Hi si i had bought a sony phone on the 1st of feb 2015 the model name was sony ultra x ultra, on the 16 or 17 as per the service center at dwarka Ramphal Chowk the address is Shop No. G-31, Vardhaman Star City Plaza, Near CCRT Or Ramphal Chowk, Gali Number 8, Sector 7, Dwaraka, Palam Extension, Palam Colony, New Delhi, Delhi 110077, the phone screen broke it self, when i sent to the service center they told me that to spend 10, 000 to repair the scree, when i told them that the phone is only a month old and i have to pay 10, 000 to repair the same, and they told me that i wil receive a new hand set, later after a month when the phone came to one i got a re-furbished phone and they said that it came from Bangalore infact they made me run like a mad person, and they told me that this phone has 3 months warranty, exactly after 3months the phone started its tantrums again the display is not working properly, and today the 8th of aug when i went back to them they told me sir i have to pay another 5k to get the touch changed, when i told them that i cant keep shelling out money to just repair the phone and i also told them that its a company fault as a lot of customers are facing the same.
Sir/Mam i request you to please look into this they number is:- Phone:[protected], its like i made a big mistake in purchasing this phone, sony being such a big brand they are ripping the customers off, and they keep tell people to pay, and the best part the warranty is not yet over, and they told me we cant d anything you would have t pay. Please sir i want this matter to be resolved so that they sony gets this repaired for free as my phone is under warranty.

Sony India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I don't know what is going on and what kind of services the Sony India is providing to their Customers.
If authority of Sony is going through this complain please suggest me the further process...
