I bought 2 products from Snapdeal.com
The Order No. :[protected]
Out of the 2 products, 1 is Ferrari Light Essence 75Ml perfume amounting to Rs 1425.
Once i recieved the product, i caled them back within 2 days, telling that the product is fake & it smells like some road side bought perfume.
But they are not listening, not willing to replace the product, or not willing to refund my money,

I am no longer interested in using Snapdeal.com, I have had it with their RIDICULOUS refund policy, they have simply stolen my money!

Please, expats out there, do NOT use Snapdeal, because if there is a problem with your product they will drag their feet, frustrate you, and on top of that, you lose. It took SEVEN WEEKS after several emails and phone calls to them for them to finally send a refund cheque, one in which I told them I would not be able to use because I do not have a local account to which the cheque has to be lodged. I asked them to give me a refund in the form of a coupon/voucher to use on their website, but they insisted that only cheques are offered for CODs. I asked if the cheque can be cashed since I don't have a local bank account, and they ignored my question in several emails. Now I have this cheque which is of no use to me.

What tops it off is that a Snapdeal agent earlier today (after I went to the bank) told me I would have to send back the refund cheque to them, at MY OWN EXPENSE, then they will apply credit to my Snapdeal account, the VERY THING I requested they do instead, and I asked before they prepared and dispatched the cheque, they knew full well of my concern, yet they ignored me.

So frankly they STOLE from me! No more SNAPDEAL! I have OPTIONS!!! Thanks Flipkart, Jabong.com, Babyoye, Urban Touch, Firstcry...and the list goes on!

Snapdeal please close my account as I see no option on the website for me to do so other than to unsubscribe SMS, and do not send me any more email offers either!

    I have ordered a mobile from snap deal on On :[protected]:12:04 with the order number. :[protected] .Still I haven not the product as the estimated time of delivery was on 11th November and also company was provided AWB no but i am unable to find the order Status. Snap deal representative told shipment is handover the Blue Dirt but Blue Dirt was told that i am not getting any consignment.

    Dear Snapdeal,

    I had placed an order of mobile phone & still it is not delivered even after many follow up with customer care. Even customer care person are giving us the assurance that it will be delivery as per there expected delivery date @ 11-Jul-2015. I have placed order on 23-Jun-2015 & this is the third expected delivery date i m getting from Snapdeal. There is a vast communication gape between Snapdeal with the buyer. POOR LOGISTICS. LOSING THE FAITH OF CUSTOMER.

    It is better to go & collect the matter insted of hoping SNAP DEAL will be delivering. It was my first online purchase from SNAPDEAL & the worst one also. Please learn from FLIPKART.

    Nobody has contacted me so far, nor I have any updates from carrying agency. Today is the last date of delivery as confirmed by snapdeal.

    As per confirmation of order your last date of delivery was on 10 Sep 2016. Now you have postponed the delivery date from 12 sep to 16 sep 2016. Two things I want to ensure.
    1. I placed the order for the product on 01 sep 2016, and you have reduced the rate of the product by Rs 400/ on 05 sep 2016. Since you have delayed the delivery of the product by other 6 days at your own accord this benefit of Rs 400/ be given to me and the amount be credited in my vault.

    2.Please ensure delivery at lest by 16 sep 2016 as I will not available in station from 17 sep 2016.

    On 9 october 2016 i made a COD order in snapdeal with an order id [protected] and a shipment no[protected] from your courier partner xpressbee.com, The delivery boy came on17 october 2016 to my house . unfortunately i was not present due to office timings.So i requested to give me parcel next day.From that time from12 days xpressbees centre at Agra made fake excuses that their office had been seized by Custom sales Tax departmentand they are unable to provide me my parcel i.e. mobile.I went to the office everyday 20km for regularly for 3 days but everyday they asked mefor the next day to come.On 27 they said that snapdeal made an RTO of the order and they are unable to provide help. company claimed that they made a call which is fake.       On 27th Oct 2012 www.snapdeal.com shows Diwali festival offers in which they show Philips Juicer mixer grinder with two Jars & they give free non stick Tawa . We order it & order no is[protected] they send it after 3-4 days when we the packet it contain only machine that is Philips Juicer only not Juicer Mixer grinder. I call to the customer care of snapdeal for the same, they said there is no jars show in the website.when i open the site it really have no jars,it means after ordering they update the site. But i have the snap shot of that page. After many complaints & mails One day there Customer care executive call to me & make me fool that he sending 2 jars, when i said to him that jar s can be fix in this machine which u send to me then he said no.when i said to him to retun my money he refused.After many conversation still there is no result.

        I ordered an apparel with SnapDeal.com on 30-Oct. The order no. is[protected]. I was told that the product will be delivered by 5-Nov. But till today, I have not got the product. I was told that the product has been sent via Delhivery courier agency and the consignment no is [protected] (PI[protected]. The status there still shows as Pending.

        When I enquired with SnapDeal, they are asking me to check with the courier company. And anytime I call the phone no, it is always busy. There is an alternate phone no which does not work at all.

        I told SnapDeal that it is not my problem to run behind the courier company, as it is them who has chosen to deliver the product. But there has been no help from SnapDeal. And this is the 2nd time that I am getting such a bad experience from SnapDeal.

        And hence this online consumer complaint. I am asking SnapDeal to refund my money - that's it. If I am not getting my money refunded by tomorrow, I am filing a case in the consumer court next Monday and will ask for hefty compensation for their poor service and deliberately refusing to help. This, to me is a clear case of cheating - taking the money and then turning the back on the customer.

        I leave it to SnapDeal whether they are OK with refunding my amount (699) or willing to be dragged to court for a very hefty compensation claim.

          this is to inform u that these are d snaps of d damaged product u delivered to me and i will not accept this damage product in any case .refund my money in addition to courier charges and return my time which i spend in doing all these email s and phone calls . the scratch on product extend from left side to the mode switch on the right. and there was no seal on the product box

          I am no longer interested in using Snapdeal.com, I have had it with their RIDICULOUS refund policy, they have simply stolen my money!

          Please, expats out there, do NOT use Snapdeal, because if there is a problem with your product they will drag their feet, frustrate you, and on top of that, you lose. It took SEVEN WEEKS after several emails and phone calls to them for them to finally send a refund cheque, one in which I told them I would not be able to use because I do not have a local account to which the cheque has to be lodged. I asked them to give me a refund in the form of a coupon/voucher to use on their website, but they insisted that only cheques are offered for CODs. I asked if the cheque can be cashed since I don't have a local bank account, and they ignored my question in several emails. Now I have this cheque which is of no use to me.

          What tops it off is that a Snapdeal agent earlier today (after I went to the bank) told me I would have to send back the refund cheque to them, at MY OWN EXPENSE, then they will apply credit to my Snapdeal account, the VERY THING I requested they do instead, and I asked before they prepared and dispatched the cheque, they knew full well of my concern, yet they ignored me.

          So frankly they STOLE from me! No more SNAPDEAL! I have OPTIONS!!! Thanks Flipkart, Jabong.com, Babyoye, Urban Touch, Firstcry...and the list goes on!

          Snapdeal please close my account as I see no option on the website for me to do so other than to unsubscribe SMS, and do not send me any more email offers either!

              It seems www.snapdeal.com is fraud site and it is cheating on me. I purchased a ASUS laptop on snadeal, and they sent the dead and wrong color laptop, they reversed picked the product, Its almost month passed being product reversed picked. but still clueless, Whenever i called at there support they always says "we have escalated your complaints to the our seniors" but when i ask for the date of resolution they say we don't know..This is really unacceptable and it purely matter of negligence, Now they have both money and product with them..and they are not acting on this complaint promptly for its resolution..

              They always talk about escalation but no action.

              Its looks like a hit & trial shopping method, where if you got the working product then good, otherwise .......you have to suffer a lot........

                hi sir, i have bought two items from snapdeal on 05 sept. 2012 with order id[protected]. but one of the item from that(iBall Piano 423 (4 Port USB Hub)), a brand new piece was not working, so i return that item to snapdeal on 19sept. through anjani courier with doc. number 16682895. I have paid 70rs as courier charge.the item was return on 21sept.2012. After that during 40days they did not return my money. every time when i file complaint they told me that there is technical problem to return my money!!! they promise to me to add 70rs to my snapdeal SD a/c for courier charges on 19 oct. but still i have nothing with my snapdeal SD a/c. In atteched file there is all email statement between me and snapdeal. please take some legal action against this type of service, so new online customer believe in online shopping.

                  I bought an LG Optimus 3d smartphone from Snapdeal on the 25th of September and received the product by courier on the 1st of October. Order number:[protected]

                  The product received was shabbily packed and the product box seal was already tampered with. Upon opening it, i was shocked to see that the phone was not packed at all and none of the accessories were packaged and were just dumped inside.(headphones, HDMI cable, charger, USB cable) When I tried to start the mobile phone it refused to start. I plugged in the charger and tried to start it. The only thing I saw on the screen was the LG logo and the phone did not start at all.

                  I AM EXTREMELY UPSET WITH SNAP DEAL. THIS WAS DEFINITELY NOT EXPECTED FROM A POPULAR WEBSITE. I FEEL VERY BADLY CHEATED. I WANT THIS SECOND HAND PRODUCT TAKEN BACK AND MY FULL MONEY REFUNDED ALONG WITH COMPENSATION FOR MENTAL HARASSMENT.

                    i gaurav agarwal hereby writing a complaint against the company named as snapdeal . on 12 august 2012 i ordered online a ck be 200 ml perfume by choosing an option as cash on delivery. they sent the product to me by blue dart . blue dart person called me and asked me to come to his office and he told the wrong address . i went even though it was raining and called so many times to the same person but he did not pick my call . then again i called to snapdeal and told them .then in evening around 7.00 pm that blue dart person came and handed over the shipment to me .after opening the same product , i found that it was defective . again i called to snapdeal and and return that product .
                    they said either they will replace the product or give me the refund by cheque . i choosed the option of refund by cheque . now it has been almost 20-25 days but i did not receive the cheque. whenever i call to snapdeal they give apologies , excuses and many other false promises. now i am helpless . i request you to take sevier action and do the needful for the same. i will be highly obliged to you.

                      BE STYLISH — NOT SENDING ANY EXECUTIVE

                      This complaint is in regards to a customer care executive who is continuously arguing and not sending any one to check operating
                      system of wifi connection he is just doing business on phone by saying you need to buy a new modem and we told him send some
                      one if it is out of life then definitely buy a new modem but he wants us to buy a new modem instead of sending any one his name is
                      ABDUL we are very much irritated with him as he is being a customer care executive not doing his duty properly even he is not providing
                      us COMPLAINT NO.
                      I had ordered a Yonex badminton racket from Snapdeal via order number [protected] however on receiving the product it was found the the model was completely different from what was ordered. The invoice mentioned the ordered product whereas the product received was something else.                         from snapdeal.com i have order an orpat dry iron
                        order no[protected] the order is delivered from bluedart
                        and when the iron was delivered i have found that the iron is cracked at the handle
                        and i just wonna complaint to the snapdeal executive but they give me no response
                        the iron is delivered on date 14 september and from that day
                        daily i am complaining to the snapdeal coustomer care
                        but they were not exchanging the iron....

                          I placed an order (order no.[protected] on snapdeal website on 8th september, 2012. In the confirmation mail it said that the products would be shipped on 11th september. Since I DID not receive any mail regarding the dispatch of the products, I mailed them asking about the same and the replyy I got was that due to some problem the products would be shipped on 17th september. Even that DID not happen. I mailed them on 17th sep asking for the same and I got a reply that it would take another 3-4 days, the product team would get back to me. No one has got back to me. The products which I have ordered are very much in stock on their website. Snapdeal is a cheat and fraud. I have already made a payment for my orders. I would never recommend snapdeal to my relatives, friends, or even enemies. Snapdeal dosent have a future. I am a regular online shopper at hoopos, flipkart, infibeam, husbabies, goodlife, bodynlife, medplusbeauty, purplle, indiatimesshopping, starcj, homeshop18, babyoye, jabong, yebhi etc and have never faced such an issue. They are professionals and I have always received my shipment from them within 4-5 business days. On 19th september, 2012 I called the snapdeal customer care late in the evening and the executive told me that the order will take 4-5 days more as the supply from the vendor hasnt come yet. So, how the hell DID they have the same product in stock on 17th september, 2012 and were taking orders for the same? is this not cheating?

                            Hello sir,
                            i want to inform you that i given order of bsnl penta tablet to snapdeal online shoping website so i was received last friday and when i opened it and i saw that its already physicaly damaged so i quickly inform on same day to snapdeal customer care help line number also send mail snapshot of that tablet to their email id [protected]@snapdeal.com but after this one week gone i did not get any reply from snap deal and i atleast called 20times but always their executive gave me TAT and commit me that called will come but me still not got any called from snapdeal and this regarding me talked with their senior executive but he did not given me any answer and talked rudely and also comit me that he will called me back and he will give information how to replace my product and last me talked with executive so manytime they commit that they will replace my tablet because of that mistake but still case is pending so now what i have to do? help me in this case and sir when me received product me quickly i called and inform and already mail them 5times but they did not give me any reply and today me called again so their her executive told me that in this case she did not able to see any revert from their concern team and she accepted that its the fault of snapdeal but she told me that she could not help me so now what i have to do next step?snap deal totaly cheated with me and did not give me any response and only done wrong commit and sir me already gave them 4950rs cash for tablet and i have all call records that i called to snapdeal customer care and all mails which i send them as per they need and as a proof that mail i saved it so sir please check and help me in this case and take some action against snapdeal.....

                            I am no longer interested in using Snapdeal.com, I have had it with their RIDICULOUS refund policy, they have simply stolen my money!

                            Please, expats out there, do NOT use Snapdeal, because if there is a problem with your product they will drag their feet, frustrate you, and on top of that, you lose. It took SEVEN WEEKS after several emails and phone calls to them for them to finally send a refund cheque, one in which I told them I would not be able to use because I do not have a local account to which the cheque has to be lodged. I asked them to give me a refund in the form of a coupon/voucher to use on their website, but they insisted that only cheques are offered for CODs. I asked if the cheque can be cashed since I don't have a local bank account, and they ignored my question in several emails. Now I have this cheque which is of no use to me.

                            What tops it off is that a Snapdeal agent earlier today (after I went to the bank) told me I would have to send back the refund cheque to them, at MY OWN EXPENSE, then they will apply credit to my Snapdeal account, the VERY THING I requested they do instead, and I asked before they prepared and dispatched the cheque, they knew full well of my concern, yet they ignored me.

                            So frankly they STOLE from me! No more SNAPDEAL! I have OPTIONS!!! Thanks Flipkart, Jabong.com, Babyoye, Future Bazaar, Urban Touch, Firstcry...and the list goes on! So far with the first four I have never had any problem with these refunding/exchanging products (knocking on wood).

                            Snapdeal please close my account as I see no option on the website for me to do so other than to unsubscribe SMS, and do not send me any more email offers either!

                              I bought a Sony Ericsson Neo V on 24th August and upon receipt the product was found to be not working. I got a DOA letter from the Sony service centre and sent it to Snapdeal at the below address:

                                I want to tell the case to everyone which happened to me when I bought a deal from Snapdeal.

                                On 27th of August, there was a very lucrative deal on snapdeal ‘Free 5-Star Resort Stay’ for Rs 499. In the fine print, terms and conditions were clearly mentioned. It was mentioned that guest will have to pay a mandatory registration fee of Rs 699.

                                It was also mentioned in terms and conditions that the guest will have to pay the applicable ‘Utility Charges’ on every holiday requested.

                                Before purchasing the deal, I called snapdeal to enquire about those utility charges and I was told that if I use any Utility like ‘Laundry’ I will have to pay those charges. This was absolutely ok with me and I purchased the voucher.

                                I placed my booking request with snapdeal customer care on 27th of August (from 26th dec to 29th dec for three destinations:- Goa, Mount Abu and Jaipur) which they happily accepted and told me that my booking will be confirmed in 24 to 48 hours.

                                After waiting for 3 days, I was told by snapdeal on 30st of August that merchant for this deal is Jaguar Technologies Hyderabad and first I will have to deposit Rs 699 in the account of Ms. Linda Magledine who is CEO of Jaguar Technologies and have to place the booking request again.

                                I deposited the money on 31st August and again placed request. Money deposit receipt is shared at:-

                                On 1st of August , I was told by snapdeal that the actual service provider for this voucher is Four Seasons Holidays, Hyderabad as Jaguar Technologies is having contract with that company.

                                (Snapdeal sold the deal of Jaguar Technologies and Jaguar Technologies further sold the deal of Four Seasons Holidays but this deal has snapdeal guarantee seal).

                                So Mr. Amit Srivastava from travel team of Snapdeal arranged a conference call which was attended by myself, Mr. Amit of Snapdeal, Ms. Linda CEO of Jaguar Technologies and Mr. Firasat Hussain M.D. of Four Seasons holidays.

                                In the conference call Four Seasons Holiday M.D. promised me that I will get my booking request confirmation for GOA for the dates mentioned by me. I asked him to send a mail to me regarding same so that I can keep it as a record. Based on the commitment I did my travel bookings and committed to my family.

                                After that, for many days I sent various requests to Snapdeal, Jaguar Technologies and Four Seasons Holidays to send me the mail stating whatever was promised in the conference call.                                 But I was always told that it will be done shortly.

                                On 7th of September I got a mail from snapdeal that the deal between Snapdeal and Jaguar Technologies is cancelled, my booking will not be confirmed and I will get refund of my money.

                                I sent a mail to snapdeal CEO Mr. Kunal Behl that I purchased deal from snapdeal , the deal has snapdeal guarantee seal, snapdeal itself arranged con call in which I was provided assurance that my booking for Goa will be confirmed based on which I booked my travel tickets and committed to my family and now Snapdeal is saying that my booking will not be confirmed as deal has been cancelled.

                                I got a reply from Snapdeal that if I want my booking to be confirmed I will have to pay a mandatory Utility charge (Minimum 300 per day and Maximum 2500 per day).

                                I objected to it and quoted that it was not mentioned while selling deal.

                                After that I got a call from Snapdeal on 10th Sept that I won’t have to pay Utility charges. When I asked for an mail stating that, Mr. Amit from snapdeal told me that he will mail me that the next day.

                                I got an email from Mr. Amit from snapdeal on 11th Sep and he told me that Ms. Linda of Jaguar Technologies is sending me the confirmation mail that I won’t have to pay utility charges as promised earlier.

                                But I got a mail from Ms. Linda that I will have to pay utility charges. When I mailed this to snapdeal, Mr. Amit from Snapdeal told me to directly talk to Ms. Linda of Jaguar Technologies. Mail Chain as:-

                                For Exp: Any resorts will charge minimum Rs.6000 per day as accommodations charges.. excluding service tax which is the utility charges.
                                We will be charging the utility charges minimum from Rs.300 to Rs.2500 .
                                5.Any service charges (exp. New service charge or X-mas Charges if the resort demands or a security deposit if any will be the members responsibility.
                                6.Holiday based on availability. Guest should reach us before 15 to 20 days to book the resorts with minimum 3 tour destinations (not
                                resorts) with 3 dates before their journey date..( we won’t be doing any bookings before 15 to 20 days of the journey date )
                                7.An extra bed will have to be paid as per the resort Tariffs.

                                Now I am feeling like in a trap.

                                I purchased the deal from snapdeal because it is a reputed company and I trusted it. But so far Snapdeal has given me a lot of mental harassment:-
                                • Placed booking request on 27th Aug and was told that booking will be confirmed in 24 to 48 hours but so far booking has not been confirmed.

                                • Provided assurance on con call that my booking in Goa will be 100% confirmed based on which I made other commitments but still not provided written confirmation of that.

                                Provided verbal assurance that I won’t have to pay any mandatory ‘UTILITY CHARGE’ but still not confirmed that over mail.

                                It gives a message to every consumer that the LUCRATIVE deals of Snapdeal may not be fair and customers may have to bear a lot of mental harassment.

                                  I have purchased a Ladies Wallat ( Order no.[protected] dt. 24.8.12) from Snapdeal.com by paying online. However on receipt of the item mentioned in the above order no. i have found that the Zip of the same are not moving smoothly and handle of one of the Zip is damaged.
                                  Sent the mail regarding the same immediately and received a reply to send them the photograph of the same which i promptly sent on 31.8.12.

                                  However since then no reply is received from them while i have given reminder mail and phone calls also.
                                  Feeling very helpless. What to do.

                                    I naveen ordered for one strontium USB BOLD 8Gb pen drive on 16th of july 2012 but they got two pendrives so i purchased both of them ,out of those two only one is functioning and the otherone is not.i called snap deal customer care and they asked me to call strontium service center which is located in hyderabad and gave me the contact no of that service center i am calling them since 20 days but they are not picking up my call.
                                    I request them to replace my pendrive as early as possible.

                                      I have ordered Micromax Q5C mobile on snapdeal.Com on 26.08.2012 and order ID is[protected] and paid fully Rs 2700 through credit card. But since then I get no response from them . I called everyday customer care. He /She says that order is not shipped yet! I am a regular purchaser from shopping.Indiatimes.Com or babyoye.Com, they usually delivered the product within 5 days to 7 days. But snapdeal bites the dust. 50 hours gone , no shipment , no sms , phone or email follow up from their side. I read lot of bad review about them in internet after my ordering. I think I am cheated . I also knew their business associate Spinel Tradecom Pvt Ltd is expert in delivering faulty product on behalf of snapdeal.Com . Please take a stern action on them . They r cheat , liar , criminals . A blacksheep who spoil the reputation of online shopping . I appeal complete ban on them. Meanwhile I give my order ID which is[protected]. My mobile no is [protected]. They have the worst customer service. They r online scammers , a dacoit or robber in the garb of businessman, they dupe numerous custome like me. I expect a faulty product from them if they r kind enough to me ! and asked me to go service center like they DID on others! coz there is evil nexus between snapdeal and Spinel Tradecom Pvt Ltd. Pls dont buy anything from snapdeal, snap all your ties from snapdeal i[censored] r not ready to be victimized.I sent emails after emails , but same automated email response .Finally I had to cancel my order on 30 Th August. I want immediate refund of my Rs.2700 . They said it will be done between 7-21 days. Another evil way to deprive customers . They will use my money within this time . What a company snapdeal.com , you should beg on the streets , not doing business in internet , in this days of NEFT/RTGS it need 1 minute to send the money and you take 7-21 days promise , on you!!!. As I am an advocate I will approach consumer court if you did not refund money and will claim a compensation for disturbing peace of mind . You snapdeal.com wind up ur business from India. U R Liar , Cheat , Fraud , Rotten to the core , robber in the day light. I hope ur business policy will receive doomsday soon.
