Through this Email, I want to tell you that I am cheated by Snapdeal.com, so I am writing this mail to inform you about series of events, poor quality of services provided by Snapdeal.com, hence, I am not responsible for any future consequences due to lack of proper service by Snapdeal.com.
1. On 11/07/2015, I ordered a "Phillips QT 1000/15 Trimmer Blue" on snapdeal.com with price Rs.766.
2. I got my product delivered on 12/07/2015. I paid the cash amount of Rs. 766 to the delivery man after receiving the product.
3. On the same day (12/07/2015), I opened the package delivered which contain the machine. I installed new Batteries and try to operate the trimmer but it stops after few moments. I tried to operate it with another set of new Batteries but it was not working.
4. I immediately contacted to Snapdeal.com and requested for the replacement of this product as soon as possible. The reason behind request for replacement is that I purchased this product at the cheapest price available on Snapdeal.com and the price of the same product increases after purchasing it.
5. I asked the Customer care representative about delivery of the replaced product. I told them that if they can't replace my product in any circumstances, then refund it immediately. The customer care representative assured me that my product will be replaced very soon after receiving of reverse pickup to them. They assured me that my product will be replaced very soon. I have the record of that phone conversation safe in my phone as evidence.
5. On 13/07/2015, I got a SMS about reverse pickup of the product, but this is picked up from my address on 15/07/2015. I have the receipt of this pick by the Courier 'Nuvoex'.
6. On 16/07/2015, It is shown on my snapdeal account that my product is received by Snapdeal.com.
7. After the above mention event, there is no change in the status of processing, shown in my Snapdeal Account.
8. I repeatedly called to the customer care, almost every day for knowing the status of delivery. From 12/07/2015 to this day i.e 21/07/2015, I called everyday to the customer care and request them to deliver my product and knowing the status of delivery.
5. On 17, 18, 19th of July, 2015, I contacted to the customer care. I was told by the call attendant that My replacement is initiated by the Snapdeal.com and I will receive my product in next 2-3 days. I mail is sent by them to my email account." But when I checked my mail, there is no such mail sent to me. I have the voice recording of all these conversation between me and customer care executive.
6. After founding that I was lied and Cheated by Snapdeal.com, I wrote a mail to Snapdeal.com complaining about all the problem I am going through and requesting them to deliver me my replaced product. A copy of that mail is attached with this mail.
7. Today, On 21/07/2015, I got a call from Snapdeal.com with No. [protected], I was asked about my complain and I was told that she(caller) will request for a replacement on behalf of me. Then after few minutes, at 12:09 PM, I was called again from the same person and told by her that they will be not able to replace my product due to some 'internal' reason. I asked them about the reason but she said that she can't tell me the reason because it is 'internal'. She offered me to give me the whole amount (Rs.766) with Rs.20 'extra' as compensation which is equal to today’s price of the same product. I refused this offer and told her to Mail me about whatever the reason for cancellation of replacement and the Price they are offering my as refund and compensation. I will reply by mail that if I want refund or not. I HAVE THE VOICE RECORDING OF THIS CONVERSATION SAVED IN MY PHONE WHICH CAN BE SHOWN IN FUTURE AS PROOF.
8. I did not get any of such mail for informing about reason for cancellation of replacement and amount offered to me along with compensation amount of 'Rs. 20'. Instead of this I got a mail about 'they accept my request for refund' and asking me about NEFT account to transfer the money with refund suborder no [protected]and ticket number 03781217 Here I want to mention that there is no such request for refund is made by me through any medium.
9. Today, Again I called the customer care and told them about this mail and SMS received without any such request made by me. Customer care executive told me that they are requesting further for replacement. I want to know that how such mail is sent to me even when I have denied to accepting refund ?
Hence, I am informing you that I tried too much for getting my product delivered and solving my problem by contacting Snapdeal.com repeatedly. Here, I am notifying you that I will complain to other authorities if my issues are not solved in next 1-3 days and I will be not responsible for any further consequences.
Here I also want to mention that I want my product replaced and don't want refund. And If you can't deliver me the product then give me Rs.1000 as refund which include, the price of the product and compensation for the amount of money and time I have spent during calling your customer care which is not toll free. Here I want to mention that I have gone through lots of mental pressure\harassment due to the response of your customer care and cheating on my by lying to me about the delivery of the product.
Snapdeal.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
