I travelled from Karunamayee to Burdwan on 24/08/22, Bus No. - 3576, time - 16:00 from Karunamayee where I had my seat booked. They merged the passengers of two buses i.e. 15:30 and 16:00 in the same bus because of that there was double booking. The bus conductor started arguing and forced me to give away my seat to another passenger who had the same seat booking as me for the 15:30 timing who go up in Dankuni, saying the booking for 15:30 timing is valid. This sort of behavior is highly unacceptable because I had my rightful booking too. At most he can request me to cooperate not force me. Please take some action regarding this.

    Dear Sir,
    Every time without giving any information bus is stopped due to no diesel & driver available in bus so they cant send the bus to Kolkata in Time 07.30 AM. Around 50 Person are daily up & down in this Bus. Ticket Checker Mr.Dilip Mallick is harassing everyday to the passengers and abusing wrong words with passenger and telling to them that bus is totally in his hand he is the owner of SBSTC Jhargram Depot.
    Kindly take necessary action against Mr.Dilip Mallick .We are facing issues from last 3 days.

      Sir
      Myself, Dhrubajyiti Chattopadhyay, District Science Officer, District Science Centre Purulia has booked two tickets for our journey from Durgapur to Purulia. Our Ticket no was P[protected]. After boarding the bus we came to know that there is no online booking from Durgapur to Purulia and we have been forced to purchase new tickets. As all the seats were full and we have to stand with my wife having joint pain until the vacancy came. Really it is a painful experience and I am requesting your honor to rectify that faulty Application immediately. Hope you will do the needful and arrange to refund the amount.

        Yesterday’s travel a SBSTC BUS From Panagorh to Bardhaman then contactor ask for ticket I say how much then contactor give me a ticket of Rs.55 ticket
        I asked to Bus Contactor why Ticket fare too much
        Then he said He then told me to pay the bus fare from Durgapur
        Even though I boarded on bus from Panagorh, I had to pay fare from Durgapur .
        I told him that I am making a video and tell me why I have to pay bus fare from Panagar to Durgapur then he threatened me saying that if you do any video I will break my phone and physically harassed me and abused me very badly.

            Respected Sir /madam

            Sir I travel on your route daily. Yesterday 20/08/2022 (Saturday), Time 06:30P.M I boarded the Howrah depot car to go to my destination. The vehicle, whose registration number is WB39A3259, left for Howrah Maidan from Sealdah. I got that car from Central Avenue and the car got full loading even the gate and hung on Central Avenue. The driver of his car named Sanjay Tewari and the conductor named Raju Uni Ganguram pick up the passengers. All the passengers are saying to the driver that where else are you going to pick up the passengers and there is no space, the gate is completely hanging and I also said there is no space, now the passenger will go from the gate and pull the car. Even without hearing anything, he stood at Ganguram, the next stop of Central and between Ganguram and Lalbazar, he picked up passengers at the risk of life. He is telling me that he will see me when I get down at Howrah station . Not only that, he has threatened me in various ways while driving. When the driver is threatening me like this, all the other passengers, the driver said to him, why are you threatening him, seeing that your car is loaded, not only him, everyone told you that the car has no place to pick up people. He also threatened me all the way without listening to me and I was standing in the cabin at the front gate. Not only did he threaten, he stopped the car at Howrah station as usual and pulled my hand down and came to put his hand on me. Then some passengers of that car saved me and left. Then he told me in Hindi that I will kill him here and leave. No one will be able to say anything. Even the threats he gave were given in Hindi language.

            Dear sir and madam, I kindly request you to look into the matter so that next time any passenger behaves like this.

              On 05.07.2022, I have tried to book the tickets through sbstc booking site, but due to server issue ticket was not issued and Rs170 amount was credited from my Indusind creditcard and it was not refunded even after 45 days.

              In support of that also I shared the credit card statement along with password on August 6, but nobody is looking into it seriously.. I want the full refund of Rs170 which was been deducted due to their server issues.

                  Dear Sir/Madam
                  this is a matter of regret to complain you that, today, i have experience with a abnormal behaviour of your staff, who is bound to issue ticket for the journey to the passenger after payment of exact amount of fare. Today i have travelled from Barasat at 6:40pm to Bira Chowmatha. Exact amount of fare is rupees 15/-. Conductor asked me for rupees 10/- only. After giving rupees 10/-, I asked him for my ticket. Then he replied no need of tickets. But again I asked him for my tickets, then he replied that, if I pay rupees 15/-, then tickets would be issued. Finally, i gave him rupees 20/-, and he replied with valid ticket with change. At the time of get down from bus the conductor teach me that, i should oil my own mechine, no need to look all the events happening in the bus between conductor and passengers.
                  In this context I would like to mention that, during this journey i have noticed that, not a single passenger were asked for tickets and not issuing ticket is a healthy practice developed by the bus conductor.
                  I think this is not a problem of today, it's a serious issue of bus conductors under WBSBSTC not only Habra depo, through out the state of WB.
                  Therefore, i will be thankful to you, if you pay your attention in this context, which will be fruitful to survive the WBSBSTC service in West Bengal.

                      Today on 12 aug, bus at 4:45 korunamoyee to bankura have done excessive late, i have waited at Airport bus stop around 1:30 hours for that bus . I have faced this type of idiotic management few times. So my suggestion is for those management team who are dealing with it try your hard to provide smooth transportation you are getting paid for this. Don't take it as granted.

                        Conductor has allowed, passengers more than seats, bus was fully packed and passengers who booked their seats faced issue, this is so rediculous to take passengers more than capacity, which is Highly prone to accidents & sufferings for confirmation passengers.                               Hi Team,

                              On 31 July 2022, 6:30am Nonstop from Esplanade to Arambagh has not been stopped at dedicated stop Santragachi even it run over the bridge except services road . I have to wait 1 more hour for next bus which has been scheduled at 7:30 am . Why this has been happened ? I have missed my exam for this bus, please escalate this issue to concern department . I hope team will take proper action against this to and such type of thing will not happen in future .

                                I arrived at 19/07/2002 Durgapur City center counter no 8 at 1430 hours and my bus for Karunamoyee is at 1455 hours but there was no staff till then then before 5 minutes of the departure bus the staff came I gave him 200 rs and my ticket charge from dgp to Karunamoyee is rs 145 and I have him 5 rs change three pieces small 1 rs coin he denied to take he is telling this coin is not running here I will not take I told him being a govt employee you are denieing then after that he told me to wait. I waited then he only gave me 5rs and lied that he returned previous 50rs. I told him to check camera but he denied. So I want strict action against him. The same has be forwarded to CM of West Bengal. Bcoz its not a matter of 50rs always the counter staff are very careless and letting poor people's everyday. Waiting for your strict action against this matter.

                                    State bus services are not as we expect to be, no difference is there between the state bus service and local bus service, the bus takes passengers more than the quantity of bus seats. Many people are standing, shouting, yelling and bothering the passengers sitting in the bus. After buying a ticket if we don't have "the space" Inside the bus to sit comfortably then there is no point to travel

                                      Myself suvadip Bhattacharya form durgapur I booked my seat 24 no window on 2/7/22 from durgapur to egra on sbstc asansol digha night service 10 pm.. but somehow reason I cancelled the seat immediately.. and demand my refund.. according theri policy within 8 days thy give..but still now I don't get my refund amount from them.. my booking I'd is 28190498 and cancellation I'd is 292490. I will give complaint in consumer forum.
