Dear Sir/ Madam, I have made an online purchase of Sony Television whose model number reads as KDL32EX720 on[protected]. It was going smoothly till last year. But a year ago the picture was seen blured and has line all over the screen, so we contact our nearby sony service centre. After examining, they said that the LCD panel has a mistake and we have to replace it and they told that it may cost nearly Rs 17000.00/- but now when we approached for the LCD panel they are saying that the company has stopped manufacturing the particular model TV and its parts. We bought the TV by its brand name SONY, but now i feel really bad about my decision. Hereafter i wont buy any Sony products. This is now arising a question which doubts the goodwill of your company. Herewith i enclosed my TV's ebay websites purchase bill, and the ebay sellers purchase invoice and International Warranty Information. Kindly give us a better solution.

Dear Velan,

Are you kidding? Your inability to provide a part should cost me to buy a new TV within 3 years. How could you suggest me this? I have bought your company TV for Rs. 50, 000. Now, you are asking me to spend another Rs.37, 500, that too within 3 years. Think honestly and answer sir, how could one agree with your offer? If that is the case how can one trust the brand name SONY. We bought a SONY TV by its name. Kindly consider my position and give some considerable offer.

We understand your concern towards the service of your television.

We would like to inform you that, the product was inspected for post sales support, vide job no: J41739703 by our Authorised Service centre – M/S. City Electronics, Tuticorin.

On inspection of the product, it was found the Display panel needs to be replaced for satisfactory working of the set.

We would like to inform you that we are having difficulty in getting the part (Display panel). As an alternative solution, to retain a valued customer, we are pleased to offer to exchange the set with any of our current BRAVIA model as per your choice at 75% of the new model’s MRP (i.e. 25% discount on MRP).

    I am Kunal R. Jagdale recently i buy Sony Xperia C3 after some days i face problems after submitting the handset at service station they just update the software and all problems was as it before they just fooling me around, i again submit the handset and now they are saying mother board n camera are need to be changed means they doesn't check handset at all its all just irritating at all i put 19 k to buy this product and they just fooling the me all around . After mailing sony, Authorized service station & service station manager regularly no one replies & put my mails to SPAM. I want a replacement as i mentioned i every mail but no one replies i have attached the mail details with this .

    Yesterday I talked with Mr.T. Singh from sony customer care who give me information about replacement of device & replacement request which he further proceed .I do not receives any mail Or any phone call or Text Msg after that which gives me confirmation about replacement of device.I want it Today in any how condition. Already 9 days are gone did you understand the meaning of time 9 days i not pay you 19 k to put product at your end i do not even use it 100% and your saying we are changing parts and all other things & you do not guaranteed that problems will not come after this .Please do not suffer me anymore i am getting tired of this and i literally i do not have time to entertain you guys .All your doing is make me suffer & trying my patients & i wont continue with the this faulty handset u changed everything with that handset just everything .Its feel like your torturing me to invest my money with you it is just a worst feeling i ever had in my life.
    Do not give the fake promises If your saying customer satisfacation then MEAN IT...!!!

    Kindly arrange an replacement Today Urgently.

    Hi,
    With Reference Work Order No.W[protected]
    Today i have receive call from Sony service station [Accel frontline Pune] at 12.15 pm from which their Representative give me information about handset status .
    He says that hardware parts are not available yet & The parts will come in this week or next week .I ask him about replacement he said that, " if customer face the problem after first time repairing again we will replace it " .
    But First time i already mentioned the problem that i faced & which are mentioned in the hard copy of the Work order sheet also & about this he replies me, "You dose not mentioned any problem except than software update." it is all means that i am a fool person and sony is better at its best .
    If the reason behind my problem is just cosmetic parts damaged then why are you changing all things inside out . & you cant guarantee that same problems i will not faced again . If come, i will come again & again to service center and request you to repair & it will take months as like this .
    If you are check the First Work Order hard copy that i submit at the sony service center, on 26 Aug 2015 when collect the handset then, you can able to see what problem i mentioned . Second time i submit the handset the receptionist who collect the handset giving me the same Work order sheet with reference of my old Work order No .
    I just do not understand what problem your checked and now you trying blaming me that i haven't elaborate the problems first time & that's why you just do update the software which i can do by sitting at home.
    It is all you mean, it will take more two weeks and i cant take wait that longer, your trying to bulling me & blaming me that i am a fake person . You do not care about customer & satisfaction is very hard to find now .
    I pay 19 k it dose not mean to you, the problems i am facing you do not care & Now I am personal about my 19 k which i investing with you.
    Please proceed for a replacement for which Mr.Singh requested & free me from this irritating stuff.

    Specially For SONY :
    A engineer can know a better value of Customer Satisfactions & SONY is Japanese company with six sigma & this kind of Quality & service is just...

    I want replacement nothing else kindly do it fast

      Sony z1 purchases in 13/1/15 with one year warrant I had repaired (problem is over heating) this set 3 time on authorised services centre they were changed the mother bored also but I faced same problem till today problem over heating. Job card number is w[protected] date 25 Aug 2015

          Dear sir/madam, I am writing you to express my dissatisfaction with a Sony Vaio laptop (Model name- SVF15213SNW IN5, MODEL NO. –[protected] . I bought in your store 04/03/2014 with one year warranty and I also extend warranty of another +2 year with extra fee of your company. So I have total 3 year of warranty. This laptop is just disgusting bad things in my life. I got so much disappointed by this laptop. There are so many problem I face. There are window 8 installed from the purchasing time. There are a list of problem. 1. The biggest problem is that it is so much slow. It take minimum 5 to 10 minutes for start and same as 5 to 10 minutes take to off. There is a big problem of hanging. It got hang many times with 1 hour of working. 2. Laptop demand everyday for many types o[censored]pdates i.e. window, Sony update, software etc but there are a big problem about updating of these. 3. Hard disc of this laptop has been crashed and there are no help provided from your service centre. I lost my all personal data. It make me so much sad. After crashing of hard disc I purchase another hard disc from market. I face so much loss. 4. I can’t work properly with my designing software. I have so much loss with my job only reason this laptop. I definitely need this situation to be solved as soon as possible. I made this decision to buy the laptop at your store, because previous good recommendation some friends of mine gave me about your store. Thanks in advance for your response.               SONY has to recall this mobile. Brought this mobile on 26 July 2015. Since day one there is problem in this mobile. It used to hang frequently and videos wont play, touch unresponsive, applications won't load, calls could not be made/attended. We gave it for service in Aug and got it back on 1st September 2015. Service people provided replacement. But today the new phone hanged and started overheating then it stopped functioning and the temperature was continuously rising till the battery went off. Need either a permanent fix or refund.

SONY Please look after the people you recruit for JOB. the Employs working in this Service center are manner less. Following Names of Employs mentioned below must be fired from JOB. They are not capable enough to handle their post. Names As Follows : ♦ The Center head - 'SUDHAKAR SHETTY' ♦ 'GANESH' working at Technical desk there. ♦ 'RAVI' Manner less fellow. Tell's the Customer on his face tat you wont get your phone go. I have the live Videos of this store. That are enough to Prove the Manner less Behavior of the employs working in this store. I am a victim of the worst service by these EMPLOYS of SONY. [protected][protected][protected][protected][protected][protected][protected][pr... I purchased a new SONY Xperia C4 on "8th August 2015 - SATURDAY". FROM CROMA - Address: B-2, V Souk Mall, Boraspada Road, Next to D-Mart, Opposite Kamla Vihar Sports Club, Sector-10, Mahavir Nagar, Kandivali West, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400067. On "9th Aug 2015 - SUNDAY" my PHONE got locked with the remote lock system. ONLINE (Find my Sony Xperia). I tried unlocking it using the correct passwords and id but it was not working. Hence i had to visit back to Croma from where i purchased the phone. The Sales EMPLOY Mr. NOOR proved to be very helpful and supportive. (This guy attended my calls to help me even in the late evening. This guy Deserves an APPRAISAL.) Mr. NOOR tried helping me the ways possible to solve my phone error. But he found that Service Center needs to take care of this. I was not aware about where the SONY service center is near by as this is the First time i am shifting from SAMSUNG to SONY and that too just because of the good Communication and Good sales Tactics of Mr. NOOR. He Guided me the way to Service center. 10th AUG 2015 - MONDAY I went to the service center. There was no one to attend Customers on the Entrance, or near the Token counter. I Directly went to the Desk counter and asked them dont you have someone to Guide Customers to operate your Token machine. Their reply was RUDE. He tells me are you illiterate -(In HINDI) please take a token. I took a token and Submitted my phone. Now i asked the Counter GIRL how many days will it take (as its my new phone and i am excited to explore it) the Counter Girl replies i Don't know, may be 3-4 days, i said okay So shall i come to collect the phone on "14th AUG 2015 - FRIDAY" . She said we will call you. I said "OKAY". I waited till FRIDAY, i did not get any calls from the service center. I called the Service Center, the phone keeps ringing but no one picks up the call, i am telling this after ringing the phone for 13 times between '12pm - 2pm'. I got Dam Pissed off by that. I went to service center to get my phone. That time i told them that I was calling you but no one received the call. With me there were more Customers with the same complaint. Hence for a proof with me i too a Video footage in my Phone. Before Taking footage I asked 'RAVI' (your employ) how many days more will it take. At that time Ravi tells me that the Phone has gone to SONY head office and cannot be repaired at Service center so will take more 5-6 days or more may be. I got super angry as its my new phone and for such a small issue there is no Commitment of time. I took a video footage and asked him for a confirmation, in footage he tells me that Collect it on MONDAY - 17th AUG 2015 for sure. I received my phone back on MONDAY. ON Tuesday - 18th AUG 2015, there was a new problem in phone. When i open touch application In-Built, phone lags, and when i start Screen recording and open torch application the PHONE Totally Hangs. Hence on 18th AUG 2015 i again went to service center for this issue, and i asked for a refund. But Those people tell me that we cannot give you a REFUND, I asked WHY? i have not even used the phone for 1 day and this phone is Getting hanged for No reason. The told me that this is the problem with all Xperia C4. and showed me the same. I agreed and had to compromise because Sony does not give a refund even if there is a peace is defective. I was unhappy with Sony and my money is wasted. ON "20th AUGUST 2015 - THURSDAY" I installed few apps from play store, and few apps are not getting installed. WTF. Is it a SONY smart phone or a CHINA phone. I installed Camera application YOUCAM which i used on my SAMSUNG device. After installing you cam app. the phones main camera Video recording stopped working, it gives me an error " Camera in use by other application Cannot record videos". I uninstalled 'YOUCAM' software. Restarted the phone. then too camera not working. i Formatted the phone from Bios Factory restore. THEN TOO CAMERA VIDEO RECORDING not WORKING. Same error. Went To Service center back on 21st AUGUST 2015 - FRIDAY. Mr. Ganesh at service center Did a complete Software re-installation for the phone. I came back home. Now this time the, "OK GOOGLE" stopped working. "OK GOOGLE" Smart lock stopped working. then later in the evening The Camera again stopped working there was the same error. I again took back the phone to SONY Service Center. Again i asked for a Refund. This time i Spoke to Mr. VIRAL. He again says i don't have the permissions to give the refund, i asked him to get the permissions. This time he notes down all the errors in my phone and tells me I will give you peace to peace replacement of this Device. I asked him How many days.? Its been half a month i am just going on getting the phone to Service center and i am not getting any strong resolution. TODAY Is 4th SEPTEMBER 2015. And i am still waiting to use my New phone. I NEED a COMPENSATION for this trouble faced because of SONY. MY MONEY and PHONE Both are With SONY. ================================================================================...                       We have a LCD TV, which we were purchased on 26/01/2012, three year back. And suddenly on dated 11/08/2015 the video visibility goes out from the TV, we contact your good self and ask for assistance on Dated. 13/08/2015, and your customer care representative suggests that yours TV mechanic will visit to us in between 2 days. But your Mechanic will give us a visit on dated 17/08/2015, and he told the Panel got damaged, but how he fails to Ans . He said its happens usually. we got into shocked that we have spend a big amount to purchase this TV and only in between the panel got problem how this happens and Why. Then we give a visit to your service centre on dated. 18/08/2015 your representative over there gives us the same ANS. Its happens some time it’s an electronic product, and any cause will happen any time. And kept the TV with him and said we will let you know the exact problem and solution over phone in between 2 days after checking and RND. but they don’t give us any call by a week .when haven't got any call from your service centre we contact our own .And then they replied your panel was damaged which need to replace and for that we need to pay half of the money. We paid the money on dated 24/08/2015 and he give us 7 days time to repair and hand over the TV . But after a continues fallow up we are unable to get Our TV repaired. It’s almost Take more than 1 month from the problem occurred to our TV and we continuously follow-up to your good self by phone and by self visit but there was no solution from your side as yet ...I hope you may understand without a TV me and my family was suffering and hurrahing from last 30-40 days. Please look into the matter and give the solution ASAP.

                        Date- 19 august 2015 1st- service id # [protected] my phone use to get switched off due to over heating of the handset. even while just browsing on YouTube the set use to get terribly heated. I complained it to the service centre( krish electronics mumbai malad east.) and submitted my handset. I was told I would receive a call in the evening on the same day regarding what is the issue. if its a software problem or a hardware problem. I didn't receive any call from them. next day i called them to check the status at that they infirmed me the set was ready for collection n they have just updated the software. as i received the set i was checking the set in the service centre only the set got switched again due to heating or some internal issue. i showed it to them and they said they would raise a new ticket number for replacement and i, l get a new set within 7 days. and i, l be informed about the same. after that i neither received any call from them nor any SMS was received. date- 27 august 2015. as said above i went on 7th day to check the status of the set since i didn't receive any communication from them. after going there employee said there is no new ticket # raised for replacement. as per their records ticket # [protected] was closed (software updated). than the service centre manager Prakash Mane approached me and said that it was their mistake they forgot to raise the ticket number. and was promised that i would get my new set within 4-5 days. they raised a new ticket # [protected] after that and said that he(manager) will personally look inti the matter and update me on the status. again there was no communication from their side. 5 days later when i called up they said that ticket has been raised but they haven't received some part for which they are waiting. they assured me again they inform me the next day regarding the status it. next day called and informed that the process has delayed n request for another more 4 days and assured me that they'll keep me informed about what's the status. after 2 days i received a call stating that the person they were contacting for the issue is on leave currently so again they asked for another more 7 days. that's how pathetic. i mean they never contact you unless you call them again and again to ask the status. just delaying the whole processes. i was assured that the replacement is done usually in 7 days and see how many days they are taking. that's how pathetic after sales service SONY is providing. really shame on you sony. the people at service centre are totally irresponsible. also the standby set they provided isn't working well. touch doesn't work at times.

                          This is regarding an item i purchased last month from Flipkart and which turned out to be fake. The Order id is - OD[protected] and the item purchased was a SONY powerbank of 10000 mah capacity from the seller "Auraa". The order was received nearly a month ago but the powerbank has not been holding charge since then. Encountering this problem i had to take it to a Sony service centre for resolving the problem. On inspecting the product they discovered that the powerbank was not only fake but also was an example of a high level of fraudulence. The circuit of the product contained a small battery (hardly 1500mah) and most amusingly had a piece of steel rod used in building construction to make the powerbank weigh heavier. Photos are attached in the mail below. This is not only a case of a faulty product but an extreme act of deceit and crime from the seller 'Auraa'. I demand serious action against this and resolution of my problem.

                                  I purchased Sony Bravia LCD KLV-40S550A in 2009. It was all perfect all these days but it suddenly switched off on its own and later didn't Start. Sony Authorised Service Centre Technician checked the unit and reported the problem in mother board. He told sorry sir the mother board for this model is not available. Sir this isn't fair at all. A company should keep the spare parts until 10 years from the date of launching of a model. I bought such an expensive LCD but it's totally waste now. Please look after this sir.                                     I am chanchal wadhwani from Bhilai chhattisgarh. one month ago i purchased sony M4 aqua mobile from sony show room raipur worth Rs 19, 500. Sony M4 Aqua claims that it gives 13 Mp camera rear and 5 MP front but if your compare other sony mobile or samsung mobile there 8MP is far better than sony M4 Aqua. i have complaint to sony customer care so many times they say that there is setting problem in the mobile and i have corrected the setting accordingly. But the camera and picturequality is very poor. samsung's duos prime camera (10, 000RS) is far better than M4 Aqua. please help.

                                      I have bought a phone named as Sony Experia ZL 1.5 years back. And I am clearlu saying that I have taken a good care of the phone throughout my use with the phone. And all of a sudden a month back the phone starting switching off automatically even in the fully charged condition of the battery. The phone gets switched of without any reason and the phone could be used only when it is kept for charhing. And it could not be used by any other means. So by the next day I went a authorised sony service center, and told and discussed with the service centre people in detail about the problem in my phone. And then, they informed me that this Z series of the phone's could not be repaired by any way of servicing or repairing process, and they even said that, they don't even have the authority to open the phone and go through the internal hardware of the phone, which is the rule given by the Sony Company itself. And then informed me that, this phone can only be replaced and could not be repaired by any Means. Ok, then I asked about the replacing process. Then they told me about the replacing process, that is, I have to pay the 50% of the amount of the current Max retail Price of the phone in the market. Then the total cost of the phone will be 26200 + 14000 = 40200 INR This is not fair for a buyer for a simple smart phone of Rs. 40200. This is the service which is given to the customer by an International Company. And no one informed me about this when I went to buy the phone 1.5 years back. A phone which gets defective automatically for no reason and could not be repaired by the company service centre itself. What a worst company. I will never buy any sony product any more. WORLD'S BIGGEST WORST COMPANY

                                        Sir i am the regular customer of Sony products. I purchased Sony LED TV, HOME THEATER, CAMERA, MOBILE . I am very happy with the performance. So with this good will now i purchased Sony vaio touch screen laptop just few months back and i used it for very few hours . Your service center informed me that it is mother board problem . Now i want the replacement of that computer sir . I am really disappointed by its performance i hope that your company will oblige me
