My life's biggest mistake when i purchase sony xperia M4 aqua vide bill no. 21727 dt. 20/8/15 of Cell Guru M2K Mall Rohini, Delhi - 110085. First time in my whole life I purchase the sony brand product and that's my biggest fault in my life because this is the waste of money of Rs. 20000.00. The very first day I check of buying the mobile facing problem in SD card. I was going to dealer and ask to replace the same due to technical problem in phone. But they refuse to change and ask to check the handset and after 3-4 days they return the set as same position and ask to go to Soni service centre. I was going to soni service centre in Rohini M/s JP Electronics and they also refuse to replace the same and ask to repair. After 3 day they return and ask to repair the problem. But the same problem facing in phone again and again. I was disappointed from your service. My phone is presently with your service centre from last 10 days but service centre give reasonable reply and not replace the phone nor repair the phone

    Your Order ID : S80900642;Your Order ID : S80900645 i have brougth 2 sony power banks.it is been said that we can charge 3 times from that power bank but its not even getting 30% charge.so we suspect that sony power bank to be duplicate.and also we called customer care for replacement .but no healthy response from ur side.so kindly take a complaint and process it.

      Dear Sir/Madam, I was purchase the mobile of sony mobile from The Mobile Store on 21Aug 2015 after 4 days we are facing many type problem related to mobile like Heating & I was going to service center dated 26/08/2015 for repair the mobile that time service center asked me mobile is replaced and service center made a Job Sheet (DOA) for new mobile. I was many time try to connect with service center but no one picked my phone due to this reason I was visited on 03/09/2015 in service center for updated the status of new mobile & says that mobile is ready then I asked me if mobile was ready to delivered to customer why you are not pick customer phone. when we receive the mobile we found that mobile is not proper packed (Box Seal Open) due to this reason I was not accept because of Box Seal Open, I asked to service manager please return the mobile and give the Seal Packed mobile then service center manager forced me to receive the seal open phone but again I was not acceptable after many arguments we are decided that after 3 or 4 days seal packed phone arrange by the service center. I was visited again on 09/09/2015 in sony mobile service center & again forced me collect the seal open phone again I was not accepted, again, many arguments we are decided give the some more time for replace. today is 21/09/2015 mobile was not received form service center or any information regarding mobile. I am very surprise that sony service center is working properly so that please help us because every one know that mobile is very necessary instruments. Please help us

        We had submitted hand set to Sony authorized service center, that time i had conveyed them this particular hand set is having manufacturing defect because for the same problem earlier i had submitted hand set in 25 th january 2015.

        But they said if the hand set is having major problem then only we can replace it and my job card no is W[protected].

        Now they had replace mother board of mobile. which is major issue.

        I humble request is that please replace my mobile with new one, other wise i have to consumer court.

          I bought two Sony Experia M 4 mobile on 8 August 15 for myself n my wife. WITHIN a week of purchase, my wife's mobile receiver started to show some defect with lower level of sound quality... I called customer care n I was told it's a software problem n I followed d steps as told but nothing changed... within few days, the second mobile also showed defect with its receiver getting defective... I went to d shop from where I purchased d mobile (Reliance) but they said that they can not do anything now.. Then i went to Sony service station but they too refused to replace d defective sets..I was made to wait for over two hours but was provided with no satisfactory answer...I paid 42000 (forty two thousand) for two mobiles n both got defective within a month... When I was service station I came to know that we're many people which had same problem with Experia M4, showing that d company is selling defective sets... being a government employ I paid almost a months salary towards there two mobiles but it is totally unacceptable that both mobiles get defective within a month... I may request that if not anything, Sony should have my mobile returned and pay back my money... I do not want any compensation for my apathy but just my money back for, the defective mobiles...

            I purchased sony xperia z ultra on 10 july 2015 from flip kart from day 5 my handset was having heating issue but i ignore it due to summer suddenly on 10 aug 2015 my handset got internal crack on screen while conneted to charging . The crack does not come due to any external shock or any thing else it just appear suddenly on screen while the handset connected to charger . Its a manufacturing defect and i can prove it . Service centre is not copertaing with me, i only need the repair or replacement of this handset under warrenty . So please just consider my case its a obious case . I also searched on internet in z series screen cracking is a manufacturing defect .

              I just bought a sony experia z3... the battery got drained to 0% aftr dat.. it dsnt chrge ... dsnt restrt.. no response... simply dead... goes in a loop of sony experia logo...das it .. what a pathetic user interface... even ur customr care executive cnt solve the problem... nd last but not the least, ... i searchd fr a service cntre... infact i went there but there ws no service cntre at the loctn specified on net i mean wht the hell uh guys are upto... what kind of mble is it dat cnnt b turnd on aftr battry has draind to 0% and fake service service cntres addrss have been uploaded on net... pathetic

                Sir many 1 month pehlay sony mobile model mu aqua purchase kiya sec 16 sony out late faridabad jo 2 nd day say hi kharab hai or heat kar raha tha to mai service center dikha ya tab unhonay software update karkay dediyo fir agay din wahi problem many fr s.center diya tab unhonay bola ph change hoker ayega problem hai tab 15 din bad unhonay mujhay ph diya usmay bhi wahi prob ft s center diya abhi tak wahi hai sir many to galti kardi sony ka ph lekar 20000 ka 20 din bhi nahi calaya ab mujhay iska solution nahi mil raha or mai cahat a hu ki us model ki jgah koi or model De ya to paisay wapis day thanks

                  I have Purchase your So called Flag Ship Phone Sony Z3 Plus . After spending half 1 lakh rupee on the Phone . What i am get is really bad experience . I have got the Phone 5 Augs & with in couple of day the original phone charge was not charging the Phone . More bad new coming in other few days .Now the phone was getting heated & the other person on the phone line could not hear my voice .So i have put the phone on speaker mode. I have called the customer service to check what is the issue . They asked me to do some check manually & all check where positive . So the executive asked me to visit the nearest service center . As the issue was pertaning hard ware & the same could not be resolved over phone . I have visited Sony service center No. 106 & 107, Shree Platinum Mall, First Floor, Near Vallabha Bag Cross Lane, Jawahar Road, Ghatkopar East, Mumbai . This was very surprising as soon as i went to the customer service executive on the front desk . Pls note this without checking or listening to me query he gave me a form to fill & said the data will be lost .& i have to submit the phone as they cannot open Z3 plus over there . He didnt even redirect me to the engineer who actually checks the Phone . So i insisted to spk to the manager Harpeet Singh .He is another adamant guy .The only difference was he heard my query & ask to submit my phone without even checking what was the issue . The only thing all of then mention that the data will be lost & you have to take a back up . While i was discussing with the manager few of team member came to support him & all of then barged on me like goons .Worst dealing experience with a Global brant like sony .The guy at the front desk was eating tabacco. How disgusting, this people are spoling the band name .Am on one to comment but my hard own money which is going for a toss .

                    I avinash Sharma book a service request on date 04.09.2015 for my LCD TV of 26 inch. The job is assigned to Nehal Techno Services (Pali - Rajasthan) by Sony customer care. After booking i personally contacted to Nehal Techno Services and describe the issues which was facing by me on operation of my LCD TV. From that day to today i am in continuously contacting with Nehal Techno Services and requesting him to attend the job assigned to him by Sony. In between three times his representative visit my area but he is not attend my job. Even now Nehal techno services dont pick up my call. Today i complain it to SONY customer care, and told them about the issue and request them to assign the job to any other service center rather then this, but they again book my service request and assign the job to again Nehal Techno Services (Pali)

                      Dear Sir/Madam I have puchased a Sony Experia Z3 on 25/12/2014. Only after 8 months it started creating problems. 1- Heating problem while calling. 2- If camera is used with flash the photos taken are not clear. 3- when used for calling on speeker the sound is not clear.I gave the phone for repair on 19Aug'15 to Sai Electronics 5C/12 NIT Faridabad.They gave it back to me after 20 days.But after few days the same problems were there.I again gave the phone on the same service center on 16Sep'15 they are again asking me to come after 15-20 days.They also didn't provide me a standby handset.Can anybody tell me what is the profit of choosing a brand name like Sony & spending INR 55591/-. So please look in to the matter & do the needfull as soon as possible & if you can help me in replacing the handset I will be very thankful to you. Regards Niranjan Chauhan

                        I purchased a Sony Xperia C4 on 25.07.2015 from Reliance retail. From day one i am facing some issue or the other on the handset. i gave a complaint on My support on 07th August'15 my ref no: 1-[protected] - problem was my screen went black and was not able to use any application. This problem i faced within a week. The solution given by your technical support is the software has to be updated. For a week old do you think the software has to be updated ? Your technical people think customers are fool and will believe whatever they say, i did not have enough patience so i went through the suggestions given by them and disconnected the call. I switched off my mobile for an hour and then started using the mobile. again i faced the same problem on 18th August'15 and I complained to the technical support, my ref No; 1-[protected]. and this time your technical people said that i need to use this phone only on safe mode. Again i am being fooled by your support people. i did not budge by their request. After paying 30, 000/- should i use the phone only on safe mode. Pls advise. since yesterday my touch screen is not working properly and my back keys keep moving automatically and eratically. Dont you think there is a serious problem on this particular device. I go the contact of Mr. Selvakumar Chinnaswami and with due respect I narrated the entire history and he suggested that I should be getting in touch with the Service Person and he gave me the contact details for which I am really thankful to him. But when contacted the Service Person, Mr. Shivaram, he was not willing to listen to the nature of complaint and he said that if we have faced any problem with the product then I need to visit the service centre and they should only be communicating to him. According to any service Centre persons this problem may not be considered on high priority as I am not the only customer for them. If I need to visit the service centre they will simply say that their company policy is to handover the mobile to them and they will analyse and let us know the solution. I definitely need an alternate phone as I have some personal emergencies and am sure your service centre does not support such things. Will you visit the service centre within a week of buying a product that too after investing Rs.30, 000/- . Its my hard earned money and definitely I will go to any extent to sort this issue. I have never experienced such a horrible service anywhere and I will definitely not suggest anybody to buy the sony product. Awaiting a favorable reply at the earliest. Ramadevi [protected]

                              Hello Sir/Madam,

                              I own a Sony Xperia T2 Ultra Dual. A week ago, I did not charge my phone and it was dead. Later when I plug in charger, my phone is not charging more than 1%. I tried with 3 different chargers and also tried to connect to my laptop using USB. Still no improvement. I visited Sony service center and consulted them. They examine my phone for some time and informed me that they is an issue with my phone mother board. If that is true, how is my phone detecting the charger. It is also turning on after 1% charging. But later turn off when 1% battery is exhausted. I contacted customer service and spoke to an executive name Himani and discussed about the problem. She is telling, it will be issue with motherboard only. Motherboard is have issue still my phone is able to execute all the programs. It detects charger, it turn on. it activates WiFi. When I questioned her the same, she replayed. Yes, it is possible. Without motherboard functioning the phone can do all this operations. (Even without heart beating person is still alive and able to do all the work )

                              I demanded an explanations for this. The agent said she will arrange me a call back with in 24-48 hours. It did not happen. Today I made a call again and spoke to supervisor-Rashmi. To my surprise even I got the same answer from her. If the motherboard is non-functional, how can phone turn on and do all other operations. If such a big company Sony has this kind of support. Its better to buy china products. At least they give good customer support and quality service.

                                Dear Sir, Would like to submit the chronology of events that we had to go through for having purchased a 2 Sony product a third time ( and all the three times have been miserable experience and last being terrible) 1) Sept 15th : Sony Experia Ultra C5 was purchased by us from M/s Sree Lakshmi Enterprises 2) Sept 17th : We have discussed multiple defects like quick battery drain, Photos not getting saved, wifi not getting connected and phone getting hanged quite often 3) Sept 17th : Lodged a online compliant and received no response and upon calling up the dealer he has indicated that we need to go Sony Service Center. 4) Sept 18th : Called up the customer care number and lodge a compliant and requested for details of service centers if any in Madhapur and was told there is none. We discovered that there is one in Madhapur ( Vaibhav Enterprises) and we were told that the Phone will repaired whatever be the issues. Had to wait for 3 and half hours. On calling up the Customer Care center they have reiterated nothing but repairs will be entertained. After 4 hours, the Service Center team has accepted that there are multiple issues and we need to surrender the phone and will be given a DoA to take a new phone from Dealer. When we have communicated to team in the dealer showroom, they have indicated that they are busy with other customers and their Manager is in lunch and we will have to wait. Then the manager walks gives the fresh piece and hands it over to his team member, The team members hands over the box to us. ( No apologies for teh inconvenience caused) When we share about bad experience, the manger retorts that there is no point in we sharing anything with us and it is for the company to deal with it( what an association from a dealer who beleives in only selling and washing away his hands) In light of above, after all the ill-treatment, we have decided not to take the replacement and have come back home. Upon calling the customer care center, Ms Rashmi after having understood as to what transpired in the entire episode defended/judges that the behavior is right. Mr Hari in the next escalation call says this is max that can be done. In the entire exercise, Me and my niece for whom the product was purchased had to forego one full day leave and the trauma for 24 hours. In light of above, the bare minimum that I request is for a written apology from Senior Functionaries of Sony and refund of money back( Have spend close to INR 1 Lakh in the last one year and had undergone miserable experience every time). I would expect Brand Sony to be sensitive to customer experience and fulfill the harassed customer request rather than taking a adamant stand that such a policy doesn't exist. By the policies are prepared keeping customer in mind and organizational policies do exist for self-fulfillment. Agony of aggrieved Sony Customer ( Dr D N Venkatesh)

Due to the technical issue company take it to their center for repair. its more than 45 days and each and every time when I call them, they says that 2 more days required. service centre person says me that some board is faulty and we already place order for board from Singapore. Now my problem is, if they are taking so long period (Nearly 2 months) for solve my home theater, it is too much time for costomer service. No body replying howmuch more time it need.

                                    My Sony experia z mobile suddenly lost the field 'network operator'. As a result it was not able to detect my Vodafone connection though the SIM card is working perfectly in other handsets. The Sony service centre at dadar west mumbai said the mobile has become dead and the motherboard needs replacement. Now if Sony mobile becomes dead, it is a clear case of manufacturing defect. Sony should replace and give me new mobile.

                                        My lcd tv screen have become white so i have raised the complain for servicing to sony customer care . complain no.26686484 and they have forwad my complain to s.v. enterprises saharanpur from there engineer have come to see the defect of my lcd tv and they told there is defect in your tricode card and they changed the tricone card and they showed me see now lcd is working fine but they told me that this tricone belongs to some one else so we will bring another tricone card for you and changed tommorow at it will cost you 4000 rs. i agreed and they have taken 1000 rupees from me as advance. Next day they have come with tricone and they changed but lcd was not working properly .So the engineer said that this tricone card is defected we will bring another tricone card from the main office and it will take 3-6 days. I said ok after that they came and changed it but again lcd whitesh haven't removed and after that they repaired the tricone card at my house by changing the( ic ) after that the line have come in the screen while repairing and they told me that there is some defect coming and it will take time so we will taking lcd to the sony service centre and we will repair there but after few days i have came to know that they haven't taken to the service centre and taken to some where else may be at their home and they have defected my panel and i think they also changed my lcd inner parts and now they are not returning the lcd, making execuses and saying give us 16000 rs. for repairing the lcd the engineer name are subhash mobile no.[protected] and secondone is adarsh mobile no. [protected] and i don't know the thirdone's name Three of them are working in s.v. enterprises, saharanpur ( sony authorized service centre ) and doing fraud with customers bcoz every one think that they are coming from sony service centre sony india and s.v. enterprises should also recheck there complaints so said this type of fraud not happen in future .They have to take resonsibility bcoz customers are coming to them and these three of them are their employee so plz register this complain and take some action regarding this matter thank you nitin batla [protected]@gmail.com
