Refund

I have returned a Puma black contest sneaker. I also got refund for that product in sd cash. After that I asked their representative to transfer the amount to my bank account. But after that there was no money transferred to my bank account and also the money in the sd cash got deducted. Its been 1month now and I have not got the money till now....
