I have Purchase your So called Flag Ship Phone Sony Z3 Plus . After spending half 1 lakh rupee on the Phone . What i am get is really bad experience . I have got the Phone 5 Augs & with in couple of day the original phone charge was not charging the Phone . More bad new coming in other few days .Now the phone was getting heated & the other person on the phone line could not hear my voice .So i have put the phone on speaker mode. I have called the customer service to check what is the issue . They asked me to do some check manually & all check where positive . So the executive asked me to visit the nearest service center . As the issue was pertaning hard ware & the same could not be resolved over phone . I have visited Sony service center No. 106 & 107, Shree Platinum Mall, First Floor, Near Vallabha Bag Cross Lane, Jawahar Road, Ghatkopar East, Mumbai . This was very surprising as soon as i went to the customer service executive on the front desk . Pls note this without checking or listening to me query he gave me a form to fill & said the data will be lost .& i have to submit the phone as they cannot open Z3 plus over there . He didnt even redirect me to the engineer who actually checks the Phone . So i insisted to spk to the manager Harpeet Singh .He is another adamant guy .The only difference was he heard my query & ask to submit my phone without even checking what was the issue . The only thing all of then mention that the data will be lost & you have to take a back up . While i was discussing with the manager few of team member came to support him & all of then barged on me like goons .Worst dealing experience with a Global brant like sony .The guy at the front desk was eating tabacco. How disgusting, this people are spoling the band name .Am on one to comment but my hard own money which is going for a toss .

    I avinash Sharma book a service request on date 04.09.2015 for my LCD TV of 26 inch. The job is assigned to Nehal Techno Services (Pali - Rajasthan) by Sony customer care. After booking i personally contacted to Nehal Techno Services and describe the issues which was facing by me on operation of my LCD TV. From that day to today i am in continuously contacting with Nehal Techno Services and requesting him to attend the job assigned to him by Sony. In between three times his representative visit my area but he is not attend my job. Even now Nehal techno services dont pick up my call. Today i complain it to SONY customer care, and told them about the issue and request them to assign the job to any other service center rather then this, but they again book my service request and assign the job to again Nehal Techno Services (Pali)

      Dear Sir/Madam I have puchased a Sony Experia Z3 on 25/12/2014. Only after 8 months it started creating problems. 1- Heating problem while calling. 2- If camera is used with flash the photos taken are not clear. 3- when used for calling on speeker the sound is not clear.I gave the phone for repair on 19Aug'15 to Sai Electronics 5C/12 NIT Faridabad.They gave it back to me after 20 days.But after few days the same problems were there.I again gave the phone on the same service center on 16Sep'15 they are again asking me to come after 15-20 days.They also didn't provide me a standby handset.Can anybody tell me what is the profit of choosing a brand name like Sony & spending INR 55591/-. So please look in to the matter & do the needfull as soon as possible & if you can help me in replacing the handset I will be very thankful to you. Regards Niranjan Chauhan

        I purchased a Sony Xperia C4 on 25.07.2015 from Reliance retail. From day one i am facing some issue or the other on the handset. i gave a complaint on My support on 07th August'15 my ref no: 1-[protected] - problem was my screen went black and was not able to use any application. This problem i faced within a week. The solution given by your technical support is the software has to be updated. For a week old do you think the software has to be updated ? Your technical people think customers are fool and will believe whatever they say, i did not have enough patience so i went through the suggestions given by them and disconnected the call. I switched off my mobile for an hour and then started using the mobile. again i faced the same problem on 18th August'15 and I complained to the technical support, my ref No; 1-[protected]. and this time your technical people said that i need to use this phone only on safe mode. Again i am being fooled by your support people. i did not budge by their request. After paying 30, 000/- should i use the phone only on safe mode. Pls advise. since yesterday my touch screen is not working properly and my back keys keep moving automatically and eratically. Dont you think there is a serious problem on this particular device. I go the contact of Mr. Selvakumar Chinnaswami and with due respect I narrated the entire history and he suggested that I should be getting in touch with the Service Person and he gave me the contact details for which I am really thankful to him. But when contacted the Service Person, Mr. Shivaram, he was not willing to listen to the nature of complaint and he said that if we have faced any problem with the product then I need to visit the service centre and they should only be communicating to him. According to any service Centre persons this problem may not be considered on high priority as I am not the only customer for them. If I need to visit the service centre they will simply say that their company policy is to handover the mobile to them and they will analyse and let us know the solution. I definitely need an alternate phone as I have some personal emergencies and am sure your service centre does not support such things. Will you visit the service centre within a week of buying a product that too after investing Rs.30, 000/- . Its my hard earned money and definitely I will go to any extent to sort this issue. I have never experienced such a horrible service anywhere and I will definitely not suggest anybody to buy the sony product. Awaiting a favorable reply at the earliest. Ramadevi [protected]

              Hello Sir/Madam,

              I own a Sony Xperia T2 Ultra Dual. A week ago, I did not charge my phone and it was dead. Later when I plug in charger, my phone is not charging more than 1%. I tried with 3 different chargers and also tried to connect to my laptop using USB. Still no improvement. I visited Sony service center and consulted them. They examine my phone for some time and informed me that they is an issue with my phone mother board. If that is true, how is my phone detecting the charger. It is also turning on after 1% charging. But later turn off when 1% battery is exhausted. I contacted customer service and spoke to an executive name Himani and discussed about the problem. She is telling, it will be issue with motherboard only. Motherboard is have issue still my phone is able to execute all the programs. It detects charger, it turn on. it activates WiFi. When I questioned her the same, she replayed. Yes, it is possible. Without motherboard functioning the phone can do all this operations. (Even without heart beating person is still alive and able to do all the work )

              I demanded an explanations for this. The agent said she will arrange me a call back with in 24-48 hours. It did not happen. Today I made a call again and spoke to supervisor-Rashmi. To my surprise even I got the same answer from her. If the motherboard is non-functional, how can phone turn on and do all other operations. If such a big company Sony has this kind of support. Its better to buy china products. At least they give good customer support and quality service.

                Dear Sir, Would like to submit the chronology of events that we had to go through for having purchased a 2 Sony product a third time ( and all the three times have been miserable experience and last being terrible) 1) Sept 15th : Sony Experia Ultra C5 was purchased by us from M/s Sree Lakshmi Enterprises 2) Sept 17th : We have discussed multiple defects like quick battery drain, Photos not getting saved, wifi not getting connected and phone getting hanged quite often 3) Sept 17th : Lodged a online compliant and received no response and upon calling up the dealer he has indicated that we need to go Sony Service Center. 4) Sept 18th : Called up the customer care number and lodge a compliant and requested for details of service centers if any in Madhapur and was told there is none. We discovered that there is one in Madhapur ( Vaibhav Enterprises) and we were told that the Phone will repaired whatever be the issues. Had to wait for 3 and half hours. On calling up the Customer Care center they have reiterated nothing but repairs will be entertained. After 4 hours, the Service Center team has accepted that there are multiple issues and we need to surrender the phone and will be given a DoA to take a new phone from Dealer. When we have communicated to team in the dealer showroom, they have indicated that they are busy with other customers and their Manager is in lunch and we will have to wait. Then the manager walks gives the fresh piece and hands it over to his team member, The team members hands over the box to us. ( No apologies for teh inconvenience caused) When we share about bad experience, the manger retorts that there is no point in we sharing anything with us and it is for the company to deal with it( what an association from a dealer who beleives in only selling and washing away his hands) In light of above, after all the ill-treatment, we have decided not to take the replacement and have come back home. Upon calling the customer care center, Ms Rashmi after having understood as to what transpired in the entire episode defended/judges that the behavior is right. Mr Hari in the next escalation call says this is max that can be done. In the entire exercise, Me and my niece for whom the product was purchased had to forego one full day leave and the trauma for 24 hours. In light of above, the bare minimum that I request is for a written apology from Senior Functionaries of Sony and refund of money back( Have spend close to INR 1 Lakh in the last one year and had undergone miserable experience every time). I would expect Brand Sony to be sensitive to customer experience and fulfill the harassed customer request rather than taking a adamant stand that such a policy doesn't exist. By the policies are prepared keeping customer in mind and organizational policies do exist for self-fulfillment. Agony of aggrieved Sony Customer ( Dr D N Venkatesh)

                  Home theater service taking long time

                  I have Purchase sony home theater last diwali. Due to the technical issue company take it to their center for repair. its more than 45 days and each and every time when I call them, they says that 2 more days required. service centre person says me that some board is faulty and we already place order for board from Singapore. Now my problem is, if they are taking so long period (Nearly 2 months) for solve my home theater, it is too much time...

                  My Sony experia z mobile suddenly lost the field 'network operator'. As a result it was not able to detect my Vodafone connection though the SIM card is working perfectly in other handsets. The Sony service centre at dadar west mumbai said the mobile has become dead and the motherboard needs replacement. Now if Sony mobile becomes dead, it is a clear case of manufacturing defect. Sony should replace and give me new mobile.

                      My lcd tv screen have become white so i have raised the complain for servicing to sony customer care . complain no.26686484 and they have forwad my complain to s.v. enterprises saharanpur from there engineer have come to see the defect of my lcd tv and they told there is defect in your tricode card and they changed the tricone card and they showed me see now lcd is working fine but they told me that this tricone belongs to some one else so we will bring another tricone card for you and changed tommorow at it will cost you 4000 rs. i agreed and they have taken 1000 rupees from me as advance. Next day they have come with tricone and they changed but lcd was not working properly .So the engineer said that this tricone card is defected we will bring another tricone card from the main office and it will take 3-6 days. I said ok after that they came and changed it but again lcd whitesh haven't removed and after that they repaired the tricone card at my house by changing the( ic ) after that the line have come in the screen while repairing and they told me that there is some defect coming and it will take time so we will taking lcd to the sony service centre and we will repair there but after few days i have came to know that they haven't taken to the service centre and taken to some where else may be at their home and they have defected my panel and i think they also changed my lcd inner parts and now they are not returning the lcd, making execuses and saying give us 16000 rs. for repairing the lcd the engineer name are subhash mobile no.[protected] and secondone is adarsh mobile no. [protected] and i don't know the thirdone's name Three of them are working in s.v. enterprises, saharanpur ( sony authorized service centre ) and doing fraud with customers bcoz every one think that they are coming from sony service centre sony india and s.v. enterprises should also recheck there complaints so said this type of fraud not happen in future .They have to take resonsibility bcoz customers are coming to them and these three of them are their employee so plz register this complain and take some action regarding this matter thank you nitin batla [protected]@gmail.com

                        Hello Sir/Madam My Name is Mayur Velle. I am writing this letter to inform you I am suffering the so many times but issue are pending for service center site & getting a so many rediculas reasons. I bought the Sony Experia Z2 Mobile from Gala NX (Top 10) Andheri East on the 24th Aug 2015 but after 3 day it was suddenly dead, i had trying many times start the mobile but not start so therafter next day on 28th Aug 2015 visit the sony experia service center (Krish Electronics Irla Vile parle west) there i contacted to Mrs. Sadhana & she was checking my mobile but this time also mobile didn't start. after investigating she came to counclusion that mobile is dead They gave me a DOA letter (DOA No. D[protected] and told me that two of the three days will be replacement on the mobile. • After three days on 31st Aug 2015 morning again contacted service center Mrs. Sadhana for (Krish Electronics Irla Vile parle west) so thereafter they told me your mobile submited to the head office but not revert me. then they told me within next two of three days will get the replacement for your device • After three days again contacted service center (Krish Electronics Irla Vile parle west) but they had the same reasons that gave it 4 times in 8 days • Finally 9th Sep 2015 contact to service center Mrs. Sadhana for (Krish Electronics Irla Vile parle west) they told me they can refund total amout back to your mobile. & Manager are not response for this time on this issue he told me madam jo batanewale hai wahi same me batanunga. • I went back the immegate next day on 10th Sep 2015 to the Service Center Mrs. Sadhana for (Krish Electronics Irla Vile parle west) and they told me that you will get a full refund of your device. But not confirm. They told me we will call you 6.00pm then I am waiting 6.00pm but not answering me thereafter again my side I contacted service center Mrs. Sadhana for (Krish Electronics Irla Vile Parle West) so they reply me again headoffice person are in meeting so we will call you half & hour. After half & hour they told me your refund process are confirm. After 8 to 10 days on 22nd sep 2015 to 24th sep 2015 not exactly perfect date but sure refund cheque issue. • Next day 11th Sep 2015 contacted Call center they told me your refund amout are not confirmed all mail & information are contact on your service center. Again suffering for call center & service center support. Once again same date after contact Service Center Mrs. Sadhana for (Krish Electronics Irla Vile Parle West) they are answering me confirmation are pending for headoffice so withing 2 to 3 days called you. • I went back after 3 days 14th Sep 2015 contacted call center Mr.Ahmed then checking my status thereafter they told me your request are pending for replacement for mobile it’s a another new answering for Mr. Ahmed thereafter again discuss with ahmed for same issue then he says sir aap service center se hi baat karo waha sehi aapko pata chalega aapke refund ka status. • After same day once again contact Mrs. Sadhana For Service center (Krish Electronics Irla Vile Parle West) but again rediculas reasons for me she told me that didn’t get any confirmation mail for refunding amount about my mobile.then I asked her give me your headoffice number & email id. She’s gave me Number & email id Mr. Manoj / Ankit Mobile no. [protected] & email id is [protected]@ap.sony.com thereafter immegate contacted with Mr. Ankit but his answerd me I am driving give me a call 15 to 20 minute.then I contacted again half hour finally he received my call then he checked my all details thereafter sir same answerd for me mail kiya hai but revert nahi aaya hai but aapka refund ho jayega.then I asked a question give me a exactly date of issue my refund cheque but not perfectly answer for another time he told me not exactly date but within 25th sep 2015 will be issue for refund cheque but if the approve then it will be cheque issue. Complain: 1. Calling party gets my phone switch off but my Mobile is on condition. 2. During Call progressing Incoming & outgoing speech are intermittent interrupted. 3. Mobile Set intermittently switch off. 4.Not responding the 2G SIM. I have given the set to Sony Repair centre Allahabad, after passing 15 days the above mentioned fault has not been rectified by your Engineers and told that SIM is giving problem as per your Engineer's advise SIM has been replace but fault is still existing. Humbly requested to rectify the above mentioned fault OR replace the set by new one at the earliest.If not rectify the above within 10 days, you are bound me to complain a log to Consumer Forum for the same.                               I have purchased a Sony Xperia Z3 phone on 15th November 2015 after lot of market survey & research. It is claimed to be a high performance Water proof phone as mentioned on Sony India Website & the sales executive of the dealership. On 14th Sep 2015 accidentally some water drops were dropped on the phone after which the phone stopped working. i have submitted it to Sony service center, Janakpuri with ticket id number [protected] Job number W[protected]. They informed that they are not allowed to dismantle the handset but whatever part is required to be changed would be done on chargeable basis since water has entered in the handset from charging port & memory card port. this is truly unprofessional. if it is a waterproof phone then how come water can enter the phone so easily. i want either a replacement of the product or refund of my complete amount.

                                Sir iam rajesh from janapriya appts attapur hyderguda sir i was purchase tv on 28/09/2014 sony tv 42w700b we donot have sufficiant time to see tv only on sunday we will get time to see i & my wife both will do job so sony tv 42w700b giving more problem 1. Problem is lines comming on left side screen i complain then after i week same screen problem but different styles lines coming on screen 2 complain so 2 time also screen panel change so 3 time next problem tv automatic restart problem 4. Time picture quality problem like on tv screen on faces not clear what is this i asked for replacement tv they said to send a mail to sony tv custamour care. Kindly i request sony company cooperate with me & replace sony tv 42w700b that all.

                                sony custamour care kindy solve our problem (sony service request id[protected] time problem came 2 time screen panel 3 time restart to automatic 4 time lcd mode instead of hd mode so kindly I request sony company plaza replace new model to whatever charges iam ready to pay I was complained on 15/09/2015 on 17/09/2015 sevice person came but no use he did not did any setting just watch to mode & went away he told service person come & collect to then check at service centre. so I request sony company I have all proof with images plaza verify then replace new model to. no service person come to my home right now .so plaza take necessary action & solve my problem ( model no is sony 42w700b 0

                                Kindly I hope to sony company plaza replace to or change another latest model to I will pay whatever etc charges has to pay for another to model replacement ?                                 So we are requested to you please urgent and immediately replace our tv parts and start/working of tv otherwise we are go to leagal action against your company.

                                    Dear Croma & Sony Mobiles, I V.Shiva Kumar is very unfortunate to purchase Sony Z3 mobile from Croma panjagutta hyderabad branch. When i visited showroom for a iPhone your team member suggested this phone and mesmerized me to shell out Rs.38, 191/- on 14th march 2015. Invoice no SLF02A[protected]. Very first time i tried purchasing sony mobile and i am a very old customer of sony products. As a old customer of sony products & croma store i was easily influenced to purchase Z3 phone though i was mentally prepared to buy a iPhone. During the process of purchase Croma representative had given me complete hopes on the service part and on next level they assured door step service if required. Very few days after i starting facing some or other technical problems with the phone and i got adjusted myself rather than visiting ruthless & senseless service centres of sony. Initially i had issue with software and i got habituated slowly myself. There are after few days few drops of water fallen on the phone and that lead to speaker problem. As i was assured that this as a waterproof phone i approached first croma store and from there i was directed to sony service centre in secunderabad. Now the problem started herein service centre. My sister and mother visited service centre on 12th aug to get this repaired, your technician stated that to change in speaker it costs about Rs.12222.26/- and we were shocked to know this. For a better clarification i personally visited the store and your store manager Mr.Siva gave a fantastic reason stating that there is process to open the cover of the phone and in that process screen will get damaged hence, i need to pay for the screen and lot many spare parts. He had a very silly reason that phone edge was damaged and for that reason they made this as out of warranty. My straight question to SONY is that why do you penalise me for your technical reasons.i own a samsung phone and i never had any kind such stupid non-sense stories. The way service centre guys handle clients is very pathetic and ruthless. Just our visit to service centre seen in a commercial way. I had a lengthy discussion with Mr.Siva about the case and he slightly agreed that this should be covered under warranty and promised me he will check with central team on this.His version is left edge corner is damaged and due to this while removing the panel there are chances that screen may be impacted. My version is i just want to change the speaker inside which was effected by few drops of water . Being a waterproof phone how can it happen. Mr.Siva hardly responds to calls and even after receiving call also he will always have a statement that I WILL CALL YOU BACK WITH SOLUTIONS and that call never come . Even after shelling out Rs.38, 191/- i am forced to use a ordinary phone which is my back up. And this is for more than a month. Again on 9th sept i revisited store for the confirmation on the repair of the phone and this was a pleasant experience. Receptionist patiently heard about the actual problem and made me to meet technician personally there that person agreed as this should be under warranty and raised invoice as under warranty. Technician who is from chennai told me that screen will not be changed and only speaker would be replaced and even i want the same to be done. First visit details : Date : 12th Aug 2015 Job No : W[protected] Warranty Category : Out Warranty. Second Visit Details : Date : 09 sept 2015 Job No : W[protected] Warranty Category : In Warranty ( In job sheet it was mentioned as out warranty, receptionist explained me that there is a problem with system and in internal comments it is mentioned as IN WARRANTY). After 2 days i received a SMS stating i need to pay 10, 000/- odd + taxes to get this repaired. When you agreed this is under warranty why do you charge me. How come you have different views on the same problem. in first it was told that OUT WARRANTY and in second visit it was told that IN WARRANTY ( though in job sheet wrongly mentioned as OUT WARRANTY, for a clarity check the notes / comments mentioned by the receptionist ) Today when i had a conversation with Mr.Siva store manager he started fooling me that job sheet came with OUT WARRANTY and you agreed for that. Where as receptionist clearly told me that it was a technical problem and internal comments are clearly mentioned. Sir - this is all about trust on the brand of CROMA & SONY. For the sake of money dont play with emotions of the customers and this is not at all acceptable. I need explanation on this case and i want this to be covered under warranty as agreed by service centre people. I suggest CROMA & SONY to do a investigation on this case. Its already more than a month i am not using this phone. I want my phone to ready by 18th of this month. Also, Mr.Siva told me that he had a mail conversation with central team on this issue. Kindly investigate if he really did this or not. Kindly, address this issue and give us mental peace. I had huge mental pressure due to this kind of irresponsible behavior. Rgds, Shiva [protected]

                                      Good Evening, I am Varun, a loyal customer of sony with 6 sony products. I bought a vaio in the year 2010, recently found an issue with the graphic card. The system screen was not displaying. I happened to approach a service center, where they expected a graphic card issue and said graphic card needs to be replaced. for data backing capabilities he has guided me to another service center, where they said if graphic card is having issue, entire mother board needs to be replaced (worth 12000/-), which was quite not believable (being educated). finally my problem is resolved by minor adjustment in the graphic card and nothing ever needed any replacement (costing me 800/-). In the first service center, they asked for replacement of graphic card, without even looking into the scale of the issue. In second case it is a definite bluff, as we even tried to convince him that graphic card would be a modular product and entire mother board replacement should not be a requirement.
