SIR I have ordered a remote of SONY BRAVIA MODEL NO.KLV 19T4009 on 08/06/2015 which costs RS 700 but i didn't get the original one of same model no. In inquiring for this they said it is unavailable /out of stock for 40 days. On requesting they are providing a another compatible one.But for this remote they are asking RS 1200 instead of RS 700 without proper bill and warranty period of 3 months instead of 6 months as told earlier .In fact at the time of receiving they tear the price tag and product code against which the warranty will valid and now they are forcing me to take it at RS 1200 with a formal handwritten bill without describing the product details .Here are the details regarding this:- SERVICE CENTER ADDRESS PLOT NO.     I bought my Sony z ultra on 10 Feb 2015, the screen got cracked with out any issue as it was in my pocket and when I take it out, shocked on seeing crack. How it can be possible I am in situation of nothing to do, sony is manufacturing very cheap products . I bought it for 18k and Sony customer is saying it is out of warranty and they are asking me to pay half amount on MRP.I'm asking Sony that why should we pay money when it is not our fault. I'm very disappointed n I won't buy any Sony products further n I won't recommend Sony brand to any others as it making cheap material products and Sony is not caring the customers or not caring customers struggles

      Transaction id W[protected] / NEW REQUEST ID 27143056 submitted phone on 01.08.15 an Rs. 12245 on 07.08.15. status showing from past 12 days one part not available. no update till now, when the phone shall be repaired despite repetitive calls. neither other handset made available due to non fulfillment of commitment made by service centre that phone shall be handover within 10-15 days. facing lot hardship due to this.

        Sony Xperia Z had a problem submitted my phone on 23-03-15 and received on 16-04-15 and it was having a major problem of vibration then again submitted on 17-04-15 then got a refurbished phone on 15-05-15 having faults and already told to service center then he promised me to give me a new handset within a period of 2 weeks and today its 22-08-15 yet not received my new phone i keep on calling and messages but not proper response got

          Respeceted sir, I want to know that my LCD TV 32 inches model no - EX 300 sony bravia. Its screen got damaging slow slow since six month. Now, its totally foggy with broadly by horizontal lines occured automatically. Rest of the tv working normal. What to do about screen now. KINDLY ADVISE.

            Dear Sir, I purchased the above Tv from M/s Swastik Homes, Rourkela on dated 18/05/2011. The TV Display panel was replaced once within the warranty period by Sony service center, Rourkela on dated 12/10/2012. The TV worked fine for 2 years, after that thick lines appeared on the screen, called Sony Service Engineer, checked & found that the Display panel is out of order. Sony Service Engineer gave me a rough estimate of Rs 18000/- for replacement of Display panel since the 1 year warranty has elapsed. I called upon Sony customer care & also gave Email for free replacement of the display panel but they were reluctant to do so. That sir, here I like to tell that original Display panel which was replaced within warranty had problem like the Edge LED bulbs were getting fused due to some internal circuitry flaws during assembly . Here I like to add that the flaws inside the assembly still exist & for this reason the Display Panel is out of order for the second time within a span of 2 years. It is my earnest request to replace the Display panel at FREE OF COST because the internal circuitry flaws still persists in the mother board of the TV for which the Edge LED bulbs are getting fused every time.               Sir, I purchased Sony Tv model KDL32EX720 on dated 18/05/2011 from M/s Swastik Homes, Rourkela . The Tv panel was out of order within warranty period & it was replaced on dated 12/10/2012. Again, the replaced Tv panel is out of order after 2 years of operation. The matter has been informed to Sony service center, Rourkela & they have given a estimate of Rs 18000/- for replacement of panel since it is outside warranty period. Now, my question is that "the original Tv panel which was assembled inside factory of Sony Electronics failed miserably within warranty period. There might be some internal electronic problem for which the TV panel is failing again & again. Now again after panel replacement there is no guarantee that the Tv will run smoothly for the minimum service life of the above-mention Tv. It is my earnest request to Sony India to look into the matter & take a note of the issue to resolve my case sincerly & at a concessional rate taking into consideration that the Tv panel earlier failed during Warranty period.                 Sub:- Faulty Handset of Sony Xperia Z3 Compact D-5833 / IMEI - [protected] Dear Sir / Madam, I have bought a Sony Xperia Z3 Compact handset Model D-5833, from Satnam Electronics, G.K.-1, M-Block Mkt, New Delhi, vide their Invoice No. 776/15-16 dt 31.05.2015 for Rs. 34, 800/- (copy of invoice is attached). On 6th July 15 the Sony Xperia, automatically the display got blank and was not getting Switched ON. I checked the online customer care and went to troubleshooting, while following instructions I was informed through live chat to press both the Power Button and Volume button together for few seconds and after that it got switched ON. But again On 20th July 15, the mobile handset automatically got switched Off and did not have Switched ON. I once again checked online customer care, and was asked by live chat to press the small yellow key in the SIM Card section for few seconds to format the handset so as to switch on the Phone. I repeated this process twice and later on I submitted my Mobile at Sony Service Centre, Accel Frontline Ltd., Nehru Place vide their Job no. W[protected] dt 25.07.15, for faulty Sony Xperia Z3 Compact. (Copy of Complaint is attached). On 8th August 15 I went to collect the handset from the Sony Service Centre, Accel Frontline Ltd. at Nehru Place, the mobile was not operational and was told it needs charging. The Service Executive Charged the phone in front of me, it was not charging. On enquiry I was informed that 4 parts have been changed. Later on, I inserted the Simcard to check the handset and within 2 mins the display went blank and was not getting ON. I had to once again leave the Handset with Service Centre against Job No. W[protected] dt. 08.08.15. I called up on 13.08.2015 to check but was informed that the repair work is still pending for parts as Mother Board needs to be replaced and till date it is pending. I wonder, Sony being a big brand has such poor quality of products and service, as it take more than 3 weeks to repair a mobile hand set. I would request you to kindly replace my Mobile handset with new one as I am not comfortable using the faulty Handset again. I assure myself not to buy any Sony products and would restrict all my known to do the same after this horrible experience.

                  I have buy c4 which is just 15 days old I have taken it to service center but they have charged 5000 for that and I have taken my phone after giving 5000 but after giving also 5000 my phone has been not working properly and whenever I get a. Call and phone display go and no one can switch on it...

                      I wish to inform that u. i have purchase a new mobile SONY XPERIA C4 DUAL and purchase date is 22/07/2015 in digital mobile collection allahabad.

                      My problem is I have activated my xperia protected feature through by this mail id pankajsingh.[protected]@gmail.com But my mobile after restart automatically protected mode is on.so i am try my mail id and password but my mobile authenticated not support n user name and password is wrong to display. so i have contact toll free no.[protected] and your help line support officer asking to me piese contact our near service centre and repair mobile software and deactivate protacted mode and also given a TICKET ID IS [protected]. After that I reached the near service centre in Varanasi and given my mobile and discuss protected mode feature related problem service centre respsnist. but service centre respsnist lady asking to me without open my mobile sim lock is damaged and void my mobile warranty without any xperia support engineer and given a ticket id is [protected] and W[protected].and date is 08/08/2015 also receiving mansion sim lock issue not a protected lock issue. then I contact next days to service center so asking to me respsnist your mobile is out of warranty and u will given a charges 9400rs replaced your mobile PCB. Then I rejected Jenrette your service centre estimate 9400rs and request to your service centre please resolve the my application protected lock. my mobile was also work two sim but due to application lock my mobile given a service centre. my one sim also insert in mobile and my mobile collect service centre. But today date 21/08/2015 I contact to service centre for related my mobile application problem resolve. so I ask to me your service center person your mobile is not repair so u have collect mobile without repair otherwise u repair mobile so u will give a charges for replaced mobile PCB.

                      So please resolved my problem as soon as possible

                        I had purchased a Laptop Sony Vaio, Model PCG-41216w of S series being the product of Sony Company. I had spent huge amount of Rs.56, 000 on the above mentioned system just for the personal use on trusted the brand value of the product and also recommended the same to relatives and friends. My laptop screen started blinking and afterwards there was no display on the screen and same was reported to your service centre. I had approached nearest Sony authorised service centre, Service Centre inspected the system and then said client has to leave the laptop for window installation. Thereafter I left the laptop to the service centre. After two days I received the call from the service centre that mother board needs to be change which will cost Rs. 18460/- and this is an initial inspection and cost may go up further if there is more defects. Service centre asked for advance before starting the work and did not guarantee that the laptop will work for sure as I have to bear more expense in case if it doesn’t work and further said that I have to bear the cost of mother board if it works out or not. The act of the mechanic/staff of service centre shows the inability or lack of knowledge of the mechanic/staff of the service centre . I was having so much confidence and trust on the brand being of Sony Company and trusted on the act of the service centre as well being service centre of the Sony Company. Now from the above act and conduct I am facing hardship and harassment.

                          We had purchased the Sony Bravia LED TV with model no 46W700A serial no 4309191 on 27.12.2013 and it is almost a year that there is an issue with display Panel with reddish lines moving up and down.As we have contacted the service centre they have told us to repair the display panel with the cost of Rs 25000/-
                          We want the same to be replaced with Free of cost since we have just completed one year of warranty period.Please do take immediate action .Please do contact on this no [protected].

                          Even I am facing the same issue with kdl - 46w700a with serial no. 4301500. local repairing guy said the panel has gone bad need to replace the panel.
                          after purchasing such a costly TV from Sony, why do display panel giving issue so early.
                          we guys believe sony has the best display panel but if this is the case there is no point in spending such a big amount.
                          Same in my case, I bought the same model in 2013. There's a display issue and they said need to replace the display panel and it is costing 31, 209 INR. It is very disappointing.
                          I have also same problem in my sony KDL-46W700A how much cost for replacement of screen i bought this model in 2014
                          I m also very disappointing of this type of sony product delivered by sony india

                            When I brought a sony z3 after some day lock key not working after some day it started 2 time my phone was hanged for a 1 hour I go for customer care every he was flash my mobile it is not a solution .. Now a days my speaker's audio quality decrease during listen a song During talking in loud speaker audio not clear listen... When I photo shoot during present of sun area.. Every time error a your phone temperature is high diseble camera... Please reply with a satisfied answer..

                              Bought a phone Sony c3 dual. Seriously this phone sucks.. It irritates me alot.. 20 times hangs in a day. Processing is damn slow. Wht shud I do. and the back camera is a vga camera no picture clarity.why we buy a phoney just for making calls and for capturing some gud moments but this phone have nothing.dont make fool of customers.

                              PATHETIC SERVICE. Most pathetic service i ever received. There is no option to provide a rating below 1 STAR and had no alternative. The service is pathetic and I am not sure how many people suffer out of such disgraceful service after sales.

                              I have a SONY LED TV EX52 and i had made a complaint and was committed that the service personal will come and resolve the issue within 48 hours. Even after calling on a daily basis they kept on assuring that we have escalated the matter and will come the first thing tomorrow morning. The second day too the statement did not change.

                              The third day too the statement repeated and no one turned up.

                              It was learnt that the Customer complaint ID was created on the 1st day. The complaint was registered on the second day. The complaint allocated on the third day. And now service center is saying that the person will visit on the next day after complaint is allocated i.e. on the fourth day.

                              When they say 48 hours i dont understand their calculation in time. May be SONY is better knowledgeable in such calculations!!!

                              Shall SONY accept the payment with 4 commitments I make to them...NOOOOOOOOOOO
                              Is the product for entertainment...NOOOOOOOOOOOO
                              Is SONY misleading...Yeeeeeesssssssssssssss
                              Is SONY taking us for a ride...Yeeeeeesssssssssssssss

                                I bought this TV on Aug 2011, for Rs.54500/- It came with a one year warranty. . On the 8th or 9th month after purchase, the screen had some white blurry lines over it. But this was visible only on playing HD videos, as the cable service rendered poor quality pictures already. On addressing this issue to sony service center, they said this need not be repaired now, and asked me to wait for another month. I waited, but blurry white lines on the screen had increased in numbers by then. The service center guys came in and checked the TV and said thats a problem with the cable network and not TV. . Anyway just one month after the warranty period expiry, these lines became more prominent. The panel color turned to a blue green and red gradient. This time the service center guys was ready to repair it, but for exchange of money. I was asked to pay Rs.24000/- to replace the panel, now. I couldnt bear this amount. Lost all trust in Sony LED's, and the high charge of its service. I had a Sony bravia CRT monitor which I used for about 8years+ without a single complaint. But the Sony LED Bravia let me down. On further research, I found that the KDLEX520 models sold during that time in India came with a panel that was designed for Europian countries. This panel just wouldnt last any longer than one year in a climate like India's. Many consumer complaints was later seen on the internet forums, and bogs later on. Most of the models were the KDLEX520 with the unsuitable panel. I now feel being enlisted in the Sony India's list of customers who were cheated by selling wrong products. I was out of station for three years, and now when I returned back I find the LED Bravia sitting like a dead unit with all dust on. And I feel quite funny that my old CRT Sony still might run if I powered it on. Hence, the bottom line is, Sony might have had a great reputation in making long lasting TV's.But that was all the old time's CRT monitors. But thats now ancient history. The LED's do not have any Sony Quality stories to add on to it... Most of them are bad, and are under routine repairs. . Do not Trust in the Quality of Sony LED Bravias. Theyre all bad. Just research the internet and you all could confirm the same. . . . . I cannot repair my KDLEX520 40inch Tv for a Rs.24000/- Just doesnt justify the cause. Big Sony fan here... but, I now Lost Trust in Sony. Palarivattom Kochi Kerala India

                                  Tv is having picture fluctuation problem, complaint launched on 10/08/2015 . compliant not attended till 19/08/2015 3.00 pm . what kind of pathetic service is this . above all the service person is telling me when I had called him that do whatever you want but we will not attend your call as promised on Wednesday .

                                        I have purchased Sony Home theatre from Reliance Digital store at Solitaire Park, Aundh, Pune in Dec 2014. The surround speakers of the same are not working .
