While booking the ticket the sbstc member told that the bus will go the location that I asked but after travelling 20 25km the conductor is saying that he will not go to the location mentioned in my ticket. I don't know the route how can I reach home there are no Rapido ola uber.

I am traveling from Durgapur City Centre to Digha on 28.05.2022 in 12.10PM AC bus.
Conductor badly misbehaved and dictates not to board this bus, if I have any issues.
Switched off the AC on 2nd rest stop at Narayangarh dhaba, causing sufferene to senior citizens also picks up local passengers in each and every local stopage after Belda.

After crossing Kolaghat, suddenly the AC stopped working. I said the conductor to take some action, to stop at some nearby service center but he was extremely reluctant and the driver also started driving faster. The conductor said he can't do anything until Barasat which means he wanted all the passengers to travel in a closed bus without AC even after paying for the same. He took no action and said nothing can be done. Then all the passengers started shouting and within 2mins AC started working fine without any mechanic which clearly implies that very intentionally they had turned the AC off to save petrol.

We had to get down at BT College bus stop but the conductor didn't agree to give a stoppage there. We were 6 and had a little kid with us. Even after requesting a lot, he was adamant and didn't bother. He only stopped at Madhyamgram. This was simply his revenge as I said him about the AC matter. He said bus won't stop without proper stoppage but he picked up and dropped many passengers without pre-reserved tickets throughout the route.

Please take necessary action against this conductor and driver who are doing wrong things and harassing passengers unnecessarily.

Bus no 2071193(Digha- Habra) has board from digha 11am but drive so fast without any reason. And from kolaghat they assured to stop for 15min but after 5min they started the bus without informing and left without taking many passengers. Then police came and stopped them and then the passengers are rescued from lost. After that they still drive Fast and started to misbehave with passengers and started to threat them by mentioning "Nabanna".

Sbstc AC bus leaving kaunamayee busstand at 7.30AM for bankura was completely dirty with used food packets littering and full of dust gives impression that the bus is not cleaned for few days.on querie the conductor said that there is no cleaning facility at karunamaye depote.we don't expect such type of services from sbstc.They should resolve such issues at the earliest date 20/05/2022

There is no bus at 4/4.30 am in BANKURA depot which goes to City centre durgapur. A bus leaves from Bankura depot at 5 am...But that bus reaches durgapur at 6.40 am.. I faced very much difficulties to reach City centre. I can't reach to City centre durgapur at the exact time.. my office starts from 7 am... please solve the matter as soon as possible.. I requests the SBSTC to give a bus at 4.30 am from Bankura depot to City centre durgapur..

The bus no. is WB39A0901 from behrampore to kuli on 09 may 2022 at 10.50 am. I am a SBI Employee and i was supposed to join my bank on 09 may 2022. I boarded the bus from behrampore and was supposed to get down at Nagar. The bus driver did not drop me at the convinient point instead mishaved with me with slangs.. Is this the way they usually behave with people because they serve under sbstc? I strongly want a stringent action against it.

My name is Bhaskar Mandal, I'm from Sarenga Bankura, Today morning (06/05/2022) I missed khatra-Karunamoyee state (only one sbstc bus in this route) in front of my head, I raise hand to stop bus, the driver saw me and did not stopped bus, It's happened 20 meter from bus stop. Now my complaint is please provide well behave staff for this type of road, now what I do beacause this is only one bus in this route, [protected] My contact number.

I use to travel by sbstc karunamoyee digha bus everyday to join my duty. But regularly this bus unnecesarily stops the vehicle anywhere in the middle of the road, boards passenger, slows down the vehicle and consequenty delays the whole journey. Where I am paying for this service and I have to join a public service duty every day this type o[censored]nprofessional attitude is very much unappriciated and unexpected from a govt. transport organisation. I would like to request the apex body of this organisation to look into this harrasing attitude of the drivers of a esteemed bus organisation and help us join our duty on time.

I would like to inform you that today while traveling to shaktigarh in sbstc bus non AC I asked for ticket to shaktigarh he charged me for Burdwan, that's still not the issue when I requested to stop at saktigarh my destination he overlooked he neither bothered to inform me regarding the stoppage as well when I asked him he misbehaved, he was arrogant, rude and didn't cared about complaining if this is the kind of service we customer receive I will think 10times before travelling and if you hire Conducter like Mr Dipu Sarkar of Bus no Wb39A3130, Ticket no Dp[protected].Its an earnest request to you please look into this matter or else we will loose faith on govt operated buses.

I am regular passanger of this SBSTC bus..I travel from Esplanade to Disgergarh (this bus go puruliua via Asansol).I got the bus around 11 am from esplanade the bus was on time but as bus reached asansol at 3:45 since the bus is standing at the same place since 40 min..What this going on their is no value of time nd people inside the bus or what..In this summer bus standing like 40 min in same way..no movement what hell this going on??

U have a ticket for 4:10 sechudle bus has not come on time nor sbstc bus operator are reddy to accommodate me on other bus .

Bus No WB39B6747(as per bus ticket details), driver is reckless, due his cut on the one bag is got dropped from the bus at somewhere before Dakshineswar. Secondly after Duncuni toll gate the bus approaches so close to another truck that it hit mirror and the pieces of the mirror hits some of fellow passengers and after all, for the bus stuff (conductor and the great driver) the incidents are very casual. I don't know how you take these incidents but remember ball is in your court.

Madam/Sir,
I and my wife requested the conductor to allow us to Board Karunamoyee Asansol Bus No-WB39B-6974 2 PM from Karunamoyee. I Being a govt employee was carrying confidential govt papers.We were about to travel Burdwan .In Asansol Bus, they use to take Burdwan Passenger and take original 90 'rs fare.There were many vacant seats in the bus.But the conductor behaviour was so arrogant, rude, worst that he straightaway didn't allowed and used unacceptable language.I informed him that there are passengers who are boarding with same issue, he said that is his concern.The Ticket counter employee said to Board that bus but the unprecedented behaviour of conductor didn't allowed.
Sir/Madam I request your kindness to theach this gentleman some ethics and lessons from your end how to behave and strong actions should be taken not to allowing to Board the bus.

Bus reached late at the digha depot and took almost 6 hours to reach silpara state garage. Moreover the conductor refused to stop at silpara and misbehaved with our daughters with shouting and name calling. Bus no 3329. Timing 11.20 from Digha on 10.04.2022.

If semi sleeper seats to be given in the bus, it should be given to all the seats including the last row.
But last row are given normal seats, so, when just the row before last one extend their seats to semi sleeper, last row people barely can seat.
I am traveling from garia to digha bus, paying same ticket fare as others, but unfortunately my seat number belongs to last row, and I am facing the issue of seating, since the row before me extended their seats.
Sadly, a very poor experience to travel in your bus.

We had a ticket from Durgapur Station to Karunamoyee (Bankura 5.15 AC). The bus didn't stop, didn't pick us up and left. Even when shaking our hands they didn't see at us. When we tried to ask the reason they bullied my mother. Please take drastic action against them. My mother is a patient.
