Dear Sir,

I had purchased a mobile [ Onida Dual SIM Mobile Phone-G133 (Black)] on 10/6/12. However I found the handset was scratched, when I received on 12.06.12 evening.

I had lodged a complaint on 12.06.12, once I received the set. I had talked to Ms. Mamta Pandey and she gave the complaint no:-628380.

I received an email id on 14.06.12, saying that to despatch the same to Delhi.

Address :- Attn. Gaurav Sharma, 240, Ground floor, Okhla phase 3, New Delhi-110020.

Till now there is no response after having sent my handset last month, as of 6/7/12.I had attached the details for you reference.

I have a ONIDA Mobile Phone Model No. F850 with Dual GSM facility. IMEI No. [protected] Presently SIM1 is working properly but SIM2 is not working. In SIM2, massage display "Invilid SIM". I change the SIM1 & SIM2 but always SIM1 work. SIM2 invilid SIM. So What I will do? Please give suitable Suggestion

    This is with reference to Karbonn K661 black mobile ordered from snapdeal.com on 22nd May 2012.
    Order No. :[protected]

    I received the order on 29th May 2012, when i opened the parcel, the battery of the mobile was not available

    I reported this within 5 minutes of receipt of the courier and registered the complaint.
    The complaint ID is : 590731

    I received the order on 29th May 2012 and logged the complaint same day. Till now, after endless calls and mails, I have not received anything except “Our logistics team is working on it”. and i have tried calling them 20 times and the only answer from them is that they will send us a email from them regarding the issue , they are not even confirming whether i will get the battery.

    I am fed up of these people.they have a very very very bad team, Their license has to be canceled.

    Please suggest me what to do.

    As Discussed with your representative I ordered 2 products vide order no [protected]. I am very surprised that bigger order is missing from my consignment.

    I ordered following items

    1. Sunflame Chimney

    2. Philips food processor

    It was dispatched by safex airway bill no[protected] both on same airway bill)

    The product was delivered today i.e 12.08.2014. But the consignment contained only one small box consisting of Philips mixer. The bigger item was not delivered. where as courier shows both delivered.

    I have clicked photographs which are attached for your ready reference.

    Kindly dispatch Sunflame Chimney immediately so that it reaches me on or before 14.08.14 as I need it on the day urgently.

      this was my 2nd order with them and the same thing has happened 2nd time. i believed that snapdeal.com is totally "FAKE ONLINE STORE".

      they are taking money from the customers and invest those money on share market for 7 days then cancelling the orders while the customer called up and asking for the order status.

        My user id on snapdeal is [protected]@yahoo.com from ahmedabad. I had ordered hp pendrive amount rs. 268 a month ago. I paid it through my credit card and transaction was successful. My order number is[protected]. I also have order summary receipt in which it has been mentioned that amount has been paid. I sent the order receipt and my credit card statement as a proof along with the transaction number as the same amount has been already deducted from my credit card. But snapdeal management is denying the fact and telling me that amount has not been debited into their account. I have confirmed with my bank already that the amount has been already debited. Now today I am at the stage where I have already paid but even after one month product is not with me and snapdeal management is denying the fact,.

          Snapdeal and Travelport and fleecing customers and you should be beware:

          1) Snapdeal has been selling a hotel voucher from some agent called travelport offering 4 night stay for Rs 4099. They also carry a long list of hotels across India and customer can choose from any of theem
          2) Snapdeal takes advance payment of Rs 599 for thee voucher and asks you to pay remaining Rs 3,500 to Travelport
          3) I purchased 2 vouchers on 5the Jun from snapdeal and emailed thee same to travelport on 6the June. I choose thee hotel dates in last week of August which was 3 monthe ago. This, was to make sure theat I get thee booking in my preferred hotel.
          4) I kept on trying to contact theem withe no response,. Finally on 11the June, I got thee bank account details from travelport where theey wanted me to deposit remaining amount. They refused to even let me know if my preferred hotels are available. Since I had already paid Rs 1198 for 2 vouchers, I decided to take furtheer risk and again deposited Rs 7,000
          5) Once I deposited all thee money, again theey became unresponsive. Till today i.e. 19the June I have not heard back.

          This is full 2 weeks of wasted effort for a travel booking theat does not take more theen 10 minutes on any otheer travel website.
          I have heard from otheers theat Travelport use similar delay tactics. Thus theey will come back to you every 10-15 days and tell you theat your preferred hotel is not available and ask you to send a new list. Thus, you will end up going in circles.

          Please be cautious while buying any such voucher from Snapdeal and Travelport.

            I have purchased slippers through Snapdeal. The size didn't fit so I called snapdeal people and they asked me to return the product through courier so I booked thru dtdc vide consignment no . H00835239 on 24/05/2012, but snapdeal people say they received empty packet. and DTDC people showed the status in their system as delivered on 26th May 2012. Whereas Snapdeal people are saying they received the packet on 30th May 2012. I don't know who is telling truth. But finally I(consumer) became the loser. Thou the cost of the slippers is just Rs.500/- but we came to know about the high level thieves. whoever did this they lost the faith from the consumer. I feel both SNAPDEAL AND DTDC ARE CHEATERS...........

                I ordered a product through Snapdeal on 23rd May '12(Order ID#[protected], and haven't received the product.
                I get confusing replies from Snapdeal and AFL helpdesk(Their inefficient courier service).
                When I contact snapdeal via their email helpline, I get a reply that they have shipped the order, and I'm asked to contact the courier service.
                When I contact their AFL courier service, they say the consignment has been returned, and snapdeal team has to send orders to re-ship it.

                I still can't understand how consignment can be returned. I have given my office address as the shipping address, and the security guy at my office would have definitely informed me, if someone had come to deliver a courier.

                Totally confused and frustrated by the service provided by Snapdeal and their courier service team. This is totally ridiculous!!

                I HAD PLACE AN ORDER ON OCTOBER 28, 2014 REGARDING A CELL PHONE. THE AMOUNT HAS BEEN DEDUCTED FROM THE ACCOUNT. I RECEIVED A MAIL THAT IT WILL BE DELIVERED BY NOVEMBER 04, 2014. I DID NOT GET IT. AFTER NOVEMBER 04, THE ESTIMATED DELIVERY DATE WAS UPDATED TO NOVEMBER 10, 2014. AGAIN THE ESTIMATED DELIVERY DATE WAS UPDATED TO NOVEMBER 15, 2014. ON NOVEMBER 19, 2014 THEIR WEBSITE STILL SHOWS ESTIMATED DELIVERY BY NOVEMBER 15, 2014. FROM NOVEMBER 04 -19, 2014 I HAVE MADE REPEATED CALLS TO SNAPDEAL AND THE COURIER THE COURIER ECOM EXPRESS, I DO NOT KNOW THE STATUS. I MUST HAVE SPENT RS. 500.00 ON STD CALLS TO SNAPDEAL AND ECOM EXPRESS. THE ECOM EXPRESS HAS RECEIVED THE PRODUCT ON OCTOBER 30, 2014 AND ITS STILL SHOWS IN TRANSIT. THEIR WEBSITE TOO IS UN UPDATED . THEY ARE LEAST BOTHERED ABOUT UPDATING THE WEBSITE OR INTIMATING THE CUSTOMER AND GIVES FALSE PROMISE OF WE WILL GET BACK TO YOU IN 24-48 HRS AND YOUR CASE WILL BE RESOLVED. NOTHING HAS HAPPENED.
                On 12th june i have ordered pigeon gas stove of 4 burners of order id[protected] i had ordered it urgently by asking them previously that whether i will receive it on 20th june or not they answered that yes u can order it.After then i ordered it by paying Rs 4728 as it was a pre paid order.Bt now ehen i am asking them for my order they are denying that we cannot assure you when u will be able to receive it.

                  I HAVE RECEIVED A DEFECTED PIECE OF SAREE FROM SNAPDEAL ONLINE SHOPPING CENTRE.
                  THE PRODUCT BOOKED BY ME AND THE PRODUCT DELIVERED BY THEM IS EXACTLY NOT THE SAME AS WELL AS THERE IS A MISPRINT ANT CUT MARK IN IT.
                  I HAVE MADE A COMPLAINT AFTER 76 HOURS,BUT ACCORDING TO THEM COMPLAINT HAS TO BE DONE WITHIN 48 HOURS.

                          I placed an order for 32GB SD card on Snapdeal on 5th of May 2012 (Transaction no:[protected]
                          First of all the shipping got delayed and automatically got changed to 16th May.

                          But i was shocked to see that instead of sending the 32GB card, snapdeal has sent an 8GB SD card.
                          We reported this fraud to snapdeal and they told they'll arrange for a reverse pickup. But they came back saying it can't be done for our city, and if we arrange to send it back they'll refund the amount along with the courier charges.

                          We went ahead and arranged for sending the courier, scanned the receipt and sent it across to Snapdeal. But they didn't respond or acknowledged anything for next 1 week.

                          I called them after 1 week asking as to whether they shipped the right item, it was surprised to know that they'd not even checked if they've a 32GB card in their repository, and also they couldn't even confirm if they've received the fraud 8GB item we sent them back. After placing the call on hold for several minutes the guy came back and apologized and told that they'll be needing couple of days to send the item or else they'll send the cheque.

                          I waited for another couple of days, but still no response from Snapdeal either by phone or email or any reply to my emails at [protected]@snapdeal.com.
                          By this time it was already past 20 days. I called them up again asking for my product for which I've already paid them. To my utter surprise they told me they've not received the return item. I had to again give him the details over phone and after placing my call on hold the customer care guy (Name: Ravinder) again went through all the procedures which was done 1 week back. And the reply was same that he'll update me in couple of days.

                          Today its about 25 days past and till date I've not received any reply or call from Snapdeal and have already spent more than 1.5hrs on phone talking to their customer care team. And till date they've failed to dispatch the product/cheque or reimburse the courier amount nor do they respond to any queries over email.

                          I'm tired of the lethargic behavior of Snapdeal team, their phone customer care support is good, but they keep asking me the same questions in every call and each call spans more than 15 mins without any outcome, they say every time that they'll call in a couple of days but they never do.
                          Their email team never replies to any queries. please let me know if i can take any legal action against them for their poor service and fraud delivery.

The company delivered the item without 3 way connector and brass connector, etc. I have been requesting them to supply the undelivered items last 7 days but unfortunately the costumer care executive are repeating the following things as and when i make them a call&quot; we are sorry for the inconvenience, our team is trying to provide the solution, we have escalated your complaints, the problem will be solved within 48 hours. At least half a dozen 48 hours has been elapsed but the bunch of are still reading this same message. I do not know what to do with them. I will advice my dear friends not to order anything from this Snap deal. The Company has worst kind of customer service, very irresponsible, no sense o[censored]rgency. Over all worst.                               I had placed my order on Snapdeal.com (Order No:[protected] and Complaint No. 506048) for Enter USB 2.0 Speaker E S120 having price Rs. 270 on 7th May 2012 via COD. And they deliver my product on 10th June but I found that my product was totally broken/damaged and seems to be old. That product i.e speakers was attached with papers/tapes and one of the speaker don't seems to be speaker anymore. I even send them snaps of these speakers. It has become very clear to me that they have intentionally done this and I straight-way send them email telling all this and they asked me to send back their product so that they can send me new one. I made lot of efforts sending them the product back thinking that they might have send the new one but as soon as they received my product back, they not send any more emails to me. I send them email many times but they send me no reply and it seems that they need that product again so that if someone order for the same product, they can send that again to him/her and save their money. Otherwise, they will not stop interaction with me like this after getting the product back. I know that they will never send me new product and neither refund my money but atleast I can help others to avoid Snapdeal.com for online shopping.

                              It's not a question of Rs 270, its question of the faith and trust that people show on such companies while ordering the product and when they do like this, it hurts a lot.

                                  I have ordered Zbel heart shaped pendrive from snapdeal and after 10 days they delivered product, in that there is Locket shaped pendrive and i called customer care and complained and they told to send it back and i waited for 40 days and i did not get any call from snapdeal. i called them for the status of the purchase and now they are telling the product is not available and after 2-3 weeks your money will be replaced.
                                  still they have the same photo of Zebel heart shaped pendrive but the product name is different (locket shaped)
                                  In online shopping this is misleading customers showing a different image and sending to the customer.

                                    I have bought Micromax Tablet from SNAPDEAL (online). Tablet is faulty, It opens/closes application on its own while charging.
                                    I have sending e-mails regarding same to the SNAPDEAL since 10/04/2012,They first tried to mislead me by asking to contact Micromax.Micromax told me to conatc SNAPDEALS. After that they promised me replacement and asked me sent the Tablet. They returned the same tablet with same issue. I want to file case against them.Please let me know the procedure- call [protected], name-Ansari

                                      Hi This Is Jaspreet I Ordered An Mo Life Flubber Samsung Galaxy S2 Black Mobile Case From Snap Deal And They Sent Me The False White Cover The Blue Dart Guy Said I Felt Like Trust Thats Why Gave You ThE Order First Otherwise We Firstly Take The Money Then We Give The order I Opened The Order And Got The White One And When I Said Blue Dart Guy The Order Is False He Said Its The Problem Of Snap Deal Sir You Have To Pay 975 Rs Or I Will Have To Pay By My Pocket I Mean This Was My First And Last Time oF Ordering From Snap Deal. My Case Is Not Only The Case Even They Sent False Mobile Phones To People Worth 32000rs Even Please Help Me And They Said If You Will File An Complaint They Will Replace The Order By Blue Dart And That Will Be Free But There's No Complaint Box On The Site I Have The Order Name Number Everything...Help !!!

                                        Hi, i purchased a kurti from snapdeal & the order id is[protected] but inspite of repeated mails follow ups no resolution been provided, the item is not yet delivered rather several complaints number been given to me. I want some strict action to be taken against such online fraud at the same time prople reading this mail should stop purchasing anything from snapdeal which i already did. rgds
