THIS IS IN CONNECTION WITH THE FUMBLE( CLUMSY HANDLING) OF SNAP DEAL:
I have already paid amount for what I ordered, but the item has not reached me still. Whereas you have sent courier man to collect the wrongly delivered item despite my firm stand that unless & until the item ordered by me is delivered to me first I will not return wrongly delivered item which has been informed to you already. Sorry that I am not able to take your organisation & the dealer with whom you placed orders in to confidence. If you are not able to deliver what I ordered return the cash first & then take back the item..The action in this regard should be reciprocally simultaneous on both sides. I insist on this. I do not prefer any other excuses. I may not be compelled to seek legal measures. Please bear with me.

i am really worried and surprised to see how carelessly and blindly you guys are working...i have ordered HTC desire 826 colour: blue and got a wrong delivery of with htc 616...seriously i am pissed off with you guys when ever i am calling you guys u are saying it will be replaced soon by 2days and 4days have already passed...i kindly request you guys to replace or Refund me back as soon as possible or else this matter will be taken on SOCIAL MEDIA and Police...
