My order no. is [protected]. Through this Email, I want to tell you that I am cheated by Snapdeal.com, so I am writing this mail to inform you about series of events, poor quality of services provided by Snapdeal.com, hence, I am not responsible for any future consequences due to lack of proper service by Snapdeal.com. 1. On 11/07/2015, I ordered a "Phillips QT 1000/15 Trimmer Blue" on snapdeal.com with price Rs.766. 2. I got my product delivered on 12/07/2015. I paid the cash amount of Rs. 766 to the delivery man after receiving the product. 3. On the same day (12/07/2015), I opened the package delivered which contain the machine. I installed new Batteries and try to operate the trimmer but it stops after few moments. I tried to operate it with another set of new Batteries but it was not working. 4. I immediately contacted to Snapdeal.com and requested for the replacement of this product as soon as possible. The reason behind request for replacement is that I purchased this product at the cheapest price available on Snapdeal.com and the price of the same product increases after purchasing it. 5. I asked the Customer care representative about delivery of the replaced product. I told them that if they can't replace my product in any circumstances, then refund it immediately. The customer care representative assured me that my product will be replaced very soon after receiving of reverse pickup to them. They assured me that my product will be replaced very soon. I have the record of that phone conversation safe in my phone as evidence. 5. On 13/07/2015, I got a SMS about reverse pickup of the product, but this is picked up from my address on 15/07/2015. I have the receipt of this pick by the Courier 'Nuvoex'. 6. On 16/07/2015, It is shown on my snapdeal account that my product is received by Snapdeal.com. 7. After the above mention event, there is no change in the status of processing, shown in my Snapdeal Account. 8. I repeatedly called to the customer care, almost every day for knowing the status of delivery. From 12/07/2015 to this day i.e 21/07/2015, I called everyday to the customer care and request them to deliver my product and knowing the status of delivery. 5. On 17, 18, 19th of July, 2015, I contacted to the customer care. I was told by the call attendant that My replacement is initiated by the Snapdeal.com and I will receive my product in next 2-3 days. I mail is sent by them to my email account." But when I checked my mail, there is no such mail sent to me. I have the voice recording of all these conversation between me and customer care executive. 6. After founding that I was lied and Cheated by Snapdeal.com, I wrote a mail to Snapdeal.com complaining about all the problem I am going through and requesting them to deliver me my replaced product. A copy of that mail is attached with this mail. 7. Today, On 21/07/2015, I got a call from Snapdeal.com with No. [protected], I was asked about my complain and I was told that she(caller) will request for a replacement on behalf of me. Then after few minutes, at 12:09 PM, I was called again from the same person and told by her that they will be not able to replace my product due to some 'internal' reason. I asked them about the reason but she said that she can't tell me the reason because it is 'internal'. She offered me to give me the whole amount (Rs.766) with Rs.20 'extra' as compensation which is equal to today’s price of the same product. I refused this offer and told her to Mail me about whatever the reason for cancellation of replacement and the Price they are offering my as refund and compensation. I will reply by mail that if I want refund or not. I HAVE THE VOICE RECORDING OF THIS CONVERSATION SAVED IN MY PHONE WHICH CAN BE SHOWN IN FUTURE AS PROOF. 8. I did not get any of such mail for informing about reason for cancellation of replacement and amount offered to me along with compensation amount of 'Rs. 20'. Instead of this I got a mail about 'they accept my request for refund' and asking me about NEFT account to transfer the money with refund suborder no [protected]and ticket number 03781217 Here I want to mention that there is no such request for refund is made by me through any medium. 9. Today, Again I called the customer care and told them about this mail and SMS received without any such request made by me. Customer care executive told me that they are requesting further for replacement. I want to know that how such mail is sent to me even when I have denied to accepting refund ? Hence, I am informing you that I tried too much for getting my product delivered and solving my problem by contacting Snapdeal.com repeatedly. Here, I am notifying you that I will complain to other authorities if my issues are not solved in next 1-3 days and I will be not responsible for any further consequences. Here I also want to mention that I want my product replaced and don't want refund. And If you can't deliver me the product then give me Rs.1000 as refund which include, the price of the product and compensation for the amount of money and time I have spent during calling your customer care which is not toll free. Here I want to mention that I have gone through lots of mental pressure\harassment due to the response of your customer care and cheating on my by lying to me about the delivery of the product.

    The Data card sent by you is not fit to be activated in Gujarat Circle. As I belong to Gujarat so where i will go to activate in Gujarat. if it is possible in Gujarat then tell me as quick as possible.If not possible then i want to return the item to you. please help me in giving quick reply. since the time I have been trying to activate through reliance customer care. but they say that it will be activated from the centre where u have taken. they say it will be activated at calcutta. please give me solution. otherwise i want return the item to you.     Sorry for not recieving your call knowingly or unknowingly . Still the problem persists. My Data Card No [protected]. ORDER NO. [protected] AND SUBORDER NO. [protected].So I am giving my alternate Mob. No to contact No. [protected]. please help me resolve the problem. Because the data card sent by you is not applicable. as you know I am from Gujarat. so I need a data card which can be activated.
    Now don't tell me as per the criteria I should return within 7 days. It was under process for activatation. The company tried at thier level best to activate. so finally they told me it can not be activated here in Gujarat. so I was harassed. and Now I am hopeless.

    Plaese find out solution. I will return your item or you will replace it.

      Dear sir, I have ordered Dell Venue 7 3740 on 12th June and Lenovo A536 on 15th July .. But the items were not delivered to my specified address.. If the delivery address was the problem, they should be inform to me when I have ordered.. The Delivery boy has told me to collect the ordered item from their possible area.. But my address was not so far. Also, the previous order was not delivered to me, but later one was delivered.. I don't know the reason behind this.. Please help me regarding this problem..

          I m victim of this loot.
          Beware of their “ NO QUESTION ASKED POLICY” there is also conditions for that as under :

          All items which can be resold are always eligible for return. The following items are not eligible for return/replacement:
          Items that have been worn/washed/soiled
          Innerwear, lingerie cannot be returned on account of hygiene
          Products which were sold as combos/sets, are not eligible for return/replacement as individual items
          Seal open branded electronic items cannot be returned in case of not being happy with the product as they can’t be resold
          In case of branded electronic items, brands’ return, repair and replacement policy will apply

          So be careful, before purchasing any electronic item, you must keep in mind their condition. Since you can’t challenge them for electronic item.

          I Have ordered a Dolphin solitaire sofa during unbox diwali offer believing in the quality committment of snapdeal. However when i opened the packing it was found to be damaged although it had attractive fabrics. I talked to the snapdeal executive and was offered replacement/refund. I opted for replacement first. But when i surveyed the sofa for its quality it was very inferior quality product. Within hours i contacted snapdeal executive again and requested for refund but i was told that once i have opted for replacement, it cant be changed. Now they are forcing me to have this poor quality sofa in my house. In my subsequent conversation i offerred to pay more should they provide me good quality durable sofa but they didnt pay heed to this. Its very frustrating that they are going to send me that inferior quality sofa again. Please help me!

          I have ordered a mobile of karbonn brand and it is defective with respect to its software as the audio profiles automatically get changes frequently and am fully unsatisfied with it . i have placed request for its return within 10days of order and now snapdeal is refusing to return it and asking to go service centre for any jobsheet or denial letter as guided by their representative and even i have approached onece to service centre but they told me that jobsheet is issue only in repair case and i have to return the product then what is the sense in this for askng jobsheet by your representative.what is the meaning of 10days return policy from home if we have to go service centre for some document for its return.And this is obvious too that no service centre will deteriorate its image by providing denial letter i.e that they cannot help in this matter.Either defect is physical or virtual it shall be considered.

Hence we were constrained to cancel your order.

                  I placed an order Ray-Ban RB3025 L0205 Aviator Size 58 Sunglass on 16th July 2015, bearing Invoice Number D310AD/15-16/4592, Order No. [protected], product also received by me today morning by courier service, dated 20.07.2015, but unfortunately no Sunglass has been kept in the sealed packet. Seal packet was totally empty, except Sunglass cover. The payment was made by Credit Card, Rs.3530/=, after discount. My complain No.04145544, dated. 20.07.2015. Please help me to back my Sunglass.

                    I ordered a skullcandy earphone from this website and received a very low quality earphone in a different color(i even doubt it was fake).
                    When complained to get a replacement they refused saying the item was not in stock whereas i could see the item in stock. They asked me to provide bank details for refund by sending me an email to the link to the bank details form. However when i clicked on the form, it was auto filled by someone else's bank information.
                    This form fields were unable to edit and the only active button on the page was the SUBMIT button. Fortunately i didn't click on the submit button or the refund amount would have been sent to someone else's bank account.

                      My snapdeal order no [protected]
                      Was cancelled by snapdeal. When i call its customer care, they told the products are returned by bludart courier. When i checked bluedart, it mentions return to shipper call its customer care.
                      Both sanpdeal n bluedart, they blaming on each other.
                      My area pin 795004 is valid for bluedart as i was using bluedart for last 2 yr on online shopping

                        Sir i purchase printer of ricoh co. by / from snapdeal on 29/12/2014. Order no.[protected]. After completion of tonner i call ricoh help no. They reply that in this printer not refling & replace the cartage. Sir its not fair. Generally it consider that use refling facilities & get print. When i purchase printer than my bonafide intention that in normal course use the printing facility after completion get refling (tonner) facility AND normal term we see it. Sir if printer not refillable than not beneficial for me. Sir i say that company(snapdeal) buy back that printer. Sir i suffered mentaly depression.
                        Because printer price 3100/- &
                        Cartage price (part of printer) above 5000/-.
                        Sir please tell me what i do.

                                I didn't not get my product yet but i got a message from snap deal as the product as been delivered. I didn't get even a call from courier service. According to my enquiry i got information about delivered address from courier office, the delivery boy sold the product in local mobile shop.

                                      Hello, I was always heard about SNAPDEAL product and its services. I am also One of those person who believe on your product & services but this time I suppose I was wrong, This time snapdeal learn me how to keep patience with your reply, call back and also for my money. I had ordered a CASIO CLASSIC ANALOG WATCH and it’s a gift for someone else due to same dial size reason I need to send you back after it a got your conformation for receiving mail. After it till now I waiting for my refund. Many time I call you to know about my refund and you always told to get relax and a satisfaction answer that my money is safe. I call to your customer care many time just to know about my money and they always give me a next date for its clearance. The day never come I call you again regarding this you again give me date. I suppose the date isn’t come yet. I really don’t understand how much time you really need for a small n simple amount to refund. Firstly I request you to please make sure about your address with big font on your Challan. Because the courier company which is Indian post office unable to find your address. For this package I have to go in the city 150 km away. Never mind but I send it one month back and till today I didn’t have my refund. First you ask me for bank statement 2times and I sincerely send all details you required but till now I didn’t get it what exactly matter is. You really teach me how to get patience for your reply and always take a look on my bank statement that any sudden day I can see my money in my account. I always believed on your product and your services but this time I suppose you have a huge number of customer’s so really unable to manage them. This is very disappointing for your services and I appreciate your customer handling because this ensure me that, there is no need to believe on your reviews product and definitely not on your services also I will never suggest you any one to get any product from your website.                                         Respected Sir/ Mam, Today i have got a mail from Snapdeal is are as follows: "Dear Anshuman Singh, We regret to inform you that delivery for SanDisk Ultra microSDXC UHS-I Card, 64GB, CLASS 10+ SD Adaptor of Snapdeal Order No. [protected] was attempted on 17/07/2015 but was unsuccessful. Our courier partner Go Javas confirmed that you requested for Another Delivery Date." And they have never contacted me or infrom me and on the other hand GoJavas service used my identity and informed Snapdeal that i have requested for another item which i havent because nobody called me and Snapdeal people authorized that request without my permission. This is against a person will and how can they use my identity to do whatever they want to do. I want a strict action against Snapdeal and Go Javas so that these corporate giants know that they are not above the law. I want to filed a complaint against Snapdeal(www.snapdeal.com/) and Go Javas(http://gojavas.com/) under Section 66C makes it an offence to “fraudulently or dishonestly” make use of the electronic signature, password or other unique identification feature of any person.
