I dr p ghorai is a army medical officer working in command hospital kolkata, a call booked for repairing my home theatre, in [protected]. One person visited for this after 7 days. He did nothing took 171 rs and flew away. My home theatre in same unserviceble condition. I have service job card sheet. In which job no is 23shbl905. But no job done. But money taken for job. Please do imediate action to the service centre, and please make my home theatre serviceble. Reapted disscussion done on [protected]. But they are also sit idle. Hope or erly action thanks.       It's better to buy samsung it's worthless to buy sony, they can't provide a reasonable service, they r in sense of earning money, it's better to throw in river rather to give in service and buy other company phone, actually this should be written in Facebook page so that the innocent costumer will not get in this problem, sony sucks

        I have requested for the installation and demo of my tv on 28/08/15 vide my registration id no. 27253234. Service engineer contacted me three times and i informed that after 5 pm come for installation. Thereafter no service engineer contacted me. Again i contacted customer care, they informed that my request cancelled. I asked the customer care how you can close my request without approval of me, for this they told that this is our routine. Again i requested for the same vide my id no. 27486971 on 09/09/15. Till todate sony company or the service centre got the interest to install the tv since 28/08/15.

          I hav 8gb sd card and 2gb internal memory. My cell always show your internal memory is full. Please transfer your pictures videos and music to sd card. And wen i click on transfer there's no pictures or videos to transfer. M realy tired of this. For proof i am attaching the screenshot of the same. Please help me with the solution. Or is there anythng whatever files i recieve via whatsap is automatically stored in sd card.

              Very poor service by sony.3 times i submitted my phone for repairing which is in warranty till time problem no resolve.Every time service person says now phone is ok but when i use it again same problem found.I am very frustrated with the poor response.I am working man i take off from my office to submit and pick the phone.Who will bear that loss.If company is unable to resolve my problem then please replace my phone with new phone.Service center address is attached with bill. mobile sony xperia E3

                Lines on TV display

                I had purchased a TV (Sony Bravia) from Next store Guwahati (Model no.KLV-32CX350, serial no.[protected] in May 2012. I walked into the store looking for a television. The sales guys told me that this TV (the one I bought) was a very good TV and would function without any trouble for a minimum of 10 years. I am so disheartened to now know that it has worked for just over 3 years and the display is ruined. I hardly watch TV and hence it is not...

I am so disheartened to now know that it has worked for just over 3 years and the display is ruined. I hardly watch TV and hence it is not even a case of TV running overtime etc. When I called up the next store guys, they told me they were upset to hear about this and that only a few TVs with perhaps a manufacturing defect start giving trouble so soon. They have also told me that since the warranty period is over, I will need to pay for the display screen which would cost nothing less than 12k. It is not fair that a TV I was so excited about when I first purchased, had such a short lifespan. And that too a TV from a globally progressive company like Sony! I request a scrutiny of what caused it to stop functioning and if you believe it is a company defect, to help provide a replacement.

                  I have found the complaint of bubbles in SONY Bravia model for most of the TVS purchased in 2010 specially during last oct - dec, there are many complaints visible in the Internet . I don't understand why SOny has not taken and action on it, and do the call back. My TV has also face the same issue now, and no they are saying they had to replace whole Panel .. my purchase Date : 21.10.2010 MODEL NO:KLV-32EX[protected] ISSUE:BUBBLES in the TV PLACE OF PURCAHSE : sony india, raipur, shankar nagar, RAIPUR, CHATTISGARH - INDIA, 492001 I request therefor to SONY to either replace or do the repair ..without any cost as its a generic issue with the SOny Bravia . contact detail of customer: [protected]@gmail.com, [protected]

                    Dear Honorable Sir/Madam, I have purchased Sony Xperia Z Ultra - Purple mobile on 07th Mar'2015 at GLOBAL TOUCH (Gulbarga), In Aug'2015 i got drenched in rain and after reaching home from my office, saw that mobile was switched off and immediately Next day I visited "Sonnet Care" - Bangalore(Sony Authorized Service Centre), Customre care officer after seeing it they declined saying its not going to work And after 2days mobile automatically started working properly and now it has touch screen problem and again after visiting them(Sonnet Care) they said(Customer Care Officer - Anand) it cant be repaired and in support of this, And they offered me 20% discount on replacement of this mobile and I claimed them that this mobile is under warranty period(As per the policy) but they said it cant be repaired, But i insisted them to take this complaint to higher officials and on 2nd Sep'2015 I got mail stating, company as offered me 50% discount on replacement of this mobile(Attached screen copy). My sensor request is I have invested Rs 20, 000/- and i cant invest more money on this, hence its my humble request to Consumer Officers to take this to higher level and help me to get new mobile in replacement of this.                       Respected Sirs, I have one Sony Mini Hi-Fi component system with model no MHC-VX8. The Lens ( VCD READER) is not working. The spare part is not available in Trivandrum, Kerala. The authorised service centre is also not willing to undertake the repair as the set is in show case. But I like this set very much and not willing to throw it. I want to get it repaired.                       I have one Sony Mini Hi-Fi component system with model no HCD-VX8. Initially I had a problem with the CD case not locking back. I had taken it to the authorized sony servie centre. They said they can't repair it even they didn't agree to have a look at it and see whether the problem is major or minor. They said no parts are available for this model. Later I got it repaired by some other generall service shop. But, there is another problem with sound output. Only one channel is working. When I took back the model again to service centre they said we cannot repair this as the parts are not supplied now. The pain is we do not get this part (STK) outside so that I can get it repaired outside. I like this set very much and I cannot dispose it. Please help me to get the spares or for repair.                         Actually i given mobile for repiring for minor problem . service center response me i m feeling well they send me a message that your mobile is ready for running but after view days call me and told that your display is brust its charges of 2500 near about bt now they tell give me your cell rate i will make your mobile near about 11000 rs. they told me company close this model display so plz take a strict decssion for that gorakhpur service center .. i will very thnakfull for u..

Again my mobile is having the issue with touch screen . Request you to please replace the handset .                             I bought my Sony Experia Phone C3 from Poorvika showroom on 10/8/2015 @ 9:45PM in the night. and since its a microsim I got my new sim from Airtel showroom on 12/8/2015 and I have started using my phone from 13/8/2015. TWO full days I used the phone but faced Network problem, where automatically my tower will go with no signal and I thought it would be network issues and was using the phone, but after 5 days started using the problem still not solved, so I went to Poorvika showroom and informed my complaint 18/8/2015, and asked for a replacement mobile, they handed over the phone in SONY AUTHORISED SERVICE CENTRE in ADYAR and I got a Job sheet for the same (Job ID No : W[protected] and I got my mobile back from Poorvika on 21/8/2015 provided with solution as mother board has been changed and will not get the problem again, but again I got the same problem and I was tried with that with 3 days, still not convenience I directly walk in to SONY Service center on 24/8/2015 (Job ID No: W[protected]and given my phone and informed my complaint, they told they will provide me a new phone. again i walked into SONY service center on 31/8/2015 and again they said its a new phone and given my old phone which has same problem, i returned them and said that I need a new phone with box sealed piece. and i waited for 10 days to get my phone back and after putting lot of pressure on service center people I got my phone today @ 7: 00 PM, they service center people told its a new phone, but I can literally lot of scratches on the front and back side of phone which shows its already used device. now the external memory card slot is not working in the phone which they gave to me today. if its a new phone obviously it will work. For the last one month I am facing both physical and mental pressure without having my mobile as my contacts and all my official works are getting stopped. I need a clear solution for this problem as I am not satisfied with the Service provided by the Authorized Sony showroom.. Person involved in this case from Sony Service Centre : ASHOK (Mobile service engineer) and SEKAR (Branch Manager). It has been conveyed that within 7 days replacement will be done, but actually speaking its not 7 working days, as i bought this day on late night and handed over in 9th day which incudes week end.

                              I had submitted by Sony Xperia Z1 on the 22nd August 2015. I was told that I would get the device within a week. But it has been more than 2 weeks now and I still do not know where the device is!                                 Very poor service of Sony India. I got a call from mobile number [protected]​ and said that take complaint back and we will give you Rs 10000 for your TV . When I am contacting them from the last week the phone is continuously switched off. They are really liars and my request which was again registered to customer care number [protected], request id 26299928. I got a call from Universal electronics, Hyderabad from Mr G K Sastry and he told me we will give order for parts and after that no reply from him and no response of my calls. He visited on 15th June and took Rs 175 without opening the television. Really I am cheated from them. Please help me so that I can get my amount back and TV repaired.Best RegardsSukhvinder Singh[protected]​

                                  Dear Sir/ Madam, I have made an online purchase of Sony Television whose model number reads as KDL32EX720 on[protected]. It was going smoothly till last year. But a year ago the picture was seen blured and has line all over the screen, so we contact our nearby sony service centre. After examining, they said that the LCD panel has a mistake and we have to replace it and they told that it may cost nearly Rs 17000.00/- but now when we approached for the LCD panel they are saying that the company has stopped manufacturing the particular model TV and its parts. We bought the TV by its brand name SONY, but now i feel really bad about my decision. Hereafter i wont buy any Sony products. This is now arising a question which doubts the goodwill of your company. Herewith i enclosed my TV's ebay websites purchase bill, and the ebay sellers purchase invoice and International Warranty Information. Kindly give us a better solution.

                                  Dear Velan,

                                  Are you kidding? Your inability to provide a part should cost me to buy a new TV within 3 years. How could you suggest me this? I have bought your company TV for Rs. 50, 000. Now, you are asking me to spend another Rs.37, 500, that too within 3 years. Think honestly and answer sir, how could one agree with your offer? If that is the case how can one trust the brand name SONY. We bought a SONY TV by its name. Kindly consider my position and give some considerable offer.

                                    I am Kunal R. Jagdale recently i buy Sony Xperia C3 after some days i face problems after submitting the handset at service station they just update the software and all problems was as it before they just fooling me around, i again submit the handset and now they are saying mother board n camera are need to be changed means they doesn't check handset at all its all just irritating at all i put 19 k to buy this product and they just fooling the me all around . After mailing sony, Authorized service station & service station manager regularly no one replies & put my mails to SPAM. I want a replacement as i mentioned i every mail but no one replies i have attached the mail details with this .

Singh from sony customer care who give me information about replacement of device & replacement request which he further proceed .I do not receives any mail Or any phone call or Text Msg after that which gives me confirmation about replacement of device.I want it Today in any how condition. Already 9 days are gone did you understand the meaning of time 9 days i not pay you 19 k to put product at your end i do not even use it 100% and your saying we are changing parts and all other things & you do not guaranteed that problems will not come after this .Please do not suffer me anymore i am getting tired of this and i literally i do not have time to entertain you guys .All your doing is make me suffer & trying my patients & i wont continue with the this faulty handset u changed everything with that handset just everything .Its feel like your torturing me to invest my money with you it is just a worst feeling i ever had in my life.
                                    Do not give the fake promises If your saying customer satisfacation then MEAN IT...!!!

                                    Kindly arrange an replacement Today Urgently.

                                    With Reference Work Order No.W[protected]
                                    Today i have receive call from Sony service station [Accel frontline Pune] at 12.15 pm from which their Representative give me information about handset status .
                                    He says that hardware parts are not available yet & The parts will come in this week or next week .I ask him about replacement he said that, " if customer face the problem after first time repairing again we will replace it " .
                                    But First time i already mentioned the problem that i faced & which are mentioned in the hard copy of the Work order sheet also & about this he replies me, "You dose not mentioned any problem except than software update." it is all means that i am a fool person and sony is better at its best .
                                    If the reason behind my problem is just cosmetic parts damaged then why are you changing all things inside out . & you cant guarantee that same problems i will not faced again . If come, i will come again & again to service center and request you to repair & it will take months as like this .
                                    If you are check the First Work Order hard copy that i submit at the sony service center, on 26 Aug 2015 when collect the handset then, you can able to see what problem i mentioned . Second time i submit the handset the receptionist who collect the handset giving me the same Work order sheet with reference of my old Work order No .
                                    I just do not understand what problem your checked and now you trying blaming me that i haven't elaborate the problems first time & that's why you just do update the software which i can do by sitting at home.
                                    It is all you mean, it will take more two weeks and i cant take wait that longer, your trying to bulling me & blaming me that i am a fake person . You do not care about customer & satisfaction is very hard to find now .
                                    I pay 19 k it dose not mean to you, the problems i am facing you do not care & Now I am personal about my 19 k which i investing with you.
                                    Please proceed for a replacement for which Mr.Singh requested & free me from this irritating stuff.

                                    Specially For SONY :
                                    A engineer can know a better value of Customer Satisfactions & SONY is Japanese company with six sigma & this kind of Quality & service is just...

                                    I want replacement nothing else kindly do it fast

                                      Sony z1 purchases in 13/1/15 with one year warrant I had repaired (problem is over heating) this set 3 time on authorised services centre they were changed the mother bored also but I faced same problem till today problem over heating. Job card number is w[protected] date 25 Aug 2015
                                      Sony India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
