    I ordered a Yonex Voltric Z-Force II on 18th July and delivered a fake Yonex Racquet on 21st. When I approached Snapdeal they was poor response initially and later started asking for a Jobsheet from a service centre. But there's no service centres for Badminton Racquets in the World! I approached Yonex for help they just simply acknowledged it's fake but refused help stating it's upto me and Snapdeal. But back in August 2014, they endorsed Snapdeal as their online partner.

      I bought this tv and received it on 16th. . . Got d2h installed on 18th. Called lloyd customer care for installation, they no service to any product purchased through snapdeal. Okay. . . Since i just wanted table mount i did it myself.

      Now the real excitement. .

      Tv started flickering and emiting fumes from the back panel. Switched the power supply. Called lloyd customer care again and receive the same golden words for snapdeal.

      Now i called snapdeal customer care. . . They took the complain as usual with their limited knowledge. The next days received a call from very rude lady. . . She asked me to call lloyd customer care. . . I said i did that first. . . I told her to replace the product. . . She said trustpay is jusjust our propaganda to fool people and snapdeal is not trustworthy.

      I asked her what should i do now. . . Through the tv in garbage. . . She said whatever you want to do. . You can do. . Its your choice.

      So after spending my hard earned money. . . I am now left with. Defective tv which i take a look everyday and regret my decision to purchase from snapdeal.

        I purchased provogue pv shoes on the website. I was adviced delivery within 4-5 Days. I paid online using my debit card. Its been 12 Days since I purchased this product.Still, I havent received refund in my account.         After posting the complaint on Consumer Complaints, I promptly received call from snapdeal care service from Number[protected]. There was agent on the call who opologised for inconvinience and asked debit card details for the refund. His name was Mr. Anuj. I told him that I required the product and not the refund as I was not sure to give card details over the call. Mr. Anuj told me that, I will receive product within 24 Hrs of call. I was more than happy with his offer. He did not provide me any ref number for placing order. He told me that I will receive all the details via email.
        So I require the product please. My mobile number is given in previous complain for ref. This is my first online shopping and I am facing these kind of frauds from such a bogus website. I request a proper solution to deliver this product. Please compensate delay as well. Thank You

          Hello, Bad experience with snapdeal for 2 consecutive Order ID : [protected] (Infocus M530 Smart Phone) and [protected] (Technotech USB Micro To USB OTG Cable).For Both the Orders faulty product shipped to me. Technotech USB Micro To USB OTG Cable - Ticket - ticket id is 04372732 Infocus M530 - Ticket - ticket id is 04011167. I have purchased a Infocus M530 mobile from snapdeal which is giving navigation key backlight flickering issue from receipt of product and just on the 7'th day it's actually stopped working completely and the speaker volume level got reduced considerably since then. Now I am stuck with a faulty product and such a important device like phone which is hampering both my official and personal life. I expected Snapdeal to resolve the issue by changing the faulty product with a new one as an but they denied. Now I am stuck with the faulty product with only 1 service center at my location and very far away from my work place which requires a day off from work to reach the center. Loosing time and money after choosing Snapdeal to buy a important device like phone. Highly regretting the decision now to trust Snapdeal team for quality product and after sales support. Want Snapdeal to change the fault Smart Phone product or refund money.

          Hello Support,

          I am facing a touch point issue at my Infocus M530 where a particular horizontal screen area is not responding to touches frequently.
          The issue is very irritating and cannot use the phone for the period of time.

          I have tried resetting the phone to factory settings but of no help.

          Please help me to get the issue fixed at the earliest.

          This is the 2nd Time I am facing issue with Infocus Mobile and finding no support at all from Brand Infocus or Service Center.

          And from very next day i started feeling issues on the phone but it was light manageable, Due to buzzy schedule i just think i can manage with that .

          But now issue seems worst phone is auto off multiple times in a hour and i could not even copy pictures media file on my laptop USB is not working correctly .

          some other issue like it got hanged while i am calling working .

            Order Id: [protected] Order Date: 6/28 I ordered a black sandals from Snapdeal (COD) website. There were size issues and hence I requested for an exchange which was accepted instantly by the vendor. I kept on waiting for the replacement but nothing happened for 7-8 days.Later i got to know that the order is cancelled without giving me any justification. I was upset so I called the customer care and they did not gave me any satisfactory answer but promised that they will be initiating my refund (550)- paid as Cash On Delivery amount and in addition to that they will also pay me 500/- extra for the inconvenience caused to me. At present I am still waiting for my compensation amount of 500/- which is still not reflecting in the account. I have a recording of the conversation as well. Multiple times i called customer care but they do not pay any heed and kept on asking for 1-2 days time for investigation. Latest Ticket# for this issue is: 04072626 No sense of customer satisfaction. First my order was cancelled without letting me know and know i am chasing them for something which was promised to me. Please look into it at the earliest.

            I got a call by someone from Snapdeal to talk about this issue. As always, everything was explained and then he just denied about giving the compensation amount of 500/-.
            Said there are no records and that people who have committed this to you may have mistaken.
            My Question: So everyone with whom I spoke was dumb?
            His Answer: I don't know with whom you speak or what. We don't have those records ( which i believe is a white lie).

            Note: The shocking part was when he rudely said that I am the senior most person in Snapdeal and there is no one ABOVE ME. .. I am wondering if I spoke to the CEO of snapdeal or what. May be a way of quality check .

            Finally, nothing so far. Same results. Pathetic service and ZERO Customer satisfaction is what i can say.Its like begging for money to you people. Dissapointing...

            NEVER GONNA ORDER ANYTHING FROM SNAPDEAL NOW AGAIN...

            Wonder how many people are facing same issue.I feel cheated.

              I had order 3 Jazz Shower from snapdeal.com, the Seller Was Jazz. I Received A Damage Product. I Complaint to snapdeal but they were not taking the complain seriously. I Have got 3 year warranty from Jazz Corporation Pvt Ltd. Then I Login to Jazz.in Website and search for a number i got number from contact us Tab. Number Was:- [protected] and i complain for product issue that how you packed the product that i received in damaged condition, from that end they tell me that check the bill and check the seller when i checked the seller was Marine Sanitation. They told that we are also register in snapdeal as Seller and snapdeal take order on behalf of thier name and they supply local product from another seller this is the major issue they told that they had also complain for this issue before 2-3 months but snapdeal is busy making money. they cheat customer by sending local and duplicate product.
              when i call to snapdeal and tell the issue that send me the original product they told that it is not possible to tell that you will get the product when i asked why?, they told that its not the mistake from our side. when i asked i will complain to consumer forum they talk in polite way but still they are telling that we can't replace. So i am complaining against it. Dont buy from snapdeal, worst experience i have ever had...
              i am attaching order detail, i am attaching product images which i have get. i am attaching snapdeal showing 3 years warranty and i am attaching the bill i have received.

              When i talk to jazz we have register ourself as JAZZ and I have purchase the product from Jazz seller Only and got the local product from marine sanitation with no warranty. Jazz told me that in their product there is a jazz logo. They Provide Jazz Printed Packing. But I Got a product in a local packing with nothing printed on it. and no logo on the product no warranty.
              How to trust snapdeal after this happen.
              i want original product not money to be refunded.

                  Sir. I submitted the request for SD cash return in my account but till today 24/07/15 we not received my cash. In between these days four or five time make a call to Snapdeal customer care always says please give me four days and demanding a bank details. This is so poor service.                       I order the Paint Zoom Ultimate professional Sprayer on the 03:05 PM, Mon, 15 Jun, 2015 (Cash on delivery) on the 04:39 PM, Sat, 20 Jun, 2015 I received my parcel after open the parcel i found that the product is not the right one that I Order and I received ABS total Exercise, on the next day i made the return request but Till date no one from the snapdeal or the courier side came or initiate with the return even I have made several complaint and request for return. I have no other step but to complaint to the right Authority. They are not taking any steps for the return request of the wrong product, But they buy time from us for almost one months. The service they provide are not upto the mark. So please help me to solve this problem.

                      i ordered the pillows on 31 dec 2015. i get the pillows on 8th jan-2016. my product order no is :[protected]. the pillow which i get is a damaged one. when i place refund on my product they told me that my item cannot be picked up as my address lies outside our serviceable area. but the courier cost me more than the product cost. 1kg=450rs/- the item weigh 2kgs. so i am not going to send this via courier. i dont know what all you people can do i want my money back.

                        I have returned a Puma black contest sneaker. I also got refund for that product in sd cash. After that I asked their representative to transfer the amount to my bank account. But after that there was no money transferred to my bank account and also the money in the sd cash got deducted. Its been 1month now and I have not got the money till now.

                        I've returned a Trend 18 Multi Color Viscose Tops and requested for refund of money.. its been almost 8 days nothing has happened yet..
                        We returned back the product on[protected] after receiving the product they said within 24hours regarding the results about the refund money. From 3 days we are trying to customer care number but they are not responding to us. they are guiding us in proper way. So please send our money back or say to your customer care to receive and talk properly. Really we are fed up with this products and customer care persons
