I get confusing replies from Snapdeal and AFL helpdesk(Their inefficient courier service).
When I contact snapdeal via their email helpline, I get a reply that they have shipped the order, and I'm asked to contact the courier service.

DEFECTED PIECE DELIVERED.

I HAVE RECEIVED A DEFECTED PIECE OF SAREE FROM SNAPDEAL ONLINE SHOPPING CENTRE.
THE PRODUCT BOOKED BY ME AND THE PRODUCT DELIVERED BY THEM IS EXACTLY NOT THE SAME AS WELL AS THERE IS A MISPRINT ANT CUT MARK IN IT.
I HAVE MADE A COMPLAINT AFTER 76 HOURS,BUT ACCORDING TO THEM COMPLAINT HAS TO BE DONE WITHIN 48 HOURS.

No response after sending wrong product

I ordered for dell vostro 1450 and they sent dell vostro 1440 and told they are similar. WTF. And then i bymistake sent the laptop back. Now i am not getting any reply from them . Everytime I call them up, some random call center guy picks and say "we have escalated the issue pls wait" . And it's been 2months . No single proper reply from them.

Product fraud

I placed an order for 32GB SD card on Snapdeal on 5th of May 2012 (Transaction no:[protected]
First of all the shipping got delayed and automatically got changed to 16th May.

But i was shocked to see that instead of sending the 32GB card, snapdeal has sent an 8GB SD card.
We reported this fraud to snapdeal and they told they'll arrange for a reverse pickup. But they came back saying it can't be done...

Snapdeal.com did fraud with me

Defective product and poor customer service.

Faulty product

Recently i purchased a webcam and i found it to be faulty!! The order was placed on 30th April 2012 [order no.[protected]] which was shipped through bluedart and it got delivered on 4th May 2012 i.e today. As i try to capture pictures or record a video a black screen appears and nothing happens!!

So please look into this matter and make them replace the faulty product as soon as possible...
