Purchase Date: 23.01.2015 3.Invoice No.SE/2422/14-15. 4.Purchase From: R.S.Agrawal & Sons, 57, S.P Marg, Civilines, Allahabad-211001, Tin-[protected], e-mail: [protected]@rediffmail.com, Ph.No.[protected], 2260585. Complain: 1. Calling party gets my phone switch off but my Mobile is on condition. 2. During Call progressing Incoming & outgoing speech are intermittent interrupted. 3. Mobile Set intermittently switch off. 4.Not responding the 2G SIM. I have given the set to Sony Repair centre Allahabad, after passing 15 days the above mentioned fault has not been rectified by your Engineers and told that SIM is giving problem as per your Engineer's advise SIM has been replace but fault is still existing. Humbly requested to rectify the above mentioned fault OR replace the set by new one at the earliest.If not rectify the above within 10 days, you are bound me to complain a log to Consumer Forum for the same.

    I have purchased a Sony Xperia Z3 phone on 15th November 2015 after lot of market survey & research. It is claimed to be a high performance Water proof phone as mentioned on Sony India Website & the sales executive of the dealership. On 14th Sep 2015 accidentally some water drops were dropped on the phone after which the phone stopped working. i have submitted it to Sony service center, Janakpuri with ticket id number [protected] Job number W[protected]. They informed that they are not allowed to dismantle the handset but whatever part is required to be changed would be done on chargeable basis since water has entered in the handset from charging port & memory card port. this is truly unprofessional. if it is a waterproof phone then how come water can enter the phone so easily. i want either a replacement of the product or refund of my complete amount.

      Sir iam rajesh from janapriya appts attapur hyderguda sir i was purchase tv on 28/09/2014 sony tv 42w700b we donot have sufficiant time to see tv only on sunday we will get time to see i & my wife both will do job so sony tv 42w700b giving more problem 1. Problem is lines comming on left side screen i complain then after i week same screen problem but different styles lines coming on screen 2 complain so 2 time also screen panel change so 3 time next problem tv automatic restart problem 4. Time picture quality problem like on tv screen on faces not clear what is this i asked for replacement tv they said to send a mail to sony tv custamour care. Kindly i request sony company cooperate with me & replace sony tv 42w700b that all.

      sony custamour care kindy solve our problem (sony service request id[protected] time problem came 2 time screen panel 3 time restart to automatic 4 time lcd mode instead of hd mode so kindly I request sony company plaza replace new model to whatever charges iam ready to pay I was complained on 15/09/2015 on 17/09/2015 sevice person came but no use he did not did any setting just watch to mode & went away he told service person come & collect to then check at service centre. so I request sony company I have all proof with images plaza verify then replace new model to. no service person come to my home right now .so plaza take necessary action & solve my problem ( model no is sony 42w700b 0

      Kindly I hope to sony company plaza replace to or change another latest model to I will pay whatever etc charges has to pay for another to model replacement ? I hope u will solve my problem because 4 times problem we face problem 1.first time was screen panel 2. time again screen problem 3. tv automatic restarts.4 picture quality not clear.
      We are a purchase of Sony Led TV 48 R 562 C Rs.62223/=dated.25/5/2015 Bill No-4953 Book No-100, Dada Dev Electronics WZ-454, Main Road Opp. Pillar no-61, Raj Nagar, Palam colony, New Delhi-110045.But TV was dated.29/8/2015 not working, we are complaint soy tv toll free no-[protected] dated.30/8/2015 Registered ID No[protected].and dated.2/9/2015, Man visit from star electronic he was check the tv and he told me tv board not working and require replacement, he was take the warranty Coupan and told me after 4 days replace the tv board.But we are daily basis call the man he was not pick our call.The our problem still same dated.30/8/2015

      So we are requested to you please urgent and immediately replace our tv parts and start/working of tv otherwise we are go to leagal action against your company.

          Dear Croma & Sony Mobiles, I V.Shiva Kumar is very unfortunate to purchase Sony Z3 mobile from Croma panjagutta hyderabad branch. When i visited showroom for a iPhone your team member suggested this phone and mesmerized me to shell out Rs.38, 191/- on 14th march 2015. Invoice no SLF02A[protected]. Very first time i tried purchasing sony mobile and i am a very old customer of sony products. As a old customer of sony products & croma store i was easily influenced to purchase Z3 phone though i was mentally prepared to buy a iPhone. During the process of purchase Croma representative had given me complete hopes on the service part and on next level they assured door step service if required. Very few days after i starting facing some or other technical problems with the phone and i got adjusted myself rather than visiting ruthless & senseless service centres of sony. Initially i had issue with software and i got habituated slowly myself. There are after few days few drops of water fallen on the phone and that lead to speaker problem. As i was assured that this as a waterproof phone i approached first croma store and from there i was directed to sony service centre in secunderabad. Now the problem started herein service centre. My sister and mother visited service centre on 12th aug to get this repaired, your technician stated that to change in speaker it costs about Rs.12222.26/- and we were shocked to know this. For a better clarification i personally visited the store and your store manager Mr.Siva gave a fantastic reason stating that there is process to open the cover of the phone and in that process screen will get damaged hence, i need to pay for the screen and lot many spare parts. He had a very silly reason that phone edge was damaged and for that reason they made this as out of warranty. My straight question to SONY is that why do you penalise me for your technical reasons.i own a samsung phone and i never had any kind such stupid non-sense stories. The way service centre guys handle clients is very pathetic and ruthless. Just our visit to service centre seen in a commercial way. I had a lengthy discussion with Mr.Siva about the case and he slightly agreed that this should be covered under warranty and promised me he will check with central team on this.His version is left edge corner is damaged and due to this while removing the panel there are chances that screen may be impacted. My version is i just want to change the speaker inside which was effected by few drops of water . Being a waterproof phone how can it happen. Mr.Siva hardly responds to calls and even after receiving call also he will always have a statement that I WILL CALL YOU BACK WITH SOLUTIONS and that call never come . Even after shelling out Rs.38, 191/- i am forced to use a ordinary phone which is my back up. And this is for more than a month. Again on 9th sept i revisited store for the confirmation on the repair of the phone and this was a pleasant experience. Receptionist patiently heard about the actual problem and made me to meet technician personally there that person agreed as this should be under warranty and raised invoice as under warranty. Technician who is from chennai told me that screen will not be changed and only speaker would be replaced and even i want the same to be done. First visit details : Date : 12th Aug 2015 Job No : W[protected] Warranty Category : Out Warranty. Second Visit Details : Date : 09 sept 2015 Job No : W[protected] Warranty Category : In Warranty ( In job sheet it was mentioned as out warranty, receptionist explained me that there is a problem with system and in internal comments it is mentioned as IN WARRANTY). After 2 days i received a SMS stating i need to pay 10, 000/- odd + taxes to get this repaired. When you agreed this is under warranty why do you charge me. How come you have different views on the same problem. in first it was told that OUT WARRANTY and in second visit it was told that IN WARRANTY ( though in job sheet wrongly mentioned as OUT WARRANTY, for a clarity check the notes / comments mentioned by the receptionist ) Today when i had a conversation with Mr.Siva store manager he started fooling me that job sheet came with OUT WARRANTY and you agreed for that. Where as receptionist clearly told me that it was a technical problem and internal comments are clearly mentioned. Sir - this is all about trust on the brand of CROMA & SONY. For the sake of money dont play with emotions of the customers and this is not at all acceptable. I need explanation on this case and i want this to be covered under warranty as agreed by service centre people. I suggest CROMA & SONY to do a investigation on this case. Its already more than a month i am not using this phone. I want my phone to ready by 18th of this month. Also, Mr.Siva told me that he had a mail conversation with central team on this issue. Kindly investigate if he really did this or not. Kindly, address this issue and give us mental peace. I had huge mental pressure due to this kind of irresponsible behavior. Rgds, Shiva [protected]

            Good Evening, I am Varun, a loyal customer of sony with 6 sony products. I bought a vaio in the year 2010, recently found an issue with the graphic card. The system screen was not displaying. I happened to approach a service center, where they expected a graphic card issue and said graphic card needs to be replaced. for data backing capabilities he has guided me to another service center, where they said if graphic card is having issue, entire mother board needs to be replaced (worth 12000/-), which was quite not believable (being educated). finally my problem is resolved by minor adjustment in the graphic card and nothing ever needed any replacement (costing me 800/-). In the first service center, they asked for replacement of graphic card, without even looking into the scale of the issue. In second case it is a definite bluff, as we even tried to convince him that graphic card would be a modular product and entire mother board replacement should not be a requirement. He did nothing took 171 rs and flew away. My home theatre in same unserviceble condition. I have service job card sheet. In which job no is 23shbl905. But no job done. But money taken for job.                   It's better to buy samsung it's worthless to buy sony, they can't provide a reasonable service, they r in sense of earning money, it's better to throw in river rather to give in service and buy other company phone, actually this should be written in Facebook page so that the innocent costumer will not get in this problem, sony sucks

                    I have requested for the installation and demo of my tv on 28/08/15 vide my registration id no. 27253234. Service engineer contacted me three times and i informed that after 5 pm come for installation. Thereafter no service engineer contacted me. Again i contacted customer care, they informed that my request cancelled. I asked the customer care how you can close my request without approval of me, for this they told that this is our routine. Again i requested for the same vide my id no. 27486971 on 09/09/15. Till todate sony company or the service centre got the interest to install the tv since 28/08/15.

                      I hav 8gb sd card and 2gb internal memory. My cell always show your internal memory is full. Please transfer your pictures videos and music to sd card. And wen i click on transfer there's no pictures or videos to transfer. M realy tired of this. For proof i am attaching the screenshot of the same. Please help me with the solution. Or is there anythng whatever files i recieve via whatsap is automatically stored in sd card.

                          Very poor service by sony.3 times i submitted my phone for repairing which is in warranty till time problem no resolve.Every time service person says now phone is ok but when i use it again same problem found.I am very frustrated with the poor response.I am working man i take off from my office to submit and pick the phone.Who will bear that loss.If company is unable to resolve my problem then please replace my phone with new phone.Service center address is attached with bill. mobile sony xperia E3

                            I had purchased a TV (Sony Bravia) from Next store Guwahati (Model no.KLV-32CX350, serial no.[protected] in May 2012. I walked into the store looking for a television. The sales guys told me that this TV (the one I bought) was a very good TV and would function without any trouble for a minimum of 10 years. I am so disheartened to now know that it has worked for just over 3 years and the display is ruined. I hardly watch TV and hence it is not...

                            I had purchased a TV (Sony Bravia) from Next store Guwahati (Model no.KLV-32CX350, serial no.[protected] in May 2012. I walked into the store looking for a television. The sales guys told me that this TV (the one I bought) was a very good TV and would function without any trouble for a minimum of 10 years. I am so disheartened to now know that it has worked for just over 3 years and the display is ruined. I hardly watch TV and hence it is not even a case of TV running overtime etc. When I called up the next store guys, they told me they were upset to hear about this and that only a few TVs with perhaps a manufacturing defect start giving trouble so soon. They have also told me that since the warranty period is over, I will need to pay for the display screen which would cost nothing less than 12k. It is not fair that a TV I was so excited about when I first purchased, had such a short lifespan. And that too a TV from a globally progressive company like Sony! I request a scrutiny of what caused it to stop functioning and if you believe it is a company defect, to help provide a replacement.

                              I have found the complaint of bubbles in SONY Bravia model for most of the TVS purchased in 2010 specially during last oct - dec, there are many complaints visible in the Internet . I don't understand why SOny has not taken and action on it, and do the call back. My TV has also face the same issue now, and no they are saying they had to replace whole Panel .. my purchase Date : 21.10.2010 MODEL NO:KLV-32EX[protected] ISSUE:BUBBLES in the TV PLACE OF PURCAHSE : sony india, raipur, shankar nagar, RAIPUR, CHATTISGARH - INDIA, 492001 I request therefor to SONY to either replace or do the repair ..without any cost as its a generic issue with the SOny Bravia . contact detail of customer: [protected]@gmail.com, [protected]

                                Dear Honorable Sir/Madam, I have purchased Sony Xperia Z Ultra - Purple mobile on 07th Mar'2015 at GLOBAL TOUCH (Gulbarga), In Aug'2015 i got drenched in rain and after reaching home from my office, saw that mobile was switched off and immediately Next day I visited "Sonnet Care" - Bangalore(Sony Authorized Service Centre), Customre care officer after seeing it they declined saying its not going to work And after 2days mobile automatically started working properly and now it has touch screen problem and again after visiting them(Sonnet Care) they said(Customer Care Officer - Anand) it cant be repaired and in support of this, And they offered me 20% discount on replacement of this mobile and I claimed them that this mobile is under warranty period(As per the policy) but they said it cant be repaired, But i insisted them to take this complaint to higher officials and on 2nd Sep'2015 I got mail stating, company as offered me 50% discount on replacement of this mobile(Attached screen copy). My sensor request is I have invested Rs 20, 000/- and i cant invest more money on this, hence its my humble request to Consumer Officers to take this to higher level and help me to get new mobile in replacement of this.                                   Respected Sirs, I have one Sony Mini Hi-Fi component system with model no MHC-VX8. The Lens ( VCD READER) is not working. The spare part is not available in Trivandrum, Kerala. The authorised service centre is also not willing to undertake the repair as the set is in show case. But I like this set very much and not willing to throw it. I want to get it repaired. Please help me to get the spares or for repair.                                   I have one Sony Mini Hi-Fi component system with model no HCD-VX8. Initially I had a problem with the CD case not locking back. I had taken it to the authorized sony servie centre. They said they can't repair it even they didn't agree to have a look at it and see whether the problem is major or minor. They said no parts are available for this model. Later I got it repaired by some other generall service shop. But, there is another problem with sound output. Only one channel is working. When I took back the model again to service centre they said we cannot repair this as the parts are not supplied now. The pain is we do not get this part (STK) outside so that I can get it repaired outside. I like this set very much and I cannot dispose it. Please help me to get the spares or for repair.                                     Actually i given mobile for repiring for minor problem . service center response me i m feeling well they send me a message that your mobile is ready for running but after view days call me and told that your display is brust its charges of 2500 near about bt now they tell give me your cell rate i will make your mobile near about 11000 rs. they told me company close this model display so plz take a strict decssion for that gorakhpur service center .. i will very thnakfull for u..

[protected] Model Sony Xperia C4 date of Purchase 28/06/2015 Model No. E5363 colour - white SI No.[protected] I am having issues with touch screen functionality the Phone since I purchased on 28th June 2015 . I have contacted Sony service Centre .Ticket ID - [protected] dated 1st August 2015 Part No. A/8CS[protected] replaced and delivered back to me on 7th August . Again my mobile is having the issue with touch screen . Request you to please replace the handset . I am not able to use my handset because of which I am not able to do my work properly and this is creating lot of issue to me .
