Sir, I had purchased 32” Sony Bravia (BX300) dated 16th June 2010. This year 2015 in the month of February I found there were wrinkle marks and white patches on the TV panel. I reported this immediately at the Sony customer Centre. After calling 3 -4 times technical engineer assisted in the month of July i.e. after 5 months. After taking the snapshots of the TV panel he assured me that if the TV is within 5 years the panel will get replaced without any cost. Now after producing the bill he states that it was bought on[protected] and the last complaint registered was on[protected] so the 5 years’ time period is over. I have to purchase the panel for Rs 11, 000. I told him that about my complaint details which was done 5 months back but he told he cannot help. Please help me regarding the same. I cannot afford to purchase the panel of that high cost. Thank you.

    I am a consumer of Sony India since last many years and till date i have never faced any issue with the products or services. However, in the month of July 2015 my Sony Bravia LCD (ex4600) stopped working all of a sudden for which i lodged a complaint on 12th july 2015 vide complaint id 26425700, but no solution was provided to me even after many days. Hence, i again lodged a complaint vide complaint id 26811165 and i was promised that an alternate solution will be provided to me as the defected part is not available. However, even after ten days i have not received a single call for redressal of my problem. When i again called them today for the same i was not given any satisfactory response and the customer care executive seemed very casual and provided me with a new complaint id 26987682 . I am utterly shocked at the response given to me by one of the leading consumer durables company of the World . I request you to look into this matter and resolve the issue at the earliest as I am facing a lot of inconvenience.

      Laptop service worst ever I had purchased my laptop from Reliance digital Prabhadevi store and after service provided by them is worst ever. I had purchased on 10th February, 14 my laptop Sony Vio 15inch white colour I had given my laptop for service to get the slow machine and battery checked. The service was not done by them and was infact given back with lots of scratches on the keyboard and the cover of the laptop. At the time of service the screw was also misplaced and not placed in place for which I had given my laptop for 2-3 times to just put the screw. My laptop was in the store for 1month just for fitting the screw Had even given my laptop for slow machine and battery and the service was not provided by them I got the laptop with the screw placed on it but there are innumerable scratches on the laptop cover and keyboard. Had clicked a photo also before sending for service - before sending for service already 3 big scratches was there and innumerable small scratches was there but the last delivery found another one big scratch on the laptop and two small ones. When I had complained to them it was very convenient and easy for them to tell me that nothing is possible now and they said they will try to get some solution to it for which I have waited for a very long time. Now the only solution I have is I want my refund back. Please help me to solve this problem as this thing is going on since almost 6months now. A lot more needs to be said Please contact me ASAP

        After 5 months camera not working in my xperia m2 when I submitted my phone to service center they give me my phone after 15 days and they changed the camera and quality becomes worst really I will never purchase any product of sony brand it's very big brand but such poor quality

          My Sony Bravia 32inch LED TV KLV-32R422B gone dead(Not Powering on) in just 1 years 2 months back its purchase, I Purchased it on 25-may-2014 for Rs 31500 .After showing that TV to Sony service center, at Abhivrudhi tech they replied me that Mother Board gone faulty and given estimated cost for repair about Rs 7000.

          What is the minimum life span for LED TV from a brand like SONY?
          Should Customer consider Its life span equals to Warranty period (1 Year)…
          Should Customer buy a sony TV per year ??!!!

          If an LED TV from a brand like Sony doesn’t work for even 1.2 years, and its repairing cost is going near 7K . On what basis should customers differentiate between Sony and other cheaper brands? It makes more sense to buy products from cheaper brands which cost far less, and unfortunately if there are problems, the repairs are also going to be cheaper.

          Even if Main Board is replaced, what if it stops working after a year?
          Should I pay 6500 rupees per year for repair to sony TV ? I believe Sony will again come asking for more money to replace that as well.

          Its therefore turns out to be a heavy investment buying a Sony product and investing on it year after year to keep it functional. And I have no reasons to believe that the replaced panel will work longer if original does not works.
          To make things more frustrating, Customer Care is hopeless. I have mailed them twice with logged ref no 26935666, 26922635 . Both the time they given no reply on mail, They only called on my mobile and asked me about “Should i am interested to repair my TV at their provided estimated cost(Rs 7000/-)” on Not ??????????

          Now please suggest me should I go for Repair a sony TV in sony service center at estimated cost Rs 7000/- OR I put same amount in it and purchase New LED TV with different Brands.

          Also suggest what should I do with with my current New Brand Dead Sony Bravia LED TVKLV-32R422B .

          PLEASE DO SUGGEST……….

          Although, This is my Last reply for you.Now from onward in my life I am not going to deal with SONY any more & same should be suggested to others also……

          Thank you for cheap Quality product with high cost, worst service & Hopeless trust for “BRAND SONY.”

          Please don’t buy any SONY products. I really fed up with SONY Braviya. Better way I go for Micromax TV its really good TV.

            Had purchased 32 inches sony bravia model 32NX650 2 years back from vivek mylapore. all of sudden in June the TV by itself switches ON & OFF at random. Complaint raised against complaint number : 26152855 dt 26.06.2015. Engineer from M/s. CTECH Electronics visited on 26.06.2015 & visit charges of Rs. 250 paid. Engineer declared faulty power board ( Quoted Rs. 3000, however not charged). Second visit diagnosed as faulty main board ( Quoted Rs. 10, 000, however not charged). third visit main board changed and still TV not working. Its been 2 months since. 1) Request for proper closure of service request and bring my TV back to working condition. 2) SONY is charging exhobitantly for spares which needs to be checked by proper authorities. 3) SONY CALL CENTER executives 90% are hopeless in communication skills and needs better training in handling complaints. -Arvind

              Hi Sir \ Ma'am, I have submitted my Xperia T2 Ultra to the Sony Service Center located in Indore with the Service ID:- W[protected] / [protected] on dated 8/Jul/2015 due to water damage and its has been over a month since my phone has not been repaired yet. Each time i call to the Service Center they tell me that it would be done within a week and 4-5 weeks has been passed doing the same thing. Last week, when i went to the center to take my moblie device back with the deposited ammount at that time they have told me that the part has been dispatched (Called Customer Care they doesn't have any information related to the dispatch of second part) and will be here till 10/11 of this week, but when i have called the center on date 11/Aug/2015 they have again told me that it will take another week to get repaired. I know due to water damage the Warranty has been void but please let me know that the service center is only to repairer the devices which are in Warranty period and the customer like me will have to wait for 2-3 months to get there devices to get repaired and even after that they are not sure that in what time duration the device can be repaired.               As per my previous complain for Service ID:- W[protected] / [protected] i have submitted my Xperia T2 Ultra mobile to the Indore Service Center of Sony on dated 8/Jul/2015 and they have told me that the mobile will be repaired till 10/Aug/2015 (Monday) and when i have called the Service Center on 13/Aug/2015, they have again told me that the mobile will be repaired till next week and this is the 6th time, i have heard the same thing from them.


              I don't know what is going on and what kind of services the Sony India is providing to their Customers.

              If authority of Sony is going through this complain please suggest me the further process...

                I bought Sony Z3 Compact, I went sony authorized service center with actual cause touch pad brooked. while conversation with front office executive she check my hand set and saying that its liquid damage its not comes under warranty. but handset which i am using its working fine. but the thing is its shows red indicator. is it repairable or not ?

                  I'm Rvanidran from Chennai, purchased a Sony LED TV on 3/1/15 (sony KLV-32R482B), product:18621301, Serial no: 3325833, I mainly purchased it for some of new features like screen mirroring, wifi direct etc, but they delivered a defective product and wifi, screen mirroring options are not working and moreover TV itself has some problems and when contacted Sony service centre, Service ppl come and checked the TV and told that they need to replace the hardware and fix few board issues. no one would like their brand new TV to be problematic. And now it has been months and I have called them SEVERAL NUMBER OF TIMES but the service people are not paying heed to the service or replacement request . I'm planning to lodge a complaint in consumer court on this issue . I'm truly dis satisfied with Sony service and would not suggest anyone to go for Sony product in future.

                    My Name is Haresh. My Job Sheet number is W[protected]. I had given Sony Xperia Z Ultra (In Warranty) for auto restart problem. Your people (Metal Tech, Andheri west, Mumbai) told me that since they don't have Xperia Z Ultra in stock, they are offering me Xperia Z new piece. However they were offering opened piece in box which i am sure is refurbished one without any accessory. how can a piece be new if it is not is sealed box. Request you to look into the matter. I need my Xperia Z ultra or new box packed sealed Xperia Z as I am getting a down graded phone in exchange for my Z Ultra. I am already compromising on model then why should I compromise on old piece too. People at metal tech, especially the head of that centre named Varsha Gupta, are extremly rude and were telling I "HAVE" to take that phone, or else i will not get anything. If these type of people represent sony, it will lose its name even after coming out of good products.

                      Sir, I had purchase a SONY LCD TV 24 inch from ePlanet, Iritty, Kannur District, Kerala on 18/08/2012. Yesterday onward the screen is having some problems. so many vertical lines appear on the screen, so we can not see any picture in the TV.The model number of my TV is 24PFL5237/V7. Please do the necessary proceedings so that i will be able to watch the programmes in the SONY TV without disturbances. I selected the SONY brand because i had a faith in SONY product.

                        I submitted my xperia M C 1904(IMEIno-[protected] purchased on[protected] handset on[protected] for the 5 th or 6 th time for servicing due to repeated issue of ear speaker cracking, Which makes the handset useless and evidently the phone is having repeated issue and as per the terms iam eligible for the replacement or refund. Sony service centre thrissur Kerala representative promised me verbally if i wait for a month they will definitely replace the phone. Even after six months and repeated inquiries they haven't replaced my phone or resolved the issue.They even denied a standby phone for temporary usage. As per them the order needs to be confirmed from head office earnakulam Cochin Kerala. Till now they haven't confirmed the replacement.Due to this cold and irresponsible response i m helpless.I need a refund or replacement from Sony. reference -Job no:W[protected].                             I bought sony z3 compact yesterday ...sales man showed me live sony z3 compact which was 5.0 lolipop he said this phone comes with lopipop android version so i decided to buy it because its latest version in market but when i bought the phone i came back my house then i checked which i bought its not lolipop 5.0 ..it was 4.4 kitkat i dont want to keep this old version phone...the salesman cheated me plz do something for me my name is munish chugh email [protected]@gmail.com

                              Hi si i had bought a sony phone on the 1st of feb 2015 the model name was sony ultra x ultra, on the 16 or 17 as per the service center at dwarka Ramphal Chowk the address is Shop No. G-31, Vardhaman Star City Plaza, Near CCRT Or Ramphal Chowk, Gali Number 8, Sector 7, Dwaraka, Palam Extension, Palam Colony, New Delhi, Delhi 110077, the phone screen broke it self, when i sent to the service center they told me that to spend 10, 000 to repair the scree, when i told them that the phone is only a month old and i have to pay 10, 000 to repair the same, and they told me that i wil receive a new hand set, later after a month when the phone came to one i got a re-furbished phone and they said that it came from Bangalore infact they made me run like a mad person, and they told me that this phone has 3 months warranty, exactly after 3months the phone started its tantrums again the display is not working properly, and today the 8th of aug when i went back to them they told me sir i have to pay another 5k to get the touch changed, when i told them that i cant keep shelling out money to just repair the phone and i also told them that its a company fault as a lot of customers are facing the same.

                              Sir/Mam i request you to please look into this they number is:- Phone:[protected], its like i made a big mistake in purchasing this phone, sony being such a big brand they are ripping the customers off, and they keep tell people to pay, and the best part the warranty is not yet over, and they told me we cant d anything you would have t pay. Please sir i want this matter to be resolved so that they sony gets this repaired for free as my phone is under warranty.

                                I bought a Sony LED 32NX 650 2 years back. I know its not in the warranty period but the reason why i put the extra money when compared to the market price is because of the brand and the trust on the company. From few days i am facing issues with the display and when i contacted the Sony customer service they straight away told me that it doesn't have warranty and when i said i am gonna bear the expenses for the hardware guy, they sent a mechanic after few days and the guy staright away said that its LCD but i was sold saying that its LED and my bill also shows its LED. I am very much disturbed with this kind of robbery the brand like Sony is doing on consumers, i was very much disturbed and i asked they guy how much it costs then he said that the panel is gone and it costs half the amount of the TV which is 49k. I told him straight away that i am not going bear the costs and if sony doesnt respond i am gonna go to the consumer court but after few days i got a call stating that i should pay 16k and they will send me a new TV. But i am not able to digest the fact that how a brand like sony is dealing with its customers and the quality of the product is too bad. Why this kind of quality issues happens only in India, Its the same brand worldwide but its not the same quality. These brands are fooling the customers and playing with their pockets.

                                  I am glad to inform you that I purchased a brand New Sony Xperia aqua m4 before 12 days ago on 18th July 2015 mobile outlet. & after 4 days there occurs a problem of over heating & speaker issue & some fault of touch screen (Touch automatically works ) then I have made a complain in your toll free no[protected] but i am not getting any positive response from your technical support team & when i am trying to contact with senior authorities of that they refused to talk to me & didn't support me. then after I go to sony care noida sector 18 (shop no 40-41 2nd floor wave mall sector 18 noida -201301) UP. then care executive intake my phone & said that it will not replace, It only repairs & said to me that it will be okay within 4 days but till now, I am not getting my phone I called lots of time to service center & customer care but not getting any response from any of the person till now they always said to me that it will take more 10 days time to repair. Sir I am really gonna very much fed up with the services of the sony so this is my humble request to you to please see that issue as soon as possible & please help me out to get rid of this problem . ​ I​ am also giving the details of my phone with the attachment of the bill copy & Bill given by the service center.                                     My phone screen also got cracked by it self but our complaints are being treated as **bleep**!!! . Within 6 months its screen broke. When I asked what i should do, they told me to pay 11000 for the replacement Z ultra .So I am technically paying around 30000 for a 20000rs "SMART"phone. Well Done Sony.

                                      Dear Sir, This is to inform you that, I bought a new Mobile 'Sony Xperia M4' Dated :[protected], After few days i was getting a problem in my mobile as 'hanging, heating, protected lock and camera issues', So i visited the service centre they said that it was newly opened centre on[protected], I searched for another service centres but i did'nt found yet, So, I was gone to the same service centre on[protected], there they said that will give you new mobile phone within 2 days, There was no response in 2 days, On the next day i went to centre, I met another service engineer, He said that will give to the new mobile phone within two days, Again i waited for 2 days.Still there was no response, So this time also i visited there.This time i met another service engineer he told will won't provide you any new mobile phone.Just will repair it and handover to you, This engineer was taken 1 week time.After one week i again visited to centre.I was really shocked and irritated to see this type of service by them, He was saying that i will repair it takes some for me.I dont know why this people are making a bloody bull-shett.And Still i did'nt get my phone repaired.                                         Just before 2 years I had purchased Sony LED TV.Before 2 months I had seen some linings on LED.So i had complained for it.So Service Engineer came and checked and told me that panel is damaged. I complained in Customer Care, they told me that company had stopped to create panel for this Model.Within just 2 years company stop to create panel's that's not my concern.At purchase time they are giving full service guarantee.And they told me that "You have to purchase new LED with 25% discount". This is totally wrong thing.Just for a Panel to buy a new LED TV that is totally worst thing.It's a cheating with customers.I am ready to pay panel charge(15000 RS). Company should replace my LED panel or exchange my LED with panel charge(15000 RS.)
