I placed an order on 27 June(order id: [protected]) for GAS New Buggey Denim Casual Shoes with size UK10. I received the order properly. But I noticed that shoes are a bit larger and I need size UK9. The price I paid for the shoes was Rs.1400/-(product had a price drop and I was monitoring the product daily for more than a month) So I applied for product exchange with new size UK9. They collected the product and on the same day they cancelled the order. The reason is now the product price has changed to Rs.3499/- When I called their customer executive, he told me that vendor does not have size UK9 available; hence they have cancelled the order. But the same vendor still has the size UK9 available(refer current image). So basically they are lying and giving irrelevant reasons. Before cancelling the order they did not call me / mail me to mention the reason(actually a lie) to cancel the order. And all this to achieve what? They want me to buy the shoes again(if I want) for much higher price(Rs.3499/-). I'm going to spread this everywhere possible so that other people can see true face of Snapdeal.

Very unethical people. Couple of hours ago I received call from them. My hunch was right, they admitted that they cancelled my exchange because on that day product price was increased and now they can't deliver the exchanged product with old (less) price. They said I should order it again with today's price. The guy was repeating the same thing that "we have initiated the refund; so we can't do the exchange". But remember I never asked for refund; you guys initiated the refund without even notifying me so that you can have an excuse to deny the exchange and close the order.

That being said, this was my last order on Snapdeal. These people have lower standards than any other e-retailers. Let's see how many years they stay in the business with this kind of service.

To the fellow consumers, go with Amazon or Flipkart instead to avoid these kind of hassles.

      I am doing regular fallow up with Snap deal...You representing always telling that he is going raise complaint and your reverse pickup will be done in 3 working days...I think 3 working days will never come.

            Hi I order an iPhone 6 plus by paid 64230 online on[protected]. I got a message that my parcel has reached gurgaon by ecom courier tracking number[protected] on 29 June. Next day I go to ecom courier office to collect my parcel. I opened this parcel at ecom office n find a VIM BAR at place of iPhone6 plus. I was shocked bcoz i already paid a huge amount (64230) its a very big amount for any of honest person, who earn this by a hardwork. Than I call to snapdeal customer care and they give me only a complaint number[protected] with a time period of 24 hours. I am very disturbed by this careless n bakwas type of marketing of snapdeal.             As per your reply i wait for resolution of my complaint but i didn't get any type of solution. I get only mail from Snapdeal on 3rd july (refrence no[protected] that you have initiated a replacement of my order but it was only a foolish strategy to cheat and do not replace my product. If it is your marketing and customer support than its world's worst system.
            I want resolution and if its not possible than i will go to police and media.

              Two months back, Snapdeal.com had posted a great offer of "EMICASHBACK" on iPhone sale. Along with that there was a Freecharge voucher of Rs.1000 too (Snapdeal was giving out this as part of its acquisition of freecharge.in company). But none were sent to me. I have asked the customer care many times and each time i as, they give one standard answer that its pending with some other internal team.                       I recently purchased a titan Karishma watch from snapdeal on 21st of June and I received it on 29th June..and when I opened my package I saw that the watch was just covered in transparent plastic and on top of that there were no documents like warranty card which could prove the authenticity of the product...this time snapdeal totally disappointed me.

                        Sir I purchased A KARBONN Titenium Octane Plus phone from snapdeal and received on 24th of june . since the phone turned faulty I lodged a complaint with snapdeal executives on 25th, 26th and 27th june and asked for refund under TRUST PAY fascility . but the executives denies to pay me my moneyand ordered me to provide a certificate myself to prove that the phone is really faulty .the number of the karbonn service center ( [protected])provided to me is not working or out of order . even the true caller does not locate the city the no. belongs to . IT is not my duty to produce any certificate to get my money back . HELP ME GET MY REFUND BACK SINCE THE PHONE IS NOT WORKING STILL IN ANY WAY.

                            I placed an order with snapdeal for my 2 daughters.. I ordered 5 dresses each in both thier sizes and they cancelledon't my order without notifying me so I can place it again. . Now the discount has gone.. I ordered when it was 40% off and no one is helpful. . Thier attitude is better luck next time.. Totally such a waste of my time and energy.. Never ordering from them again..

                              Hi, I have placed the order of Iphone6 64GB on 18-jun-2015 and it got shipped from snapdeal on 19-jun-2015.But i didnot received the product till now.After multiple calls they have simply cancelled the product saying some false reasons.(both courier and snapdeal are not telling the exact reason for cancellation) I have placed the order at promotion offer at 45003 /- and now they are saying they will cancel the order and asking to place the new order by increasing the price of product to 56200/- This is a big drama played by snapdeal by holding by complete money for almost 15days.                               Hi,

                              This mail is continuation of complaint raised in consumercourt.As suggested by you, ...i am writing this mail expecting resolution from your end.


                              I have order apple iphone6 64 GB in snapdeal with price of 45003 in promotion period.The item is shipped from snapdeal., but saying that courier people had sent back the product and cancel the product.But when i checked with gojavas courier, they said that the product is untraceable and lost in the shipment.So below are my questions to snapdeal about this order.

                              Question1:What is the main reason behind cancellation of order.

                              Question2:If it is mistake from courier people that the item is lost, how come it is returned back to snapdeal again.(please refer status in gojavas and snapdeal).And one more thing is that i have placed two order of same item and both are shown with same status.(This is very funny case as how come two mobiles be untraceable at a time which are of 2 different orders.)

                              Question3:If you have felt this product is discounted too much and it is not possible to ship the product at that price, then you would have cancelled the product without shipping intimating me that you cannot ship at that low cost.But you have shipped the product and ran this complete dummy story behind this order for the sake of hardly 4k bucks.

                              Question4.If reshipment of product is not possible from your end, and if you are ready to give at that price(offer price)...you would have given separate coupon to me to get the product at that price...instead of simply saying that we cannot proccess your order and asking me to place a new order with price increased to 56000 which is 9000 higher than the price at which i have order.


                              Inspite of doing all these your customer care people had repeated asked me to wiat for 48hrs when ever i called and finally you have cancelled the product.This is not expected from a company like you.


                              I am expecting above questions to be answered from you and do the necessary actions and do resolve my above concern.

                                Sir,
                                I had purchesd a printerricoh sp 210su multifunction laser printer with 128 mb memory (Print, copy, scan & scan to usb feature)

                                Now this printer is not working and throws the error

                                  Sir, i purchased s mobile through snapdeal on 15 jun through credit card. They didn't deliver item on given date, so i cancelled order, they promise to refund money on4 working days.till now they have not refund it, after asking from snap deal they told to send bsnk statement after that only they will process complain.i alresdy checked my statement no money has come bsck
