My 360 rupees deducted for booking seat but booking dose'nt complete..please refund my deducted money quickly.

Today I had taken SBSTC bus from Durgapur to Kolkata. The departure time of the bus from Durgapur was 1:40 PM (BUS Number WB39B3622) The driver drove the bus in a very rough way and it reached Dankuni toll plaza around 4.10 PM. I was about to get down at Dankuni Housing stoppage, but the driver took a left turn just after crossing the dankuni toll. I was constantly telling the driver that I want to get down at Dankuni Housing, but he didn't bothered about me and forcefully brought me to Rajchandrapur. He asked me to get down there and told that this is Dankuni housing stoppage. I argued with him as I am a local person from Dankuni but he forcefully asked me to get down and abused me by slangs. I want a strict action to be taken otherwise I will move for legal action against the driver and conductor.

Sir, I just want to know Is there any rules in westbengal bus conductor allow to the passengers with out mask and with out main tains social distance???I just journey start from Esplanade to suri but bus conductor allow all passengers to with out mask and without maintained social distance.

I had cancelled one ticket on 9:56 AM on 17th September 2021 with Cancellation ID : 244028.But I haven't recieved any refund of 50% of the total fare i.e INR 145 that I was supposed to recieve, as per compazny policies. I have confirmed from my bank and even they said that the refund is not being initiated till date.

I have also tried to reach out on the given helpline numbers of SBSTC and they are not responding.

Please look into the issue as early as possible.

Generally, passengers take the morning buses to reach their offices in time bound manner but CNG Buses from Durgapur to Karunamoyee specially that of 06:50 AM, ASN Depot Bus of 08:10 AM from Durgapur to Karunamoyee takes more than half an hour to one hour extra than the diesel run buses of SBSTC. Please do not provide CNG buses in the morning in Kolkata route as these buses runs late makes the passengers inconvenient .

Pl consider the same case for buses plying from Durgapur to Kolkata(Esplanade).

CNG Buses may be diverted/operated at some other time /route at the discretion of SBSTC.

SBSTC bus from Karunamoyee to Durgapur dated 10/09/2021 17:30 hrs is violating covid norms and has allowed more passengers which is absolutely against the Covid rules and violates the Covid regulations for sbstc and may be checked from the CCTV footage available in the bus as a proof.

For your kind information and necessary action in this regard.

SBSTC is also requested to submit an explanation letter and intimate the action taken against the staff of this bus in this mail as it has caused inconvenience to me and fellow travellers as no one has such rights to violate Covid norms.

I I reachead counter at 13.30 hrs at the midnapore/Jhargram counter one lady counter assistant did give me ticket. She toled ride on dharmatala Jhargram via midnapore.
With out ticket I could not avail seat on said bus dtd 11.09.21 at 14.20 hre.
It is reapeatedly found staff act like that.

I booked a ticket on 08/08/2021 from stsbtc online booking, then I decided to cancel the ticket but from their official website I am not able to cancle my ticket once I click the cancel button for cancelling my ticket the webpage doesn't respond accordingly after that I dialed the number which they mentioned on their site ([protected]) but doesn't get any response so I immediately sooth a mail to them I got response after 12 hrs and informed me that "You have to cancel at you own", where their webpage cancel feature is not working, it's beyond my understanding so lodge a complaint against this loot by west bengal govt.

The sbstc bus number WB39B4588 that driver donot obey the traffic rule and rush driving at 5pm in burdwan; at that result he damaged a car very badly.
Please action this type of madly driver.

Hi. I'm in the beherampur bus which bus number is WB 39B 3079... Is total over load passenger.. and don't follow covid protocol.. no one were mask and don't santize. This is so unfair. Plzz do something..

The drivers of sbstc esplanade to purulia via asansol are breaking the laws of sitting arrangement made by the goverment. Only two out of three seats are allowed to reserve in the bus, but the conductor allowed more than 50 extra passengers without reservation to enter the bus inspite of the corona laws and regulations. We paid quite a significant amount of money to travel conviniently but the service was extremely extremely poor. The bus was more than overloaded with passengers without reservation pushing us to shift on our own seats which are reserved.I request the company to take strict action against it as soon as possible

Today 19/08/2021, 5.15am Karunamoyee to asansol bus no -6921.. we asked the conducter not to violate covid protocol as he allows more than 50% passengers (even standing passengers also there ).. we request him not to do that but he just ignored.. kindly look forward to this matter immediately.. u can check it from ur cctv camera on the bus.. Take a legal action as it should not be done..

I still didn't get my refund. This is the second time I raise my complaint.

Plz take action and refund my money. Otherwise I have no option to raise complaint against you in National Consumer Forum.

In the bus in every seat there are people sitting and not maintaining social distances standing people are getting up on the bus and sitting in the extra seat

I am Pritam Saha today i am travelling Digha to Barasat your company buses but i am facing some problems while i am travelling, First i am very very thankful to our honourable CM Mamata Banerjee, she maintain her identity with her humble roots. as per our CM instruction there are many rule need to follow and i know this is not possible to follow all of this but safety can be maintained easily every govt buses have assure to the passengers who are travelling in your SBSTC they are safe but in this scenario i am not feel safe while travelling cause when brought a ticket that time ask the counter man who is sit over the ticket counter like is the bus give a halt for refreshments then the counter man said yes bus will stop on Kolkaghat bus Stop and my 2nd question was the counter man - I asked him, is the bus any other unschedule stop to passengers boarding he said no sir only then who have properly buy a ticket for travel no other local, unschedule thing will happened along with the 2sits only allow one passengers will beside sit is empty for covid conditions, then i was leave the ticket counter.
But today i saw bus conductor collecting many unschedule passengers was boarding that is why i am vey much worry about the my safety, i am travel many many time SBSTC buses from Durgapur from them I received very beautiful service, but here this is the first time i facing this type of problem.
This my Humble request to your company please look into this matter.

I booked 3 tickets from durgapur to bankura on 14.08.2021 at 7.00 PM but the bus conductor misguided me saying that there is no bus at that time how can it be possible?the bus just passed away in front of me. So I request to either block that 3 seats or give the refund of that money.

I am going to Mednipur from Dharmatala..Bus Num:- WB39B4719..Having many seats in the bus..but they gave me ticket(Sit Num:- 49.) In the back..I am feeling to bad..conductors behaviour is too bad..I am requesting to change my seat because there are so many seats without any passengers in the middle..they don't agree..
Please do something
