towards snapdeal cheatings. As I have ordered for two pieces of eco crystal water purifier on date 22 .12 .2014 . my order number is no[protected] On 26.12.2014 a courier came from eco crystal . I paid the agreed amount of Rs 746/- for one piece. though I Have ordered for two pieces they sent only one item for the god sake, .and I taken the delivery.but after opening the package I was shocked because i found the rechargable torch insted of water purifier which I need not want. And it may cost maximum 75. rupees. Why should you cheat like this?.I am decided to not to purchase any articles through online in future.

                I'm T Sai krishna. I have ordered Karbonn A15 handset on 31.3.2013. I was told that material will be deliverred through courier by 5th April. I waited uptill 5th and did not received the material. I called them on 6th , i was told that someone from customer care executive will contact me within 24-48hrs. but nobody called me.

                I again called ciustomer care on 7th april , i was told the same thing. I again called on 8th .. i was told that they had not shipped the material as it was out of stock.Today is 12th April and still i have not received my product. Now i'm feeling that i was cheated . Snapdeal is a fraud ....

                I was cheated of 6000/- rs.

                Please help me either to refund my money or deliver my product.

                    I have booked mobile of Karbon Titanium (order no.[protected] on 21/March/2013 stating that it will delivered in 3-4 working days. Once payment is given by me they said now it will take minimum 8-10 working days. After words they said it will take minimum 14 working days. Even after giving me dispatch details of mobile no details of courier company was provided just courier receipt was given i.e. PI[protected]. Even in india it takes a day to deliver they says will take 4 days for delivery.

                    This company is cheater and giving total wrong commitments. Their helpline is not working if you call on the number[protected] its always ringing. No one is picking phone. Don't purchase any thing from cheaters.

                      This complain is regarding non shipment of my order id:[protected] by Snapdeal.
                      I ordered a laptop on the 18th of March 2013.
                      The estimated shipping date was on the 21st of March 2013. Due to failure to ship my product I called up Snapdeal and they said there will be slight delay in delivery and extended the shipping date.So I waited and the next shipping date reached. I called up Snapdeal again and this time they said the product is unavailable and extended the shipping date again. They extended the shipping date for the 3rd or 4th time. I decided to cancel my order and get a refund. But the following day when I called up snapdeal to check the status of my order, it was still not cancelled. So I told snapdeal to send me an alternate product since the product I ordered was unavailable.So the alternate product was fixed and they said it will be shipped only on the 9th April 2013. I waited again. Today on the 9th April 2013 I called up Snapdeal. A customer representative said it will be shipped this evening.So I happily hung up. Later I received a message saying my order shipping date is being extended to 12th of April 2013!!!
                      I am quite furious right now. I don't know for how long Snapdeal is going to keep extending my order despite of ordering an alternate product too.
                      I sincerely request to take serious action on this matter. This is not the first complain against Snapdeal regarding the same matter. There are several other complaints about them which unfortunately I saw only after I ordered my product.
                      I either want my product shipped in 2 days or have my money refunded in full without any delay.
                      Please help me.

On 20th march i received the product immediately i mailed snap deal that the product was faulty and making noise while shaking it in hand. Then after some days i couriered the item to the following address.

                          Hi, i placed the order for Air cooler on 27th march 2013 and received a faulty Cooler on[protected] at evening after waiting for 8 days, When i opened the package,we found that stand in front of the Fan inside cooler is broken and stuck in the Fan blade so i called up the customer service next day and complaint about it but all are asking to take a photo of the damaged part of the product and a person from the complaints team called up and even he is asking me to do the same and he was very rude and told me that either send a picture or contact the Bajaj as we cant do anything, hence i took the photo with great difficulty and send through email but till now there's no response from them. I am not sure what to do .... Please suggest ... I paid 8299 and waited for 8 days for this product to get delivered and after the product got delivered i need to go through all these ...
                          Please do something as i am really fed up calling and sending them emails...

                            If anyone seriously looking at the consumer complaint, i request you to please take my complaint with a high priority ...
                            I payed the complete amount of Rs 8299 and purchased a Air cooler on 27th march 2013 and it was promised on the website that it will be delivered in 3 business days but i received the product on 3rd April 2013 in the evening and when we opened the package, we found that the cooler is broken from inside and a broken stand is stuck in the Fan blade inside the cooler so i called the helpdesk and registered a complaint about the faulty product but from past 5 days i just received a call from a person from snapdeal and he asked me to send the pictures of the faulty product or else contact the manufactoring company and then received a call from courier guy and even he asked several questions and he said we are not responsible for this please contact the vendor ... Am fed up of calling them and doing follow up everyday and nothing seems to be working ... Please do something.

                                  I have bought a Samsung galaxy s advance on 22nd March 2013 from Snapdeal.com. At the time of purchasing website showing availability of Mobile. I have paid an amount of Rs.13999 from my credit card. They gave me a estimated time of 27th march 2013 after this date I called to there call center they told me to wait for 48 hours only. After 48 hours I called them again and again they said another 48 hours. I am telling them to cancel my order but they are not doing. They are saying that we can not cancel order when the item will reach to you & you have to refuse to take it then it will be cancel. I am calling them daily they told me that they have not stock. What should I do. I am in trouble I have paid them but didn't receive my mobile yet.

                                    I had ordered a micromax Canvas HD (order id[protected] on[protected] worth Rs. 13990/-
                                    After waiting for a month , on[protected], they mailed me that , the shipping will be delayed by another 10 days.
                                    Apparently the price of the phone has been increased , but they will still deliver at old price. (As if the customer ever bears the expense of price increase after purchasing a product) . I still accepted that .

                                    After 10 days, they updated the status as Shipped with ecom courier tracking no[protected] .
                                    After two days, the courier company updated the status as Shipment lost.
                                    I called up Snapdeal and they said they will resolve it within 24-48 hours.
                                    After two days I again called up and they said they will resolve it within another 24-48 hours ( one customer care guy even told that they will deliver for sure).
                                    Now on[protected] , they mailed me that they will refund my money and not give another product.
                                    After two months of harassment , I'll have to bear the price rise by buying from someone else at higher price.

                                    This is an intended scam they played with me and kept my money to earn interests.
                                    Otherwise they would have delivered another product.

                                      dear sir , i buy a lenovo ideapad u310 from snapdeal dated 13 march 2013, i got this laptop on 15 march afternoon , when i open the product i found display was not working , i thought may be this due to charging i put laptop on charging , but when i return from shop in night , try to start face same problem , i called customer care , but they said it was friday now they listen my complaint on monday , sir i feel like fool, when i called on monday they gave me 48 hour time , after 48 hour when got no reply i called them they again 24 hour time , they haressed me lot , even they senior excutive charnjeet kaur said they bought from market and ship me so they have no responsibilty ,sir what a funny thing if i bought from local shop, i first check and if i found any problem i got new pic with in min. sir after so much calls and mail they arrange the couier to take product back and but now they are not listening me not giving me any reply even not pick my mobile ,if i call from another phone they give me 48 hour time , sir one thing more they send me mail 4 days back they try to contact me on mobile sir when i call back they said they just want to tell me that it take more 48 hour , plz sir do some thing , it is my mistake i purchase online plz help i promise i never purchase such stupid sites ,

                                        Morphy Richards 20 Litres MWO 20 MS Solo Microwave (Black) was ordered on 10th March was supposed to be delivered on 17th March. Snapdeal is not giving any status and unable to get any response when I telephone them on SNAP DEAL SUPPORT (rather I am wasting lot on money on phone bill itself)
